I have a Tikona Broadband connection with Consumer ID: [protected]. Since I am reallocating to a new place, I wanted to discontinue the internet services. I have raised the request regarding same with Tikona customer care service on 19th August (Request Number: 1-[protected]). The customer care representative has confirmed that the request has been registered and i will be getting a call in 24 hours from the respective executive to help me with the disconnection. It’s been more than 4 days and I still haven’t received a single call. Following which I have again raised 2 more request with the same concerns via Email, as now all my calls to customer care goes Unanswered Request Number: 1-[protected] and 1-[protected] ). All three of my requests are still in Progressing status and there is no sign of resolution. PFA the screenshots for all raised requests. No matter how many times I call, my call is never connected to the executive. I have waited for around 15 minutes at times to speak with the customer care person. Also kindly see the screenshot for my billing details. I do not have any outstanding amount as of now. My next billing cycle is supposed to start from 26th of August. Therefore i have requested for the closure of my connection well in advance, but the Tikona Authorities are not showing any interest in addressing my problem. I have seen many cases where they will delay the disconnection and will bill people for the next bill cycle which is exactly what I am experiencing in my case as well. Thereby I humbly request the concerned Authority to please look into my issue as there are only a couple of days left for the new bill cycle and i do not want to be the victim of Tikona’s negligence and poor customer assistance.

    Hello, Tikona id-[protected] Its more than 1 month since my Tikona connection has been installed and till date I am unable to browse Internet for a single time. Technical Customer Care guys says: They are able to access my CPE so there is no problem and my problem has been resolved. Static IP Team says that: My CPE is getting rebooted frequently so they need to be change the PoE by field engineer. PoE changed but no success. Every-time I call, Tikona open a new SR and arrange engineer visit, sometimes engineer don't visit for weeks and I get surprise mail & sms that my problem has been resolved as my CPE is reachable from customer care guys. I call again, Tikona open a new case again, sometime they ask me to call the engineer... engineer don't visit... Pathetic... its more than 30 days... neither TIkona is able to identify the problem nor able to declare that my area is not feasible or is it service provisioning related issue which cant be resolved. Pathetic customer support... nobody takes ownership... when I requested for disconnection (SR 1-[protected] )... Tikona asked me to wait 10 days as their "senior specialist" will solve the issue. Its more than 3 working days passed... no call/mail for senior specialist till now... totally time waste. I found even street cable internet operators provide better after sale support than Tikona. Don't know what senior guys are doing in Tikona... or they have unorganized staff intentionally. God save all o[censored]s from this company. it seems I have to send them legal notice or police complain then only they will wake up.         I am disgusted and sick to death with their services, technical support and customer service team they are bunch of __, Hopeless and illiterate ppl, Mangers shy to come on phone and are good for nothing, I have given a Disconnection request with ref number - 1-[protected] with their technical team and with their billing team prior to that, I have not heard and my connection has not been disconnected, Never deal with these cheap ppl and cheaters

          From 22 July 2015, I called multiple times to [protected] (customer care no) for deactivation (customer id: [protected]), every time Tikona company provides local fake numbers which are not working like[protected], [protected], [protected], even dropped messages multiple calls for these numbers for immediate deactivation, so far (21 Aug 2015), deactivation not completed and not event collected the device and router, As I request for deactivation, tikona company provides for alternation of plan and threaten calls and not at all responding for my request, customer care says that, deactivation is not our responsibility, keeping the call on hold, we will call back as they are replying.we are moving out off chennai, billing was done pay the amount, without deactivation multiple bills are generated are requesting to pay the amount immediately. Secondly first time in india might be, company needs other person (new client) for new connection or to transfer my existing connection, waste and worst request form the Tikona services, these guys are harassing with out deactivation of account and asking for more money.

