From last 1 week this request is just being neglected.
Over and above these so called technical support are closing the compliant on their wish.

They should be kicked and thrown out of this country.
I had called on the customer care on 12/13th Dec to complain about the issue and the so called technical team had informed that there is tower issue in Bangalore area and it will be from 12 to 14th Dec. So you can raise for waive off request after that.
Now your liars are telling that there was no complaint made by me.
I am getting my call details from my service provider and throw it on your face to show how much lie and loot you do in the name of the service.
We should file PIL against your for harassing and cheating and looting the customers.
