Tikona one of the one of the worst company to handle customer care problem. I have given a 9 reminder mail to everyone in company starting from the Prakash Bajpai. But the result was same no response received. I have taken the connection from the company and from the first day it has not connected (it is more than 30 days) . Intrestingly they have generated the bill also for not using the connection. More than 100 calls in customer care and 9 reminder mails to everyone.     From past 6 months i am not using tikona service because there was no service by the isp. I started making complaints 6 months ago and no one even bothered to check the complaint and to resolve the issue and to provide the service for which they are sending bills. I stopped using the service and i havent paid the rent of 3 months. B ut they still used to call me to collect the bill, not to solve the problem with internet. I told them to reolve the issue and i will pay the complete amount, as i was not having any other option. But as usual they havent botherd at all. Before a month ago some lawyer called me that your name will be in civil court if will not pay the bill. Some how i agreed do pay coz i really wanted to get rid of this tikona and i am really issed off now. So i paid the complete due amount and i expected that the connection will be finally closed and whatever the loss i had i have to bear by my self only. But again i havent recieved any confirmation of closure of connection and again they have sent me a new bill. Now what should i do. These people do not even giving the service and they expect us to pay the bill. Kindly take immediate action ob them as they are fooling the customers.

          Hello, I have been complaining regarading connectivity issue to Tikona from more than two months. I have written mails to j.nair and customercare on daily basis. They haven't replied to one single mail. Also the customer care executives are not responding properly. I have requested tikona to refund my 3 months internet fees, but they are not replying anything.

            Not working on disconnection request I'm Rajesh . I used TIKONA Broadband service for few days. My user ID is [protected]. I raised disconnection request due to their poor service on 26-Apr-15. Till now no action was taken by them. Till now i called their customer care department lot of times still they are not taking any action to for disconnection. They said SLA for disconnecting the service and providing NOC is 14 days. Now its been more than a month time, . No action was taken so far. I am not using their service since 1-May-2015. My disconnection request given by their cusomter care department is 1-[protected] They are literally cheating me to EARN MONEY from me for no service. Its a high level fraud being made by this corporate to customers like me.

              Hello, I have been complaining regarading connectivity issue to Tikona from more than three months. I have written mails to j.nair and customercare on daily basis. They call during office hours and say issue is resolved and when I reach home, I found the same issue happening again. I have requested tikona to refund my 3 months internet fees, but they are not replying anything. They say once the issue is resolved, we process your request for waiver. And thats the reason they are not trying to resolve the issue, as they have to process my waiver request. I ask tikona to look into it seriously and refund my 3 months money back.

                  I have taken plan of ₹600 - 4mbps 10 gb And my bill should be of 674 with 12.3% tax And i have paid ₹130 already to your employee and now my due bill is of 760 something So why i should pay extra! If this will be continue i want to disconnect tikona!

                    I was a Tikona Broadband user in Mira Road, Thane. I had taken a connection in July 2014 for my home usage. However there were initial hiccups in the services but then after a few visits by engineer, it was rectified. Later on, I had taken a place in Delhi for some work related place and I requested Tikona to stop the service in Mumbai and I paid the bill till the month i had used. The problem started here. The service provider does not want to close the account. So even after my many requests they did not close the account and kept requesting me to put the account on hold or shift to Delhi or transfer the connection to my friends. I was not ok with any option but I got more than 10 calls that I should keep it on hold and the executive told me that you will not be billed for Hold period. So I held the service. One day, suddenly they released the hold and started making bills. As per my records, I had last logged in the month for what I have already paid. Now I am getting threatening calls from Fraud people to pay the bill otherwise I will have to appear in Tees Hazari Court or Saket Court Delhi. The Fraud's numbers are [protected], [protected] (Sandeep Sinha). My User ID was [protected] I want Tikona to stop getting calls made by these frauds and stop harassing me.

                          Hello, My name is Navinder, unfortunately took Tikona internet connection in Feb this year, one the worst people to deal with. I took 4 MBPS plan, and was not able to connect for first 30 days, it was connecting for sometimes for 1 hour or no connection in a day. I called unlimited number of times to Tikona of no use. Sent emails to the Appellate Authority of no use. From around 20 March on-wards I started telling them to disconnect the connection. But they kept on telling try now, try now. Now after two months they are calling 5 times a day asking to pay bill of 1541 RS. AND their customer care goons are threatening me with consequences. I have filed RTI seeking usage details and going to file case with consumer court, want to really see if consumer has any say in indian Law or Government have sold everything to private companies.                           Hello,

                          The biggest concern here is what is the role of Appellate Authority, Customer just kept on writing emails to Mr. J.Nair. And looks like they think we are mad who is writing to him. He will never ever respond.

