Myself Dr.Ankur Arya and i am from Mumbai..i was using tikona broadband since last 3 years..i was renewing my connection at every 3 months.This time my connection was expiring on 15th JAN 2015..I don't want to renew my connection due to change in my residential place, so for that I have contacted tikona customer care on 11th JAN for disconnection..still they have asked me to pay for next 3 month bill as it has been generated from their side..But later on they told me that there is no need to pay anything as I was not using the connection since 11th JAN 2015..now i got the legal notice from tikona lawyer to pay for Rs.402 /- otherwise I have to face legal consequences..I have returned the broadband modem also around 1 month back. They have not told about any pending amount at that time..i am also a doctor..IS IT JUSTIFIED TO HARASS ME LIKE THIS...PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER..THANK YOU.My customer id is [protected]

    i have availed of internet (thrugh a router) services from Tikona Digital Networks private Limited. I had used he services for one month foe which i was billed accordingly and i paid the bills. The net service was laways dysfunctional at many times but i was assured that the services will become better from next month and hence despite poor service from the company, i continued my connection. After this, the problem became more acute and except for some three days in the I have not been able to use the internet. Even after repeated complaints and calling the service provider at hme, the net service did not work at all. Therefore, i had to avail of other net connection as Tata photon in order to do my work which requires use of internet on regular basis. now even, though i have not used the services of Tikona I have neen billed a sum of amount Rs 1893 thorugh a demand notice. i have repeatedly requested them to provide the use and the manner of billing as i fail to understand how a three day service can have such a bill. I was later told that i had never made such a cunsumer complaint and also never asked for details of the bill. this is not true and the company has knowingly failed to register my complaint so that they can charge me higher saying that the fault in services was not known to them. This is untrue as i always get many messages stating that I have not been using the services for many days. Tikona Ltd has in essence (i) made excessive billing and failed to register my complaint; (ii) is guilty of deficiency in services under law; (iii) harassment for continuous calls; (iv) cheating and fraud for billing more than necessary

      I'm using Tikona Internet connection from 20th of December 2014. From the month of Jan everyday I'm facing issue with the connection. Everyday I call them up and they assure that they will resolve the issue but they did not resolve it so far.
      Every day from 8:30am to 4or4:30pm the Internet does not work. '
      They are making fool of people. Everybody having complaints with Tikona connection.
      I'm not available at home during day time but after 5:30 they will call and say that it is working fine. But so far they haven't send anyone during day time to resolve the issue because I told them several times that people will be there at home so send your engineer to go and check during that time.
      Please make sure that they come tomorrow and resolve the issue which I'm facing from last 2 and half months.

        I am Syed Adeel Ahmed, I raised a discontinuation request for my Tikona Acc. - [protected]) with Billing Acc. No.[protected] on 27th February 2015 and later a transfer of account to another person request but even after almost 2 weeks of waiting nothing has been done for the same. I have been calling the customer care many times and the only response that I get from their side is that "the complaint has been escalated" and that "I would receive a call within 24 hrs". But so far I haven't revived any sort of call from their side. Furthermore the person to whom the account was to be transferred to got fed up of the waiting and took a new connection already. Even after informing them of the same they are still stalling and not disconnecting the connection. I already have to move to another place, so i have to disconnect this service.           I took the connection on 1st of December after the demo showed 4 MBPS connection. Since the day I took it, it has not worked for a single day. My regular practice ever since I took the connection is only to call customer care to find out if they would send a technician to my house. I did this for about a week, after which I gave up and asked them to deactivate my account on 8th December by first dropping a mail and then raised a complaint on their customer care number and asked for a full reimbursement. I was told that the installation charges will not be refunded. Although the connection didn't worked for a single day except for the day of installation. I have wasted Rs.[protected] rent + 500 installation+ 1500 router) which they are not paying me back after repeated conversation. Its been nearly 3 months now that they are not refunding my money.

            My customer id is [protected] At peak hour from 8pm to 11pm I can't access internet (browse Internet) but show internet access and easily login.Facing this problem not for one day it was daily routine and this 4-5 hour total waste of time trying to log in logout. It's another thing after 12am internet is smooth and can download GB's of document so my use of internet is only for download and sleep is this I have pay for Tikona???If this continue my blood pressure certainly increase.How poor I am using fixed broadband and still have to use mobile internet data pack to see emails and facebook notification. I have raised a lot of complaints without any solution. They don't even send an engineer to fix it. Tikona is simply harrasing customers and not providing any support. I will not pay any amount till my issue is resolved. If you are incompetent to resolve then kindly close the conenction today itslef and take your devices back.

