I had applied for termination 29th-Dec. My billing cycle is 26th-Dec. So per your policy i need to pay for 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th-Dec. I had 4 days of waive-off from my previous cycle. So the Final Settlement Amount should be Rs.0 as i needed to pay for 4 days and i had waive-off for 4 days. So there should not be any amount payable by me but you are sending email stating my Final Settlement Amount is Rs.110.13/- I have already raised complaint regarding this. Compliant No is # 1-[protected] Please provide for what are you now asking Rs110. Is this your disconnection charge also ? I have already returned your device and cables. It was informed that within 24 hrs I will get a call and the issue will be resolved.
But seems you guys have some clock in which 24 hrs will never come to end.
Seems all the Tikona guys go to office just for doing Time-Pass and not to work.

    My Account ID # [protected] I have been talking to Tikona Team since December 2014 (technically since July 2014) that there is frequent drop in the connection so disconnect my connection & REFUND my money. They keep on saying that give us one chance to resolve this but they could not resolve it yet. Now they are saying since you have Advance Rental Plan we cannot REFUND your money. I am not using their services since January 7 2015. SO MY QUESTION TO THEM IS WHEN THEY CANNOT PROVIDE SERVICES WHY CAN'T THEY REFUND MY MONEY. I PAID THEM TO USE THEIR INTERNET SERVICES BUT IF THEY CAN'T DO SO THEY SHOULD REFUND MY MONEY PLEASE HELP !!!

    Please be informed as of now I really do not want to continue with you guys as more than 30 phone calls and 5 times field engineers visits in last one month is more than enough for me.       My user id is [protected] and this is my second connection im getting from tikona, my first connection i used it for 1 year but that whole year im not able to connect with the internet even if it connected once in a blue moon the speed il get is only 10 KBPS to 400 KBPS out of 4MBPS they sed there is a problem in the device what they installed and they never changed it and sed my house is single ground floor so its not getting the connection from the server.then recently 2 months back i shifted my house its 2 floor i decided to take some other connection but a technical person from tikona approached me and sed in this house i can easily get 4 mbps with out any fluctuations as the server is right opposite to my house and also i got 3.5 mbps while getting the connection and after a week the same problem what i got in my first connection im getting right now login page itsef not coming i compained many times they gave the complaint no. but no response from the technical team. one of my complaint no. is 1:[protected]

      i have taken a internet connection from tikona, they have provided me 4mbps speed pack but there is no proper internet connection. it does not connect properly, if it get connected the speed will be 1.5 mbps in real. they promise something but they deliver something. tikona is a cheat broadband. i use to cal the customer care daily for these issues.. they have dialogue saying that " your problem will get solved in 2 to 3 hrs time" i am fed up of hear this ... they dont have the capabilty to provide high speed internet connection. they survive only in the strength of marketing. but they cheat for sure.

        And from last 15 days i m givinbg complain on complain and they make me nuts change adopter n router from last 15days but the 4mbps pla get speed of 435 kbps after doing that adopter game and the excutive says sorry thgere is no issue from our end and there technician visted says issue in wire so again call them they says no issue and we cant send technician just do work change adopter like i m servent of tikona to do every day the thing

