Hi, I have opted out of Tikona fr Coimbatore in April as I had to move to a different place due to my dad's transfer. I paid the last due amount in the tikona office in person and they haven't updated this in the billing history. Now they kept sending me mails even after I opted for disconnection. And I called the customer care several times to make sure I am out of the billing list. But they kept sending them anyway. When I called to know what this was all about, they said that was due to the automation billing system and I can ignore it. And now someone from Delhi called mW AMD said he's going to file a lawsuit against me if I don't pay it in the next hour. Seemed more like extortion to me. And he hung up on me after telling this. I want you to know that I have paid all the dues and the last payment wasn't accounted for in my tikona payment history.

    Concern, Tikona network was down for entire one day. when i called them executive told me that there is some server issue and it will be down for whole one day. My work got impacted for one day and when i called them later to provide one day wave off, initially one executive told me that we will process that but it was not received to me. Later called again and rude executive told me that we will not process wave off. I am tired of follow up for wave off in past as well. Thus, this time i decided to stop their payment for cycle. No when i hold their payment, they called me and threaten me that service will be disconnected and legal notice will be sent. I told them to provide me wave off for asked day and payment will be done immediately. They are not agreeing to do so, even when the mistake was from there side. I will not make payment to such service provider who is not following his words. And i am making this clear that i am not entitled for any legal obligation to do so unless Tikona provides me wave off for day, they haven't provided service.

      In month of sep. We have faced lots of internet connection issue. Bcoz of which we haven't used internet as per requirements. In spite of that we have received the same amount of bill. I paid extra 90 Rs for holding the plan to Tikona executive with complete varbal communication. In spite of that they considered that amount as advance. Hence without usage of internet they are generating the bill.

        This is to bring in your notice how i am getting cheated and harassed By Tikona .

        My tikona id is :[protected].

        I got connection during Jan 2015, i got connection of 4mbps speed but from day one i haven't received speed more than 1 mbps, I have raised several complaints each time they will say you continue using it and we will monitor, but there will be on no use.
        I have send mail to disconnect my service several time, each time they will beg and say give us a chance to fix the issue, then the same story will continue.

        I have send 3 cancellation mail, but still now they didn't cancel the connection.

        Today I got a call from unknown person "[protected]" calming he is a advocate and he is going to file case against me under section 420 sub section 32, he said keep 35 thousand ready to pay the penalty then you have to come to Delhi court.

        He threaten me like anything.

        They are not capable of giving proper service to public, instead they are cheating like this.

        Please take appropriate action.

          I'm using Tikona ISP since December 2013. My user ID is [protected]. Since 28th September 2015, I'm complaining about the connectivity issue. The technical support team only keeps saying that the issue will be resolved within 48 hours. Each time they say there is a problem with the roof-top device. Throughout the cycle, I have used only 7 G.B out of 80G.B which I’m allowed to use. I have called up several times and each time they say an engineer will visit my residence and resolve the issue. And since then, the engineer visited 5 times and each time they replaced the roof-top device. Still there is no resolution. After going through all this frustration, I have also e-mailed to the CEO Prakash Bajpai several times, but there is no revert from him. I demanded the compensation for the damage caused by them and also because of which I had to recharge with another company ISP. The company is offering compensation of only Rs. 150/-. This is ridiculous and not acceptable by me. I have also posted on their Facebook page only for which they blocked me from posting any other comments and also deleted those comments. Today when I called up your technical support, your floor supervisor, Mr. Rishikesh has no courtesy or ethics to talk with customers. Throughout the call he was being rude. Here is the details of the damage caused by this service. My monthly bill is Rs.1708/-. So per day it is Rs.60 approx. I have used only 7G.B out of 80 G.B Which means, I have used value of Rs. 149 only and use of value of Rs. 1559/- is still remaining (Including taxes). Recharge for my mobile data due to your pathetic service – Rs.297/- Spending money on your toll number for calling your customer service: Rs.300 So Together, the value of damage caused by you sums up to Rs. 2156/- The CEO of the company has no shame or the courtesy to reply back for e-mails sent by any customers. My question is: How can you block customers from posting on social media? Who are you people to steal their rights? You have not provided any service for entire cycle. How can you send a bill of Rs. 1556? How can you people be rude with customers? Do you have any ethics to talk with consumers? Why is that I’m not allowed to speak to managers of customer service? What kind of Hierarchy is this? I definitely do not recommend anyone to use this service.

