I am Rajinder Singh customer of Tikona ( Id [protected] )who opted for their services on 4th July 2015. To my shock I started getting various disruption in services from 6th July and then monitored my connection for two days and because of no resolution provided to me by customer care I opted to move out of connection and asked for refund of my money. Till date I am facing so many probems of Internet drop, Speed Issues, Internet Access and customer executive not even tired to solve the problem. I have asked for my refund so many times. Today in our country organisations like tikona charge so much money and give services of zero value. Today there is a an debate going on about Call drop but Organisation like tikona harass the consumer by Internet Drop. No Appellate Authority is working in this organisation, after 2 month I got first Unique ID number for my complaint from appellate authority. I have made numerous complaints and which has not been resolved and they automatically started closing my request. I have shared all the information with them still they are not willing to resolve my issues.     Hi Team, I raised a compliant to de-activate my account on 25th May and thereafter I never used the Tikona Internet. I received a several calls from Tikona Care for the confirmation of De-Activation and I Confirmed from my end to De-Activate the service. Still today the account is not deactivated and receiving too many calls and messages for the payment [ All calls are system generated ]. I received a call today from Tikona and they said they are issuing a legal notice for payment due. I request you to take take action against Tikona for not deactivating the account and generating payment bills.       I have been using tikona broadband for the past few months. I am now willing to discontinue the service. I had asked for a discontinuation of the service on july 18th 2015. They said my discontinuation was under process. I assumed it to be discontinued and i have stopped using the internet since then. But i received a bill for the month of august. When asked about it on august 25th they said my complaint was closed, but I am sure I didn't ask my complaint to be closed. Hence they said my discontinuation of service call will come by evening the same day, but i didn't receive any call from tikona team. Again i asked about this on August 26th. They again said i would receice a discontinuation call on evening and since haven't received any calls. I would like my problem to be rectified. Thanking you. I want a discontinuation of the service.

        The problem started when I decided to disconnect my net connection in April . Till then there had been intermittent discontinuation in internet, and I have had to face several issues. Finally I had mailed TIKONA on April 21st 2015 about my wish to disconnect since used net on only my phone and did not require a separate broadband for that. I had paid the bill in advance till my billing cycle (closing 25th April 2015). No one got back to me. After 25th April, I started writing several mails (April 27th, 28th etc). I got a on 29th April stating the following : [protected][protected] Service Request Number 1-[protected], dated : 4/29/2015 02:31:29 PM 1) Resolution of issues or problem with your cooperation : Day 1 to Day 10 2) Formal email or call from your Registered Email or Mobile No. : Day 1 to Day 10 3) Suspension of account (last bill cycle) : Day 11 to Day 13 4) Payment of outstanding and return of equipment :Day 14 to Day 16 [protected][protected] On May 1st I got this mail that they could not contact me on my e-mail, but they offered to give me a waiver since I wasn't using my account : "We can see that you are currently not using our Tikona services. As a special one-time gesture, we are pleased to announce waiver of one-month rental Rs. XXXX on your current bill." [protected][protected] I mailed them my new number once again (Have done it several times and they dont update their database properly) about the disconnection. Again no calls. Wrote several mails through May 2015 for the disconnection. Tried unsuccessfully calling customer care. _____________ On May 31st, I got a bill of Rs 996.86 ! Dont know why, as my bill was paid till last billing cycle. Moreover my monthly bill amount is only Rs448. I mailed back again. I also mailed to the Appellate Authority ' J Nair' . on June 4th explaining the issue and asking for disconnection. Someone finally called up after that . He gave me an offer of Rs 999 for 1 year (20 GB), since I didnt use internet intensively. He also assured better customer service after I complained that they have never replied to my mails. I wrote on June 12th, that I would like to opt for the modified plan. I had also told them that I was unable to access my 'Tikona Self Care' and could not make any changes to plan. Again no mails ___________ Then they sent me a mail with a link in July 3rd, to activate the said plan. I did on 9th August 2015, But dint get any confirmation or any further communication ____________________ August 22nd, They sent me a mail saying I have dues of Rs 740 (some arbitrary figure. There was no invoice attached to the mail). I send them back a detailed mail with all details of payments and my conversation with them regarding disconnection . _________________ August 24th, they contacted me over phone (This time they seemed to have been able to contact easily me whereas for service issues, I get a mail they they were unable to contact me), that I have outstanding Rs 940. The call was made my some one called Sefali (some Tikona employee posing as a government lawyer) from the number [protected] . I challenged ther that I have all receipts till I used the connection, and have asked for disconnection. I asked them to send me a proper bill of any amount with details mentioned clearly. She said she does not have it. She asked me to pay the amount through TIkona Site . Then I told her that I have written to customer care, and tried calling them up (unsuccessfully again as there is no direct number), and have got a reply they they will get back to me. She said she would connect me to customer care, and connected me to some guy. I explained my problem, and all the communication. He agreed there had been communication lapses from their side on letting me know this pending amount for full and final payment (They have not even looked into my request for modifying the plan and did not know about it!!! ). He assured that the amount was pending and had to be paid. ______________________________________ I made the payment of Rs 940 on the Tikona website, and am awaiting for further communication. I have sent Tikona a mail to disconnect my services, and that I do not wish to continue any further . I dont need any more fake offers from Tikona, which are not materialized. I would request Tikona to kindly investigate into the service and communication lapses, and refund the Excess amount paid.

