Hi to all, The Tikona Main Internet tower is located in my building but i am receiving poor internet connection for past 2 weeks, regarding this i have raised many complaints to the tikona customer support and none of the persons are solving my issue, they are just trying to escape from their customers. I lost hope on these people and i contacted the tikona Manager (Mr. Jaykrishnan Nair) via email but i havent got any response from him. I hope he is on long leave but getting the salary correctly. As am in 4MBPS plan i received a speed below than a 2g connection. As the tower is in my building i am itself not getting a proper connectivity and just think about other customers :D

    I got email from Tikona.[protected]@tikona.in regarding termination of my Tikona account. but in EMail they did not provide me ISP co –ordinator Name and Contact No and instead they gave me Mr. Vardhan Insys Pratik Patel contact no:-[protected] which is coming switched off regularly. They are giving me 7 days intimation period to return their devices otherwise they will charge 1500/- rupees from me. Now to whom I should contact?? I contacted Tikona customer care and they said that their engineer will contact me but nobody contacted me as of yet. Instead I got one more email regarding the same and in that email they did not provide me contact no? Refer Below attached Email:- Full & Final Settlement e-mail & Device Collection Intimation-[protected] 2 messages Tikona.[protected]@tikona.in Sun, Jul 5, 2015 at 5:49 PM To: [protected]@gmail.com This is a system generated Email, please do not reply to this mail. Kindly refer to the customer care details provided in the mail below. Dear Mr. GAURAV BHARDWAJ, As per your request for termination of Tikona broadband [protected], registered against your name, your service has been terminated. We request you to return all the modems along with our accessories (in working condition). In the event of not being able to deliver the modem to the company in 7 days from the date of this email, for reasons attributable to your action/account, the modems would be assumed to be permanently undeliverable to any person including the company. In such an event, including a case where the modems are delivered by the subscriber in non-working conditions, or if returned beyond 7days from the date of this email, the company would charge Rs 1, 500/- per modem not returned or returned in non-working conditions as penalty/damages for breach of the terms of service.       From 19th June 2015 to till date(when am writing this) am facing an issue with the internet connection. When contacted the customer care they said the issue was with our roof top device and told they will send an engineer till date they didn't send an engineer and have sent an e-mail stating that the issue has been resolved. After attending all their calls.

        Hello, The internet speed was very slow as a result, cancellation mail for the cancellation of my connection was sent to them. After talking in phone they suggested not to pay the bill until the final settlement has occurred . It has been 2 months since the cancellation request. I am constantly mailing and calling the Customer Service, none for which there is a positive reply. The only reply i obtain through phone is Technician will come to the house within 2 days. They are sending bill even though they are not cancelling the account and even though there is no usage. User ID: [protected]

          Hi, I was with customer account number[protected], using tikona services in Karnataka, and I left karnataka in January with clearing all dues and requested to cancel service in karnata and give me new service in Maharashtra. Service in karnataka is not yet cancelled and I am getting each month a new bill. I sent many emails to customer care regarding same in last few months staring from January itself, but no action is taken by them. Tikona seems like not interested in closing in connection and expecting me to pay for their mistakes.

For disconnecting the wires your engineer took 500 rs. After all this again I get bill of 345 rs and also get call from advocate for repayment.                 Hello, we are registering complaint against tikona as we had a connection of internet services of tikona they didnt provide it as they promised and there connection was very interupting they took the bill for no use but we could not do it every month we told them to cut the connection we are not using it cause alredy its not wroking their dealing i =s very poor and close to slang. they misbehave with their customers at last they fraud with us we got called from vasrha thakur(she was saying that sh eis advocate) tikona has fire the case against you.. your father will be jailed if you not give the money.. she literally threatened us..she told that you transfer 3590 rps to tikona i will refund you half of money they mentally tortured us from last few days we just transferred money online but as she was saying that money will be refunded.. that not happened she didnt pick up the call and nobody in tikona is helping.. now they are still sending the bill although the connection is not available.