            My name is Michael David-[protected] decided to select Tikona as its very well known for its Wifi Connection and sevice, So I came in Contact with Mr.Raj Dubey- [protected] (Virar) and he convinced me for Connection. On 10th Oct'15 Engineer from Tikona had come for Installation at 9.30am morning his name was Dharmendra. He started his work as the time was passing I had told him I would leave by 10.30 from home. so he was fast in his work and did his best to complete before 10.30 but still little work was pending. I must really bring into your notice is he left the wiring work incomplete and did not clip the wire on the sidewall. Such an irridiculous service I have never experienced from any company. Engineer said my job is only forn installation and not do any cliping or proper wiring. Since now I, ve already invested and paid money for 3months I will use it and after months I don't want Tikona service forever. Kindly come and remove the Connection. Warm Regards, Michael David,

              Hi I had raised service deactivation request for Tikona Broadband User-[protected] services on 11-Oct-2015 with request no 1-[protected]. Tikona was suppose to call me within 24hrs to confirm this. However, I did not receive any call from them. I have tried to call customer care several times but they are not receiving my calls.                 This has been observed that even after termination of account and I had already cleared my outstanding
                I am still receiving call, messages and Emails for the bill payment.

                I had not used my tikona service from 1st of September 2015 and my connection is closed due not feasible area for Tikona network. But still the bill have been generated of about Rs. 594 and I am receiving notifications for the same. before 7th of September 2015 i had cleared my all outstanding.


                As per talk with Tikona Customer care they told me to not to worry and i do not need to pay the bill which is generated on 7th of September 2015.
                But again i received a mail regarding bill generated on 7oct 2015.

                  I got a connection on 1 august 2015 in 2 & half months i called these more than 15 time and every time they said that there is a connectivity issues & it will be resolve in 48 hours. its been more than 75 days & i am having same issues. when i asked to close the connection they always said that i am not the concern person . now they daily sent me Massages of bill. This is kinda tourcher i am facing from these .

                      On 29.9.15 I called customer care and requested to disconnect my internet connection as I was not satisfied with their services. After long discussion they accept it and given me reference number. From 29.9 15 to till date i.e 3.10.15 I send around 8 reminders to disconnect my internet connection but they didn't giving response for that. Inspite of my repeated reminder today I got bill to pay. Tikona team services and response is very poor.

                      Tikona care team not solving problems but creating problems for customers. Calling customer care and sending thirteen emails regarding disconnection but till date no action taken. Instead of that they send next month bill and on 22.10.15 informing by email that I am using tikona network and if having any problems just email them. My id [protected].

                        I have been using tikona broadband for around 4 months and I really had a very bad experience. After filling plenty of complains on their customer care there was no resolution to my problem due to which i was not able to attend many skype interviews which lead to stop my career growth. And today i got a call from someone called Anjana Sharma, numbers: [protected] and [protected]. and as per her she is going to file a legal complain against me for not paying the due amount. If i had asked for disconnection then why there was no disconnection done. In the period o[censored]sing tikona service I asked then plenty of time to disconnect the service but non of the executive turned up.

                          I was using Internet facility from Tikona Digitals. Now I Registered Disconnection Request on 15th September 2015. They said you have used for 3 days after request i.e. till 18th and have to pay for 6 months plan then only we will terminate. Is this fair? My plan is of Rs 3900 plus 14% tax for 6 months for unlimited usage. According to that i have to pay (3900/180)*3 + 14% = Rs 75. My user id is [protected] Please help in this fraud matter.

                            Helllo, I am Arshad from Pune My tikona id is [protected].Your service is very bad daily I am getting problem in connection .My business is affecting due to your poor connection service and your executives nor responding properly and take my call on hold for 30 minutes or more continuous. No one is helping properly every one is lying and when I am telling them to transfer my call to your senior they are not transferring my call or holding my call for 30 minutes and more. I have to communicate with my clients daily I am facing too much problem due to internet disconnection.Please check y call history when I called your representative and look how they behave with me.                               18 September 2015 at 15:52 (First Email send) USER ID [protected] I have shifted house recently and my device was setup and the next day the device has changed it direction due to weather and I am experiencing slow in my Internet speed. I am in 4 MBPS speed and I am getting only 0.57 MBPS speed. I have called customer support many times and they have promised me to sent Technician to my house to check on the issue and no one has came so far. I have contacted on Tuesday Sept 15th and I have very bad experience with Tikona. You are sending many SMS if the payment is due, however not taking customer complaints in effective manner. Please check my records with Customer support and do the needful. If you like me to take the issue to high end, I am ready to do that. If I am not see the Technician today, you will face serious issues as I am taking it legally or you will have to compensate for the issues I have faced from the time of connection taken which will be for the past 4 months. I am sorry there is no way to express as I have called Technical Support around 8 times and I have all the call records saved and reference number with me.                                 Deactivate and cancellation of tikona service

