mu tikona ID is [protected] and I have taken 2 MBPS speed package I am facing the speed issue from last 5 days and always getting the response that it will get resolved within 1 to 3 hrs but it is never resolved and no one showed up to call customer care first i had to call 6-7 times on toll free number to get connected for technical assistance and then had to wait at least 10 to 15 mins to connect the executive. While keeping on hold they ask to call on a tolled number to connect faster. that means we are that stupid that first Pay TIKONA for such pathetic services and after Paying them we should Pay our Mobile bills also! ! ! SOOOOO Smart Ha . . . . :x after going to all this i just get an oral confirmation that it will get resolved within few hrs. The issue which i GET is mainly due to the device on my rooftop (As they say). Instead of investing too much in reversing Payments and Keeping their reputation up for some time, Why don't they Buy new devices so discard the last one. A Tikona technician once TOld me that[b] when they get new connection in same area they replace the device of an older connection who is not getting any trouble.I asked him "Why Play soooo cheap?". He replied "the Company dont provide us new hardware so they don't Have any option left as the HO puts continuous pressure on us to complete installation without New Hardware Supplies" They I spoke with a sales person of Tikona, you wont believe what reply I got. he said "We got continuous pressure to do sales and get more customers. but believe me Sir there is no support with us from our Head office. His manager and upper Management is not at all worried about Customer complaints and do not support us to resolve them. They are just worried about the sales numbers. We have to face customer while collecting money from they and they call us only. We need to secure our Jobs, so we switch rooftop devices for new clients so they get good speed in the beginning and after few days he starts getting problems as we have to switch the rooftop devices after our responsibility gets over. We remain with no choice" Everyone is so careless that it seems like customer is the last thing for Tikona to worried about. As A prepaid customer what choice we left with ? ? ? ?

    Hello This sounds like very cheap but portal say's remaining amount of 407 they deduct 1800 amount and when i call to customer support they are saying it never refund and our portal dont have option to modify and i talked there supervisor Sidhesh . he gave very stupid idea about the refund but they actually never refund the amount . i am very frustrated . that people are so cheap they are doing robbering customer and saying it adjust in next bill. if i am not willing to pay 1800 for WHAT ????? Next bill for April and they took amount till may or june and WORT SERVICE EVER, 4mbps never cross 1mbps also on test . is this kind of Cheap company are running india . really upset

    Feb 21 till now no one help me i got one call that special team is coming to solve my problem but no action taken i have 4700 fo 3 month and got speed of 1 less than 1mbps and paying 4 mbps plus no once care or reply on my emails and decided not continue as i already paid 1400 in advance for the month april and your policy is no refund so keep it and please terminate my connection this most pathetic service you have. please consider this complaint of my broadband connection termination. and i will NOT pay anything after this. so please do not bother for any bill . there is nothing pending 1400 you guys trick and took it.

      I had raised a request on 30th Nov 2014 (complaint # 1-[protected]) to close my Tikona broadband connection and they accepted it on 1 Dec 2014 and said that within 48 hours technical person will come and collect the instruments. At that time of closing I paid all bill and had no overdue, it was also confirmed by their customer care.After a couple of weeks no one visited and collected the instruments from me also I started receiving monthly bills from Tikona. I registered a complaint on 18 Dec 2014 (complaint # 1-[protected]) and they said within 24 hours they'll collect the instruments. But again no one showed up for nearly a month and now they had sent me another bill for January 2015.After continuous complaints (for the last 80 days) with their customer care no proper information shared instead they keep sending text msgs and calls for payment reminder. This is a new way of cheating the customer by deliberately delaying the connection closing request and sending fake bills.

      Finally 86 days after my 1st complaint...tikona representative came and collected the CPE instrument and other equipments from my premise on 24th Feb 2015. But on 27th Feb 2015 I received a SMS from Tikona "Dear Customer, your tikona account has been activated as overdue balances are paid. Thank you for using our services. Happy surfing."

      Please terminate my account immediately...dont know how can I surf??? When I have asked for closing the connection and already returned all your devices.

