Net speed too low for 2 weeks, No resolution from Customer Care

My Tikona Id is [protected]. I am facing low net speed for 2 weeks . I am getting a download speed of 0.75-1 Mbps while I pay for a plan of 4Mbps. I have been complaining to customer care(both over call and mail) for this for a long time, almost daily now. But there has been no resolution to the problem. Fraud and Cheater services of Tikona Internet Broadband

Harassment from tikona internet service

Inappropriate Billing

Hi, I was availing broadband services from Tikona Digital services till my final communication for termination of the same on 14 MAR 2015. But even 3 months after having terminated the service, the company is sending me bills each month and is in fact adding up amount each month. Broadband Jnair enterprise

Tikona is not closing the account . i have send multiple mails to all the costumer care emails, even to something called a Appellate authority ( Somebody called J Nair) .all they say is we have acknowledged your email..
but no action, i have tried beg and plead with these guys but they will answer.
At the most they do is give missed call to your number, even if you pick up they will disconnect, if you call back there is no answer...

Harassment from Tikona Internet Service

Internet not connected for 10 days

I installed Tikona Internet at my house mainly because we have only 3 ISP in Rajkot. Reliance being reliance has THE WORST customer service.