                          Even I forwarded the RTI application to him did not get the Information asked. Looks like Tikona is testing customer's patience.

                            Hello Sir/Madam, I being a tikona customer of (ID: [protected]) have already requested the disconnection request on 19th-May-2015, but the connection is not yet disconnected. I am using the tikona connection from Arunodhayam Nagar, Nanmangalam, Chennai on and off since I had used for 2 months because I paid advance rental plus installation charges from march6th-2015 onwards. 1/2 the time I am not getting the internet, then login page will not show up. The technician [protected] who kept the CPE at my neighbor's home's water tank top and said we are fine. Due to office urgency and internet dependency whenever I am not getting signal i used to come to office and work and go, complaining many times to customer service. On 11-May I paid the bill Rs.704 after that there is no internet signal received and the Tikona login page itself is not coming up. For Bill payment only lot of automated emails, automated calls etc. came since I was getting little signal i thought I will pay . As your Mumbai customer team says that "YOUR AREA HAS NO FEASIBILITY" wondering then why your team technician [protected] has installed the connection at my home with poor signal. I called Tikona customer care technical department multiple times on 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th etc, lot of hours i spoke to different different persons and explained them from the scratch all these issues. on 13th the junior technician came and left saying internet is working fine to my parents and when I came at night from office there is no internet. on 15th senior technician came after I cried with customer support for long time, then they are not getting signal by keeping the CPE at different places, And I have registered so many complaints but it was not fixed. Finally they agreed from their team as they says "that there is no feasibility in your area". I disconnected this service and their customer support team says that their will Waiver the amount of non usage as i am NOT able to use it . The senior technician who came on 17th dismantled the device and he said that someone will come and collect it then waiver will be given. We cannot always leave our office and come home just for this internet repair thing every time. I have been called TWICE by the Tikona termination team just asking the same questions 1) Why are you cancelling the connections? 2) Can you transfer this to another friend? 3) We would shift the connection to new address, etc. And finally she agreed to terminate my connection ON 19TH onwards after explaining my STORY again. On 28-May-2015 when I called the billing department because on pressing 1, technical department is not able to connect saying the lines are busy. I am still surprised that my account is kept active and they raised waiver from 11-16 may only. Every time I call the customer care, they say that it will close soon in 2-3 days enough. then why the connection is not yet close. Got a automated email from customer care that the waiver amount is Rs. - an empty rupees amount. Is this the way tikona provides the service to customer? on top of that, this process is just getting worsen. They are saying some 15 day window for disconnection request. TILL NOW NO ONE CAME TO COLLECT THE CPE since 17th may as promised by senior technician. Please disconnect my internet connection as soon as possible. AGAIN NOW I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO WAIVE OFF FOR WHOLE MONTH FOR DISMANTLED CPE and the box was switched off from then as advised by your technician. GOD KNOWS WHEN WILL I GET BACK MY REFUND RS.703 AND INSTALLATION CHARGES RS.500 (how they install when there is no feasibility) AND SOMEONE will COME AND COLLECT CPE(Modem along with all accessories) by PAYING ME BACK as per customer service team.                               my customar id [protected] Rashmikant Bhavsar B/502 Gokul Accord Thakur Complex Kandivali Mumbai 400101 from 2nd april 2015 to 20th may 2015 my internet service not workin and many time i have complaint for this and also complint to customer care also and i told them i want pay the bill tecnician also know tht some fault there and many comp, laint they have not start my net last week when i my line start i have paid 500 rs by net and 162 i told to wae out for tht now they sending me sms i[censored] want pay this 162 will disc ur line so before you disc my line please take ur device from my housw from last 5 months i am gtg trouble from ur service ur tecnical office also know abt this and they told me tht we will forwrd this to our billing dept now tell ur dept nor to harresh me for tht u have to guve me more amount to wave of the because 23 days my line was down pl do the needful and tell ur billing dept aby this.just now i got msg from ur side suspention alert your tikona wi-bro account is overdue and will getr deactivated. kindly pay rs 162.44 immediately to enjoy uninterrupted service . pl take tis matter urgently and also check with ur tecnical dept also