        This is Pramod with the ID [protected] I had raised the request for the disconnection of the services( refer the mail below ) mainly due to the WORST CUSTOMER CARE and your executive had called me after 15 days and started harassing for the payment for which I had not even used and after the heated conversation I had agreed to pay the amount which was done on line and the instrument was returned back to one of your site executive and I think they had gone in a deep sleep and woke up Jan 21 2015 and again started harassing and started threatening for the payment on the same day Rs.1770.00 was paid on line and said my account is closed and shall not disturb further, below are the payment details and after a couple of days one of your executive had called asking for the reconnection and I had clearly mentioned that I would not go for this waste connection. Now I receive a bill saying I need to pay the bill again.           i have currently taken Tikona broadband Internet in January 2015 almost this is the second month still my Internet is not working the first day of connection its started troubling me the person whom i call to enquire about the tikona he name is ravi and his mobile no is [protected] he promise me that the company is very good in service and all false promise he gave me when he came to my house to connect the line he insist me to pay cash instate of cheque i agree to that also till today my Internet is not working i made complain every time but still no one respond when i call ravi he started disconnecting my call i thing tikona is the worst Internet provider i request every one not to take this [censored] tikona Internet connection i know my money is wasted but if they try to install any connection in my area building i will [censored] remove and through their instrument and wires i will not allow them to come in my area

            I had been using Tikona for over 6 months, recently i got an issue with my broadband, so i called the customer care and informed them about the problem, they intimated me that engineer will visit my place and resolve the issue, yet no one turned up.i had been calling them over a week daily, yet i get the same answer from these CC.I mailed to (j.[protected]@tikona.in) and still there is no response from these guys.I heard about the poor service from tikona earlier, now i myself facing the same.               It’s been more than 10 months now since I have been in constant tussle with Tikona services. It all started around 15th April when there was an issue with the services, and my Internet stopped working. After repeated complaints, finally the engineer came to my place but after 45 days of complaint. The engineer rectified the error and I was able to use the services. And customer care informed me that you will be waived off for the 45days when you didn’t receive the service. I used the service but after 30 days it again started giving problems. So I made the payment of Rs 1600 for the month's usage and asked customer care to cancel my service. To my dismay, I was told that I will have to make the payment for last month as well and also that I will get a waive off of only Rs225 for the time period when I didn’t receive the service. This came as a shocker since my monthly dues are close to Rs1500, and hence as per simple maths for 45 days I should get a waive off for Rs1500 (1 month) + Rs 750 (15 days) = Rs 2250. Thus I asked the customer care to immediately cancel my connection and told them I don’t want to use it any further. This conversation took place in June’14. But then I started to receive calls from your collection department to make the payment for the services which I never used. Then I came to know that Tikona has filed a case to mark me negative in CIBIL for no payment. I was asked to call at this number [protected], and settle the matters with the advocate Namita Verma. I was told that I will have to make the payments within 10 minutes otherwise the case will be forwarded to CIBIL. I was scared, and I immediately made all the settlement payment (Rs 4850) + modem cost (1600) on 12th Dec'2014. All this despite the fact that I have used 0 MB of data in all these months for which I’m being charged. I received an email as well from their appellate office saying there are no pending dues. After this, I had clear instructions that IDON'T Want TO USE TIKONA EVER in MY LIFE. Suddenly after 2 months, I received a call from [protected]in the name of Advocate Vinod Kumar Sharma and he said legal case has been filed against your name for the outstanding of Rs 3250. And that you will have to make the payment within 10 minutes so that your case is not forwarded to court. I didn't make any further payment.But again, after 4 hours, I received a call form another advocate name Devraj Joshi. And he threatened me that case has been registered against section 420, 437 etc. and I will have to pay a fine of Rs 75, 100 to the court and all outgoing phones calls will be barred. This is sheer non-sense and big time harassment. I want to take action against such a company which thrives on scaring people and literally looting money out of their pocket. Though I was lucky to get their corporate head number Mr Santosh Naik and reported all this to him. He promptly settled the issue with half an hour. But the overall experience with Tikona has been very negative and I want to warn people from using this service ever.

