From 22 July 2015, I called multiple times to [protected] (customer care no) for deactivation (customer id: [protected]), every time Tikona company provides local fake numbers which are not working like[protected], [protected], [protected], even dropped messages multiple calls for these numbers for immediate deactivation, so far (21 Aug 2015), deactivation not completed and not event collected the device and router, As I request for deactivation, tikona company provides for alternation of plan and threaten calls and not at all responding for my request, customer care says that, deactivation is not our responsibility, keeping the call on hold, we will call back as they are replying.we are moving out off chennai, billing was done pay the amount, without deactivation multiple bills are generated are requesting to pay the amount immediately. Secondly first time in india might be, company needs other person (new client) for new connection or to transfer my existing connection, waste and worst request form the Tikona services, these guys are harassing with out deactivation of account and asking for more money.
