I am not able to use Tikona internet from 11th May 2015 to till. Whenever i call to customer care they are not registering my complaint some time they say maintainance activity are going on some time they say your problem will be solve in two hours. Some time they say you will recieve return call from technical team in 24 hours. But still they are not solving my problem. I got frustrated to call them back to back. Whenever i ask them to give me waiver they declined to giving me waiver. I have also send so many complained mail regarding poor connection on [protected]@tikona.in but still i did not got any response mail or call from technical team. Nor they send any technical engineer for resolving issue. I have compalined regarding disconnection request on 24th May 2015 before billing cycle start from 26 on every month they give me this id - 1-[protected]. They have also send me mail for in 15 days process they will disconnect my internet. But why then they send me advance bill for 30 days. Tikona send me advance bill on 2-June-2014 for 26 May 2015 to 25 June 2015. They are not giving me exact date for internet disconnection nor resolving my problem.     1 had taken broadband connection from tikona on 16th april 2015 4MBPS plan and by the very next day i started to face sever internet connectivity issues. 2 despite making repeated complaints, the issue was not resolved. Now as per the commitment from tikona and their agent MR. BHAGIRAT SHARMA [+91 [protected]] who also took additional money Rs. 1000 over and above the official installation charges of Rs. 500 by stating that is it the wiring cost and the engineers fees . Which later on i came to know that it was his cut..!!! He also committing that i[censored]nhappy with the connection and if a disconnection request is raised withing one month, the entire money will be refunded after deducting the installation charges of Rs. 500 so my claim comes to 2250-500 = Rs. 1750. + the additional Rs. 1000 = Rs. 2750 When i approached him, he had now stopped picking up my calls and later on blocked my numbers as well. 3 when i made a termination request on 6th may 2015, i got an email in return stating that the money will be refunded within 24-46 after after 14-16 days are over. i will get a confirmation email in return as well.. when i did a follow up with them on 24th may 2015 and prior to that for 2-4 days, i get a same response that you will get confirmation within 24-48 hours. 4 i sent 5 email reminders to them but no action from their side. Last when i called them they challenged me stating that they have not sent any kind of email which stated that money will be refunded after 14-16 days...and in fact they say you will receive your refund after 60 days..!!!

    it has been 1 month now since the time i had aske for the termination of my connection
    when i had a word with your customer care guy, he told me the connection is STILL ACTIVE...!!!
    on what basis is my connection kept active even after a month of my disconnection request...?
    your representative also said he will be forwarding me an mail on the same...but till now i have not received any mail or phone your end.
    i have the proofs of all the conversation with tikona customer care phone lines.

      HI The tikona id is [protected] registered in the name of Amit Gupta I am facing frequent disconnection in my internet connection and also slow speed. My internet also get disconnected for hours. Here are the list of the complaints numbers: [protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] [protected] [protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] The response that i get from the company is: "YOur issue will be resolved in 4 hours/8 hours/12 hours" "We will keep your connection under observation" "We will assign an executive" There is problem with roof top device, we will fix it... I am seriously pissed off with this connection

      see the file attached and notice the speed that i am getting, I have been promised a speed of 4MBPS, hardly do i get the same. to the worse side most often i get a speed of 28kbps !!!

      Hello,

      Tikona is the worst service providers, get them disconnected earliest possible, It is just start the speed will only improve when your payment will get due and then if you will ask them to disconnect they will start preparing heavy bills against you. Then they will start threatening you to pay that.

        Hi, Today Date[protected] I am from GreenMapple Interiors Private limited. My Customer Id: [protected] 1.We took Tikona Internet connection on 3rd of May. Right from the first day itself we are facing the internet connect problem. We are not even able to access Tikona login page through our customer ID [protected] on regular basis. We complained more then 20 times about this but we Did not get solution. 2.We had taken connection for our Office purpose but we are not even able to access our email [protected]@greenmapple.com through www.greenmapple.com/webmail neither our Company website www.greenmapple can’t get open through Tikona Internet connection. I registered so many complaint but no technical help. We get the error “issue of port no 2096, 2095 not working”. It is in fact the Worst internet connection and there is not Customer care support to resolve your issues that you face through this internet connection problem. The Issue of Internet connection remains unresolved.