                                Hi, I have been Tikona Customer and was using broadband connection. On 12th Of July I called customer care and asked for disconnection as I shifted to different place and connection was no more required. After few days I got mail for payment (Bill generated for Cycle 15th July - 15th July) in-spite of disconnection request before bill generation. I called customer care and they told that my disconnection request got closed as they were unable to contact me for confirmation and hence bill generated but ignore the bill and raised new request for disconnection. After few days I started getting calls and mails for bill payment, I called customer care again to confirm and to my surprise same problem again they cancelled my request and asked me to raise again. Finally on 23rd of July, I sent them email to confirm that I want to discontinue the connection and called customer care to raised request. They also confirmed me over call that there is no pending due on me. In the month of August I get bill again for August - September cycle one month after disconnection request I called customer care again and they told me that your account is terminated so kindly ignore the mail. I got mail saying all services has now been terminated on 19th August and even after bills are generated, sent to email, multiple calls/messages, Suddenly on September 29th I got bill saying make full and final payment of Rs 847. I called customer care asking for the explanation they told me that they will get back to me but I was pretty sure that they wont call, So along with Call I dropped an email for same (online request number - 1-[protected]) Now today on 12th Of October I got a call from a lady claiming herself to be a lawyer of Delhi High Court and threatening me to make payment in next 30 mins or else case will be filled against me. I asked her details name and registration to which she denied at first and then said her registration number is hpc/397 which I don't think is legitimate. I also recorded all the calls. The numbers from which I am getting called are Tikona Legal and those numbers which can be clearly seen on True Caller and seen as spam on google search first link. There are no dues on me and their executive has confirmed same over call for more than 5 times and in-spite of same I am getting mails and calls for payment. I am ready to pay amount If really I owe some but after disconnection is completely non-sense. This is kind of harassment, calling customers and threatening them to pay. My Tikona Connection Id is [protected]. I would request you to look into matter and advise as what should I do next to resolve the matter. I really don't want all this calls / messages, they are really disturbing. Please help. Thanks

                                First of I would like to thank consumer complaint to provide this forum/platform for reporting this kind of issues/problem from service provider Following all complaints/emails/calls, Tikona realized not to harass me more and confirmed that my internet disconnection request is completed. As i have already made payment due to lot of threatening calls/emails and continuous harassment, they have also refunded me the the payment which they billed 2 months after disconnection. They apologized for all the issues/ problem i have to go through and I am happy to inform that my problem was resolved. Thanks a lot

                                Even after sending multiple emails, calling for more than 10 times a day above issue is not resolved. As per your email of full and final payment of Rs. 824 (i.e. generated after disconnection) for which I haven't used. But you guys keep on calling for payment in name of full and final payment, I have today paid the amount (Hard Earned Money - Wasted).

                                Please close my connection now, provide the NOC or whatever closure confirmation and please make sure not to call or send an email or message after this.