              Regardin tikona wi-fi services: i am a resident of Gurgaon and activated the tikona wi-fi sevices on 17th Feb with id [protected] and internet was working fine for 2-3 days but after 2-3 days issues started; page is not opening, ping to google is not working [timed out] etc. so we start contacted Tikona and they asked everything is fine at their end so pls wait for 2-3 hrs and issue will be resolve but again after 2-3 hrs internet not working.we have contacted customer care and they told us some device issue and issue at their end. they resolved the issue and again internet worked well for 1 day but after 1 days again we start getting same issues and we have contacted customer care they told us that engineer is assigned for check tools and device but there is already 7-8 days passed there is no engineer and when we contact Tikona customer care they told engineer is assigned pls wait; we have already deposite 2 months subscription fees[2700] to tikona [ as per their policy] but there is no value now we don't have any option to switch the service.we really fed up to call customer care

                This is worst worst customer experience ever suffered. I raised an service request to disconnect my Tikona Account on 12 Feb 2015. According to Tikona they take 15 WORKING Days to process Account Disconnection Request. Today is 10 March 2015 ( 15 working days already passed ). Now when I call customer care, my Account Disconnection Service Request is Closed without Informing me. I got 3 different calls from Tikona in the month of Febuary, for confirmation to close my Account. I confirmed them each time to close my account, but still my account is active and service request is not processed. Service Request ID : 1-[protected] Service Request Closed Date : 05 - March - 2015 ( without information ) Customer Care representative are not ready to help customers and they Lie to me that my service request will be processed in few days, but later on I came to know that my service request is closed without informing me.                   My Tikona account(Tikona broadband [protected]) was terminated and I got full and final settlement mail on 24 Dec 2014 stating that Billed Amount payable till (12/20/2014): Rs. 0.00/. I have returned the modem and device already and have the receipt for the same. I have attached the proof as well. But again I received two separate mails, one from [protected]@tikona.in stating that I have to pay 318 Rupees and second mail from Tikona.[protected]@tikona.in stating I have to pay 353.72 Rupees Please tell why I have to pay above said amount even though I have already disconnected and all the settlement already done.

                  Tikona please change your billing system.

                  Switch to Amdocs Billing System, to avoid false billing like the above.
                  Till now, I have not received any response from them, few days back got call from Tikona saying case has been file in Delhi court against me. Please suggest me how to file case against them for mental harassment. They are not responding to mails and neither calls. I have already given them proof, even attached with the origional complaint.
                  I think now you should take proper legal help.
                  Discuss this with a lawyer who handles these kind of cases and file a case against tikona.

                  Also ask Tikona to give full details of case filed against you in delhi.

                    This is to bring to your notice that I have applied for disconnecting my Tikona service (Plan- 4 mbps) a month ago to your customer care and that is because of pathetic service your team provided to me. They told me that it will be disconnected within a week. But yesterday I got a call from your side and the guy on other side told me first I have to pay around 3500, then only it could get disconnected. This is seriously ridiculous. And I want to tell you that I am not going to pay a single penny when fault is from your side. Even your people doesn't know how to talk to an existing customer. I will go to consumer court against this, if you will not come up with some positive solution in this matter. I am fed up with your irritating service. So this is my humble request to disconnect my connection from your service Asap. User Id- [protected]

                      I have used tikona broadband for 10 months. it gave frequent problems. so i asked them to disconnect. even after that they frequently sending bill till now. today i received a call, stating you have to pay 3000 mentioning your a/c id or else face a case in Delhi Civil court paying 65000 as fine. my last outstanding itself 340. i dono why they are asking me to pay 3000 all of the sudden. whom should i contact to rectify this.

