Worst service, Loot, Threatening

This is a fraud company, It gave an Ok service initially, then worst technical department to resolve the issues. Even though they did not provide me 20 days of service due to technical issues, but no waive off provided for that tenure. They threatened me by filing a lawsuit, since i have no time i gave them that amount. Never Never ever ever get this broadband, its full of thugs....

Loot and threats received from this company

Horrible speed and service

Dear All I would like to inform you that I am not satisfied with tikona service what they promise me they will provide me 4mbps wireless internet speed. Service Not working From 10 days

Regular interruptions to the service

Whenever i make a complaint to tikona customer care, i'm being told that there is an issue with the rooftop device and they will be sending engineer within 24 hours to solve the problem. I get sms that engineer visit has been made but no person from tikona comes to resolve the issue. i have to call them again and again yet i see no positive reply from them....

No disconnection after so many complaints requests

Pathetic service provider

It has been over a month, I'm requesting my plan to be upgraded and they keep saying it will be one in next 2 days or sometimes they say it will be done within 4 hours and I'm listening this nuisance from past 1 month from them.
