I am writing this complain to bring light to the poor service i received from tikona digital networks.I am the user of broadband service provided by tikona digital networks from past one and a half year. In the first year the representative of the company was just a call away to help us but from past few months the situation has been awful. To highlight the present situation my WiFi connection from this service provider is not working from 25th august, 2015. I registered the complain against the issue the same day and they assured to resolve it to the earliest. It has been 7 days and the situation is same, problem has yet not been resolved. The technicians instead of fixing the issue are either transferring it to each other or deferring it. 7 days is no short time to come and look to this problem. I am extremely dissatisfied with this incidence and their services. I humbly request you to look to this issue and hope to hear from you soon. my tikona customer id: [protected]

My Tikona id is[protected].
My billing cycle was 7th of every month.
From 8th March 2017 there was hardly any connection, it used to connect sometimes in afternoon or late night during odd hours and the smart phones or smart TV used to get automatic updated thus consuming some data.
I had written several mails and called more than 50 times but there was no response and finally one day an engineer came and after inspection he said there is some issue with access from the company side and he is not sure when it will be resolved so i told to customer care to close my account.
After that i started receiving calls from vulgar persons using filthy language and a person came to my home also demanding rent for the full month i.e. Rs. 750 + taxes. i said that this charge is for the whole month for 75 GB data but unknowingly hardly i have used and the customer care officer said also that around 22 GB has been used and he agreed that issue is from there end but i will have to pay for the whole month.
I am ready to pay proportionately for the data which has been used unknowingly but why should i pay for the service which i am not getting.
Still every 2nd or 3rd day i am getting calls using vulgar language.
Please note that i am a member of Human Rights and Crime Control Organisation, i would once again request to settle the issue in a genuine manner and collect whatever dues is there as per data used but if you continue calling me using vulgar language than i will take my necessary action.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this incidence and their services. I humbly request you to look to this issue and hope to hear from you soon.also m heavily paying for this pathetic service which is not acceptable, if this issue is not going to get recognize within 2 days i will be filing complaint in consumer forum against tikona.my tikona customer id:[protected]

    We have been using Tikona for the past 2 years. Recently, we shifted our place of residence and hence when contacted the customer care for re-installation, they did in a week's time and also informed us that the installation amount will be waived off. But the main problems arose after that. We started facing frequent disconnection along with poor internet connection. There would be daily calls made to the Tikona customer care, when we would be made to wait for a ridiculous time of 20 to 25 mins just to get our issue resolved. Finally, frustrated with this service, we decided to opt out of this service provider and registered for permanent disconnection of services. We were told that it would take another 15 days for disconnection( during which if we are logged in, we will get charged for the entire month. this is a marketting gimmick to wait for the cuatomers to change their mind). When we recieved the bill, we were charged for the previous month's usage alongwith the re-installation charges. On contacting them, the customer care informs me that he has a condition to waive off the installation charges, i.e. only if we cancel our request for disconnection, when infact, the waive off was irrespective of our decision to disconnect or not. I would like to really file a complaint against these cheaters who are fooling customers and robbing them of their money. I am definitely dragging them to consumer court.

      My ID is [protected] and when got connection the speed was approx. 4MBPS - Rs750+14%taxes, I have complaint about speed issue multiple time in customer care and by email too, but every time I was given assurance that it will get resolved in 8 hrs to 24hrs. but it never happened and till date I am struggling to get 4 mbps speed. My speed is limited to approx. 0.5 MBPS speed and issue is not resolved. They arranged the engineer but Tikona engineers are incapable and illiterate to handle the issue, they should be only called as wireman, as they do not know anything about connection. I tried to contact higher management Mr. J. Nair from tikona, there reply are always irrelevant that "If your problem is not solved in 3 days then you have to wait for 30 days", Now its more than 30 days. Thanks Manish Gupta

        Hi, I received a call from siraja @ 8 pm 31st august. These are following things we discussed 1 Full waiver from 5 July to 31st august 2. only 10% usage from 5 july to 31 august @ 512 kbps 3. Refused to give me details of my problem which has been solved 4. He confirmed by him that it is not necessary to always communicate consumer about request closed 5. He further told me that he will arrange a call back by Waiver team 6. He also said that " He is very sorry that he called me" 7. Resolved no problem and kept on repeating to terminate my connection when I didn't even talk about termination 8. He refused to write email to describe everything we talked and told me to write as I am consumer and he has no rights to write a email 9. He told me to remember everything he said by heart and not to ask about complaints again. 10. He kept on talking about termination of my connection, when I said I am not talking about termination 11. He also disconnected my call and said he cannot do anything more 12. he said that tikona is not free to write email to everyone 13. Overall he said nothing to solve my problems. 14.           Applied for a Tikona broadband connection on August 15, 2015, and their engineer had the installation done the very next day at a cost of Rs. 2280 (connection #[protected]). As soon as the engineer left my premises, the internet connection has been down. I've called their customer care a few hundred times (not exaggerating) and have written numerous mails; however, it's been well over 15 days and there is no sign of a refund or resolution yet. However, I don't want any resolution now, and want a complete refund of my hard-earned tax paid money. Hope TIKONA IS LISTENING !