                        Sub: Harassment for bill payment (ID [protected], BAN[protected]Sir/Madam:I have been a loyal Tikona Customer for over 4 years and was enjoying services till last one and half year when suddenly it started giving problems. Most of the time I would not get connectivity and there have been plenty of calls to call center in regards with this. On multiple ocassions I was told that a technical person would come to check at your residence, but no one bothered to come and check. When I used to check the complaint log, to my surprise, I used to see "Issue resolved" status. I would call customer care and would fight and then reassured that this time surely someone will come. No one came, but bills came regularly which I made payment also. Last time I called and told them to disconnect my services as for more than a year I am just paying bills without actually utilizing services as because of regular problems I took another connection a year and half back from Vasai Cable and when backup was required, Tikona would not work. Despite paying bills for more than a year without actually utilizing services, I now receive a notice from some Halai & Company for payment of dues for last three months amounting to Rs. 2375. What kind of a service are you people providing now? Rather than assuring customer that whatever your losses are, we will resolve your problem and provide you free internet for a year, you are sending me a notice. Please provide amicable solution to this as I still need backup connection but only if it can be done ethically. Please have a look into this matter and revert back.My registered email ID with Tikona is this only, but I received email stating send an email from you registered email ID.Today, March, 04, 2015, I received a call from some Namita Sharma stating you would be filing a case in Delhi Civil Authorities Court.                           With respect to my customer id: [protected], I had raised a disconnection request on Feb 6th, 2015. Till today my broadband connection has not been disconnected. I have made about 15 calls to customer care and the response every time has been that my connection would be disconnected in 48 hours but to no avail. Tikona has to be the worst internet service provider in India. I would recommend everybody to stay away from Tikona

                            I have applied for the connection for broadband on 28 Dec, 2014, it was a 4mbps plan and on 08 Jan, 2015 i requested them to disconnected the service and they took an advance of 2 months rent and 500 installation. And till today they have not refunded any of the money and whenever i call them, they always say that they will send an email which is of no help.

                              Tkona Representative Law firm Delhi and Gurgaon portrayed a horrendous image of the company - The services are more than pathetic Customer Care Sucks!! - Disconnection request takes literally 2 months. Legal Companies Jump in simple and straight: "Demand NOTICE was sent and payments are not done" hence: "Court Case is Filed We are sending Legal Notice" ( 6th JAN 2015 ) "Court case will be Filed You did not accepted Legal Notice" ( 8 JAN 2015 ) " You will be issued summons by tomorrow " - (2 March 2015) Court case # ?? Not provided. Facts: - Asked for termination of connection in month of August, Customer care : takes 15 days for disconnection, 24 hrs to process request. - Asked for disconnection again by the end of September: despite of the request, regular bill cycle Continued. with "late fees" - Asked for disconnection to customer care : " Takes 15 days for disconnection" wait till that time . ( Month of October ) - Asked for disconnection in writing again, disconnection processed in November, Late Fees added till then. - Bill paid in November with due amount only. 'Late fees - Informed and not paid as due to the reason that the connection was Never discontinued but deliberately being added on with "late Fes". - Disconnection as per Tikona on 23rd October 2014 12:53:46 PM, Customer care says "that some representative will come and collect the equipments, the NOC wil be provided there and then. " - 12 - NOV 2014 - DEMAND NOTICE Fired by company - 17th NOV 2014, Replied that No one appeared to collect the equipments. - 21st Nov 2014 - Representative appears and collects the equipments, Provides NOC. - 26th Nov, TIKONA Sends Bill for 400+ amount -- reasons unknown. - Tikona DID NOT SENT ANY BILL in DECEMBER. - Tikona Sends Bill again " Previous dues = 287" Replied to Cutomer care, no replies, Replied to J. NAIR office email address. Got acknowledgements. - 7th JAN 2015 Got reply form J Nair's office to pay 200/- as final amount to be paid. - 18th JAN 2015, Replied to reconsider again. - 29 Jan - Got Tikona Bill again - Pay Rs 287/- ( 87 Rs of Taxes . on Late Fees ) and BOOM again ! -- 2nd MARCH - LAW AGENCY from GURGAON Breaks in -- "You did not paid the dues, Demand Notice was sent, total dues are 1700/- ( 1500 for equipments - already collected by Tikona agent, provided NOC, + 200/- residual amount ). ( Today spent 4 Hours collecting the all information, finally documented in proper manner ) Wish if I could penalise Tikona for pathetic customer care service, unlawful activities for: - Sending Demand notice while agent comes and collects the equipments provides back NOC to the user. - Unknown calls from law agencies, at any moment of time in the day, saying heavy terms for "Legal Notice: Demand Notice", "Summons", "Court case", just for total of 1700/- in totality, that I already paid and invested my trust in Tikona as ISP. The least they should avoid Legal agencies for requesting for mere residual amount of Rs 200/- that is again sent back for reconsideration.

