[Resolved] Tikona — Cheating to Customer | |||
I have purchased internet connect from Tikona with 4mbps connectoion on 11/08/2015 with Cash INR 2, 233 in advance for installation and 2 months connection fees, since I took an internet connect there is a problem of connection from day one. And also internet speed test never cross more than 1mbps speed. I have raised several requests to their technical team but no one have attended my request for assistance their call center people only take request but no action I have asked for disconnection but they have taken request for waiver. Once again today I have request for refund but they are unable to attend my phone calls for refund of cash. Was this information helpful? | |||
