Hi, My Tikona service id-[protected] And account no[protected]. It is registered by name- Aishwarya Pathak. 2 months ago, we've requested for termination of service as we were leaving the place. As informed by you, the request has been raised. But there has been no follow-up on that, instead we're getting automated calls from you stating to pay bill of some amount. As we are not staying at that place anymore, and not using your services, I don't know from where the bill is getting generated. You can even check your phone call records for evidence. Kindly, terminate our service with a proper procedure. Hoping for a positive reply. Please revert soon. Regards

    Hi, My last resort, i have complained to Customer care TIKONA, written to top management, posted in FB and twitter. But no response. I have not received this kind of pathetic service in my life even a small petty shop will try to help his customer. I have taken a connection on September 4 2015.Initially i have been informed that there is no range hence connection cannot be provided, but later they have provided it.I don't know the reason behind it. I wonder how come if range is not there connection is given. It seems that company has willingly put me in pain for its own benefits even after knowing the connection is not feasible. I have taken 2 months connection of 25 GB in 4MBS speed and over it unlimited data in 512 kbbs. But i have been not getting proper connection from even 2 days.Every two days once i have to make a complaint to customer care and you technical person will visit to solve the issue. Its persisting till now for the last one month, More than all this i have received a bill for the usage, for which i have paid already during the connection itself. I can assume based on the above things TIKONA is trying to penalize the customer for its own benefits. The irony is that i have been receiving calls for repayment due which i have paid already, non of the is bothered about the my concern and not even got a call regarding it.       Hi, I am working as a software Engineer in pune, so the Internet was a necessity for me.I took a Tikona Broad band plan of 700Rs per month with 25GB of data and 2MB speed till 25GB.After a week of time speed reduced to 512kbs even though 23GB data was remaining . An engineer visited the house after complaining several times and was telling like there is some problem with the tower and he cannot do anything.I waited one and half months to get it resolved making several complaints and the engineer would have visited 3 times and still no use. Engineer was telling that tikona has given enormous number of connection that they cannot handle with their bandwidth and still giving more connections and that's why its very slow. Think twice before taking Tikona broad band.Idea 3G works much faster than Tikona. My Contact Details:[protected]

        Hi, Requested for disconnection in May, after contacting them many times through calls & mails finally terminated connection by end of June or July. After this, have chased Tikona people to collect the devices and settle the bill. Literally pissed of with responses, in August received call from lawyer threatened me to pay Rs.2932, which i made, begging to return my money. If Tikona doesn't know how to do business stop doing this. And please ask your customer care executives not to disconnect my calls when they can't resolve my issue. teach them to escalate the call to higher officials.

        Even I have called yesterday and listened something new, Tikona folks promised a call back in 24Hrs as if they gonna call me back really. Good improvement folks you bring doen all the way down to 24Hrs from 48Hrs
        I have called more than 20 times to Tikona customer care to return my money, frustrated with their replies. List few here:

        1. Will get resolved in 48Hrs
        2. Please wait till next bill cycle
        3. Please give one last chance
        4. If not resolved put case against me, very supportive executive. Ready to take blame on behalf of Organization
        5. Escalated the issue to concerned dept will receive mail with in 48Hrs
        6. One final deed if all the above fails, disconnect the CALL.

        Hi Fraudsters,

        Till now my money hasn't been refunded. I really want to learn fraud techniques to do business so even I can become filthy rich by cheating people just like you. I don't understand how management able to sleep/eat/live by cheating people in the name of technology business. I just wish somebody would come to you office and pull every person behind this fraud holding their collars and put them behind the bars.

          I totally regret about Tikona service since 27th Aug 2015 and I was made internet problem request with Tikona and it was not resolved and after that I have made deactivation request of my internet connection in 27th Aug 2015 itself. But till now this deactivation request process it is not happening from Tikona end.. and from 27th Aug 2015 I am not using Tikona internet connection but unfortunately till now I am receiving bills from Tikona in monthly basis.. and also receiving payment alert through sms and telephone calls at least 5 times in a day for non using of Tikona internet service.. even today (16th Oct 2015) also I have received call from Tikona Technical Team asked me "what is the issue" and they are saying they are not received any request from my end about technical problem and deactivation. I totally disagree.. and I am having the proof request made on 27th Aug 2015 as will as on 12th Oct 2015 by mail.. it is still pending / processing in the Tikona My Account Status..

          Also the big worry with Tikona that every time when I am receiving calls from Tikona customer care and technical team, they use to ask me that "what is the reason for deactivation" and "what is the technical problem" and also I use to keep telling reasons many times..

          And even though when I made calls for deactivation request till today I have received very poor question from Tikona end that again " what is the reason for deactivation / Cancellation"

          It is very poor communication / lack o[censored]pdating of customer's information in Tikona Customer care and Technical Team respectively..

