I am sorry, i mentioned as one hour in previous but it is one year. Please note.
I am DR. SHYAM LADDHA FROM NAGPUR MY CUSTOMER ID /USERD NAME: [protected]. I PAID MY OUTSTANDING BILL BY CHEQUE TO MR MANGESH PATIL ON 19TH JUNE, 2015 WITHIN THE DUE DATE. NOW I DONT WANT TO CONTINUE WITH TIKONA NET SERVICES FROM TODAY ONWARDS. SO PLEASE DISCONTINUE MY NET CONNECTION FROM TODAY 21ST JUNE, 2015 . I AM VERY MUCH UNHAPPY WITH THE CONNECTIVITY OF NET, I AM PAYING THE BILL OF WHOLE MONTH BUT DUE TO TECHNICAL PROBLEM FROM YOUR SIDE I AM ABLE TO USE THE NET HARDLY FOR 20 DAYS IN A MONTH. EVERYTIME I HAVE TO CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE AND COMPLAINT AFTER THAT NEXT DAY OR TWO DAYS LATER SOMEONE ATTENDANTS THE COMPLAINT. AS WELL THE BILL AMOUNT WHICH I PAID BY CHEQUE WAS WRONGLY DEPOSITED IN SOME OTHER CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT AND THE TIKONA COMPANY WAS CALLING ON MY CELL NUMBER FOR BILL. ANYWAY PLEASE DISCONTINUE MY NET AND FROM TODAY ONWARDS NO BILL SHOULD BE GENERATED ON MY NAME.