          What exactly is this policy? Why is this delay in disconnection when the connection has been giving issues from day #1???? Why would the full and final be calculated ??? even when I haven't used your services for even two hours continuous?

          Tikona's employees claim the area to be "fesible" and take away Rs. 2280 from me in charges. How did the area become unfeasible after the money had been taken? Please provide me a logical reply to it.

          The company has charged me Rs. 2280 for installation and other charges. It takes almost a month for the company to realize that the area is unfeasible for your connection. Now, you want to take away your device and "calculate" my refund.

          What happens to customer's satisfaction?

          Please be advised that I won't accept a single paisa less than Rs. 2280 that's been charged from me.

          Absolutely disgruntled customer.
          It's been over a week and no signs of any update on the complaint. Amazing company !

            Got this installed on 23/08/15 . Since then I have been facing issues . I have been repeatedly contacting their customer service and the installation boys, but there is no response from them . I have requested them to remove this connection and refund the amount paid to them Rs. 2630 for 3 months subscription . Their customer support is the worst service I have ever talked to .
            Customer satisfaction is none of their concern, they just won't help the Customer .
            Will take this issue to complaint further if I don't get my refund .

                Dears, I have requested for termination of my connection: [protected] but I am still getting charged. At the time I tool this connection the service boy told me that it is a prepaid plan but later on I have been conveyed that it was a postpaid one. I cleared all my bills, also called customer care to stop my connection but not sure why it is not yet terminated. I have received a bill again. I have not used a broadband for almost 3months and have been charged for nothing. Kindly help me in this case.

                  I was using Tikona Broadband services when i was in mumbai for more than 2 years till april'15. I shifted to bangalore in the month of April and as suggested by Tikona, i have made all the outstanding due payment to them and kept the connection on hold to check the feasibility of shift of connection to bangalore. Also asked tikona to collect the wireless modem from my apartments roof. Inspite of repeated calls no one turned up till the last day of our leaving to bangalore. In bangalore, i finalized a house on rent which already had internet connection thus asked Tikona to disconnect the services. Approx 2 months post leaving Mumbai, got a call for collection of the device. I mentioned that you guys should have collected in time. Post which i helped them through security guard of the building in collection of the device from the roof. Post this incident, also i continue to got calls that device is not received by the company and they will charge me for the same. Now i am continue to receive calls stating that bill amount is not paid by me and legal action will be taken against me. I feel its the process gap within the company due to which they are overcharging the customers and calls from lawyers are unwanted when customers are not at fault. Same details can be confirmed from the call center recordings also in the company's record.

                    I am Mantley harrased by tikona. I was pay 2280 advance for 2 months service but its unable to give it for not more then 10days. I always call and tel to the customer care that please solve my problem but they always reply the same answer that it will resolve in 24 hrs. But the problem is still continued. After face these condition again and again I was apply for disconnected my connection in just of 1 month use. My remaining one month money is still due on tikona. I applied for disconnection of my connection is on 6th August, as per company policy the disconnection is done within 15 days now its 30 August but connection is still not disconnect.                     Why you didn't send me the confirmation email of terminatio? and why you still not picked the equipment from my home? how much time you will take to give the full & final calculation mail of my account. ? as per your timeline, all the process should be done within the 15 days. then why you take 1 month?

                    remember tikona. i already paid the much amount to you. Now never expected of Rs 1 from me. and i want my 1 month refund also. because i only use your service for just one month but i paid for two months.

                      Tikona Internet Services: One of the most pathetic services I have ever seen in my life. I pay 1100 per month with plan as 4 MBPS upto 80GB. But the speed what I regularly get is 40kbps/05kbps/12kbps or so. I say that Tikona services sucks. CCE does not even care to take care of their employess, I have lodged compalaints a number of times, but no action has been taken yet. And so I have finally decided to get rid of these services. Also would appreciate people who would opt for other internet services and not Tikona. You suck team!

