I have a tikona Internet connection with 4MBPS speed. It worked fine for a couple of weeks from the installation date and after that the problem started. I never get the speed. I have never experienced this kind of service from such a big company. I have raised a complaint about 15 days ago and and after getting frustated & not able to do my important office work I have raised a request for disconnection, agfter that there was not update even after 4 days then I called again to know the status of my disconnection request they said an engineer has been assigned & disconnection request will be actioned within 15 days....
