I feel pitty for your system even, which reports data usage even when modems are not turned on for days. Also the speeds you mention are a perfect example of how casual a company can be. Your so called "4 Mbps ", you know you speeds indeed match the "gprs " speeds or the dial up connections that started in 1999. You are so damm dilapidated with your service, your speeds and even your responses. It was an extreme privilege to see such archaic ISP providers.     This is the worst connection in chennai. this Tikona is doing big scam in Chennai and in many cities . Please ppl trying to take this connection please get aware of this fraud company trying and cheating and cheated many ppl already. I want to put cheating case on this Company CEO (Prakash Babji) they tell different plans 2 4 MBPS speed but finaly you get only 200 to 512 KBPS speed. I m facing this issue from January2015 ...i dont any other broadband in my area ..so i m going with this. but they cheat cheat ...please dont go with TIKONA if you any other option to go with.     Please check my screen shots from January to till date sent to your Customer care.
    But dint get any sort of help from your team.But bill will be sent in time with full amount and need to pay it.

    when i call customer care you say Bill dptmt and technical dptmts are different. we will bill automatically you get net or not .

    I m using this tikona BB from past 2 years and from Jan-2015 you started cheating with not giving proper speed .

    You are proving me 200 to 512 KBPS.

    I sent all screen shots of my speed from Jan2015 to till day to your customer care please check.

    you can check from Jan2015 how many times i have complained saying that i have not getting proper speed and facing lot of issue.
    But no idio** responded or came to my house to check connectivity issue.
    each idi** say give time for 8 hours for no use finally.


    my plan is 2MBPS with 50Gb limit, but your proving 200 to 512 KBPS speed.
    tell me how can i pay bill if i m not satisfied with your service.

    you are cheating people without giving proper speed and now you need money .

    I ll pay money can you give surety that you ll provide at least 50% of speed you promised according to my plan.

      Dear Sir, I have Tikona Broadband Connection vide service No.[protected] at Plot No.183, Hi-Rise Meadows, Mallampet, Bachupally, Hyderabad - 500 090. I was not happy with the quality of the service and requested to close the connection by mail on 15th June 2015. They called several times and forced me to continue with the connection. They sent me bill dated 15th Jul 2015 for the period 15th Jul 2015 to 14th August 2015. They are asking me to pay for the period I didn't avail their services. I paid extra money for the period 16th Jun 2015 to 30th Jun 2015. Please take necessary action to ensure that the amount billed during 16th Jul 2015 15th Aug 2015 is reversed.         Dear Tikona Team, My tikona ID is [protected]. i have already registered complaints but still no action is taken against those people. Can i please know the status of my case. Your full and final might be happening at your end but the end date seems to be endless, but this is for your information that I want refund of my complete payment as the service you have provided/rendered was of very poor quality and on top of that your customer service is worst. Again I got a call from your goon Mr. Patil from Mumbai saying that he is issuing a warrant against me. Requesting you to stop threatening people otherwise you might get into trouble, you can see that there are thousands of complaint against your service and customer behaviour. Just to remind you that you are existing because of customers not vice versa. So treat your customer with some respect and solve there issues instead of giving them threatening call. When i enquired about your so called Lawyer Mr. Patil regarding his information he has disconnected the call. Now i am force to escalate this matter to the higher authority in India (of course not tikona useless customer care and grievance cell) and ready to face all the challenges.           My customer ID is [protected] and raised disconnect complaint on 7th July. I am regularly gettings call from Tikona every week on disconnection, not using internet etc. Today I even got bill for month internet was disconnected. There customer care is never reachable and no replies from [protected]@tikona.in

            My Internet is not working from last 24 hours and nobody in Tikona gives a damn about it. I am a Computer Engineer and I can't live without Internet even for a minute. Tikona is seriously the worst Network Service Provider I have ever seen.