                        I have disconnected from the service and returned CPE and other equipment already. I have also got a mail from the company stating that the amount payable is Rs. 0/- A month later I have got a bill! I called them immediately and they have told me I need not pay anything and asked me to ignore the mail. However, I have received a new bill on July 10th! Today, I have received a call from [protected] and [protected] stating that the company has launched a criminal and civil complaint against me over unpaid bill and that I will have to attend Delhi high court for legal proceedings. Even now, on Aug 30th I am receiving the same threatening call and they are harassing me. I have tried to contact the customer care..I am waiting for a long long time but unable to speak with them. I have communicated the same via. e-mail but no response yet!

                          Dear Sir/Mam, This is in respect of my Tikona broadband internet connection. My account I'd is [protected] with 4 Mbps plan. I had been using this connection since last 5 months. In the first week of August, my connection started developing problems with intermittent connectivity. Sometimes it used to give proper speeds whereas sometimes it won't connect at all. We called up customer care number and they told to follow certain steps to ensure problem is not from our side ( like switch off n switch on wifi modem, bypass the modem n connect it directly, restart the laptop etc.). We did all that but to no avail. We called up customer care manyatimes but they told that as per their check I am getting proper connectivity and they are unable to check any problems from their system. On further follow up, i was told, that my complaint will be attended within next 24 hours. Next day inspite of no attempt of rectification of the fault from Tikona, and the internet still being unserviceable, I received a message that your complaint has been resolved even without a single communication. Next day automatically, the connection got serviceable. However the problem didn't end here. It worked okay for a couple of days and again it became unserviceable. I then, again started the entire procedure of calling up the customer care number, waiting for a long time then again following the same steps of switching on switching off the modem, disconnecting it, etc. but to no avail. This continued for 3-4 days and every time I called up, I used to get replies like, your complaint has been registered and will be resolved in 24 hours, your complaint has been escalated and will be resolved soon, an engineer will be assigned in next 12 hours, an engineer has already been assigned, has he not contacted you ? I will mark it as urgent etc. Finally, after all these futile efforts, I tried to find out the fault and identified it. To my horror, i found that due to faulty installation, there was water seeping into the POE box (inside the house) from within the sleeve of the cable running from the external unit on the terrace. Having identified the problem, I was hopeful, that the problem will now be rectified, so I again started calling up the customer care and explained the entire problem. However, there was no change in the outcome and the issue was not resolved for many days. Finally, frustrated and convinced that the problem will not be solved, i sent a request for disconnection of my internet over email, to the customer care and Mr J Nair the appellate authority on 14 Aug 15. Promptly I received an auto reply mail from both the ids stating the request number and also request for cooperation from my side for a period of 10 days, within which the complaint would be resolved. It was followed by a call from customer care saying that an engineer would be visiting the same day. No engineer visited on that day, After repeated follow ups for next two days, an engineer was assigned on 19 Aug 15. However, he neither did physically come nor did he speak to me. He tried contacting me on my cell which due to network problems was not available. On seeing 3 missed calls from a number between[protected] h, I called up the number at 1800h. Mr Roopesh was the engineer. He told, he won't be able to come now and assured that he will come the next day in the afternoon. Next day also he didn't visit and on calling him up, didn't receive my calls. On 21 Aug again after calling up number of times, he picked up the call and said that the complaint has been closed. On asking the reason, he told, he called up and visited the house but it was locked, which is absolutely false. (My house is never locked as we are a joint family and many members are always at home at any given time). I even checked up from the society's guard room and they also confirmed that nobody had come after checking the entry register. Today even after more than 20 days since the unseviceability of my connection and more than 15 days from the request for disconnection, no action had been taken. I request you to kindly look into the matter and provide me guidance for dealing the matter. This has caused me and my family lot of inconvenience, and loss of mental peace due to repeated follow ups inspite of genuine problem and no fault of ours. We have been so patient and cooperative all this while, but now its too much. Thanking you for your kind listening and hoping a favourable guidance and resolution from your side.                             My subscriber ID was [protected]. I have been receiving calls saying have not paid my due amounts from a mobile no [protected]. The caller claims herself as a lawyer and calling from Delhi Court. Note that i have paid all the amounts and even received a mail "Full & Final Settlement Amount Payable -[protected]" with amount due "0.00". from Tikona. This calls are very annoying, harassing and pathetic service from Tikona . I wanted to know 1. why i am being harassed when there is no due from my side. 2. I am very interested to know if the so called lawyer is legitimate? Please look into this ASAP.

                              Tikona is the worst connection and service in this world

                              Customer service is really really bad.
                              Following are few points which make it bad:

                              Unskilled technical team were unable to install connection. They are wasting time to setup a device for receiving signal.

