Hi, I subscribed to Tikona service in Bangalore.during installation, I had to pay in advance for the first 3mths which I did. In the 2nd mth, April 2015, I had connectivity issues. after repeated calls n threatning to cancel my service, Tikona resolved my issue as prob was at their end and said I would get refund as i could not use their service for 10days. I never git a refund of this. Now im trying to ccancel my service as I have shifted to Hyderabad. They have cancelled my service from May but money is nor refunded. Everutime I call them, thet say they will escalate the issue n revert in 48hrs.. Its going to be a month since my connection is cancelled. Please help me to get my cancellation refund from them

What response can one expect from a service provider like this???!!! Look at the Tikona Forum. Not a single person has anything good to say about their service. Customer service is an absolute joke! Rude executives who will not transfer the call anywhere..not even to supervisor. All the time they are in meetings. If you are offered a call back from them, call will be disconnected within 2 rings before you can even pick the phone to say Hello. Then they update saying customer did not answer the calls. DISGUSTING!!!

    Tikona Used Id : [protected] (Sandeep Kumar A M) Registered Mobile : [protected]. Address : 20, Bethany, Udaynagar, B Narayanapura, Mahadevapura-560016 I had taken broadband connection from tikona on 5th june 2015, 1250 INR plan and by the very next day i started to face severe internet connectivity issues. Despite making repeated complaints, the issue was not resolved. It has been 2 days now since the time i had asked for the termination of my connection, when i had a word with your customer care guy, he told me the connection is STILL ACTIVE. on what basis is my connection kept active even after 2 day of my disconnection request...? We were assured that cancellation and refund process will be initiated within 24 hrs however your customer care representative contacted on registered mobile and informed that they wont be able provide any refund, which is not true. The representative was not ready to connect to the senior supervisor or manager, he proactively disconnected the call without any notification. We had reconnected with customer service and this time they informed that they can initiate for the refund but will take around 15 days and will be providing full and final settlement. I already have lost my 1 week of time with your lack of support and am not ready to wait for a 15 again. I need to get an immediate resolution with a priority basis or else I am forced to move legally, also your last customer service executive informed that we will not be receiving the exact speed which was mentioned on your official website, if so why are you providing such false information to the customers. We are also looking to move legally if cancellation and refund request are not initiated within 24hr.

      I have logged complaint "N" number of times, but since 4 months they are not solving the issue. Connectivity is very bad and speed is so slow that I am not able to open my gmail page also forget about doing video calls. I have told the customer care to send someone and solve the issue but they don't send any one and infact he was saying we will try to solve the issue from our end first and then we will send someone if needed. This is happening since last 4 months and finally he assigned the complaint to someone in my area but that guy also didn't turned up. He called me and said please check your connection if it is not working fine then call me to come. What non sense.. When I have logged the complained it was his duty to come and give me the service. They are not paying proper attention to any client. I will disconnect it now.

      I am also suffer from tikona last 6-7 months. It gave me great trouble . no service provide after many complaints. In 8 March 15 I change my internet service and not pay my last bill due to the poor service and no support. inform the customer care on 9 mar 15 to stop my service. and email the customer care to please collect your wire and other equipments from my house. I am not using your services because it gave me great trouble for 3-4 months. Every time call customer care, check the wire and wait 24 hours... but no result. what a service...? When a bill is delayed you send a person to collect the bill. but after my too many complaints no any person visit my home. Only given the wire with no connectivity is not service. I am not paying your last bill because i am unable to use your internet with connecitivity issues. My all work suffers because i paid all my bills online. I am using another company internet so please... collect your all equipments.

      many phones regarding bill payment recd by tikona, 2 times a person come to my home to collect payment and when I explain my problem he contact his senior and the senior contacted me on phone, hearing my problem he said that many complaints from my side so I dont pay my last bill. 22nd April a employ collect the wire and other equipments. After 2 months recd a call [protected] from delhi and she said that company case a file against me. What a joke... I contact customer care more than 10 times . one time is connect but no complete the conversation phone is disconnected . after its more than 10 times i tried but no result. Please rectify my problem and close my account. I am not given any amount because i was unable to use your services.

