Thanks to all forums and concerned authorities after worst experience finally TIKONA is agreed to close my connection and ready to process my refund. also Tikona assured that they will not give any calls further demanding any money. after 2 months of unwanted struggle issue is closed. Thanks again for all who helped me to get resolution.
what is pending is refund of my money from Tikona for which tikona acknowledged refund amount otherwise again i need to raise a new complaint and take it to everyone.
1. I escalated to Tikona Customer care
2. sent email to appellate
[email protected] for action
3. Got email from Tikona regarding disconnection
4. Got email from Tikona full and final settlement
5. Tikona accepted to refund my money 326Rs which I paid extra.
Still My refund money is not received if Tikona is not refunding i will raise a complaint again.