              These two network providers are very worst in service and customer support. They dont have stores in Chennai and even technical team in chennai. First i took the MTS connection, after two days the connection is not working i keep on calling the customer care team but none of them are answerd the call, they keep on telling like we will send our technical team, but no one contacted me to resolve the issues. Tikon is also similar like MTS. So pls pls pls dont purchase these two network provides. They are cheaters and fraud company.

                tikona cheating people and putting bill even after i told disconnection and i m not using tikona from MAY 31st but still they puting bill and puting my account active.very worst network i choose in my life, please take this complaiint. i have mail proof of my disconnection. this my number [protected] if they didnt resolve i will complaint a case in MADRAS high court.

                  I have been using tikona for quite some time. The major problem with these guys is that the internet stops working for 7-8 hours especially around midnight, i work virtually and this is a major issue. I have lost quite a lot of money because of this. They don't even allow waivers because minimum time for waiver is 24 hours but i have paid for 24x7 internet and come on this is 2015! 7-8 hours is ridiculous. Either there tower is damaged or they are going under maintenance. The fastest way to even reach these guys (not toll free numbers) takes atleast 10-15 mins. I have to wait 30 min on the phone just to hear them say we can't help check your connectivity tomorrow. And if you i am late on payment they just call incessantly to let me know that i am behind on my payment. Perfect customer service.

                  The problem is not only with connectivity, the speed is of concern as well i have paid for 4 mbps and most of the time its 2-2.5 mbps that is not what i paid for...

                  And everytime i say that i don't want your connection they just tell me sir it won't happen again..and round and round..probably this is the last month and i will be switching to a different vendor.

                    My consumer ID is[protected] and I have been using Tikona (4 mbps plan) reluctantly for more than a year. Although the services were intermittent, I wanted to inform you about the sort of frustration that the customer care and technical support personnel can put us through.

                    It started with consistent disconnections in last week April 2015, wherein I was told that the downtime was due to infrastructure upgrade. I silently bore the pains of this "upgrade" assuming that I might finally get rid of the intermittent disconnections.
                    But unfortunately, things did not improve. In-fact, they got worse. I called up customer care several times stating that I was facing a lot of problem, requesting that they send in someone to check the equipment. But the only thing I received were some support ticket numbers in the morning, and another message a few hours later stating that my issue is resolved. I am sure you can track down the tickets that I raised in May 2015; I cannot, because strangely, your customer facing portal doesn't let me view the status of tickets raised by me.
                    They close the tickets without ever confirming from the customer whether the issue is resolved. And very conveniently, a ticket once closed, cannot be reopened. I actually got responses from your CSRs stating "Sir, atleast it's working now, then why do you want to raise a ticket?"

                    So I started keeping track of tickets that I raised since June 2015: 1-[protected] - 10 Jun (no improvement) 1-[protected] - 11 June (morning) (no improvement). 1-[protected] - 11 June (in the evening since earlier ticket was somehow resolved even though I was not able to connect to the internet). I was promised that my ticket will be escalated. 1-[protected] - 17 June (STILL no improvement) - I was promised a technician will come and check my connection. He came the next day and didn't do much. When I told him that I can sign on his sheet stating that the problem is solved only after I get consistent connection for 3-4 hours at-least, he started pleading that I sign his sheet, else he would not get paid for his visit. And behold, I get disconnect within 30 mins of him "fixing" my connection. His name is Hemant Pandey - Cell - +[protected]. Very arrogant, and behaves as if he's doing the customers a favour by fixing their issues. 1-[protected] - 17 July - Ticket raised at 19:00 hrs - closed at 23:00 hrs stating that my issue is resolved. I call them in vein at 23:30 stating that the issue is not resolved. 1-[protected] - 17 July - 23:30 - I was furious, so I was promised that I would get a callback from a senior. That my ticket There was no response for this ticket, not call backs. I kept on suffering through this below par service. Again I was told that my ticket will be escalated. 1-[protected] - 27 July - I called to about the status of my previous ticket, only to be informed that it has been closed. When I told that CSR that I am still facing issues, I was redirected to a certain 'Rishikesh', who told me that he is the floor manager and I will receive a message stating the Name and Mobile no. of the technician who would visit me today. When I did not receive any messages, I called up Tikona to find out that the same Hemant Pandey has been assigned to visit me. When I called him up to speak to him, he spoke in the same attitude as before, stating that he cannot come on that day. While I was trying to explain to him that I was promised a visit on the same day, he disconnected my call and didn't answer. 28 July - I got a call from Tikona technical team inquiring whether my issue was resolved (Even though the technician has not visited me yet). And the best part, when this was informed to the caller from Tikona Customer Care, they sent me a message stating "your technical issue has been resolved".