          Hi, i am using service from 23 jan 2015. since 23 jan i am facing low speed or fluctuating speed. i paid for 4MBPS connection but not getting 4MBPS. i am getting some time less than 512 kbps some time less than 2mbps. i tried to contact and send many mail to Mr Nair who is manager of customer care but he and his team not willing to resolve the problem. from last 5 days i am facing same issue and tikona providing worst service.             1st Email Hi Team, We have taken the connection on 24 November 2014. I want to bring up a serious issue against Tikona broadband. Please look into the issue on priority basis. 1. Services has not completed two months, we have raised complaint more than six times. No proper solution. 2. My broadband connection has been discontinued from 24th Jan’2015 night and same has been not resolved after many call and discussion with customer and IT consultant. Today on 26th Jan’2015 9.30 AM morning complaint has been raised (Mr. Ganesh Bear) with confirmation that the problem will be solved within two hours, but all failed. 3. We called so many times to customer care but continuously five to six times they disconnect the calls, and irritate me while not answering the calls. At last Sharukh Shaikh (Employee ID 4176) attend the calls and failed to answer me, when I asked to transfer my call to supervisor he deny to do said no one supervisor is available to solve the query. 4. Finally, I got the attention of one supervisor (Mr. Nandar Prabhu Employee ID 4134) he told problem cannot be solved 24hours. And he tried to called Bangalore Local IT team but he was failed to connect any one of them due to unavailability of team. 5. Finally I got call from Nandar saying there is location server issue and local IT person will come to next day morning 10.00AM (27.01.2015). Could you please let me know 1) Why Tikona people taken so long time to find out issue. 2) We called to local IT person while receiving the IT person details on message, he directly deny to coming to home to see the issue. (Ram sagar setty Mob. No. [protected]) 3) If Tikona is not capable to provide the broadband services why they are running such kind of customer care business? 4) If they are not able to solve the customer queries why they have customer care department? 5) Why Tikona is not allowing to other broadband networks in my location running monopoly business.               Tikona leaves me with no alternative but complaint to the Indian consumer complaints forum. I have been complaining regarding SPEED ISSUES/ DROP ISSUES and everytime I call, I have been assigned a FALSE engineer visit not only by the Customer Care Executives but also by the Senior Desk from where I have received more then 5 calls but no resolutions. My logs with Tikona say the same and if accessed, you'll come to know that there has been 'n' number of FALSE PROMISES made and none ever fulfilled. Every time I call, I have been given a new problem/solutions and none has worked. The Customer Care would say there is no problem we see from our end and then the Senior Desk apologizes for the wrong information given by the Customer Care and then can see some problems for which they assign an engineer visit anda the engineer never turns up. Despite all this mess going on for more the a month and half now, the attitude of the TIKONA team is so arrogant that the Tikona team feels they are the only service providers in the country and there is no one else where the customer can go. All said-n-done, despite multiple complains, they have left me toggling between the Senior Desk and the Customer Care and not providing me any resolution. They would not even disconnect my connection and are keeping on raising the bills for the service that they have not provided nor it seems they have no intention to in the near future. I have claimed back the money paid to Tikona as advance to provide me with service for the past month or asked Tikona to correct my issue and waive the money that I have already paid for which Tikona did not give me the services for. It seems Tikona is not able or is incapable to provide me with the service, as they are not resolving the issue nor are they disconnecting my connection and raising bills every month. I have paid for the previous month and not received the service. Now this month again they have raised another bill without resolving my issue. I want Tikona to disconnect my connection asap, if they are unable to provide me with the connection up-time and the speed as promised in their plan without frequent connection drops. The same request has been given to the Customer Care today as the executive (Nikhil Chikshe) that is the last one I talked to was not willing to adhere to the promise that the Senior desk had given me for assigning of an Engineer who would resolve my issue. This promise was given to me when I received a call from the Senior Desk on the 22nd Jan and I was travelling and was advised to make a call once I reach back to Gurgaon. Nikhil was adamant that there was no issue in the network and he would not assign an Engineer, even after my tell him multiple times that my connection is dropping and I am unable to work. In reality it took me more the 2 hours to make 4 Airtel Bill Payments even after bypassing my router, which in normal case would take me approximately 2 minutes at a 4 MBPS line. And the Customer Care Executive did not see and connection drops, Aint it funny? He thinks I am a fool to call the customer care which always has a wait time of more then 5 minutes and I have got ample of time to waste and call them. Hope the Tikona Management understands the meaning of customer service and will do the needful at the earliest in its capacity. Tikona ID # [protected]

                My user id is [protected]. I took Tikona broadband connection in October 2013 and because we were relocating in different places I asked the customer care to disconnect it in January. However even after multiple calls and complaints they did not disconnected it and charged me bill for the January as well. I did pay the bill for January 2014 and asked them to disconnect the connection as soon as possible. They assured us they will disconnect it and this is the last charge which we need to pay. However we started receiving call and threatening message from September 2014 onwards that we need to pay the amount of 3100/-. Since my number was used by one of my previous roommate she contacted me regarding it. Unwillingly I have to pay the amount as they said they will seize my government id cards and I will not be able to make any transaction. Please help us regarding this, they neither disconnected the connection and made us pay extra by threatening us. Most of the normal public are not aware of laws. How to get my money back and file a case against those who mentally and financially harassed me? After posting a complaint here, they contacted me but every time its a new story. Sometime they say we went to your old address and did not got our device, after asking when was the time they went there they informed 4 months after registering a disconnection appeal. This is the Ticket No = TIKDE2357 They constantly cook new story and whenever I tell them my points they are completely speechless. They are not taking any action but merely calling us and telling us that whatever they did they had a purpose. Some undefined charges which they never inform to any customer and suddenly when they take your money all the rules starts popping up. Such type of services should be banned who never provide a resolution to customer and try to take out as much money as they can. This is my4th attempt to get justice, the customer care people just give a ticket number to me and ask me to send all the details in their personal customer care email. Did that also, however the person who calls never provide any resolution. I also receive a phone call saying that they will refund the amount. Never received the amount. The people who call you are having no answer, they said we charged you for our devices, which they came to collect after four months since we asked to disconnect the connection. That also we informed to remove it as soon as they can because we were moving, they never paid any attention and now they are cooking some or the other story. Even the customer care finds it so illogical that they could not answer my question, they do not even have the history of our usage (since they already disconnected it but somehow generated bills)