            Dear Tikona Team, I had availed a new tikona broadband connection on[protected] in the name of with tikona ID:[protected]. The next 2 days itself i had found that the internet connection was not stable or continuous.I am using direct tikona LAN, not using modem/router. After many calls to the customer care stating the above problem for which they finally replied that issue arising because of LOW SIGNAL.If my area has LOW SIGNAL, then why the connection is being given to me? After repeated calls to Tikona, customer service arranged a service engineer and attended so many days later and tried all possible ways to make it work. It paid off and the connection was live for few hours.Again started to face issue.I called again that service engineer, but he has never picked up my call for another some days.And picked the call and again he told me the LOW SIGNAL ISSUE. Please note the below Points of my connection. 1) Total days not worked - 23 days (Even did not get login page) 2) The days Logged in, but not worked (received less than 50 MB) - 11 days. 3) The days Logged in, but not worked (received less than 100 MB) - 3 days. 4) The days Logged in, but not worked (received less than 200 MB) - 1days. so out of 56 days, 38 days are NOT worked. 5) Daily I used to call customer care for complaint.only waste of calling mobile charges. 6) The techinical team have never solved my issue and very poor response from them also. Already I have sent the detailed excel file for your reference. Till now i have used 14729 MB only for last 56 days (in 3 months cycling period) I have paid Rs 2247 while installation. But have been getting bill regularly.And finally got bill for around Rs 628.00. I request you, please cancel the bill amount as internet is not working for the above days. And also i requested to cancell my connection due to vacating of my home.But no response, tikona has not arranged a person to collect the device.Finally after 1 month, they collected the device 2 or 3 weeks before. Customer care had confirmed that they will recalculate the bill and will send me the new bill after device collection only. But till now they did not send me any recalculated bill.I am waiting for the adjusted bill (reduce the amount for non workign days), so that i could pay the reasonable amount. And till that time Please do not generate next bill for not using internet. kindly take a action. Tikona has to take the next process for final settlement. Without the final settlment how could we solve this issue. Without tikona settlement information how i can understand the situation? But in the mean time getting calls from your person, he said tikona advocate, started to threat me like anything. As a customer i have the rights to ask the details and make complaints against any fraud matters. I have never faced such kind of worst conencction. Without knowing the past details, how can your advocate can threat me ? His call was never like advocate or any responsible person. I am waiting for the adjustment from tikona, then we can solve this issue.i mean i will pay the reasonable amount.without using internet why should i pay ? please dont use harmful words .Be like professional company. thank you

              Hi, I was using Tikona broadband last May 2015 . Given closing connection request on may 1st week . Received update mail 16th may saying connection will be tarminated soon. I have not used connection from then. Have received mail to return device, and contact information. called to the provided number fixed several appoinment . No one show up. Then I called to customer care . Even drop several mail to customer care . No reply. I received bills. I mail customer care no response. If i call customer care its says "have taken your number, will call back" Finally got an update on 14th august saying connection inactive, final settlement under process. Suddenly today received call, caller says she Calling from Delhi court legal section, Please pay 1008 to avoid court proceeding . She guide me to pay bill online from tikona site, says correctly my tikona id [protected] I had paid bill . She said she will send NOC and tikona will send you closing confirmation mail in One hour . Still not received, its happens on morning. First fall why should I pay bill when given connection termination request and not used ? I should be getting refund instate of paying them. I have asked clarification over mail so many time why I have to pay . instead of replying they did this with me. More mischievous is last bill mail for August I had received due data is 23 august which not yet pass.

              You Have not answer my query - My connection closing request was on April End, ; Hence connection should be closed by at most MAY . Why I should not get refund for the amount, I had paid as bill for JUNE, JULY & AUGUEST ?

              Can you clarify ..before you said Nothing is refundable ?

              I tried calling you on the number you had provided, no one pick call.

                Hi. My customer id is [protected]. Its being more then 3 weeks that my internet is not working. Either it is not connecting, if by chance connected then with a pathetic speed. And i am repeatedly calling the customer care and the answers are also different. Like the backend is not working, the tower is not sending correct signal, your device is not working correctly and we will send an engineer. It seems like the customer care executives didn't got trained correctly and they don't have their product knowledge. And at the end nobody visiting the place, but still they are sending SMS that your complaint has been attended (Maybe some ghost has attended). Its more then 3 weeks, and they don't care. But during bill generation date it will be generated like it was working correctly.

                  Hi, My TIKONA user ID [protected]. I have raised complaint on 14th Aug. this is my 3rd complaint within two months. I am daily calling toll free no. Each day I have given false promises that this will be resolved tomorrow. But no one has come to my place to look in the issue. I have wasted at least 30 minutes daily in communicating Tikona CCC. Tikona executive given me service engineer's no. When I called him. He simply said this is not assigned to him & disconnected my call rudely. I am fed up of calling daily to Tikona Customer care.                     My User ID of Tikona is [protected], I started using Tikona 3 years back which was working good and as per Tikona promise to provide me good service ( At least Provide Internet connection ) i Renewed yearly subscription package, and from that time 5- 6 months i am not getting any connection of internet
                    After repeated calls to tikona call center and continuous follows i was told by the Manager that the Area is not feasible for internet connection on 15 July 2015 to which the only option was for disconnection and i had asked them to refund my money back
                    After Repeated calls after 15 July 2015 i am still waiting to receive any refund nor any communication, when i call customer call my calls are disconnected i have detail call logs with recordings also
                    Every 5 days call center call me and says " This call is regarding your service how do you find our service Sir ? " why am i been troubled when they clearly have stated that my area is not a visible Zone
                    I have written mails to Customer Care as well as there Officer j.[protected]@tikona.in Appellate team, but no response