          Hi, I logged a complain to disconnect my Tikona on 25th May- reference #: 1-[protected] Amrita Singh the rep. Now instead of disconnecting my connection you guys continued my connection and even after reminding that you NEED to remove the Device from my roof top as my house has been sold(to your customer care reps)...seems like you guys gave a about this complain and closed it!! FYI.. New location is NOT AT ALL catching your tower signals Feedback from your field reps!! SO why the HELL have you not disconnected the connection and sent me another bill even though I did not use it at ALL !! Please resolve this matter ASAP...my cell phone number is: [protected].             last 2 months m not getting very slow speed of internet my given plan is of 4 mbps but it gives me only 1-2 mbps...tikona only knows to give false promises ...my internet is running very slow...and sometimes i get no signal aso fo 1-2 hours and at night time it dont work only my user id [protected]

              The connection is pathetic. we have some or the other technical issue every month and the customer care never follows up on issues. We have to keep calling them again and again to follow up on issues. Also, the connection was not working for us for 12 days in May, for which we had raised a waiver request on 24th May. We were told we will get a mail/message within 4 days regarding the same. We never got any intimation and when we called back on 6th June 2015, we were told that the request has been closed and we are not eligible for the waiver, even when the agents checked the details themselves and said that in there records also it's mentioned that the connection was not working for 12 days. Post this, the issue was escalated to the waiver team on 6th June and we were told that it will be rectified within 24-48 hours. However, I had to call them again today (10th June 2015) just to get an information that it's still in process and we will get an intimation latest by tomorrow. On the other hand, today is the last day to pay the tikona bill and if it's not paid on time, tikona will come back with a surcharge to be paid as bill was not paid on time.

                The tikona is the worst broadband ever, the customer care [censored]s never resolve anything in time. The speed is slow. And the bill, from my first bill to now, never came the right bill for my opted plan. Tikona. I don't have words also to describe this . . . Its no use, it sucks

                    Dear Tikona, I have sent multiple emails to resolve my false billing which you guys never solved. Then I have already sent 3 emails in June to close my account but till date you guys are not able to close my account and keep calling me 10 times a day for bill payment. I have made it clear that I am not going to pay anything till you correct my billing and close my account. I don't know how shameless you guys are?                         had been using Tikona Broadband services for over 11 months with proper bill payment but their promised service didnt last more than 3 months it started giving me frequent disconnections lately did call customer care after some little position/direction changes it seems to be working okay then all of sudden my internet stops working figured the device was faulty and dead i called customer care many times they didnt send me a single service engineer to check it out i was frustrated and asked permanent disconnection but they didnt respond me that device was there alone hanging on my terrace all dead suddenly one guy called me named "Venkatesh" sir we need all the provided device back so that we can disclose the settlement so i agreed he came and took all the device installed including cables and told me tikona care will call you about your permanent disconnection and he was gone, no response since i called them back asking about disconnection but they told me that i have to pay 885 Rupees for disconnection and provide all the equipment of tikona i said i already gave all the equipment to your executive and i already paid 1 month bill (my device wasnt working last 2 months) but i wont pay a single money for a service that i never ever able to use why would i pay my money? since then there was no communication from them i even called that engineer who took my devices but he has changed his number, all this happened during october 2014 but few days back a guy named Dupish (called him as a advocate) called me from delhi told me that i was charged for cheating oh come on really? i should be the one doing the charges, i should have made a consumer complaint about this forgery company, they simply didnt bother any requests, calls and complaints from so i didnt bother but now they are doing even ugly business with their own customers, where is my country going?