                  Hello, I was having 3 months Tikona plan, so last month I paid for 3 months in advance. After paying full amount for 3 months, I converted plan to monthly. Now I am willing to close the connection as I am moving at different location. Same I convey to Tikona Call Center, and what i got to know is money for remaining 2 months will not going to refund.This is as per their policy on site. Do you thing this is correct policy? Look like Tikona never considered about customer while creating such a pathetic policy. "I think consumer court should take strict action against Tikona for such anti customer policy".                       I got a new Tikona broadband connection on Dec 4, 2014 which worked for two days only. After repeated complaints to Tikona Customer Care, the connectivity problem was resolved on Dec 14, 2014 and worked fine till Dec 24, 2014. From Dec 25, 2014 it stopped working again and I went in for a disconnection request. I received the disconnection intimation mail from Tikona on January 11, 2015, asking me to return the CPE within 7 days failing which I would be charged Rs.1500. They had also given me the number[protected] of SPS MESH SOLUTIONS K PALANISAMY who would collect the CPE from my premises. I have been calling this person since Jan 14, 2015 every day asking him to collect the CPE. Though he promises to send somebody every time I call, nobody has turned up to collect the CPE. Most of the time he does not pick up the phone. I sent a mail to the Appellate Authority of Tikona as well as the Customer Care complaining about this but still nobody came to collect the CPE. Today (Jan 21) they have sent me a final bill asking me to pay Rs.1500 as I had not returned the CPE within 7 days. There is a small note however in the bill which states that if the CPE is returned within the next 48 hours, the amount of Rs.1500 need not be paid. So again I started a hectic round of dialling[protected] of SPS MESH SOLUTIONS K PALANISAMY who promised to send somebody today but did not. Later in the day, he did not answer my repeated calls. I am sure that the same situation would prevail tomorrow also and I would not be able to meet the deadline of 48 hours through no fault of mine. On browsing the net, I came across similar situations faced by several customers. This seems to be the modus operandi of Tikona. I am surprised how a Company can carry on these unethical activities with such impunity on such a large scale without anybody to question them and this seems to be going on for years now. I have taken every effort possible to return the CPE in time but the company's intention seems to be to cheat customers and extort money. Now I will wait for them to come and collect it whenever they feel like it and of course, I am not going to pay a single penny.

                        Respected Sir, Myself Krishna Nandan Sharma from Nikol, Ahmedabad. I had taken 6 months broadband services which ended in September 2014. Advance payment was done for the same. I havestill not received the receipt of same. As soon as my package completed I had instructed them not to renew my contract, same was intimated to them via email. Still they auto renewed my services forcefully & threatening to pay full amount since last 4 months. My major complaints are as follows : 1. Payment receipt not given for the services taken. 2. Forcefully auto renewed services, even though I intimated to terminate services. 3. Threatening to pay for the services which I do not want at all.                           IT is a very painful experince after taking TIKONA connection.

                          The connectivity is always an issue and WIFI is not working properly, there is no resolution provided by the team even after making a complaint to the Toll Free call also the response is very bad, there is no care for customer after taking the connection, I will recomment not to use this connection.

                            I took Tikona broadband connection in October 2013 and because we were relocating in different places I asked the customer care to disconnect it in January. However even after multiple calls and complaints they did not disconnected it and charged me bill for the January as well. I did pay the bill for January 2014 and asked them to disconnect the connection as soon as possible. They assured us they will disconnect it and this is the last charge which we need to pay. However we started receiving call and threatening message from September 2014 onwards that we need to pay the amount of 3100/-. Since my number was used by one of my previous roommate she contacted me regarding it. Unwillingly I have to pay the amount as they said they will seize my government id cards and I will not be able to make any transaction. Please help us regarding this, they neither disconnected the connection and made us pay extra by threatening us. Most of the normal public are not aware of laws. How to get my money back and file a case against those who mentally and financially harassed me? After posting a complaint here, they contacted me but every time its a new story. Sometime they say we went to your old address and did not got our device, after asking when was the time they went there they informed 4 months after registering a disconnection appeal. This is the Ticket No = TIKDE2357 They constantly cook new story and whenever I tell them my points they are completely speechless. They are not taking any action but merely calling us and telling us that whatever they did they had a purpose. Some undefined charges which they never inform to any customer and suddenly when they take your money all the rules starts popping up. Such type of services should be banned who never provide a resolution to customer and try to take out as much money as they can

                            I cannot repeat myself like a parrot.

                            Its the same story all over again, I will post a complain here then in your tikona customer care email, you guys will call me and then ask me to repeat all the information again.

                            But you will not provide any resolutions.

