I had Tikona Wi-Bro Account BAN #[protected] at Chennai. It worked for 2 to 3 months that too with many complaints of NO SERVICE frequent ERRORS IN CONNECTION etc. After 20 March 2015 internet service went dead once for all for more than 15 days. My several calls to their Call center was not useful. I sent termination request by email On April 6, 2015 9:42 AM. In April Tikona Rep from mumbai called me over phone and tried to retain me as their customer with long term validity minimum GB plan offer. How will one remain a customer when service is not provided? I rejected their offers. Termination Confirmation [#[protected]] Mail- received VERY LATELY on May 7, 2015 7:12 PM from "Tikona.[protected]@tikona.in" . Tikona kept sending bills and i rejected paying them as paid all monthly bills until the date i used their service. From June, tikona started claiming Rs.1500/- penalty and sent threatening mails of legal action for non handover of hardware. Till today i have replied in time and written voluntarily to same emails, and intimated to collect their hardware from me. But they keep on sending payment request for Rs.1500/- that keeps increasing in every subsequent email bill. Found another email of Tikona Manger Jaykrishnan Nair, received again an auto message. Very horrible experience with Tikona and waste of lot of time and peace of mind .. Not worth it

Hi,

Your claim was false, as you have arrived this figure based on your lack of interest to collect the device and adapter from our end.

Rather you want only to harrass customer for disconnecting your services.

We ware utilising services of other broadband providers since 2015, and they will not be providing services to us unless we pay correctly. so it is not the question of our non-payment to Tikona.

We had paid until the period we used your services.

Last month dues were cleared for the service rendered, for Rs.787.00 in Mar 2015 with transaction ID: 1111863758TPC2003150803390

It is your lack of interest to collect device and close the dispute, which your fail to do despite my best efforts.
To Tikona,

Since April 2015 you have not sent any person or intimated us on the modalities for handover of hardware. Why is it so?

I have been sending reminders through emails, however no one has turned up for collection !!!

Instead actions are underway to threaten me of legal action and asking me to pay Rs.1500/- .

May i suggest you to post in this forum the authorised representative details in Chennai, i will hand over the materials to that person and take acknowledgement receipt.

That ends our association !!

    Customer id : [protected] I have requested them to close the connection repeated times over phone and email. They do not seem to entertain any request for closing the connection. On top of that they continue to send me bill month over month. I was not getting satisfactory service from 4th of july onwards, I formally asked them to close the connection on 16th of july via email, due to their bad customer service. They do not seem to listening to me. Their phone line always remains busy, for me to directly talk to them.

      I am a user of Tikona ISP since past many years. My user id is [protected] My plan is retail 4 MBPS. I am experiencing the issue o[censored]NSTABLE INTERNET SPEED and REDUCED SPEED since last two years. I have mentioned this to the customer care many times but they keep on saying the problem will get resolved but it never does. I pay around 750 to 850 bucks every month and still get this crappy service from this ISP. I am considering changing of ISP if my complaint does not get resolved very soon. Thank-you

          I have installed tikona connection on 22 jan 2015 and paid 03 months bill in advance and hardly got connectivity on 20 days .All my complaints went in vain. Finally i lost my connectivity on 12 April 2015 and not yet reconnected. Bill generated for this period and getting threat calls to pay the bill for this months for which i didnt get connectivity. Now i got another mail regarding termination charges Rs 1500 . I want o move legally against it and it is my first move to get justice

            I started using their services from last 2 months. Internet connection sucks all the time. There is no proper connection and proper resolution from customer care. They didn't even care about the complaint that was made. I did not use the service that I paid for and then on top of it they are asking for money for some reason.

                I have been a using Tikona services since last 01 years, bit now sits services are not worth while.Even after repeatred request, no one is handling the issue.
                So I request you to closed the connection so that I could avail the best internet servives available in my area.
                Please closed my tikona connection as tikona is one the bad service provider.

                I am doubtful about Tikona management and Technical people.they never attend any call, neither they response .SO I feel it is better to closed down the Tikona then to have unnecessarily tension.
                I have horrible experinve, continuous 02 weaks following, but not effect.Much internet service procider are available in the market like hathway, i would prefer them than to have Tikona connection

                    I have Tikona BB since last 9 months, For the last couple of months the speed I am receiving is 20% of what is promised. I reached on the call center after 45 mins wait and was informed there is packet loss from the tower and circuits were overloaded since last couple of months as number of subscriber was maxed out. I proceeeded to cancellation paidup all the bills, to my surprise I get a call from there to Tikona lawyer [protected] and I am summoned in Delhi court. The reason stated is I have applied for cancellation Tikona resorts to these nature of malpractice. I have raised this complain to DoT, TRAI. Connection Number: [protected]

                      I am from Pune .I have been facing problem from Tikona broadband service since the time I took connection. Since two weeks I am not getting proper connection . I called the customer care and reported the issue. Till now there has been no resolution. Even the login page is not loading. Tikona is looting its customer. The service engineers of the company are the worst. Its really pathetic internet service provider.