              Exactly same experience and harassment here.
              From July / August I have been calling and emailing them. Not only they did not cancel or send any final settlement letter but kept on charging me every month and send bills. I called cust care and was given a contact number of Palani to hand over the modem. He answered couple of times then he stopped responding too. So many emails I wrote to them but no response at all. Plus they claim they tried to contact me but I did not get any call . I see many customers have reported same issue.
              Today I got a call as well from [protected] literally threatening me and telling me to pay immediately otherwise they will take me to court and block all my government papers etc. I requested that I cannot connect to network but the lady named Priyanka wont listen and wants immediately ( same as the customer above has mentioned ). I have used services in June and I paid today. But I do not understand what kind of terror technique is this ? I see so many people have reported same issue. I will tell everybody not to go for Tikona and report it in media / online as well. You are threatening the customers ? I used in June and I have always agreed to pay that. I requested to cancel and waive the charges you had been charging me. When I asked this lady that whether I will receive any letter confirming settlement she did not assure as well and kept on threatening and harassing me.

              I wish to bring this to somebody's notice hoping a resolution and closure

                Guys I am just sharing my PATHETIC experience with Tikona. I really do not feel they should be in this business. My Internet usually gives issues. Having prior pathetic experience with call center, most of the cases I solved issues by myself as I know computer network very well. Many times prior engineer visit planned and did not turn up (usual case). Last time I bought a RJ45 tool and rectified issues by myself when no one visited for issue. Now since 7Feb15 my Internet is down. It works but you have to be in-front your laptop 24x7 to do your work, because you do not know when it will work. After so many calls since 8Feb15 to call center they conveyed on 13Feb15 that it needed engineer visit and it is planned for 14Feb15. As usual no one turned up, my weekend got ruined. Today 16Feb15 I made a call to call center and I am surprise hearing that no one ever planned to visit my house. However I got call 13Feb15 from the engineer and asked him to visit around 2PM on 14Feb15. So till now my net is not working. Engineer visit is schedule again tomorrow (17Feb15) 10AM and I doubt anyone will ever visit. I have used TATA, Reliance and few local SP, never ever faced this kind of issues with Tikona. They simply does not deserve to serve client. Conclusion:- I am paying 4mbps speed connection, hardly get 4mbps Every issues takes several days to rectify with several follow-up If you have ample amount of time for follow up with call center or Can rectify issues by yourself then fine If you are less bother about what you are paying and what your are getting then fine If you know how to resolve issues by yourself, having technical knowledge then fine ELSE GO FOR SOME OTHER SP.                 This is 0 star company seriously.

                The connection is still not been improved. Look at the pictures. After several try I could able to upload them. That mean the present connection is not even 200kbps. A 87kb file is failing to upload.

                Why you guys are doing this business, just failing to understand.

                I want a waive. Since 8Feb15 net is not working. I am not seeing any response from Appellate. I wont pay the bill till I am not seeing a revise bill send to me.

                I have requested change in plan today 28Feb15. Please act on that immediately.
                I have left the service. It is WORST experience with TIKONA.

                  I took Tikona broadband connection (4 MBPS, 1250 per month) in December 2014; am staying in Mugalivakkam, Chennai. It worked properly for 15 days or so. After that I am either not able to connect to internet or the speed is very low that opening one website (say, Times of India) is taking 15 - 20 minutes! I have made repeated complaints. Engineer visits happened three times and even that person said the Tikona tower coverage is bad! I bought the wireless router on Tikona's delivery person's insistence. Now I want to disconnect the connection and get the refund for everything (Bill for February - did not use the Internet even for a single day, router and anyother hidden charges they put). Frustrated and irritated to the core!