        I am extremely honoured to receive a reply from Tikona, who just send automated replies to my e- mails, and do not answer calls !!!

        But my issue is not yet resolved.

        Kindly let me know when you are removing your items from my premises. I have not got any calls or mails regarding the same .

        I had also made a request for refund of Rs 940. I had attached the additional payment of Rs 940 made to you, for which no invoice was raised and which was paid extra even after my several requests for disconnection. You have not sent me a full and final bill either. Kindly give me a transparent detail on why this amount was charged, as you say there is no refund applicable.

        I had mailed for a disconnection on 21st April (online request number is 1-[protected].), after which I had not used your Internet services. So why should I be paying if you could not disconnect your service from my premises even after so long.
        Kindly remove the modem and other infrastructure from my premises as soon as possible. Its been a long time, and I have not yet heard from you, You have not yet collected the infrastructure from my premises.

          Hi, My Name is Nikhil & my contact number is [protected]. I had taken Internet connection from Tikona and was facing lot of issue from their side in terms of Network and connectivity. I had raised multiple compliants on their customer service. finally they had sent a Technicial for the resolution of my complain and he did nothing good to make things work. Rather he stole the Internet Adaptor from my house without informing anyone. After my wife realised that he has taken the adaptor with him, she called him multiple times and after asking him repeated times, then he confirmed to her that it is not required and he has taken the same with him. Then I called up the customer care and informed the same and nobody helped me in this regard even after multiple calls. And after I placed a request for disconnecting my connection, i got a mail from Tikona regarding Full & Final settlement amount. I wrote back to them that the Adaptor has been taken away by their Technician and I dont owe them anything, then they reduced the amount to Rs.750/- and now I am getting calls from some fake people who are calling them as lawyers and telling me that a case has been filed in Delhi Court against me. They are torturing me everyday. I dont know how a company like Tikona adopt such cheap business practice.

          Please check all your Call records that I have made to Tikona in the month of May'15 between 10th May to 25th May'15 about the Technician has taken away the Adaptor and also written a mail to your customer service Team. You will find out clearly where the GAp is and who is at fault. I would not pay any penny unnecessarily to anyone.