                          I took tikona connection with user id [protected] on 2nd June 2015 in Nagpur. After that out of 24 hours only 10-12 hours internet was accessible that is I was not getting internet signal for 12-14 hours. The speed of the internet was too slow and I filled 2 complaints for slow speed of internet and 3 complaints for not getting signal. But every time, without fixing the problem I was getting a sms that "Dear Tikona Customer, the technical complaint highlighted by you is resolved". But it wasn't. I informed their customer care executives more than 7 times that I am still facing the same issue so please don't mark it resolved but they were doing the same. I am fed up with this cycle. Please help me to either resolve the issue of refund my money back.(I have all the call details and messages details).

                            I had taken the Tikona service since September 2014; since then the service was pathetic and I was lodging complaints every now and then. There was a time in March, where I had sent numerous mails, called them for internet resolution but nobody turned up. I finally sent a mail for disconnection. I confirmed with the customer care about status and she confirmed the account has been deactivated. I still get atleast 4-5 calls everyday from Tikona about bill payment and they are really harassing me now. Please help!

                              Hi, i got tikona internet connection in 10 of Jan 2015. I have paid 3371 rupees as installation and service person told, 2 month not required to pay, Tikona BAN :[protected]. On 17th of February I have called customer care for relocation services, they gave request number 1-[protected]. Only mail came, no person called us. So again I send mail on 23rd February 2015, they sent new reference docket number 1-[protected]. I have relocated on 28th February 2015. But no one came from tikona for relocation service. but they are continuously sending mail for payment. Even Where as my initial payment valid till 10th March 2015. Now they are calling and threatening me to pay or file case against me? I never seen such worst behaviour from any one. I have enough mail communication with tikona, now I am planning to file case for threatening and wrong billing. I request people to choose right internet service provider.

                                My internet connection from monday 1st june, i have submitted complain in this regard but every time they said engineer will visit soon but no body come. Every time same issue and same reponse. Last saturday i spoke with tikona supervisor he gave me same response but my problem still remains the same. I have call details. Help me and do something.

                                  I want to disconnect the Internet completely. Your company is a mere sham. My internet is disconnected since 3 months. I have Complaint but you did nothing. I have paid for 2 months extra and you didn't rectify the problem faced by me. On 14 may i sent a request to disconnect the Internet. I even talked to one of your operators from mumbai branch even then the Internet is not disconnected till now. They have sent me mail that my Rs500 bil is outstanding. That can't be possible because my Internet is not working since 3 months and a month ago i have filed disconnection request. Even i taked to 2 operator calls from tikona, one of whom was from mumbai branch and i requested both the operators to disconnect my internet. Even then nothing has happened till now Complaint Number: 1-[protected] Tikona ID-[protected] WORST SERVICE AND WORST COMPANY EVER

                                    I have closed my tikona connection and seeking for my money back.i have talk with the customer care executive and he told me that my payment will be return back within 24 days but after 4 months from the date i didn't get my money back. i am calling them continuously but they are not giving me proper replay What should i do?

                                      This is my 3rd complaint in 3 weeks, am getting much lower download and upload speed by Tikona. Despite assurances there has been no resolution on part of Tikona. I have attached the 'Tikona Speed Test' results for 4Mbps / .5 Mbps connection.

                                        I am SHUBHAM MOONAT, student, indore.bi am observing some issues over a proper connection trough the services being provided by tikona digital networks. I wanted to have internet connenction in my place where i live. And also a wifi connenction for other devices to be connected. For that purpose i wanted to contact a service provider and then i gotta know about tikona digital networks through a pamphlet. There was a mobile number over it. I made a call and the very next day to persons came for setting up the connection. They both did not explained us the T&C properly and were also in a hurry to complete it as soon its possible. The problem we have is that we are not able to connect more than 2 devicesthrough the wifi and it was nt told by them. I have more than 5 devices to be connected but i am unable to do that. He is nt answering my calls properly. Please take a severe action against him. A concerned citizen Mob. - [protected]
