Fraud internet providr Today at 12am you guys dropped me a message that my limit is exceeded but as per my session history i have used only 5218 mb which is approximate upto 5gb if i am not wrong and as per your pack i have taken 30gb plan with 4mbps speed and after exceeding 30gb my speed will come upto 512 kbps so why you guys sent me messages of exceeding limits. Even your connection is so pathetic that after 7:30pm your tikona login page doesn't open i have taken this connection on 31st and if you checked my interaction history (calling history ) i have called you almost everyday for a complaint that my net is working and issue is still not resolved i am so frustrated that i stopped calling you guys now because i know it is my mistake i have taken your connection. . I got no response from there end Plan details "Download Speed: 4 Mbps FUP Limit: 30 GB Post FUP Download Speed: 512 Kbps Installation charges: Rs 500 Subscription Amount: Rs 2280"

    Hello My self Dr Sachin a genral practioner in faridabad. i have submitted my money to tikona executive with 2 moth advanced payment for internet service.they put some box kind of appliance on my roof but since 7 days they didnt active my service even i paid them advance. In between one of executive came at my room and he talk to his boss ( Aslam) on mobile with ;oudspeaker on.He did discused my problem with his boss ASLAM because they activated HEAVY USER PLAN for me.i denied to continue with that plan but his boss(ASLAM) hee shouted on him and used abusive word to me too, he wasn't aware that his mobile was on loudspeaker. i was totally pissed of on that guy i did complaint on some other no but still no response.i told them i dont want to activate my plan please resurn my money but they are just making excuse day by day. this is a worst exp i ever had in my life.i am totally disappointed by this tikona service DR SACHIN 91 [protected] House no 883 sec 18 old faridabad

      I purchased a connection with 3 months advanced payment and just for initial 15 days my internet worked. After 15 days from last 2 months I am complaining 2-3 daily. I thought that I am wasting my time if I am writing and talking about TIKONA. I would love to say that never purchased tikona connection even if your real brother suggest you.

      Whenever I called customer care they told your query will resolve in next 48 hrs. if connection will not work for more than 1 hr we got mad. However they don't understand what we are feeling this is most harrashing company I have ever seen in my life.

        You never listen to your customers

        I was having problems with my connection, I was getting Half of the speed i paid for

        I called up your technical team more then 10-15 times within 45 days they told me every time they are gonna resolve that problem, An engineer came here at my place and replaced the device and it worked fine for that day only then i was not even able to connect to that S**t of the internet ...

        I tried contacting technical rep. that day and i was not able to contact the technical team then i tried connecting to billing department after 4-5 tries i was able to connect to a representative

        And i gave him a disconnection request,

        And he said he is going to assign an engineer who is gonna solve this problem But i have to wait for 48 hours and also my disconnection is in process if problem is not solved it is going to be diconnected

        i waited for more then 3 days nothing happens
        i again called up rep.

        then again he said he is gonna assign an engineer i gotta wait for another 48 hours

        Again nothing happened

        They pissed me off more then i can remember like this

        I was calling again and again and they were [censored]ng pissing me off

        They gave me 15 days Time for disconnection

        now it is over 20 days

        they did not disconnected my connection

        i called em up 5 days before and they told me my connection is going to be disconnected within 48 hours ...and again nothing happened

        And now i am not even able to call them

        and they are annoying me with the bill notification calls

        If you dont disconnect my connection within 2 hours

        [b] I am gonna go to consumer court today and press charges against you As***es...

          Dear Customer Care, ID no. [protected] After almost 35 days of my worst experience of internet connection and worst service provider of internet connection, i force to write the last mail again to you. The date i have taken this connection out of 35 days 30 days you internet connection is worked properly in a single day 24 Hrs. Every morning i have to raise the compliant about the not connectivity & worst speed. Every night i m complaining about the same issue... First your service engineers do not respond on phone, and after putting lot of efforts if you connection getting rectify the next evening again the same problem we are facing... your toll free customer is all having the repeated response.. The result is that i not getting the proper internet connection for what i m paying. I m giving this is a last warning to tikona i have not get uninterpreted internet service i may force to go complaint to IRDA & Consumer Forum for giving the worst service and wrong commitment...

            Hi, I raised grievance and requested to close the Tikona Connection [protected] by 25th July 2015 and same day it self also deposited the due bill Rs. 715/- which was my final due upto that month date 26/07/2015 then as they told next start from 27/05/2015 but before i have raised complaint regarding disconnecting my connection i.e. after getting confirmation from Tikona officer and they told me that after termination you will get message and mail but still no.
            I gave the reason as poor broadband connection facing from beginning and many reason i don't want to continue with your service.
            One more surprised things same reason repeated with 4-5 tikona officer.still whenever i want to know my disconnection status then again they ask.Why are they questioning many times same thing, when i told simply i don't want to use your service.then they tell me about my raised grievance your requested is in process within 15 days resolved or disconnect.

