[Resolved]  Tikona — Cheating in name of waive-off

You cheaters/Money Looters do not take request when i had called saying we cannot take request for waive-of[censored]ntil the issue is resolved. Now after the issue was resolved and i have raised the request for waive off you cheaters are saying i had not raised complaint when the issue was there. I have paid for service which should be 24x7. Now you are saying that there was some connectivity (even through very very very very very low) so there will be no waive off. This is not a single customer who was facing the issue. It was a bangalore tower issue and this has been specifically specified during my call. This is happenning every time when i raise request for waive off. Just cheating and looting is all you can do in the name of service. Your license should be cancelled and heavy penalty should be imposed on you. You deserve it. I see no update on this.
From last 1 week this request is just being neglected.
Over and above these so called technical support are closing the compliant on their wish.
How come such liar's are allowed to operate in India.
They should be kicked and thrown out of this country.
I had called on the customer care on 12/13th Dec to complain about the issue and the so called technical team had informed that there is tower issue in Bangalore area and it will be from 12 to 14th Dec. So you can raise for waive off request after that.
Now your liars are telling that there was no complaint made by me.

I am getting my call details from my service provider and throw it on your face to show how much lie and loot you do in the name of the service.

We should file PIL against your for harassing and cheating and looting the customers.
How come such liar's are allowed to operate in India.