            I bought new connection for 1 year 4 Mbps speed internet plan but After 2 months my speed was low now its coming 200 - 300 Kbps, I already complained about this issue in tikona customer care but they did not reply and resolve the issue since two month. I already mail to his manage "" but still not ant action and response from him. Now I am tired, I already ask many time to cancel this plan and return my money but they are not giving me my money back or not resolve the issue as well. Also I attached my Internet speed test result which also test from his own speed test link "speedtest.tikona.in"; I personally suggest to all my brothers and sisters to think before you buy. and please take in written all the things by company sales person when you buy. also take in written about money back if speed is not satisfactory. because ones they received advance payment, will not give you return back in any condition whether you internet working or not.

              Hi, I was using Tikona service, I asked to stop service on 2nd april that before staring of billing cycle. Tikona kept sending me bills.. eventually they stopped with unnecessary final settelment due amount. Now I got call from[protected] saying they are filing case in delhi court.

                I have launched one issue regarding disconnectionof my tikona service (consumer id [protected]) on 25th July, 2015. But today (25th August, 2015) one of their executive has told me that I have not raised the issue and he has threated me that they will send one lawyer in my house within 48 hours whereas in between this one month I have talked with their customer care executive 6-7 times and they told me that the issue has been registered not only that after getting threat I called the customer care again and they admitted that the compliant about disconnection is there.Before this 25th of July for 2 months regularly I have called them for bad connection issue but nothing has been solved for which I want to drop the connection ASAP. They told me they will disconnect my connection within 15 day and they will take all device which I have with them but today they told me that their policy is that it take 45 day.I am not understanding their problem.I have attached the details of the mail from my side and their side also. And details of the phone call must be there in Tikona broadband system I think. last of all I want to tell that Tikona executive are so ridiculous that they don't know how to speak with the customer.

                    This is a fraud company, It gave an Ok service initially, then worst technical department to resolve the issues. Even though they did not provide me 20 days of service due to technical issues, but no waive off provided for that tenure. They threatened me by filing a lawsuit, since i have no time i gave them that amount. Never Never ever ever get this broadband, its full of thugs.

                      I asked them to disconnect line on 10th may and 12th may. despite this they did not disconnect and now have send bills when i have not even used 1 kb data. they are threatening me with court cases and what not. they had sent goondas to my place to even collect the money. this is is the most disgusting company in india. no ethics nothing. calls to their customer service does not work. they keep you on wait for ages and then disconnect. the customer service person threatens you further. never ever will i go with this 3rd graded company for any services.

My first, Login with tikona on 17th Auguest_2015-till now I did not get 4mbps its only login but cannot surfing maximum speed its 10-215 kbps (it’s coming always network identifying/Unidentified network and network cable unplugged) I keep calling to customer care but no positive response from technical team. So I am very disappointed and upset I decided to disconnect tikona wireless internet service. My internet connection is not working from last 11 days ( Aug 14). And I made Multiple complaints against this in Tikona customer Care. But these guys are Not doing anything about this even Executive ( I Talked with Mangesh, Pooja, Shersingh and 3 more Customer care Executives ) also just gave me some false Promises For Restart my service and all the guys Fixed A Engineer visit to My Home. Due to their Representative words I got Absent to my job and got lose of my 2 days salary and also Paying amount for every call. Still the customer services team is not responding for my complaints and taking this as much casual. I requested to you please Talk with them why they are harassing customers. Due to Tikona Fake Promises and services.I lost my 2 days salary & ranking loss of my and my customer sites. So i got the loss of 15 thousands rupees in last 10 days

I have a tikona internet connection at my home, its been around 3 months since i am using tikona, but its not working properly since starting. I lodged sevral complain but tikona is not responding First they don't pickup my call, if any how they respond to my call they always put me on hold and disconnect my call from their end.                               Whenever i make a complaint to tikona customer care, i'm being told that there is an issue with the rooftop device and they will be sending engineer within 24 hours to solve the problem. I get sms that engineer visit has been made but no person from tikona comes to resolve the issue. i have to call them again and again yet i see no positive reply from them.