                      Tikona user id number-[protected] Compaint id Number[protected] Kindly help me out from this mess- Tikona agents calling from different numbers all the time([protected], [protected].[protected]-) getting calls from these numbers and they are saying that they are calling from delhi civil department, Chamber no 34 they r talking with me with abusive language and harrasing me for payment of - user id no-[protected]- i used thier connection for almost 1 and a half year..but at the their service became very poor day by day and they did not retrive the services, i had given the modem and the accesories of wifi and all to the agent who came to my house- and i paid 3 months advance when they installed a new connection- i told them to manage the outstanding with that advance amount- i am very much stressed because of Tikona Digital Networks Pvt.                         I am facing the same response again and again. I am not sure why I am able to reach to the rest of the world except for Tikona.
                        Consider you are right, then why can't you send an email.

                        My observation how Tikona tries to escape (I have personally faced these may times),
                        1) They close compliant with out informing to customer. If customer ask then they say that we observed that it is working fine.
                        Customer has to raise new compliant and again new story starts.
                        2) We are unable to reach you through phone, then what about email.
                        3) They will call you and cut just in few sec and say that unable to reach you.
                        4) Other wise, they speak in Hindi(unknown language to customer) only for compliments. For other calls they speak in English very well.
                        Dear Tikona,

                        Kindly terminate my broadband connection and collect the setup from me as early as possible. Here after I am not responsible for the setup if I shift my house.

Every day there is a down time of at least 4- 5 hours or sometimes the entire day. Many a times the engineers have come to sort the problem ... but the problem still persists.I have been using Internets of many reputed companies for 10-15 yrs at my office, but was never facing problems of down time. Here with Tikona I am facing only down time problems. I call up at the Customer Care & have to hold the line for 10 mins after at without any correspondence the line gets disconnected... I waste my time & money. I lose my business because of downtime. Who is responsible for this WORST internet service. For which kind of service are you taking payments from customers like me... & giving nonstop SMS & payment calls. ??????? You want to give zero service & take payment every month from us ... Why should I pay if I am unable to use the internet connection Kindly ensure I shall make the payment only if I am satisfied with Tikona's internet service without down time or interruptions. Don't give payment calls or SMS ...

                          Your company should first provide proper service then ask for payment.

                          When my internet is down for almost entire day & almost everyday... For many months at that time where were ur mails & engineer at our door step. You can check how many time my data is dropped.

                          You are a service provider but what kind of service ur company is giving ??????????

                          When I was having problem & calling up on call centre no one was picking up the phone even after holding for 10 - 15 mins & if the call is attended then no permanent solution.

                          U can check our payment records we HV duly paid all pur bills online in spite of no proper internet connection.

                          Your company remembers to collect payment on time but when it comes to provide proper internet connection all are vanished in thin air send the collection man to take money... Disgusting

                          Instead of giving me repeatedly SUSPENSION mails & SMS try to provide proper service & not loose a good customers. I[censored] continue with this attitude time will come that the company will not survive. Don't try to play with the customers ... Company is there if customers are satisfied..

                          Don't try to harness us by giving repeated suspension mails & SMS. We are ready to pay the bills only i[censored] provide uninterrupted internet connection

                            The Net is working too slow. though it is giving a speed of 1Mbps but it doesn't seems to its just like 256kbps.Apps like Facebook, Gmail are not working fast.And the consuming speed is very fast of tikona in just 1 day 4.5gb have been used all though i haven't download too much of applications. !!

