Bad service

And i am repeatedly calling the customer care and the answers are also different. Refund not received and harassment from 5 months

Hi

My User ID of Tikona is [protected], I started using Tikona 3 years back which was working good and as per Tikona promise to provide me good service ( At least Provide Internet connection ) i Renewed yearly subscription package, and from that time 5- 6 months i am not getting any connection of internet

Paying uselessly from Last 5 months but still no connectivity

Connection not disconnected even after month and money not refunded

Threatening calls after service disconnection and outstanding bill payment