          Hi, I have got Full and final settelment mail in the month of Jan.Tikona is payable of amount 1331.98 to me.I have asked to wait till 60 days. After that i have equire many time. I have dropped many mails to J.Nair as well customer support, But not good response from your end. If you can count the month from Jan.you Itself will get to know about the problem i am facing. All fake promises and demotivition provided by your team. Now i am realising my biggest mistake for opting your service. If you need i can show all mails and call made to you for the refund.               I have got a treating call from sandeep sinha. He is demanding 35000 Rs. even i am not using tikona. In regards to renewal they first said give you 500 Rs discount when i call customer care executive. he said i am eligible for discount & hence i had previous experience with tikona employee that they are making fake promises & making fool to people, i had tell him that give me that in written so he generated request & given request id. after some time tikona people says that i am not eligible so, i said i do not want your service anymore. I had balance amount around 400 Rs. After some time they terminated service but still getting call to pay bill. I said i am not interested in your service even its free... But since 1 week i get call of Herracement from Tikona Sandeep Sinha ([protected]). He is telling me to pay 35000 Rs. So, i have to suggest all people never believe in Tikona employee what they said... Take all thing in written for safety like me. But still i getting Herracement call, so have to suggest avoid such a fake company, people & fraud service like tikona.. Its better to use other alternative.

                We have raised complaint to disconnect tikona service on may6th . We got verification call the same day. They promised they will disconnect the call within 15 days as per company policy. But till may 21st nothing happened. When we called back again they have answered without any responsibility that old request was cancelled. Who are they to cancel our request without even intimating customers. Again they took fresh complaint on May 21st. We have mail proof for the same. Today is June 2nd till today no one came to cancel the connection. But we got bill for whole month even though we have raised complaint for cancellation of service and even though we didn't use the service. This is totally rubbish and ridiculous. We are trying to call tikona customer care, but they are simply transferring our call to unattended list which by default says expected wait time as 4 minutes and gets ended automatically, . We have tried more than 50 times every time wasting more than 10 minutes . Is tikona going to bare the calls we have made with their customer care. Tikona user id is [protected]. We are not going to pay the bill for May month since we have aleardy raised the complaint for cancellation and we have not used also.

                  Hi Tikona has pathetic service. Every time I call in they say your issue will be resolved within next 2 hrs. That doesn't happens. They give temporary solutions and after one or two days I had to call them again and again. Representative don't know how to troubleshoot and they give vague solution steps. This is very ridiculous and I'm not able to complete my work on time. When it comes to compensation they gave me Rs 58/-, I mean what is this I spent over 200 Rs on a tolled number and they didn't felt shy to offer 58 Rs.                   Attaching the proof that issue still not resolved... continued fake promises by tikona...
                  Attacment is the proof of speed that I'm getting is of 1.4Mbps and I pay for 4Mbps

                  This 1.4Mbps is also not to stable, it drops every time. And I've tested it over Ethernet cable, not Wifi. Even then spee is not okay.

                      I am using tikona service from[protected]. I made payment of Rs.3315 for six months.My userid is[protected]. I made a shifting request on 27 April 2015 (1-[protected]). After being contineous following up no representative come to collect the instrument on my old address. On 3 May 2015 i got call from [protected] for deinstallation of instrument by that time i was relocated to my new address so i requested tikona technician to deinstall the instrument which was on terrace of my old address. I called on same number and again requested him to give the receipt for deinstallation, He told me that he has updated about the deinstallation in the system. I have call log of all calls form tikona, after two three days same phone number was on out of covrage area till date.Currently i have rest of equipment with me. After 3 may 2015, i called tikona customer care for several time but no success to get my shifting request done on my new address.on 8 may 2015 (1-[protected]) i made request to disconect (close) my tikona account. I got call from tikona representative to hold my existing connection but i told her to close my account she accepted the same and told me that it will take around 15-20 days to close account Its been more than 30 days and i did not got any replay form tikona's side.I have hardly used 2 months subscription out of my six months subscription. Please dont give trouble to me refund my 1700 RS. I am ready to complete all formalities before closing my account. I have all evidances with me and I can prove that I have paid and cleared all dues till my disconnection date 8 may 2015. I am going to file case with consumer court if tikona wont close my account.

