We have raised complaint to disconnect tikona service on may6th . We got verification call the same day. They promised they will disconnect the call within 15 days as per company policy. But till may 21st nothing happened. When we called back again they have answered without any responsibility that old request was cancelled. Who are they to cancel our request without even intimating customers. Again they took fresh complaint on May 21st....

Fake responses and no results

Hi Tikona has pathetic service. Every time I call in they say your issue will be resolved within next 2 hrs. That doesn't happens. They give temporary solutions and after one or two days I had to call them again and again. Representative don't know how to troubleshoot and they give vague solution steps. Tikona not closing connection harassing for payment

Fraud company fake promises

tikona fraud billing with no service
