Bill payment after termination

I have used tikona broadband for 10 months. it gave frequent problems. so i asked them to disconnect. even after that they frequently sending bill till now. today i received a call, stating you have to pay 3000 mentioning your a/c id or else face a case in Delhi Civil court paying 65000 as fine. my last outstanding itself 340. i dono why they are asking me to pay 3000 all of the sudden. whom should i contact to rectify this....

Not disconnecting even after repeated requests

With respect to my customer id: [protected], I had raised a disconnection request on Feb 6th, 2015. Till today my broadband connection has not been disconnected. I have made about 15 calls to customer care and the response every time has been that my connection would be disconnected in 48 hours but to no avail. Tikona has to be the worst internet service provider in India. I would recommend everybody to stay away from Tikona...

Refund never received

I have applied for the connection for broadband on 28 Dec, 2014, it was a 4mbps plan and on 08 Jan, 2015 i requested them to disconnected the service and they took an advance of 2 months rent and 500 installation. And till today they have not refunded any of the money and whenever i call them, they always say that they will send an email which is of no help.

Connection terminated but still receiving bills

Tikona - Not responding to closing connection request

Harassment once closed the account

It all started around 15th April when there was an issue with the services, and my Internet stopped working. Worst as a Broadband Service Provider

Not able to connect to internet