            From 26th july 2015 evening onward i am not using your service.
            yesterday i got mail from tikona i.e. Unable to contact You, Confirmation on use of Tikona User ID [protected] but truly things whenever i receive the call then only voice comes tikona officer want to talk but no response then they disconnect the call.i have send mails tikona costumer care emails, even called many times Toll free no.[protected]. but they never received my call always tell tikona officer attending with another call.

            and also in mail written:We can see that you are currently not using our Tikona services. As a special one-time gesture, we are pleased to announce waiver of one-month rental Rs. XXXX on your current bill.

            and also today got message on my register no. [protected] i.e Friendly reminder Rs. 954.75/- is due on[protected]
            i want to ask from tikona team please stop this types of activity and fraud thing
            i am asking what this. Sorry i am never going to pay this types of fraud and falls bill.

            So please kindly disconnect my internet connection soon.

              I have raised complaint on June 10th and my connection is terminated last month 26th, So even if you followed your TAT my amount defiantly should get settled, but here you guys are blaming us!!! You can check my compliant number which i have shared you eariler how many times i have called to your care and i have talked with Asitosh Shinda (manger) i have droped many times to your zonal head J Nair nothing response came from your end.

              Even Today i have called i to care and received false information that i am going to receive mails.
              You guys now tell me whether how to proceed to get my amount with interest or according to section 415 and section 464(sending false sla for customer's)

                My Tikona Id is [protected]. I am facing low net speed for 2 weeks . I am getting a download speed of 0.75-1 Mbps while I pay for a plan of 4Mbps. I have been complaining to customer care(both over call and mail) for this for a long time, almost daily now. But there has been no resolution to the problem. What I get to hear from them is that our engineer will visit you within 24 hours. But nobody comes. Only what I get is a message that my problem has been attended to. The service is awful.

                  Tikona Subscriber id is : [protected] My connection is already terminated with no dues. Still these Tikona goons are sending me bills and sms with outstanding amount. I have a hard copy as well as a soft copy of termination confirmation and no dues from Tikona itself. These knuckleheads are harassing me to file legal processing against me for Rs.632 which is wrongly charged even after disconnection. I demand apology from Tikona and Mr. prakash bajpai for this nuisance and harassment else i will also take legal action against the owners of company and will file complaint with consumer court.

                      Hi, My name is Mohammed Khalid Quddoos, I had called tikona customer service in Jan 2015 for cancelation of service, my service was not canceled later I had called in the month of Feb 2015, since I was shifting on 14th of feb from bandra to mira road. my service was not cancelled late I had received a call for bill payment I provided them my mira road address and asked the person to come and collect the payment from miraroad. and insisted to confirm if my service was cancelled. I was asked to call customer service and conform, to my surprise my service was not cancelled I was asked to call technical support team to get my service cancelled. I called up technical support and they did not give any confirmation of cancelation just kept on asking for reason for which I said I do not want your service I want to get it cancelled I have moved to mira road I do not stay in bandra anymore I have subscribed to hathway through my cable tv operator. this call ended with no confirmation about the cancelation. later I kept on receiving phone calls for payment for which I had asked for a confirmation for cancelation and non of the tikona callers even bothered to acknowledge or confirm I even spoke to few of the supervisors even they were not at all willing to provide a solution to the situation. listed below are my details of my relationship with tikona broadband services. I tried on the number [protected] belonging to adv namita Sharma even she did not answer any of my phone call, finally somebody answered my phone on namita sharmas number but not willing to disclose his name he handed the phone to a lady who asked my name and disconnected this clearly indicates that tikona has a team of people who calls the consumers on the pretext of calling from cibil and force them to make the payment. I had received a call from namita and amit 's number in june 2015 asking for payment in june and I did make a payment of rd 1920.00 on june 13th 2015, post making the payment later in june i received a call from tikona asking for the connection box since the servive is cancelled. however I got confused when I received a message on July 26 from tikona stating my bill is over due. now this was too much of mental torture by tikona because of which i was very much disturbed because of this unnecessary tension I almost fainted because of low blood pleasure. I called adv namita sharma askng for advice she said my case is closed and I don’t need to make any more payments let the company say whatever they want attached is the call recording for the same. I would require tikona to confirm the cancellation of my service and provide an explanation for the same.

                        Dear Sir, This is Shripad Kulkarni, I was using your service until March 2015 but later disconnected the service. On 6th July 2015 around 11 AM I got call from : +91 [protected] was named himself as Mr. Gujral and asked me to pay the amount of Rs 4070/- and you will receive amount of Rs 3570, which is Rs 4070-500. Rs 500/- will be charged against usage or some other charge and will receive the rest amount within 48 hours, if not tikona is liable to pay Rs 25000/- on account of penalty. I requesting you to update me on this. after this I have emailed 4 times on [protected]@tikona.in and called 2-3 times. on call they told they will refund the amount before 2 week, but there is no refund as such. payment details are below.                         Today I received email from Tikona, mentioned that on my Cheque there will be different name.
                        Vivek Bharadwaj, if the account is on my name then why his name on cheque, this guy is doing scam, he is getting all money in his account those who didn't followed up or lost there money like this.