                    I had got called on 22 Aug 2015 and was specified that i will be getting the refund since due to your Network non availability i had to disconnect the connect
                    I have details conversion with your office specifying that i will be provided the refund since there was not usage

                    After 22 Aug 2015 I had given many calls and was told that refund amount will be informed, Awaiting the refund

                      Hi, I've never seen such a pathetic customer service before. I was just talking to an customer care person and being on call for around half an hour, he disconnected my call and it's very usual at Tikona customer care because I've got the same thing several times in last 5 months. I was not able to use my connection from past 5 months due to technical issue. I could use it for only 1 hour or 2 in a day, when I am paying rental for entire month then why I've been given services for an hour or sometimes no connectivity. I've made the 100 calls and wasted my money on their chargeable customer care to get an engineer arranged but every time customer care people told me that I will get call back in 2 hours 4 hours and also said that I have mentioned the comments in your complaint that you are not able to use connection. Each call goes at least 30 to 40 minutes and it cost around 30 rs for each call, also even they don't have procedure to change the mobile number. I've sent the emails as well as message to get my number changed but this also not done. Customer care people doesn't listen when you ask for cancellation, they always ask for appropriate reason like I've done a crime. Finally a wise person heard my problem and he raised the cancellation in July first week but my connection wasn't cancelled stating that I was not contactable. How will they contact me if they don't have procedure to change the number. Then I called again to check the status and I had to request for cancellation again then finally an engineer was sent to repair my connection but again after 1 week internet is not working. Neither they are cancelling my connection nor they are able to fix the problem. I've paid 4 months' rental uselessly so I want either my money returned or proceed cancelation. I could use for an hour or two from April 2015 onwards so I want waiver for whole months on hourly basis whenever I couldn't use my connection.                         Hello all, I faced similar issue. I have raised request for disconnection(account no: [protected]) in month of May 2015. On several request tikona provided me final settlement mail and also provided a number upon which when i called Mr. amit said he dont have my name in recovery list thus I should wait he will contact me. But no contact was made suddenly in august i got a call from [protected] mail id [protected]@gmail.com, she called herself as lawyer and asked me to pay amount, i agreed for payment but I said that as delay in response happened from tikona wi-bro why should I pay late fees? she insisted but I denied, then she provided me another number [protected] name pankaj. He called himself as senior of this lady and Mr. Pankaj told me to pay full amount of Rs. 974 and he will immidiately refund me Rs.250. Towards late fees. I agreed and paid on 19th Aug 2015, after making payment when I called same number he said that he will update me in one hour but till now no update I have called more than 200 times after 5-6 attempts he blocked my number.                         I have been getting calls from the same number[protected] a lady by name Neha Sharma who claims to be a lawyer of Tikona Digital. The language used by her doesn't seem to be of a lawyer. I have a written communication from Mr. J. Nair of Tikona that I have no dues to be payed and my case is closed.


                        Where does this lawyer come from and for what reason is she demanding to make a settlement.

                        This is a serious case, and would strong recommend you'll to intervene.

                        I again got a call from some one representing himself as a lawyer from delhi. I told him full incident he assured me that if pay Rs. 600 he will notify company and company will remove that remaining amount.

                        I had paid Rs. 600 to tikona and again waiting for settlement.

                        Had I done mistake? trusting again upon such fraud?

                        Poor service and not disconnect my connection

                        Due to poor service I request for disconnection and my connection was not disconnected and regularly they are generating bill . After refusing payment they are giving harassment call and saying for legal action . Please beware if you are using connection or planned to get. Do not use this service at least in Indore area.

                          I have submitted the request of disconnection of tikona internet service on 11th July (request no. 1-[protected]), and I was told that it will be processed in 15 days and after that final settlement will be processed. But even after more than a month the service is not disconnected and still receiving bills. I tried doing follows online as well as by calling to customer care, but no reply yet, below are the dates and service request number for which havnt got any response 1-[protected] - 16/07 1-[protected] - 25/07 1-[protected] - 29/07 1-[protected] - 19/08

                            Dear Sir Please solve my issue otherwise disconnect my connection and return my money. my user id [protected] my compliant number 1-[protected] (4 august 2015) reg mobile number [protected] Many times i called you (customer care ) your executive told me every time we will solve your problem within 24hrs but unfortunately my problem same condition no one can see this issue. last two day one engg came he told me here is no problem, problem is end of tower side. I think your executive and sr executive are not responsible those duty. when i called in customer care then your executive is doing hold my call and after some time disconnect my call. I am totally disappointed your customer service so do something and solve my technical or non technical whatever issue otherwise i have take some legal action against tikona company. solve my net connectivity problem if you are not able to do solve this problem so return my money as soon as possible.