          Last and final confirmation from my end that, below I have clearly mentioned about the reason for deactivation of my internet connection..

          "It is very poor service in Tikona both technical and non technical with telephonic customer service.. and I do not like Tikona internet service any more"

          The major issue with Tikona is they don't have office in Chennai for escalating customers issues in person.. all are contract staff / vendors.. that too installation team only..

          Hope this forum will help me..

          Immediately I want Tikona should send mail confirmation about deactivation of internet connection as will as confirmation of removing of your internet installed equipment from my end should stop sending the invoices for non using service connection.

            Hi, I have opted out of Tikona fr Coimbatore in April as I had to move to a different place due to my dad's transfer. I paid the last due amount in the tikona office in person and they haven't updated this in the billing history. Now they kept sending me mails even after I opted for disconnection. And I called the customer care several times to make sure I am out of the billing list. But they kept sending them anyway. When I called to know what this was all about, they said that was due to the automation billing system and I can ignore it. And now someone from Delhi called mW AMD said he's going to file a lawsuit against me if I don't pay it in the next hour. Seemed more like extortion to me. And he hung up on me after telling this. I want you to know that I have paid all the dues and the last payment wasn't accounted for in my tikona payment history.

              Concern, Tikona network was down for entire one day. when i called them executive told me that there is some server issue and it will be down for whole one day. My work got impacted for one day and when i called them later to provide one day wave off, initially one executive told me that we will process that but it was not received to me. Later called again and rude executive told me that we will not process wave off. I am tired of follow up for wave off in past as well. Thus, this time i decided to stop their payment for cycle. No when i hold their payment, they called me and threaten me that service will be disconnected and legal notice will be sent. I told them to provide me wave off for asked day and payment will be done immediately. They are not agreeing to do so, even when the mistake was from there side. I will not make payment to such service provider who is not following his words. And i am making this clear that i am not entitled for any legal obligation to do so unless Tikona provides me wave off for day, they haven't provided service.

                In month of sep. We have faced lots of internet connection issue. Bcoz of which we haven't used internet as per requirements. In spite of that we have received the same amount of bill. I paid extra 90 Rs for holding the plan to Tikona executive with complete varbal communication. In spite of that they considered that amount as advance. Hence without usage of internet they are generating the bill.

                  This is to bring in your notice how i am getting cheated and harassed By Tikona .

                  My tikona id is :[protected].

                  I got connection during Jan 2015, i got connection of 4mbps speed but from day one i haven't received speed more than 1 mbps, I have raised several complaints each time they will say you continue using it and we will monitor, but there will be on no use.
                  I have send mail to disconnect my service several time, each time they will beg and say give us a chance to fix the issue, then the same story will continue.

                  I have send 3 cancellation mail, but still now they didn't cancel the connection.

                  Today I got a call from unknown person "[protected]" calming he is a advocate and he is going to file case against me under section 420 sub section 32, he said keep 35 thousand ready to pay the penalty then you have to come to Delhi court.

                  He threaten me like anything.

                  They are not capable of giving proper service to public, instead they are cheating like this.

                  Please take appropriate action.

                    I'm using Tikona ISP since December 2013. My user ID is [protected]. Since 28th September 2015, I'm complaining about the connectivity issue. The technical support team only keeps saying that the issue will be resolved within 48 hours. Each time they say there is a problem with the roof-top device. Throughout the cycle, I have used only 7 G.B out of 80G.B which I’m allowed to use. I have called up several times and each time they say an engineer will visit my residence and resolve the issue. And since then, the engineer visited 5 times and each time they replaced the roof-top device. Still there is no resolution. After going through all this frustration, I have also e-mailed to the CEO Prakash Bajpai several times, but there is no revert from him. I demanded the compensation for the damage caused by them and also because of which I had to recharge with another company ISP. The company is offering compensation of only Rs. 150/-. This is ridiculous and not acceptable by me. I have also posted on their Facebook page only for which they blocked me from posting any other comments and also deleted those comments. Today when I called up your technical support, your floor supervisor, Mr. Rishikesh has no courtesy or ethics to talk with customers. Throughout the call he was being rude. Here is the details of the damage caused by this service. My monthly bill is Rs.1708/-. So per day it is Rs.60 approx. I have used only 7G.B out of 80 G.B Which means, I have used value of Rs. 149 only and use of value of Rs. 1559/- is still remaining (Including taxes). Recharge for my mobile data due to your pathetic service – Rs.297/- Spending money on your toll number for calling your customer service: Rs.300 So Together, the value of damage caused by you sums up to Rs. 2156/- The CEO of the company has no shame or the courtesy to reply back for e-mails sent by any customers. My question is: How can you block customers from posting on social media? Who are you people to steal their rights? You have not provided any service for entire cycle. How can you send a bill of Rs. 1556? How can you people be rude with customers? Do you have any ethics to talk with consumers? Why is that I’m not allowed to speak to managers of customer service? What kind of Hierarchy is this? I definitely do not recommend anyone to use this service.