                  I am mr.jagan. I am using tikona degital network, with consumer I.d ([protected]).they didn't not gave proper service and speed.I complaining so many times, after that they simply sent a message of "your problem solved", without doing anything. I sent mails two times, and called 4 times for disconnect the connection.they are telling we will solve your problem, but proper response not giving and disconnecting phone.they told 10 days to solve the problem after 4-5 days to disconnection like that they telling meaningless answers.butt never giving proper answer when they disconnect. I clearly sent mails not required the connection.Butt generating bills.
                  I will produce my mails and recorded phone calls.

                  till now no body come to collect the devices, and didn't disconnected.
                  Jun 29th is my last day I use this tikona net.
                  After that I informed nearly 10times to tikona care for disconnection.
                  They are not yet ready to disconnect, they are cheating consumers in all the aspects.( Billing, service and net speed like all aspects)
                  once customer taken tikona connection, tikona feels like planting a money tree.
                  I wrote several mails from 26th Jun 15 onwards for disconnection.

                    I have a tikona Internet connection with 4MBPS speed. It worked fine for a couple of weeks from the installation date and after that the problem started. I never get the speed. All the time it keeps on dropping below 1MBPS and when we complain they always say it will be fixed in 8 hours. And when we wait for 8 hours they give us a next 8 hours wait. Everytime i check the connection I find that every 4th hop drops within network. I have complaint more than 200 times but there is no response from them.                       Tikona connection has been disconnected, still getting bill payment mails My ID is [protected]. I had requested for cancellation of account 3 months back. The process of cancellation is so fast it took 3 months, I called at least 5 times and emailed 10 times to Tikona. Finally, the tikona agent came to collect the devices, he took the LAN cable, adapters, docket and all devices. I sent email to Tkona apellate to confirm for the same and he replied; Please note the following: Your Tikona connection has been terminated, this is to be confirmed that there is no payable outstanding against your account. · We confirm that the account is completely disconnected and there is no further formalities pending on this account. Your reference docket no. is 1-[protected]; kindly retain this for a future reference. And now again I am getting mails and sms to pay my monthly bill. I have the hard copy from the tikona agent stating all devices returned and will take print out of email of apellate authority. If I do not get a formal hard copy letter to my address, then within 3 weeks, I am going to file a police compliant for the mental torture I am bearing from last 3 months.

                          I have never experienced this kind of service from such a big company. I have raised a complaint about 15 days ago and and after getting frustated & not able to do my important office work I have raised a request for disconnection, agfter that there was not update even after 4 days then I called again to know the status of my disconnection request they said an engineer has been assigned & disconnection request will be actioned within 15 days. Then an engineer visited my place after 2 days of follow up. Its been 2 days i have again started using the service & now again I am not able to accesss my internet. When I called back the customer care executive (a lady) talked to me so bluntly & said we cant do anything do what ever you can do and disconnected the call. I am not able to call again everytime i call the customer care after waiting for 5 mins my call gets disconnected stating that we have noted your number & will give you a call back within 24 hrs and they never give a call back. Now I going to raise a complaint in the consumer court firstly for charging so much and not even providing the services & then on top of that talking to customer so disrespectfully & not even bothering to resovler the issue.                             I have Tikona Internet connection. They are not providing me a good service and thats why I reqested Disconnection but they are not Providing me disconnection. While using there service I faced many problems like Low internet speed, internet not working, and they promised me to provide me fee waiver for that but yet I am getting full bills with no discount. PlEASE HELP ME

                              Hi, I am using tikona service since long time, my USER ID - [protected]. On 16/06/2015 i had registered for Payment pick up and i got a call in afternoon (17/06/2015 around 2 o clock) from this number - [protected].After some address follow up and all i got again a call in the evening from the number - [protected] at 6 'o'clock. But due to some reason the payment couldn't happen.On 18/06/2015 around 1.30p.m. again i received a call from the number ([protected])thrice and that particular person was abusing me and used hopeless slangs at me which is highly unacceptable saying that why was i did not make payment the day before and abusing like anything. I am going to file a complaint regarding your tikona service and misbehavioural attitude due to which i have faced such torture and worst behaviour and disrespect for the customer that is using your services. Either someone take some action, i want to get hold of that person for this type of harassement. Please let me know what can be done.

