Works customer care putting bill even after disconnection

tikona cheating people and putting bill even after i told disconnection and i m not using tikona from MAY 31st but still they puting bill and puting my account active.very worst network i choose in my life, please take this complaiint. i have mail proof of my disconnection. this my number [protected] if they didnt resolve i will complaint a case in MADRAS high court....

Cheating consumers by not providing minimum basic services

I have been using tikona for quite some time. The major problem with these guys is that the internet stops working for 7-8 hours especially around midnight, i work virtually and this is a major issue. I have lost quite a lot of money because of this. They don't even allow waivers because minimum time for waiver is 24 hours but i have paid for 24x7 internet and come on this is 2015! 7-8 hours is ridiculous. Either there tower is damaged...

Pathetic services and frequent disconnections - poor net speed

No response for network issues and even for network termination request

Dear sir, I am using broadband connection provided by TIKONA(ID [protected]). I am facing serious problems from last few months (more than 4 to 5 months). Following are the list of some compliments (what I can remember, but plenty are there) raised but Tikona closed them without providing solution. Net Not working properly

Tikona = Worst Broadband Service

Tikona Broadband is THE CHOR BROADBAND. Tikona Broadband is worst broadband in India (Delhi). Just within 2 days of getting connection (15/07/2015) it has stopped working. 100s of calls to Customer care with no solution every time they say engineer will visit you and problem will be solved within 24 hrs but no body comes, Tikona customer care is sitting there to tell lies to the customers. They show demo service only to take advance payment...

Billed and never waived off

Awaiting action on disconnection request - bad service

I am really annoyed with the quality of service provided by Tikona. Its highly unreliable.Whenever i need connectivity there are disconnections and pathetic speed.
It gets worse over the weekends.I have a 4MBps connection and at times spped is slower than a 2g connection.Situation improves a bit for a couple of days after complaints but back to square one.

I want to get rid of this and had submitted a disconnection request...

Need Money refund

Hi, Customer ID: [protected] I took Tikona connection last month and Everyday I was facing connectivity issues. whenever I call customer care, it will take 20 mins to reach them and another one hour to get the internet connectivity. on some days they say that I will get the connection within 24 hrs. I was not able to use the network whenever I wanted to. Two days before I lost patience and raised a request to disconnect the service immediately....

Dear Sir/ Madam, I originally got the connection from TIKONA around in d month of febuary. I paid 2500 which I was promised to get 6ogb o[censored]sage for the first 2 months. Things were really bad from day 2 as I was not getting my connection. I've placed numerous calls with their customer service departments. And to a point were I lost my patience I returned the modem back within a months o[censored]sage and the guy they sent to take back the modem...

Connection problem

Worst connection speed

I use Tikona broadband. My user ID is [protected]. I am paying for 4 MBPS unlimited and static IP also. However I am experiencing very poor connectivity (Lot of packet drops) for last more than 6 months. I have registered several complaints, but they are closed without attention and resolution. Tikona Digital network fraud company hai.esa net hamesa slow chalta hai or eske customercare wale usse bhi jada mhan hai .aap jab bhi call kro ge bas apko ghumate rhe ge bato me or bole ge plzz wait for 8 hour. or ese bhi kam nhi chale ga to bole ge apka net secondray policy me hai esliye aap ko sirf 512KB ki speed mile bt inki speed 0.05KB ki hoti hai...plzz guys never take tikona broadband....

Fraud way to harass customers by sending Bills and NOT allowing one to disconnect

Tikona is harassing customers in big way. Trai has to cancel tikona license. No corporate ethics no business it is cheap company exist to harass customers.

Even after reading such comments i took tikona thinking that things would have changed. My bad day i booked tikona and suffering now to disconnect my connections.

Even after 2 months they are not disconnecting my plan. They keep sending bills.

Worst Internet service provider ever, I was using this service since last year but as their internet service does not work most of the time, it get disconnected any time and when we call them they say some technical error or maintenance activities going on. I don't know what maintainance they do every now and then but still internet does not work.
Any ways, due to this we decided not to use their service and disconnected it permanently....