                              Hi,

                              I have been receiving bill payment reminders and I have explained the case to the Tikona executives multiple times.
                              Below are the facts and proceedings in my case:

                              I had opted for a prepaid plan of one month dated 7th Apr- 7th May.
                              After the usage on designated period, I promptly called the Tikona executives on 8th May and requested for service cancellation.
                              Even after the request had been made, the executives didn't disconnect the subscription.
                              I had already stopped the usage after 7th May.

                              As the service/subscription was PREPAID, it must have already expired on 7th May.
                              But even after the date the executives kept on calling and reminding about renewal.
                              A Tikona executive showed up at my place for reminder and i handed over the modem to him and explained my grievances.

                              Tired from these useless follow ups I mailed TIkona officially on 23rd of MAY requesting disconnection again.

                              I fail to understand, why should the incompetence of Tikona services should impact me.
                              I have been told that the service was discontinued from 7th of Jun. Whose fault is that ?

                              If I am being billed for the period where I have not used the service at all, I will be forced to take this up in consumer court.

                              Kindly settle the dispute among yourself and find the fault in Tikona's work flow.

                              P.S: As the facts being presented are illegitimate and baseless, I cannot help you with anything.

                                Hi, I bought the Tikona broadband connection by paying 2000 Rs in Nov 2014. They did not provide any reliable service and it dint even work for 10 days. After a month, I asked them to disconnect line on Dec 2014. They were supposed to refund me my money which they dint and on top of these they sent me an email saying I have to pay 1500 Rs more for not refunding the device. They dint refund me my money, nor did they sent any person to collect the device and on top of that they are harassing by making false court case .

                                Frequent disconnection and login issue.

                                I am facing the issue of login and authentication failed since i took the Tikona connection in April, today when i tried to change the login set up to automatic, since then the connection is getting disconnected on its own.

                                Even after calling the customer care, not satisfied with their response.Need help.

                                    User id : [protected] After getting the Internet connection 10 days back my net has not worked in the last 7 days. It's the most pathetic connection I have ever had ! The customer service makes me want to break my phone since they are just so useless.. I have filed my complaint 10 times excuses is all I hear .. They have taken advance for 2 months and I want to file a case in consumer court if this goes unheard ..The employees just keep playing amongst each other by giving a different contact person every time and once you speak to them they don't pick your call from the same number .. Your employee - +[protected] who called me 15 times before getting the connection put has been totally unavailable after taking money ! Really bad service .. I regret my decision!

                                        mu tikona ID is [protected] and I have taken 2 MBPS speed package I am facing the speed issue from last 5 days and always getting the response that it will get resolved within 1 to 3 hrs but it is never resolved and no one showed up to call customer care first i had to call 6-7 times on toll free number to get connected for technical assistance and then had to wait at least 10 to 15 mins to connect the executive. While keeping on hold they ask to call on a tolled number to connect faster. that means we are that stupid that first Pay TIKONA for such pathetic services and after Paying them we should Pay our Mobile bills also! ! ! SOOOOO Smart Ha . . . . :x after going to all this i just get an oral confirmation that it will get resolved within few hrs. The issue which i GET is mainly due to the device on my rooftop (As they say). Instead of investing too much in reversing Payments and Keeping their reputation up for some time, Why don't they Buy new devices so discard the last one. A Tikona technician once TOld me that[b] when they get new connection in same area they replace the device of an older connection who is not getting any trouble.I asked him "Why Play soooo cheap?". He replied "the Company dont provide us new hardware so they don't Have any option left as the HO puts continuous pressure on us to complete installation without New Hardware Supplies" They I spoke with a sales person of Tikona, you wont believe what reply I got. he said "We got continuous pressure to do sales and get more customers. but believe me Sir there is no support with us from our Head office. His manager and upper Management is not at all worried about Customer complaints and do not support us to resolve them. They are just worried about the sales numbers. We have to face customer while collecting money from they and they call us only. We need to secure our Jobs, so we switch rooftop devices for new clients so they get good speed in the beginning and after few days he starts getting problems as we have to switch the rooftop devices after our responsibility gets over. We remain with no choice" Everyone is so careless that it seems like customer is the last thing for Tikona to worried about. As A prepaid customer what choice we left with ? ? ? ?