                                Tikona Customer user id:- [protected] Customer Name:- Hussain Unwala Phone Number:- [protected] This is new connection taken on 31st July 2015 (Exactly 18 days back) I am on 4mbps plan on tikona. since exactly 10 days i am getting really slow speed, also connection droping, then sometimes the connection isnt even working.(Check the Speedtest screen shot result attached with this mail) We have called more then 6 times to customer care. The reason given by customer care 1st Call which we made on 7th Aug 2015 customer care said:- Sir, every 7th of the month we reset our services. Your speed will be back in 6hrs to normal. 2nd cal we made and we were told :- Sir, you never made any call on 7th... (wow) 3rd call we made we were told:- To reboot our router n logout n login again. we did that (we asked for technician, but we were denied techinician, we were told to wait 24hrs) 4th Call we made we were told:- Sir, this issue will take time, need to wait 24 to 48hrs, we were given Refrence number [protected] byPallavi on call) 5th Call we were told to wait again. 6th Call we were told again to wait. How much time we are suppose to wait???????? One more thing is that when we wanted the services to be installed your technician came running to install the modem, but when we facing the connection issue, not a single technician is alloted to us. Either solve the issue to the earliest, or refund the money which we paid in advance. ONE MORE THING IS I AM GOING TO POST EACH AND EVERY DETAILS ON FACEBOOK, WATSAPP AND MAKE A BAD PUBLICITY OF TIKONA AND GO TOWARDS CONSUMER FORUM IF THE SERVICES WHICH I AM PAYING FOR IS NOT GIVEN TO US OR A REFUND IS NOT PROCESSED. P.S:- When we took the internet connection, the techinician who came to install the services told us the server is just in next society. This is a lame sentence made, coz we understood now, this is a complete lie.

                                  Dear Sir, I have called tikona on 14th may 2015 and told tikona broadband on there customer care no that i am shifting my house to another area so please disconnect my connection as i have taken other service prioviders connection for new house after that also i have received several calls from tikona asking for payment and each and every timr i used to explain them that i have given a request for disconnection you cancel my connection after this also they used to send me sms saying that my payment is due and every month they were increasing my bill amount and suddenly around 14th august i received a call from Delhi lawyer saying that your tikona bill amount is due for rs 2200 pay it or we will proceed with legal actions i tried to explain them that i have requested disconnection to tikona in may month but they are not disconnecting it and charging every month bill but that lady is not ready to listen and telling again and again that pay it or we will take legal action in between 14th to 18th august i called tikona with reference number 1-[protected](dated 14th may 2015) and asked them what this reference number says in reply tikona people told me that you have told to cancel this connection as you have taken airtel broadband connection i have a recording of our conversation on 17th august i received a call from tikona (phone no [protected]) saying that transfer your connection to someone you know in reply i told them that i have canceeled your connection on 14th may 2015 and also informed them that i am receiving threatening calls from Delhi lawyer saying that pay your balance or we will take legal actions against you that lady from tikona told me to ignore that call you dont have to pay anything as may account is inactive from 27th of may and we will send you full settlement letter ( i have recording for the conversation) again on 18th morning i received a call from Delhi lawyer saying that we are booking a case against you. i request the concerned department to help me. thanks Rajesh tikona account no[protected]

                                    Hi all UID - [protected] Please pay attention about horrible tikona internet service provider, please my humble request is never, ever think about this horrible company even in the dreams. Because of frequent network outages, i have been requesting them for past three months to close my internet connection and we have stopped using their connection for past one month . I have sent several mails in three months timescale(request numbers: 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected]) to close my connection but never they have responded to the emails and i have repeatedly gave my phone number for callbacks, but they never called me. back I called at-least 20 times during these three months, luckily customer call center picked up my call 3 times during which i clearly told to terminate my connection and reasons, and i had recorded the voice conversation between us also which i told them too and i have confirmed about connection termination in the calls too, then they said they are terminating immediately as the highest priority(this has happend more than months back) but till now no one came to our premises to collect the hardware and no termination has happend and they are sending bills. Please tell me what should i do? shall i send legal note ?

I have called your guys, number of times but they didn't replied.                                         Dear Sir/Madam, This is Kapil Ingale from chennai inform you that I started using this service from AUG-09-2015. My user id is -[protected] and paid an amount of Rs 4446 on AUG-09-2015. As per the offer and communication with customer care they have to give the constant speed of 4 Mbps speed upto 210 GB after that the speed has to reduce to 1 Mbps. First 2-3 days its coming fine there after we are facing many difficulty accessing the login page and using the internet connection from AUG-12-2015. We called several times and I have registered so many complaints but every time the care person said within two hours it will fixed .After 4 hours also that issue is not fixed again if we give complaint again they said that within 2 hours. As we already paid and unable to access the internet . Every day they are telling the same story that issue in Chennai location.