                      My name is Michael David-[protected] decided to select Tikona as its very well known for its Wifi Connection and sevice, So I came in Contact with Mr.Raj Dubey- [protected] (Virar) and he convinced me for Connection. On 10th Oct'15 Engineer from Tikona had come for Installation at 9.30am morning his name was Dharmendra. He started his work as the time was passing I had told him I would leave by 10.30 from home. so he was fast in his work and did his best to complete before 10.30 but still little work was pending. I must really bring into your notice is he left the wiring work incomplete and did not clip the wire on the sidewall. Such an irridiculous service I have never experienced from any company. Engineer said my job is only forn installation and not do any cliping or proper wiring. Since now I, ve already invested and paid money for 3months I will use it and after months I don't want Tikona service forever. Kindly come and remove the Connection. Warm Regards, Michael David,

                        Hi I had raised service deactivation request for Tikona Broadband User-[protected] services on 11-Oct-2015 with request no 1-[protected]. Tikona was suppose to call me within 24hrs to confirm this. However, I did not receive any call from them. I have tried to call customer care several times but they are not receiving my calls. I am fed up and frustrated with the pathetic customer care of Tikona as well as its internet services. Please close the connection from immediate effect. Regards Yogesh Khandale

                          This has been observed that even after termination of account and I had already cleared my outstanding
                          I am still receiving call, messages and Emails for the bill payment.

                          I had not used my tikona service from 1st of September 2015 and my connection is closed due not feasible area for Tikona network. But still the bill have been generated of about Rs. 594 and I am receiving notifications for the same. before 7th of September 2015 i had cleared my all outstanding.


                          As per talk with Tikona Customer care they told me to not to worry and i do not need to pay the bill which is generated on 7th of September 2015.
                          But again i received a mail regarding bill generated on 7oct 2015.

                            I got a connection on 1 august 2015 in 2 & half months i called these more than 15 time and every time they said that there is a connectivity issues & it will be resolve in 48 hours. its been more than 75 days & i am having same issues. when i asked to close the connection they always said that i am not the concern person . now they daily sent me Massages of bill. This is kinda tourcher i am facing from these .

                              Asked for disconnection on 17th of September. Was promised to be done in 15 days. Was told that it'd take 15 working days on call. When got in touch with customer care, promised disconnection in 48 hours every time. Never actually happened.

                                On 29.9.15 I called customer care and requested to disconnect my internet connection as I was not satisfied with their services. After long discussion they accept it and given me reference number. From 29.9 15 to till date i.e 3.10.15 I send around 8 reminders to disconnect my internet connection but they didn't giving response for that. Inspite of my repeated reminder today I got bill to pay. Tikona team services and response is very poor.

                                Tikona care team not solving problems but creating problems for customers. Calling customer care and sending thirteen emails regarding disconnection but till date no action taken. Instead of that they send next month bill and on 22.10.15 informing by email that I am using tikona network and if having any problems just email them. My id [protected].

                                  I have been using tikona broadband for around 4 months and I really had a very bad experience. After filling plenty of complains on their customer care there was no resolution to my problem due to which i was not able to attend many skype interviews which lead to stop my career growth. And today i got a call from someone called Anjana Sharma, numbers: [protected] and [protected]. and as per her she is going to file a legal complain against me for not paying the due amount. If i had asked for disconnection then why there was no disconnection done. In the period o[censored]sing tikona service I asked then plenty of time to disconnect the service but non of the executive turned up.

                                    I was using Internet facility from Tikona Digitals. Now I Registered Disconnection Request on 15th September 2015. They said you have used for 3 days after request i.e. till 18th and have to pay for 6 months plan then only we will terminate. Is this fair? My plan is of Rs 3900 plus 14% tax for 6 months for unlimited usage. According to that i have to pay (3900/180)*3 + 14% = Rs 75. My user id is [protected] Please help in this fraud matter.

                                        18 September 2015 at 15:52 (First Email send) USER ID [protected] I have shifted house recently and my device was setup and the next day the device has changed it direction due to weather and I am experiencing slow in my Internet speed. I am in 4 MBPS speed and I am getting only 0.57 MBPS speed. I have called customer support many times and they have promised me to sent Technician to my house to check on the issue and no one has came so far. I have contacted on Tuesday Sept 15th and I have very bad experience with Tikona. You are sending many SMS if the payment is due, however not taking customer complaints in effective manner. Please check my records with Customer support and do the needful. If you like me to take the issue to high end, I am ready to do that. If I am not see the Technician today, you will face serious issues as I am taking it legally or you will have to compensate for the issues I have faced from the time of connection taken which will be for the past 4 months. I am sorry there is no way to express as I have called Technical Support around 8 times and I have all the call records saved and reference number with me.