                      During the intial days I took the connection, I faced similar issues that time they disapproved my waiver request too. I would request that proper action needs to be taken against these fraud companies who loot the customers and provide worst service.

                      My User ID is [protected]. I also got message fro tikona that my issue got resolved.4 technical ticket were issued during this time period. I called tikona service desk for around 20 times during this period. Still they didn't resolve the issue. I request the board to take a note of this and take proper action against this company

                      Yesterday I called the tikona customer care to stop this worst connection as I dont ever want to use their services again. After long call with the customer care guy, he requested me one last chance.He said their service engineer will visit my house today(10/08) morning. But they did not come, I waited till 12 p.m. I called them again to enquire. Then the guy told we will resolve by another 24 hrs. I told him I have been waiting for almost one week and is not interested in continuing with the service.He again asked for one chance . I said enough is enough. I told him to stop the connection, as no longer want to use tikona broadband in my life. He said I will receive message for cancellation within few hours. God know what lies next.

                      I request the concerned to please take some action against this company who is cheating the customers .

                      Hi Tikona,

                      Please terminate my connection . I have already given request for the same today!! I dont want to go ahead with your connection anmore.
                      NOW I CALLED TIKONA CUSTOMER CARE TO ASK REGARDING MY TERMINATION REQUEST. THE CUSTOMER CARE GUY TOLD THAT THE TERMINATION REQUEST WAS NOT FILED. SUCH A FRAUD COMPANY. Earlier in the day i was informed that termination request was filed and i will be getting message within few hours. but it i didnt get any message. So now called the tikona customer care as to why i didnt get the message then they informed me that request was not registered. Now again I made them file the termination request and also noted down the request id which is 1-[protected]. I knew this would happen with tikona as they never care for their customer and is solely focussed on looting its customers.

                      I request the authorities to take action for misleading and against poor service that this company is providing
                      MY TERMINATION REQUEST IS STILL NOT DONE. I havent got any response from tikona side till now

                      My connection is still not disconnected and i am still recieving the bill. This is very pathetic. Even after raising numerous request they are carrying on with their fraud way. I called again their customer care and filed a request request id[protected].In the above chat they had mentioned they will resolve the issue but still they have not. Why do you keep lying and looting the customer.

                        Dear Tikona Management Team, I have used tikona broadband service from 16/11/2014 to 07/05/2015 (Plan Name: XAQD4096K). Due to frequent breakdown in connectivity and change in my working place, I have opted for disconnection of the broadband services from Tikona. This I have communicated this to Tikona through email and later confirmed with tikona customer care. All my bills are paid till 07/05/2015. All evidences are available with me. Tikona has taken back all its equipments and the confirmation of receiving is available with me. The scanned copy of the receipt I have submitted to Tiokna Customer care. Surprisingly today one person named Mr. Sandeep Sinha from Number [protected], introduced himself as an advocate from Mumbai session Court called me on and threatened me to pay the dues of an amount of Rs. 2, 600 within half an hour else have to pay 2, 600/- + Rs. 35, 000/- as penalty. Further he mentioned that, I have to physically present in session court Mumbai. When I asked for his advocate ID, he got irritated and disconnected the phone. Later I found form this forum ( consumer court.net) that Mr. Sadeep Sinha is actually a recovery agent of Tikona. I was using quarterly prepaid plan which means I had already paid amount for the last quarter in advance. Such kind of activity is highly undesirable and unethical. I request Tikona management look into this matter urgently. I request Tikona Customer care team to update their termination records and stop these kind harassments.                           After a long time finally we got some feedback from your end, but that too is not satisfactory. Our problem is still not resolved,
                          I have taken this connection last month 27th July till now15 days completed and every day i am giving complaint also, but I am not getting satisfactory response from your side.

                          Finally I have decided that I cannot continue with this connection anymore, so want you to discontinue the connection as soon as possible.

                          Today I got the bill for one month that I can bare but the next month bill I won't bare, so want some technician should come and release the connection soon.

                          Hope this will be done immediately without any further complaint.

                            Id - [protected] Name - Abhishek Somani I used to have Tikona connection and want to get it terminated. I have submitted the request for termination on 8 July 2015. It has been more than a month and there is still no action taken. Every time I get the response that your request ins in progress. They keep creating bills. Its the worst customer service I have seen so far. Every time I ask them to let me talk to their senior executives they cut the call or tell me they are only one who I can speak to. I have been sending mails continuously calling continuously but still no action has been taken. I have seen similar complaints where they don't disconnect and then charge the customers later with huge bills. They keep calling me making my life difficult for the bill which I shouldn't even receive. Please terminate my connection as I am fed up of daily calls and unnecessary waste of my time.