                                Since last 1 year, I had made almost 1000+ complaint & requesting one time resolution of never ending problem of disconnection. I am paying the bill much before the due date in hope that next month my problem will get solved. But the customer care, technical team, nodal officer, CEO, Mr Praksah Bajpai, J Nair, Nagesh etc not even bothered to reply even... The weird services & management of the company push me into losses due to non payment of cards, bills etc... Below type of mail I am composing to them but they never listen:- "Dear Concern, This is to inform you that I am Tikona user since last 3-4 years. Kindly check once that during this period did I ever delayed the payment for 1 day even???? Than why does my problem never get resolved? If you will see than almost every weekend I used to raise a complaint that please provide me the stable connection but simple problem never got resolved. 3 days back I raised one complaint & 2nd day one engineer visited & he resolved the problem temporarily & within next 8 hrs the connection again disturbed. Now since 3 days I had made 30+ calls to your customer care team, technical team, the engineer, nodal officer etc... but no one given me even the satisfactory answer. The nodal officer J-Nair is not the worth to employ. He never respond nor ever pick any calls. A fully waste of resource is the Nodal-appellate person J Nair. Anyway since last 3 days I am desperately following up with your all team that what is going on & when I will get the solution but your all executives giving me fake answers & still after 72 hrs plus the engineer not yet visited. Engineer Shohaib Khan saying that he not yet received any SMS from Tikona regarding deployment of the suty, so he is helpless. If same is true than all of your executives lie to me??????? In our neighbor building already 2 of the user already disconnected the connection & 3rd we are going to migrate to other service provider if I will face such weird services. IF BY TOMORROW IF I DID NOT GET THE STABLE SERVICES THAN I WILL SWITCH TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER WITHOUT PAYING A PENNY TO YOU GUYZ & will break the rooftop device into pieces... If want to contact me than please do call on my below no. only.. Dont given any excuse that this is not registered contact nos. I am giving instruction from my registered e-mail ID"

                                  I had got a email from tikona regarding outstanding amount of Rs206 which I refuted, Then suddenly some one called claiming a lawyer from Delhi said have to pay to outstanding +2000 which would be refunded later, I havent got the refund of Rs2000 for which I have sent multiple emails no response from tikona still Account Id:[protected] I need the refund amount asap

                                    Tikona Subscriber ID: [protected] I have been using tikona connection for the last 14 months and i have created more than 10 tickets for the connectivity issue, every time they sent an engineer to my place and the engineer had to adjust a device which is in upstairs to their tower then internet will work for next 20 days. if heavy wind or rain comes my internet connection will go down, later i went to the upstairs to check the device and found they fixed the device with the broomstick which cannot survive in the heavy rain and wind. i called tikona and raised a ticket to relocate the device to a different place where other tikona customers have their device, all their devices are fixed in a strong poll and in the tallest place. when i called tikona to do the same for my device, engineer answered me that this is not possible to relocate the device and asked me to call them if any issues with the connection. yesterday i got a problem with my internet connection, i did not get the tikona login page, so i called them and waited for more than 20 minutes on cal, then the call was answered by tikona support, technician placed me on hold to check the connectivity from their end, she put me on hold for more than 10 minutes and she dropped the call. Someone pls help me to relocate the device to a different location to receive proper signal. Thanks,

                                      my user id is [protected] i have to call every day to tikona to resolve my problem but not getting any response from tikona they told me that your problem will resolve within 8 hours and my problem is regarding tikona speed but i have not got the proper speed till now. they have assigned a technician for me and given me the number:[protected] and when i have called this number the technician told me he has left his job 15 days back. what type of service you give just fooling the coustmer and taking the money if my problem is not resolved i have to case a file against you... thank you

                                        My Tikona ID is [protected] I took Tikona connection 3 months back and was working till now. Last month it stopped working on 20-21 June and it has not been working for almost 12 days now. After first complaint I got Service engineers number but the engineer does not answer the call, even after trying every day for few days. After this, I have made repeated complaints on the customer care number and even sent numerous emails, but there has been no response and solution. Every time i get the same answer that it will be resolved within 24 hours, but nothing happens. and I have to call them again and explain the issue again. I even sent email to their Appellate authority and there is no response, even though Auto response mail says, it would be replied within 48 hours. I am fed up with this kind of non-sense and no service attitude of this company. I think such kind of companies should be banned and not allowed to operate in India. if the issue is not solved within 1-2 days, I will file consumer court complaint on them.