                        I booked New TIKONA Connection 4 Mbps Rs.1250 Plan on their website on 22 May 2015. They did not give me User ID Number. My application was allotted a User ID Number [protected] only after complain on 28/5/15. I complained to TIKONA helpline and they assured URGENT ACTION. Till date, no engineer contacted me.                           Hi, I had a Tikona connection for more than 4 year User ID [protected]. As I shifting to a new location I had sent a mail to Tikona customer care for closer of connection with advance Payment till the date 22/04/2015. On the day before shifting I call customer care and request for status and asked them to collect the equipments, they told me it is under process our representative will call you to collect the equipments. I drop another mail and notify Tikona I will not going to pay any bill beyond the date I have requested for close the connection and not receive any communication. After some day I received call from Tikona regarding why I want to close, Tikona will shift your connection.I clearly told him "I don't want Tikona connection and want close my connection" I have received this kind of call 4 to 5 times and every time my answer was same.                             Hello, I live in chennai. I was using Tikona internet connection for quite sometime. My tikona customer care number is,[protected]. But starting from 2014 december I started facing frequent connection problem. And I contacted Tikona customer care multiple times ( 20 times) in the month of january and february. Since the problem was never resolved, I asked for disconnection request. But Tikona even charged me for Jan and Feb even though I had problem with the internet and didn't use the internet connection. I have all the necessary proof with me (I will furnish it when needed). Now I got a call from a lawyer from Delhi and he started threatening me and verbally abused me by using words such as, "Go to Hell", etc. It had put me under tremendous stress. Thanks,

                              I have called them many times, but the response is nothing.I have purchased a router (Tenda) for wireless connection, first of all they deny to provide engineer to configure router at home and then get limited bandwidth of internet .somehow i solved these problem by continuously calling them but still they not solving my problem as the signal are not available, they told me to sending their engineer for resolving the issue but whoever is engineer number [protected] is not picking customer call(my call).                                 I have been trying to contact you guys for around 2 months now, having written so many emails and having had to talk to so many of your executives on the phone without any solution that in the end, I started praying that no one calls me ever again. However, I had to email again because Internet is a basic necessity and for some reason, I am dependent on you guys for that and I am sure I only got a response this time because the consumer court of the state was copied on the email (like this time). An executive came yesterday to try and fix the internet but no solution again. He said some senior engineer will come and try again and because we are out of internet, that's the only source of entertainment that's left in our lives - seeing people play with wires and plastic devices and then, saying sorry. I am not going to go on Social Media and cry about this (I have seen companies suddenly taking great care of their customers when that is done) but the lest I want is that my problem is solved in a day. Also, please note that I will not be paying the bill for the previous month as I was unable to access whatever you guys promise to be providing. You can check my data records. please check how many times I tried and how many tried it actually got through. I am moving to the Consumer Forum right away, so expecting you guys to act fast.

                                  Hello, I took internet connection from Tikona almost 2.5 months back (4Mbps 30GB Plan) : User ID - [protected]. The engineer came very swiftly and made the connection, He showed me it was working. From the next day itself connection was lost and not able connect (Not even able to get login page). After 4 days of complaint technician came and Somehow problem got resolved. But again since then connection kept on dropping. In fact connection use to stayed for only half of the time in entire day. That too with speed in KBPS. Rest time there use to be 0 network. Since then I had been lodging the complaints, But issue remains same. I had been told that it will be rectified soon and asked me to wait for next 8hrs, 3hrs, 5hrs and like that. (Asked to keep the adapter switched ON and tomorrow morning it would be fine). Same story again and again and again ...so on. Technician also visited twice and thrice and once changed the rooftop device; Stating that there was some issue in device. Still after that issue remained same. Now since last 1 month network is almost equal to 0. Most of the time tower itself is down (3 days in week). Every time I raise complaint I had been asked to wait for some time, Stating that by tomorrow connection will be fine. Call and Call ...again and again ( I had almost spend 200 to 300 Rs just in calls compainting about connectivity issue.) Every time they use to say me that, Please give us 1 chance and My compaint has been escalated to higher level and This time it would be resolved. In the view of this I spend Friday, Saturday & Sunday sitting at home waiting Tikona engineer. I finally contacted the guy who scheduled to visist, he talks with me rudely, asks me to call customer care, when I try to explain him the issue he disconnects and never picks up again. Now when I call Tikona customer care number, Thier automated voice says my call is important to Tikona organization, however, the moment I tell my user id, either they disconnect my call or kept my call on hold. I thought it was enough and decided to disconnect my service. So I called customer care again, technical guys says we cannot take disconnection request it will be done by commercial team, and they transfer the call to commercial team. When they pick up the call they say Its a technical issue and disconnection request would be taken by them and transfer back the call in the middle when I am talking to him. So bottom line is, I have taken a connection which does not work, and no one is interested in rectifying it. When I try to disconnect it no one allows me that as well. Only one thing is evident out of this, I have paid for 2.5 months, so my money is gone. After a month of frustation calls & efforts, Finally my request was considered for disconnection. Then at a sudden Tikona lame team waked & Mailed me stating that they would require again more 10 days to analyzing the issue and If they would not able to rectify issue they would consider disconnection. My question to them : WHAT THE HELL THEY HAVE BEEN DOING TILL NOW. I HAD RAISED SO MANY COMPLAINTS SINCE CONNECTION GIVEN. AS PER THE MAIL FROM TIKONA : A CLAUSE STATED THAT IF I WOULD HAVE FOUND TO BE CONNECTED TO TIKONA IN DURING THESE 10 DAYS. THEY WOULD CONSIDER THAT I WANT TO CONTINUE THIS CONNECTION.(Mail Attached) They have also mentioned final charges would be calculated by them and INSTALLATION CHARGES WOULD NOT BE REFUNDED (Rs 500). CHEATERS !! ... I AM ASKING FOR DISCONNECTION AS UR LAME TEAM IS UNABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE SINCE LAST 2.5 MONTHS. This is fraud, you take money then vanish and don't provide any service and deny all entries. Please suggest what should I do now? I dont have internet connection since last 1 month. Should I loose all hope and assume that you have stolen my money in the pretext of false promises and look for a new provider? Please help to get the money refunded and closed connection on priority basis. Regards, Ashish