                    I took tikona connection on 8th Feb 15, before giving payment one tikona person used to come daily for so that ilI'll take the connection, on the day of connection, he was showing me demo of speed, speed was 4mbps he did connection, connection was prorper till that, he left, after half n hr i open my laptop to user internet, network was not available i called same person he said he ll come in half n hr till 2hrs he didnt come again i called him he said he ll come in 10 mins again he didnt come for n hour, i called again he started ignoring so many times i called him but he didnt pickup. Then i called customer care they said till tomorrow ur prob ll b resolved, but they didnt send anyone, next day again i called them ur issue is not assigned to anyone, i ll assign to some one, n i got message from tikona ''Your Tikona Service Reference number 5675911 is assigned to KARTHIC at Mobile Number [protected]'' I called him many times he didnt pick up, again i called tikona, again they said its not assign to anyone, again n again i called tikona care they reply same tomorrow it ll b resolved yestetday again i got msg after raising complaint i got new msg ''Your Tikona Service Reference number 5723004 is assigned to Yogesh at Mobile Number [protected]'' I called that person he refused to come n said i ll not come, you raised complaint again i said that was really disrespectful, n called tikona care again they said till tomorrow it ll b resolved, i asked what action u ll take against that guy who refused to come they said they ll check, morning also i called them again to send some one they said they ll said today till evening.                       I have complaint many time for very low speed and connection issue but nobody care of it. there are no value for customer. even when i try to call customer care, many time they cut call and saying that all agent are busy and in other call they test connection everytime. no resolution till now from 2 month. pathetic reply from customer care. no response on mail. very bad service on pick time even not able to connect. no connection on week end. Having 4 MB speed connection but i have never experience it. on weekend i am getting bloody 40 KBPS speed. I have proof as well

                        From the past two weeks there is no internet service for the user id: [protected] we had lodged the complaint on 6th Feb regarding this issue complaint no: 1-[protected] one more complaint was lodged on 11th Feb complaint no: 1-[protected] one more complaint has been complained on 14th Feb complaint no: 1-[protected]. There are no responses for the complaints above, and when we ask the explanation about these complaint the customer care are providing fake/silly promises, and also they disconnect the calls when asked to connect to their supervisors. the issues are still persisting and has prolonged for more than two weeks, but still no response No progress on the escalations of the issue, responses of resolving the issue varies from executive to executive for each call we make Because of this issue we have incurred losses, and many of our projects have been delayed we have all the evidences, have recorded all the conversations.

                        The problem was resolved by tikona as they received the mail from consumer court on 18th feb. because of no internet services for 2 weeks. i was forced to buy a Tata photon unnecessarily which Charges Rs 1999 for their Device and monthly Plans extra of 750 (Activated on 17th feb). additionally we have faced loses in stock trading since the orders were not executed due to non availability for the internet service.
                        I am seeking compensation from Tikona digital network for the loses incurred.
                        We seek a total of Rs 10000 as compensation.
                        we can provide the bills and documents for the losses.

                        the issue is been surfacing again and again since the engineer has visited my place.
                        the technical engineer changed the rooftop device and the Internet connection was working fine for 2-3 days,
                        since then i am again not getting connection. i raised a complaint again to the customer care on 24th Feb and they said they will send a engineer to my place by 25th feb. Since then there has been no engineer visit to my place.
                        And now the issue has been persisting for almost a month now.

                          I am an existing customer of Tikona (id: [protected]). I have been suffering of frequent disconnection for past one and half months. Regarding that I gave a complain and as per their policy that not to believe on customer’s words I did send several screen shots along with ip ping. After that apart from resolving issue they added some extras. Again I complaint, and send mail with screen shots. Now, everyday along with the frequent disconnection there are two things they added 1. Even though we have inverter but whenever the electricity gone so that the connection 2. Every day more than 3 hours there is no connectivity but whenever we call they are telling from our end its fine and we are not allowed to send engineers for this issues But the worst part is: 1. The attitude and tone of their representatives. Even if you request politely they talk with harsh voice 2. Nodal office: I never had seen a nodal office like that. First of all they don’t pick up calls and if by chance they will pick up they won’t resolve no matter what you say. No mail sending works whether you send to customer care or billing or to nodal officer mail id. No one can complete error free connection but after paying money and frequent problems from your side at least don’t show the attitude.

