[Resolved] Tikona — Cheaters/bad service/rob customers | |||||
I Was using Tikona broad band service for last two years !! I used to face regular problems on slow speed/connectivity issues. I complained multiple times to the customer service to resolve issues. In month of June 2015 i have raised 12 complaints and issues were still not fixed. I have finally decided to go with other local broad band services i made a call to them & asked several times to disconnect the broad band. Even for the disconnection i have called five times. Finally after six months they are calling and asking me to pay bill for last six months or else they will go to court (cheaters). I have noted down all the complaints reference numbers & I have not used even 1B of there broad band service. (User phone number : [protected]) Was this information helpful? | |||||

Agreed, I am too facing the same problem. Steps should be taken so companies like these are penalised for looting the customers without providing basic services.