                                UNFORTUNATELY I am a Tikona customer since 26-April-2015 with user id [protected] having the plan ADBBM4M600 (which means; 4Mbps speed and 15GB Unlimited) but most of the time the HELL speed I am getting is 0.2-1.6Mbps ans that too maximum 3-4 hrs a day, rest of the time the connection is dead even login page doesn't open. Rarely I get the speed above 3Mbps. While at the time of requesting the connection I was assuming to have minimum 3+Mbps ALL THE TIME and Maximum 3.5-3.8Mbps. At the time of installation I was very much impressed with the speed that I watched several videos on youtube WITHOUT buffering and after a day or two the speed became pathetic. Irrespective of having the 4Mbps plan I get the speed WORST THAN 2G. I have mailed several times to them but still NO response yet. Dont know WHO THE HELL has invented their punchline "test speed then pay"? While this is just the PROMOTION technique nothing then that. Whenever I call the HELL customer care, they keep on CHANTING below MANTRAS: please switch off the router and then start again in 30 seconds when I say that to you. your session is showing as logged in since last so and so hours so please logout once and login again. please start your system in safe networking mode. do test the speed with the LAN cable instead of WiFi. we have escalated your complaint to our second level technical staff (second level MY FOOT). we assure you to resolve your complaint within next 2 hours. (2 hrs my foot) the problem is not at our side but seems to be at your side in the device at top. and the list goes on... Till date what I have with me is a LONG list of complaint numbers and those are: 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] Surprisingly these all are closed AUTOMATICALLY without resolution (I think under the influence of SLA). Also when they say to wait for 2 hours that means I have to wait for 2 days. Uptill now IT'S A RECORD that their "hours" time is always converted to "days".

                                  My Tikona broadband connection ([protected]) was deactivated somewhere in Feb 2015 and i submitted all my device (Modem +other accessory) on March 2015. I also got an full and final email from Tikona on 25th March 2015 and there was no due pending from my side, however there was a amount of rupees 1300 pending from Tikona and i have been told that after 2 Month i.e. 25th May, you will get your advance rental back to your billing address. Now its been 28th May, but i haven't received any payment from Tikona and when i called Tikona on 25th May, the customer care told me you will have to wait another 3 days and you will get your money back. Unfortunately i haven't received my money yet after 3 days. Could you please tell me why you are not refunding my adv. rentel and what is causing the delay ?

                                  It's been more then 3 Month now and still your team is working. Not sure probably when this time will be over and i will get my money back. Do you have some tentative timeline by when i would get my money back.
                                  Is there any other action i could take against Tikona for non-refunding my amount. I did call 30 times to Tikona, but every time they gives me new date. I think its non ending task and probably Tikona is planning to pay my balance amount on my funeral day.

                                  Again you are not talking about my refund money rather you talking about other non-sense stuff. I know what you said in last comment. Could you please clarify by when i will get my Money back which is approx. 1300 INR. I know you are not going to talk about this topic.

                                  I would request every individual, do not go with Tikona service as they are totally unprofessional and will never ever give your money back in case you pay him as advance rental.

                                    I have called more then 30 times and gave email complaint to tikona more then 20 times to resolve my problem but till now we are facing same problem. We had taken connection for our Office purpose but we are not even able to access our email [protected]@greenmapple.com through www.greenmapple.com/webmail neither our Company website www.greenmapple can’t get open through Tikona Internet connection. I registered another complain on 13th May but got no technical help. We get the error “issue of port no 2096, 2095 not working”. It is infact the Worst internet connection and there is not Customer care support to resolve your issues that you face through this internet connection problem. The Issue of Internet connection remains unresolved.

                                      Tikona internet is very worst as well as pathetic and horrible Becuase, I am facing issue from last 3 months of extreme slow speed and frequent disconnection.Every time i call customer care number they says problem will be resolved in 2 hours and will send you an engineer for which u will get an sms. I never got an sms neither they sent anyon1. They are so cheaters.If you want peace of mind then never take Tikona internet connection.By previous BSNl 512 Kbps was faster than tikonas 4Mbps plan. They even don allow to talk wid senior person. This is customer care number ..which is paid--Means you have to pay from ur pocket for any LL cals.[protected] I have already have spread awareness of this Tikona to my frnd and no 1 is taking Tikona as a new connection.I will Close my too soon Even while writing dis review tikona disconnected 3 4 times and everytime took 5 10 mins. to connect again user id- [protected]