                                  Consumer ID : [protected]. I have called a representative to set up the Internet connection at my home yesterday on 11/10/2015. First of all, they have promised that it will take 30 mins to set up the connection. One guy came at my house at 2.30 p.m. and start the set up. As per the company's verification call they would need to give a trial to check the internet speed. Suman Pandey who came first did not have the required tools for the trial and to submit the verification. He called his collegues again and again to give the trial user id and password and failed to do so. Then he called a technician Dinesh Kumar to come and do the verification part. He came at 6.30 p.m. after making numerous calls. My whole family was sitting and saw what the guy was doing. After all the technician (Dinesh Kumar) came who had the attitude like he is the CEO of the company. He did the verification part and asking for the money again and again without giving the trial. Then the worst thing happened. I had the router with me asked him to connect the router with the interet connection. With out evening checking, he said that this router will not work. You need to buy a router from me which worth 1200 rs. When I denied his offer. Then, he said either you can buy a router from me which costs 1200 Rs or I will charge you 400 rs to connect your router. We asked him to charge a reasonble amount because we know it has nothing to charge 400 rs to connect a router. He said " Sir yahi to hamari uper ki kamai hai" Company to hame 150 rs deti hai ek connection ke aur wo bhi one month ke baad milenge. We asked him to take 200 rs and connect the router. We paid 2, 280 rs online for the installation and gave him 200 rs to connect the router. After getting the money, his attitude has changed completely. He do not want to stay any more. He take 2 mins to connect the router and moved out giving the trial. He did not even remeber to collect the papers. After leaving the home, his collegue called and asked for the papers and one photograph. I went downstairs to give the papers. Without checking or reading the papers, Dinesh Kumar said these papers will not work. And I want the papers with in a week. (The tone was like he is giving an order to me). Then I said, with the help of same papers I had a connection with you on my top floor for my relatives. But he did not listen and started talking rudely in his regional (Haryanvi) language. When my wife asked him to come again and check the problem because the connection was not working properly. Then he bluntly said "Main naa aa raha madam". He was giving baseless excuses and repeat the word (Company's policy) again and again which is not revelent. Also, he said in his language "Ude jake dekhle kisa chal raha hai, wahan bhi maine hi lagaya tha". I am so surprised to see how this company is doing business. The technician working with them do not know how to treat the customers. After getting the money their attitude has changed completely which is not acceptable. I have tried to escalate it on the real time basis and one of them has called their manager (Sant Lal) and handover the phone to me. He even did not even listen to what I am saying and start taking his men's favor. I did not talk to him and search this option to raise my issue. I want to teach them a lesson and want that this will not happen again with the other customers. Even though they are hiring the local people to get the jobe done, however it is also required for them to train them on how to treat the customers.

                                    Dear Respected Sir / Madam, I need your help in resolving the below issue on priority. Got the Tikona broadband connection on Jan 28th 2015 with upfront payment for 3months. Started facing service inefficiency from 2nd month of installation. Raised a query on Feb 6th with Ticket number TT no. 1-[protected] for how the payments have been calculated and internet service not working, why the assured speed and services are not up to the mark as per attached email. Again raised the same issue on April 16th & 18th 2015 as per attached emails. My 50+ year old mother had so much of mental harassment as they never answered calls / replied emails. Then they started calling for payments for April and I was like first fix my issue. As there was clear service deficiency from Tikona, I decided to terminate the connection effective 20th May. I gave them formal notice on May 19th 2015 to disconnect the service effective 20th May 2015 and bill me F&[censored]p to May 2015. as per attached email. To my shock I had to again send a reminder on May 24th 2015 on my termination request as Tikona was calling my Mother every day 4 times to pass the connection to some one known in the apartment, how disgusting is that service level and ethics. Finally May 25th I get their email on how they will proceed with the Termination as per attached email. In which they will take 16 days to terminate as per their policy, I immediately clear the April Dues and requested them to collect the device which is pending from their side to collect, as per attached email. There was no one from the company who came and collected the device and I had to send a reminder again on May 30th 2015 requesting them to collect the device as this is blocking place in my house. After repeated calls and reminders to Tikona, Tikona emailed me on July 4th 2015 that they have successfully disconnected the services, wow what a achievement on not meting your 15days SLA. as per their email. Post seeing the email I immediately replied them to come and collect the device before 7th July as we are travelling out of Mumbai. Which they again failed to collect the device. I have been calling MR Shivkumar who is responsible to collect the device as per Tikona;s email instruction however there is no one who comes and collect. Today 12th October 2015, My Mother gets a call from Delhi collection agent Mr Arun Srivastava threatening her to pay the balance of INR 1700 which as per them is billing due or face legal consequence. She tried to explain him that there is no billing due and this bill what he is talking is for the device which Tikona has billed assuming the customer is not returning. Mr Arun didn't listen and kept threatening which in return caused my mother high blood pressure and resulting to faint. Knowing this I immediate called Shivkumar to come and collect the device and close this open issue from so many months, He assured he will collect this on 13th Oct 2015. Now my request to Consumer department is to give me justice and get me a apology letter from Tikona and refund for 1 month bill as per the harassment and mental torture my mother has faced even after paying the bills for poor services.                                     By when this can be closed Tikona. This is pending from so long . The device is yet to be collected.
                                    Team, what is happening with your service level. Your representative came to collect device, however he came without the letter which was assured to me. I was assured of letter stating that device is collected and the over due which was pending and charged due to collection of device is all clear.
                                    The representative left without collecting the device stating he will get the letter in some time.
