Cheating and False promises !

Very poor services to give me after take payment

I am following tikona from last 1 months because of regular disconnection
wrote them e-mails, called them 100 of times, but no resolution.
and they end up with high bill amount.

Poor Internet Services

Interrupted Internet Service

I have taken Tikona Broadband ADBBM1M450 I paid 2 months advance payment, first 15 days it worked fined after that every day there is disconnection have complained to them more than 10 times but no person has visited my place yet they are least bothered about customer once there was no net for 1 full day all my work is online and I cannot be without internet even for a minute but this people are not taking care of there customers....

Remova of Tikona connection and refund of money

Hi, I lodged a disconnection request to tikona customer care on June 11th which after so many telephonic conversations got accepted by them. Connection, Fluctuating Speed, and poor service issue

No response to disconnection request

Unknown person used my data plan