                            I had already talked to customer care for more then 10 times. Till now they are cooking story saying some or the other reason.
                            I know you people will not take any action, its been a month and I had talked to almost all of your customer care, how many times do I need to contact you guys about the same issue again and again. And its the same process, they will ask the same retarded type question.
                            At the time of threatening and asking for some money (fake amount) you guys can contact but for providing resolution you cannot.

                            Stop fooling customers. You already contacted me for money for so many times through different lawyers while demanding your unfair bills and all, what about now.. Here is my user id [protected], check this user id and get all the information.

                              I had given request to Tikona Digital Networks to stop the service (On toll free no) on 14th Dec.2014 that time executive told me you have not charge your next bill if you not used our service, As per him i had follow-up the instruction & also i had received mail from legal department of Tikona Digital Networks starting that outstanding amount Rs.709 & Rs.1, 500 for not return Modem along with all accessories but the fact was i had follow-up to return modem & all accessories to Mr.Pramod may times on his mobile no - [protected] after continues follow-up with this guys he had taken all accessories & Modam of Tikona digital network & i also send mail to tikona regarding this & also send scan image of return of all accessories & modem I am getting Call from [protected] stating that if you do not pay your bill amount than we file case against you & you have to come at Delhi court for the same, Her name is Rekha Chavan, Her email id is harma.[protected]@gmail.com, She had all so given her mobile no -[protected], & said that once you pay the amount than you have to inform on this number & she also said that your file received from Tikon only, She had also provide me Case ID no - DLA698096/2014 I She was follow-up with me very aggresively for the same but the thing is tikona send me bill on 17/01/2015 on mail address after lots of follow-up with tikona, But i had all ready given request to stop service on 14th Dec'2015 and as per communication with your toll free number i had not to pay any further bill as stop service request had taken from tikona ( I had confirm twice on toll free number), However my due date is 30th Jan'2015 and company is following before due-date that i am not understanding I had try to contact on toll free number but i get reply your number was taken & will get back to you in 48 hours but i never got call from tikona and i had send many mails to tikona but i never got proper response from Tikona Digital Networks This is to much harassment from Tikona Digital Networks

                              Today i am getting call from [protected] @ 1:32PM stating that i am calling from tikona this is regarding return of tikona equipment i said that it's all ready taken & i had share receipts with tikona customer care he said this case come to me for closer and he do not
                              have any record of return equipment of my & he said if you have any receipts than send it.

                              After that i had received call from [protected] @2:35 for the same from another person

                              I am not understand what is the problem where is disconnect this so much of harassment from day one wards

                                The request to shut the account was made in September, while Tikona have been generating bills sill date, for January. The customer care responded by saying there was a delay from our end - in October. My address was changing hence we needed to terminate the connection. They also suggested that we will be contacted for collection of modem but their was no call from tikona.

                                Tikona also claimed that I had an outstanding amount of 2500 or 2600 which I was supposed to pay. When I refused, after some time my outstanding was reduced close to 300rupees.

                                Now I am receiving FRAUDULENT CALLS from some Tikona executive claiming to be a lawyer in Delhi Court, expecting me to pay a sum of Rs.1900 with no credibility whatsoever on the amount breakdown.

                                The numbers I was called from have been blacklisted by many phone users, as is evident from Truecaller*.
                                The name given to me by the lady other side is Ms. Sharma. I have a recording of her call, with claims and other fraud details she mentioned, just in case the need be.

                                Whoever may be reading this, kindly look into the matter at your company's end.

                                P.S. I have even made the payments for Rs. 408.78 as per the bill sent to me by Tikona automated system, just in case any error of calculations from my side MIGHT have surfaced. But consumer courts are always open, and another piece of trouble from TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORKS, and I would be forced to take legal action.

                                  Hi, I have bought a broadband connection with tikona in Faridabad my user Id is [protected]. From the day one the internet was not working so I called the customer care and asked them to fix it but they were not able to fix the issue. Latter technician told us that the tower has been shifted so our area falls in non coverage zone now. I have asked them to disconnect my connection. They have disconnect my connection but they have not provided any refund for the connection. I have paid 2months rent advance and 500 installation charge in advance and i have not used their service more than 15 days. i have tired to contact tikona customer care for refund but there is no answer. Even the email address updated is incorrect and it should be vivek.[protected]@gmail.com. Please refund

                                    I had applied for termination 29th-Dec.
                                    My billing cycle is 26th-Dec.
                                    So per your policy i need to pay for 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th-Dec.
                                    I had 4 days of waive-off from my previous cycle.
                                    So the Final Settlement Amount should be Rs.0 as i needed to pay for 4 days and i had waive-off for 4 days.
                                    So there should not be any amount payable by me but you are sending email stating my Final Settlement Amount is Rs.110.13/-
                                    I have already raised complaint regarding this. Compliant No is # 1-[protected]
                                    Please provide for what are you now asking Rs110. Is this your disconnection charge also ?