                        The same thing happened with me. A lady named Priyanka called me today from the same no.[protected] saying that she is a government lawyer and a civil case is being lodged. This company Tikona is a fraud and provided me a connection in an area where they have no signal. After 3 months of having continuous problems and numerous complaints i decided to do away with the connection which i informed them when their person from customer care called. But still they sent me the bill for the next month as well. I clarified the error to them several times but now after several months this person called saying a case is being registered. I am sad as well as anguished at the this fraud company harrasing people like this.

                          Hi, I terminated my tikona connection long back because of the poor connection and worst service provided by them with clearing all my dues but even after disconnection they keep sending us wrong billing mail and when i contacted the customer care, they said billing letter was sent by mistake and they won't send any letters from now on but they keep sending us the mail for next few months and later they stopped the communication. After 3-4 months now they again sent a message on my phone that if you didn't pay the balance amount then they will take legal action. This is ridiculous! I have no dues against company, returned all equipments and have all written correspondence proof with company. I am mentally harassed by Tikona company!

                          Please look into this matter and close any related dispute immediately.

                            Dear Team, I had taken broadband with tikona digital on 25-may-15 & i had paid 2 month advance with instalation of INR 2250-/ through my credit card. From very first day i had faced problem with connection, it was not worked on very first day. I had registered complaint so many times, they forwaded twice their engenierres but problem still remain the same. Fynally i had requested for full amount refund & disconnection of broadband but no one interested to heard my problem, i posted mail to - [protected]@tikona.in, j.[protected]@tikona.in even this people also not replied to my mail. Despite several reminders & phone calls dated from May. 2015 to till date, I have not received any satisfactory response. This has made it critical for me to take cognizance of your action since your malafide intent is evident. I have already mentioned that I am unhappy with their services and I feel cheated being associated with them. But their responses is zero with complaint. I really fail to understand if they dont have proper network in my area why this people selling connection to anyone, they are only making fool & making money with fake commitments. Pls note that this whole episode is getting worse and is mental harassment for me. But even 3 months after having terminated the service, the company is sending me bills each month and is in fact adding up amount each month.                               I have already mailed you from my email id : [protected]@gmail.com and have looped [protected]@consumercomplaints.in. Surprisingly, I have received an acknowledgement from Tikona regarding the same. And yet, I hear that there is no action from my side !!!

                              However, as requested by you, I have raised this issue in forum.tikona.in as well today. Please resolve this at the earliest.

                              Also, I keep getting sms from your legal cell that "the company would sue you". Is it that Tikona is interested in suing me more than finding an honest solution for the problem, please reply ??

                                Tikona is not closing the account . i have send multiple mails to all the costumer care emails, even to something called a Appellate authority ( Somebody called J Nair) .all they say is we have acknowledged your email..
                                but no action, i have tried beg and plead with these guys but they will answer.
                                At the most they do is give missed call to your number, even if you pick up they will disconnect, if you call back there is no answer .

                                they will not disconnect your connection and then keep sending bills .. i guess i should now be waiting for some bill collector to call or some fake lawyer to call so that these guys can extract money .

                                It all aligns with " Anything can happen in India" "It is the land of opportunity "


                                Tikona called up again .. picked up the phone - they disconnected

                                Absolutely marvelous company .

                                Guess these planning/investigating to become on the authority on the subject of how to beat around the bush, still be legitimate and make the people suffer.

                                Funny Guys,

                                Tikona calls me and puts me on hold to talk to Customer care rep and the IVR says you wait time is "" minutes (that means the ivr does say the number minutes ) yesterday i was in hold for 5 minutes and today again .

                                When the cat drinks milk it closes it eyes and thinks the world is not looking.(By Cat i mean Tikona - always it has to explained in details to tikona even little things that a baby may understand).

                                  Hi, I have raised request (request no. 1-[protected]) to close the Tikona Connection [protected] at the end of Mar'15 month as I am moving to another city. I have also returned all the instruments on 30/03/15 (already paid monthly bill upto 07/04/15) with no pending dues. After moving to another city (Pune), Tikona guys started calling me to again take the connection but as my new area does not support Tikona so simply asked them to close the connection. Even after my multiple attempts for disconnection request (by mail & phone) my connection was not closed and later Tikona team started sending sms and regularly calling me to pay the bill. I have informed them and sent receipt as a confirmation of non-usage after surrendering the devices. But unfortunately no luck and today I have again got the call from them and they ask me to pay the bill otherwise they will take legal action against me. I am attaching here receipt of surrendering the equipments on 30/03/15 I have no dues against company, returned all equipments and have all written correspondence proof with company. I am mentally harassed by Tikona company and soon I am planning to take legal action against them. Thanks

                                    I got tikona connection ( user Id:- [protected]) on 18 th July. Only 5 days, it was working fine. After that, speed was reduced. For the past 7 days, it was not connected itself. I called customer care 20 times. they simply told that it is tower problem. it will solved within 8 hrs. but, still the problem is not solved. After 20 calls to customer care, 5 service request, today i received a message to contact technical person (Vaitheeswaran subramaniyan - [protected]). But, phone number is in switched off state. For the past 10 days, your technician and advanced technician's are tried to solve the issue from their place. Customer care executive told it will be solved within 4hrs - 7 times. But still no one came to my house to identify what's the problem.