                            Here is the complain numbers I have log and the answer from customer care executive's and senior executive is alloys same the issue is resolve on call almost with snap shots I have send to Emil to Mr j.nair and from there also same reply the issue is resolve if the issue is resolve why its again and again rise ? The speed plan of my Internet is 4mbps but its dint get constant even 3 mops its been near 3 and above still I call and they resolve and again in few hours or after 24 hour its same the speed is near about 280 to imp's near about if they says issue is resolve why from last 1 month I am complaining and every time there executive check the connection with there speed test and its been shows 280 or 1385 or near about 2 mops . If they says issue resolve why dint its again rise? They dint have permemnat solution than why they charging me for month just I speak Mr kundan senior executive he reply your on call issue is resolve and check for today . Is token given me daily bases Internet plan? They charge me daily? They charge me monthly and issue is arising after every 2nd day and check with customer care calls every time there executive check speed on call and there is never 4mbps speed I got so?                               It is to bring to you notice that i am continuously harassed by your regular reminders and calls for the payment.I raised a request for removal of the equipment from my old place Mumbai and installing it at my new place in Delhi.The equipment was removed and collected by your engineer for which i am attaching the copy of same.While installing at delhi the tikona person informed me that its not feasible at your area due to connectivity problem and accordingly i informed to your team to disconnect it.It's really ridiculous that after making many reminder calls to you still i am getting payment notifications.This is my last reminder to you, even i have removal proof with me provided by your engineer who came for de installation if still you continue to go further i will take an action against your firm.

                                Subscriber-id [protected] I've already requested to disconnect my tikona connection 4 months ago, also paid the pending amount. That time I was told by customer care that "Your connection is disconnected". Still they are generating the bill. Yesterday I got call from [protected] (Mohd Wasim Khan) forcing me to pay the bill and was talking about court case. I paid the amount as given online in my account. Still he says you didn't paid the total amount. This is serious issue and I want help on this.

                                  This is to report that I have several times asked the Tikona team to disconnect my Internet connection starting from 17th of Jan, 2015. They do not disconnect the connection and they keep sending SMS and emails to pay the bills for the next year and so.

                                  Tikona did torture me with their pathetic connectivity issues for over 1 and half year and now they are not even disconnecting the connection. I have authorized the Tikona team in writing to come and collect the equipments from my house. But, instead of collecting back the equipments, they just try to call me to continue with their service. They have even generated a new bill from Jan 2015 to Jul 2015.

                                  Request the management to intervene and block all SMS and calls to my number and also ensure that they arrange for an engineer to visit my house and collect back all the equipment at my house.

                                  You may treat this as my final decision NOT TO CONTINUE WITH TIKONA and a written authorization.

                                  Even after 15 days(6th Feb, 2015), I have received an automated call from[protected] to pay the bill, please ensure that all sms and calls to my number are STRICTLY BLOCKED IMMEDIATELY. AND ALSO DISCONNECT MY TIKONA CONNECTION IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAYS. IT IS ALREADY 15 DAYS NOW.

                                  You can send someone to collect all the Tikona based equipment from my house.

                                      Hi Sir, My name Is Pritam Kale and I am registered user of Tikona, at the time of installation they promises to provide service but they didn't and also not responding properly to our complaint registered and after few month there Field engg is come to meet us and say that they are not able to provide service in our area and now they are disconnecting their connection and going to refund us amount of installation but after that they disconnect our service and forwarded mail to us saying that bill of 600 RS and something and also giving us warning that if we will not give them back their access point then they will charge us 1500 rs but they didn't say anything about our refundable money. After that I have registered 2 complaint on there portal but there is no response from there side also we have call them but from them no one will came to meet us, and now they are saying that we need pay all the money including there Unnecessary bill and penalty charge and if we will not pay them and they are warning us that we need to pay that and if we will not then they will do anything with. we are looking towards for help from your side.
