My name is Mohammed Khalid Quddoos, I had called tikona customer service in Jan 2015 for cancelation of service, my service was not canceled later I had called in the month of Feb 2015, since I was shifting on 14th of feb from bandra to mira road. my service was not cancelled late I had received a call for bill payment I provided them my mira road address and asked the person to come and collect the payment from miraroad. and insisted to confirm if my service was cancelled. I was asked to call customer service and conform, to my surprise my service was not cancelled I was asked to call technical support team to get my service cancelled. I called up technical support and they did not give any confirmation of cancelation just kept on asking for reason for which I said I do not want your service I want to get it cancelled I have moved to mira road I do not stay in bandra anymore I have subscribed to hathway through my cable tv operator. this call ended with no confirmation about the cancelation. later I kept on receiving phone calls for payment for which I had asked for a confirmation for cancelation and non of the tikona callers even bothered to acknowledge or confirm I even spoke to few of the supervisors even they were not at all willing to provide a solution to the situation.

While I was typing this message I received a phone call from lady named rekha chavan saying she is calling from cibil Delhi, when I said I spoke to her senior last month she said she does not have any senior, I asked her to wait while I provide her the name and she hung up I called back on the number [protected] name in true caller is amit ghalot, but no reply. I tried on the number [protected] belonging to adv namita Sharma even she did not answer any of my phone call, finally somebody answered my phone on namita sharmas number but not willing to disclose his name he handed the phone to a lady who asked my name and disconnected this clearly indicates that tikona has a team of people who calls the consumers on the pretext of calling from cibil and force them to make the payment.
I had received a call from namita and amit 's number in june 2015 asking for payment in june and I did make a payment of rd 1920.00 on june 13th 2015, post making the payment later in june i received a call from tikona asking for the connection box since the servive is cancelled. however I got confused when I received a message on July 26 from tikona stating my bill is over due. now this was too much of mental torture by tikona because of which i was very much disturbed because of this unnecessary tension I almost fainted because of low blood pleasure. I called adv namita sharma askng for advice she said my case is closed and I don’t need to make any more payments let the company say whatever they want attached is the call recording for the same.
I would require tikona to confirm the cancellation of my service and provide an explanation for the same.