                              Tikona Broadband is THE CHOR BROADBAND. Tikona Broadband is worst broadband in India (Delhi). Just within 2 days of getting connection (15/07/2015) it has stopped working. 100s of calls to Customer care with no solution every time they say engineer will visit you and problem will be solved within 24 hrs but no body comes, Tikona customer care is sitting there to tell lies to the customers. They show demo service only to take advance payment after receiving payment the service goes down for days without any customer care or technical support from the service provider. Searching the net will only show horrible complaints about this company, they are cheating hundreds of people everyday, TIKONA is sucking blood of ordinary hard working people and is doing it in broad daylight.                                     I am really annoyed with the quality of service provided by Tikona. Its highly unreliable.Whenever i need connectivity there are disconnections and pathetic speed.
                                    It gets worse over the weekends.I have a 4MBps connection and at times spped is slower than a 2g connection.Situation improves a bit for a couple of days after complaints but back to square one.

                                    I want to get rid of this and had submitted a disconnection request via E-Mail on 20th July, got a auto reply with promise of response within 72hrs haven't heard back on it yet.

                                    Even called their customer care, who stated disconnection request is not actionable on e-mail, Seriously?

                                    Gave a disconnection request again via phone, still Awaiting an response.

                                    TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORKS PLEASE DISCONNECT MY CONNECTION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT DON'T WANT TO PAY ANYMORE FOR AWEFUL SERVICE.

                                      Hi, Customer ID: [protected] I took Tikona connection last month and Everyday I was facing connectivity issues. whenever I call customer care, it will take 20 mins to reach them and another one hour to get the internet connectivity. on some days they say that I will get the connection within 24 hrs. I was not able to use the network whenever I wanted to. Two days before I lost patience and raised a request to disconnect the service immediately. They said that I will get a call from disconnection team in 24 hours. Even after 48 hours I didnt get any call. I have paid 2 months advance charges and installation charges(total 2200 rs). Today I called the customer care to refund the money for the remaining days. But Tikona CHEATERS are saying that they will disconnect the service only after 15 days. I am going to FILE A COMPLAINT if they dont disconnect the service immediately and refund my money. PLS DONT TAKE TIKONA CONNECTION. YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE WILL RAISE IN ONE MONTH BY TALKING TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE. IT IS NUMBER 1 CHEATING COMPANY TIKONA. IAM GOING TO PUBLISH THIS IN EVERY CONSUMER FORUM AND STOP THE COMPANY FROM CHEATING PEOPLE AND TAKING THEIR MONEY

                                      Beware of Tikona!!
                                      They are talented in CHEATING. If we write any complaint about them in
                                      consumer forums, they reply with a standard message " your concern is
                                      taken care" like that. But they NEVER resolve any issue. It has been
                                      more than 20 days, since I raised disconnection request. They still didnt
                                      take any step to disconnect the service/ refund my money. But In
                                      consumer forums, they write that my request is in progress. It takes 5 mins
                                      to install the device but it takes more than 15 days for them to
                                      disconnect the service. I will not let them go easy until I get my money
                                      back.PLEASE CREATE AWARENESS ABOUT THESE CHEATERS AND STOP PEOPLE FROM FALLING INTO TIKONA TRAP.

                                        Dear Sir/ Madam, I originally got the connection from TIKONA around in d month of febuary. I paid 2500 which I was promised to get 6ogb o[censored]sage for the first 2 months. Things were really bad from day 2 as I was not getting my connection. I've placed numerous calls with their customer service departments. And to a point were I lost my patience I returned the modem back within a months o[censored]sage and the guy they sent to take back the modem informed me that I would receive my refund within a month sayin thry wud take d money fr the 7gb i used and return back the money for the rest 53 gb which was not consumed by me. From the month on march till July I've been calling them for a refun., they reply me with the same response saying i would receive the refund within a month and till now it just didn't happen. Finally I called them today and told them I would reside this issue to the government and they just ended the call while I was asking them to help me on my money back. This is high rate o[censored]nprofessionalism. I THINK THIS IS MY LAST ATTEMPT TO GET MY REFUND BACK . PLEASE HELP ME. THANK YOU