                                  I have paid subscription for 3 months. But sorry to say Tikona internet services are very poor, it worked only one month about. After so many complaints, i got no resolution. And now its over 2 months i have requested for disconnection but they took no action till now. They call me every day and say "we are forwarding your request" but they don't do anything and sending me bills every month and i am not even using their services. They irritate me everyday by calling and messaging me about bill details. I would suggest everyone to not use their services. They have WORST service. They give connection to you in 2 days but take months for disconnection and they provide no waiver.

                                    I had Used TIKONA Services for 1 Year and got it disconnected in January 2015. The customer Cell Confirmed that I have no amount Due... I Confirmed thrice and it was same. But today I got a call from [protected] Indra a Lawyer from Delhi Firm that I have not paid my Pending Bill and Tikona has requested them to File a Case in Delhi Court if I didn't pay by 12:00 PM today. Then I requested for Tikona ID and Amount. It was Rs 1560 which I paid and confirmed the Gateway and Transaction ID. I had Queries: 1) Why didn't Tikona mailed me or EMAIL ME THE AMOUNT WITHSTANDING LETTER 2) If you have time to email Advertisements then why you have time to remind me if I had already failed to pay immediately 3) As per Indra he said TIKONA Called me many time.. As per TIKONA I know if they miss 1 Call then they send SMS about the miss WHY WAS THIS NOT Intimated 4) Now if I call TIKONA Customer Cell they abruptly disconnect with message will call u back in next 48hrs 5) Also why am I Threatened that case would be lodged in Delhi even though I stay in Mumbai... Is TIKONA not aware of this Paying 1560 is not a Big Deal If the Reputed Company Informs the Customer in Proper Way or Well Mannered Way

                                      It has been over a month, I'm requesting my plan to be upgraded and they keep saying it will be one in next 2 days or sometimes they say it will be done within 4 hours and I'm listening this nuisance from past 1 month from them. I have called more than 6 times and they have a same answer but not resolution and some times CUSTOMER CARE EVEN DISCONNECT THE CALL.

                                      I'm using Tikona from past 3 years and was really impressed by their service 1 year back or so and have recommended many others too about it but now I'm regretting my decision. I'm really not sure if they know what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about

                                      This is one of the worst companies.They claim everything in their ad campaigns and internet speed bla bla but has zero customer retention.i got my tikona installed in july 2015 and instantly they requested to pay 2100 which i did.After 15-20 days of service, the net speed went down and no connectivity during day time.i phoned customer care numbers numerous times .they kept on cheating me saying that they are resolving my problem.there customer care ppl never pick up the phone and if you are lucky enough then they will talk all nonsense other than resolving your issue.whoever is reading my comment, i request u never get tikona and google about its services, you will get to know about this horrible company and its fake services .they have no proper plan change policy and what is the use of internet i[censored] cannot use at your will.3rs class company no doubt.

                                        Hi My name is Nirav Pathak from Vadodara, Gujarat and i was using Tikona broad band since 2yrs till March 2015, after number problems which remained unresolved by Tikona coustomer care side i have decided to terminate their services in the month of March, they have send me number of Mails and messages to continue the services but i was not ready to do so. after couple of months they have send me the full and final mail in which they have mentioned to pay them an amount of 1500 rs. As i was not using their services at all from last 3months i was not willing to pay the same. Now their lawyer called me on 23rd Aug 2015 Delhi from number ([protected]) that Tikona company will drag me to court if i dont pay an amount of 38000rs..I denied to pay the amount and asked for the details. Lawyer took me to the conference call with some Business development manager from Tikona from Mumbai and he also asked me the same again i denied to pay the amount and hung up the phone. Next day the lawyer again called me and asked me to pay an amount of 6300 out of which he informed that 4500 is refundable and will be credited back to my account as soon as i pay 6300 online to Tikona broadband. Which i did and now no body on that number is picking up my calls and not responding to my calls. I am waiting for the refund... I would appreciate if you guys can do the needful.