                            Received a confirmation mail that the connection has been terminated and no payments are due. Got it resolved by going to their office. Had to report it there to stop the unnecessary calls. Also if mail is sent to [email protected] with a docket no. he will have to resolve it within 30 days, which he did. FYI - if he doesn't then its against TRAI regulations and case can be filed against them. My recommendation - as soon as you file for termination get a docket if nothing is done within 24 hrs and send mail to mr nair.

                            So far i have not seen any progress. Also i have called n number of times again and again raising the issue but every time the response is that it will be resolved within 48 hrs. But so far those 48 hrs have not come.
                            Please look into this urgently and stop billing on the account.

                            I am not sure what part you guys have not been able to understand of disconnection request. the guy took the hardware from my place and now i have got a legal mail for non-payment of bills. please note if you are under the impression that you can harass consumers like this, it wont happen. and let me also tell you that i put in this complaint cause i knew that you guys do such things of not terminating the connection and then asking for money unnecessarily.
                            look into this urgently and dont expect any payments of kind.

                              I am having 2 mbps connection of Tikona, usually the said service provide services much less than the agreed speed, howerver from last about 10 days the connectivety is 0.20-.0.40 mbps with a lot of "requested time out", the said company is even not bothered to attend/responde the emailed complaint made by me.                               Initially I had made complaint for poor connectivity on[protected] by email but no responded. Their customer complaint number was not ready to listen the complaint, the said complaint is still not satisfied in full, very poor response very irresponsible attitude.

                              The company wants payment with out satisfactory services to customer.

                              Reg Tikona Broad Band connection No [protected], refer to my earlier complaint made on[protected]. I inform you that the complaint is still unsolved. The said company is charging bill for 2 mbps and providing much more connectivity for example I have measured the speed at about 11.12 pm today the same is only 0.46 mbps with lot of requested timeout.

                              It is a example of poor and careless attitude of said company in attending the complaint of customer.

                                I have been using internet service of Tikona for the last 4 months. No Issue before rain fall. But after rainfall, how bad internet service and customer care support shows. I have to call every next day in customer care. They repeat their same statement "We are checking, we are getting some backend network issue. We will solve your issue withing 24 hours". So We have to sit idol for next 24 hours and keep waiting and checking internet started or not. Backend issue is there from last 1 month, still they are solving. Now it happens that when I call they are dont pick my call and disconnect it. How bad and pathetic service and customer support. On Initial setup sales executive reaches our doorstep within few hours and take money for 6 or 12 months package. Customer we received what we should receive, now you face whatever problem occurs. I want disconnection from this internet service and I need my money. I paid for service not to listen pathetic answers

To tell you about recent, today morning I just started my internet connection switch, and trying to get tikona login page, But Till this time I am getting same page " Page not Found". To access internet I must need to login on tikona login page. I have been calling on customer call number[protected], It keeps me waiting. No one is picking call, at the end I have to disconnect that call. "Expected wait time is one minute" it continues to 10 mins 15 mins, but no one getting call. It seems its my problem that I am calling to customer care. is it so ? then Tell me I will apply another process

                                      में किरण जागतप मुझे tikona network के झूठे कॉल आते है मेरी कुछ भी गलती नही है तभी भी मुझे परेशांन किया जा रहा है धमकाया जा रहा है मैंने इंटरनेट यूज़ करना फेब्रुवरी से छोड़ दिया है और मैंने इस कंपनी से बार बार कॉल का करके मेरा कनेक्शन बंद कीजिये उन्होने कहा की नहीं हो सकता इस महीनेका बिल भर दीजिये हम बंद करदेंगे और फेब्रुवरि से मेरा कनेक्शन बंद है तभी भी मुझे 6 महीना का बिल भर दीजिये 1650 एक एड्वोकेट मुझे कहता है कॉल करके में वकील हु आरे माधेरचोद भेनचोद पैसे भर नहीं तो देख मैं क्या करता हु इस बात की मेरे पास कॉल रेकॉर्डिंग् है उसका नाम उसने कहा संदीप सिन्हा है मैं बिल भरूंगा लेकिन जो सचमे मैंने यूज़ किया है उसी का बिल मैं ख़ुशी ख़ुशी उसका बिल भरूंगा ये बहुत फ्रॉड कंपनी हे बिनावजः बिल निकलते है प्लीज़ मेरी सहायता कीजिये

                                        I'm facing the problem for every 20 days in a month. When I give them complaint, no action is taken on that. If I ask customer care person to connect to a senior, they are saying that even seniors will say the same so wait for 24 hours. I have chosen 4mbps plan and I have not even seen a speed near to that till now. My speed is .08 Mbps. If I ask the customer care people to send a mail, they don't have any rights for that. There are no proper point of contact. Only their billing section will work effectively always by remainding the bill. Cleverly that too will get in computer voice so that we can just hear cant explain our problems. When I launch a complaint that is closed without consulting me. Then for what they are registering the complaint. I have raised for disconnection. But none of the useless persons are doing that also. Fed up because of the network. No proper store or person to talk with them in real time. Don't know who is giving permission for such useless networks. Please take care of this and relieve us from Tikona.
