Received a confirmation mail that the connection has been terminated and no payments are due. Got it resolved by going to their office. Had to report it there to stop the unnecessary calls.
Also if mail is sent to
[email protected] with a docket no. he will have to resolve it within 30 days, which he did.
FYI - if he doesn't then its against TRAI regulations and case can be filed against them.
My recommendation - as soon as you file for termination get a docket if nothing is done within 24 hrs and send mail to mr nair.