                                  Hello Tikona CustCare,

                                  Can u provide me a fixed, When either Connection would be rectified OR Disconnected permanently. (So, That I could go for some other connection).

                                  Its been almost 1 month I am out of Internet connection.

                                  As I am not allowed to use connection (AS PER THE MAIL FROM TIKONA : A CLAUSE STATED THAT IF I WOULD HAVE FOUND TO BE CONNECTED TO TIKONA IN DURING THESE 10 DAYS. THEY WOULD CONSIDER THAT I WANT TO CONTINUE THIS CONNECTION.)

                                  Because o[censored] , I am suffering.

                                  Its been almost a month and still didn't received any call confirmation for disconnection.
                                  Really hard to believe how can a service provider could be so much lame or literally speaking Fraud.

                                  Need my money back and Get the disconnection done on priority basis... So, That I could go for some other Internet service.

                                    We are writing to tikona since March for disconnection But still now they have not disconnected rather raise a Bill and I told them serveral time but they are not disconnecting, Tikona is really disturbing us with its bad services. The persons who are sitting in billing department they are calling again & again to pay the bill For what I will going to Pay? When I am not using the service ? [protected]‏

                                      I have been using Tikona's since Oct 2014 and I did the worst mistake of my life taking TIKONA broadband. my user Id is - [protected]. The service was great in the beginning. The horror started a few months later. Firstly there is low connection after 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. After that the login page would not load. I call the customer service and the issue gets fixed shortly thereafter. And this cycle repeats every couple of days. I had faced such a pathetic service for 4 months. I Call them every 2nd day. But the problem is not resolved. Have had connection problems most of the time. Half the time I am on call with their customer care. The internet is down most of the day. The internet service was most likely switched to "Switch on the service only when he calls customer support and switch it off after a couple of hours”. I realized that I was spending more time with the customer care folks than on the internet. I promptly sent a cancellation request but the customer care executive assure me that my problem will be resolved in 3 hours…but its completed more than 48 hours there is no response at all. There executive always raise my complaint request and forward my request but no action taking by them. There is 3 complaint no generated in 1 week- [protected],[protected] etc. I asked about my complaint request no but they said to consult another customer support.one of them executive come and check the router, way max, but the problem still remain…this is the worst experience I had faced . its just a ridiculous service i ever faced

                                        I, Rohit gupta having tikona id [protected] made call and complained that my connection is not working for past 15 days almost. First they told that problem will be resolved in few hours, butvit did not happen so. Next day i again made call to report the same issue. They told that service engineer will come in 24hrs and correct the issue. Complaint request no was[protected]. They messaged me on 29th may and gave the name of service engineer as neeraj srivastava. After waiting for one day i again made call to neeraj srivastava just to know that he has not got any intimation from tikona. Frustated and irritated i again called up tikona customer care. Again they told that some one will come and correct my problem by 7.30 pm on 30th may. Till now my problem has not been solved and no service fellow has even bothered to call. Its really very poor service and pathetic behaviour of tikona emplyees.