                              Even signal drops they said this looks strength. Afterwards they were telling go and analyse to tower end. Once they started from location they will die immediately. This is service response from tikona

                              1. Tickets / complaints are not attended severals days after escalating them serveral many times. No response from their service engineers.

                              2. Complaints are marked as resolved without confirming with user. They call us later to check if its resolved. They should instead call before marking as closed. Once marked it closed, even if you face issues they reopen complaints and it again takes several days to resolve (??? Or just mark at closed)

                              3. If you face disconnection problem sometimes in a day and not when they are checking, that means you have no problems at all and they close the ticket.

                              4. Toll free number takes lot of time to connect (Thats understandable) but even when connected, gets disconnected sometimes and you need to again wait for call to connect and explain it to new representative all over again. I wasted 10 hrs yesterday (Which was really annoying) .

                              5. Engineers when visit, check with some seniors monitoring backends on what needs to do with tt (Keep it open or close it) and not with customers who are actually paying bills and facing issues.

                              These are un capable to resolve customer issues and impacting our business by putting magical advertisement.

                                I have made the payment on 8th and tikona officers say i have not made the payment and it's paid to different account. Tikona engineer gave the id to make the payment and i have made it now they say it's wrongly paid. Payment made on - 8th august client id - [protected] I have Request for refund, they just ask to wait for 72 hours, it's almost 20 days but no proper resolution or action is taken. Please help us to resolve the issue.

                                  I am not getting speed snce[protected] and have been complaining from the same day but dy are not listning, saying today tommorow 24 hours 8 hour time and all fake promises.please help me out. i am having a 4Mbps plan and getting 0.17, 0.40Mbps speed. I am seeking a waiver request till date i have paid the bill. Hope my problem will be understood and action will be taken a soon as possible within 7 days, otherwise i have to knock the door of consumer court.

                                    This is one of the worst companies.They claim everything in their ad campaigns and internet speed bla bla but has zero customer retention.i got my tikona installed in july 2015 and instantly they requested to pay 2100 which i did.After 15-20 days of service, the net speed went down and no connectivity during day time.i phoned customer care numbers numerous times .they kept on cheating me saying that they are resolving my problem.there customer care ppl never pick up the phone and if you are lucky enough then they will talk all nonsense other than resolving your issue.whoever is reading my comment, i request u never get tikona and google about its services, you will get to know about this horrible company and its fake services .they have no proper plan change policy and what is the use of internet i[censored] cannot use at your will.3rs class company no doubt.

                                      This complaint is about Tikona services. If you are planning to buy tikona please do not go for it as they provide services only till you buy the connection. I have been requesting for disconnection of services but I never get any response from tikona. The helpline number doesn't work as they just say that the custom care executives are busy. Even though I have a 4 Mbps line the speed I get is 10 kbps. I even wrote to them to reduce the speed but there is no response. I don't understand how to disconnect the connection as they keep charging me. I have mailed them 12- 15 times but they never respond.

                                      I have taken a new internet connection and have raised a disconnection request from the past 1-2 months and there was no response from Tikona side. I then took a local net connection and from then I have stopped using tikona and today I got a call from Tikona and they say "What is the problem with our net, you have been using it for long time now." I told him that I have not been using the net for the past 15 days and he says he can see that I am using it. Please take action against fake tactics Tikona is using for charging customer. And the tikona care executive says I will receive the full and final statement. I asked him for what are you charging me when i have raised a disconnection request from so long and I have not been using it.

                                      Still getting calls from tikona asking that I am not using my internet inspite of raising so many disconnection requests. The best way to cheat innocent people.
                                      Tikona's above comment shows 4th of september but there is no disconnection yet. Still receiving calls from tikona about trying tikona for the last time inspite of not using it they are still sending me bills. Stop harassing innocent people and disconnect the service.
                                      Now Tikona sends me bills for the time I have not even been using the internet. The customer care had assured me that I won't be charged as the disconnection was delayed on their end and now they are sending me a bill of 1800. Don't go for Tikona as they are used to these tactics.
                                      Please do not take a tikona connection. Today I received a call from a laywer who threatens me to pay the outstanding amount for the internet I haven't used. She says do an out of court settlement else we will file a case against you. The above messages have no reply from tikona nor do they respond to the mail. They say that the CEO has sent a notice for Rs 1400 which they are billing me even though I haven't used their services. I am going to the consumer court.                                       Can i file a FIR against a person representing Tikona causing harassment over phone calls?

                                      I have financial loss due to bad internet services by Tikona. I am an IT professional and i have to let go of my part time job of on-line teaching as Internet service was bad. Every evening i would get 30% to 50% packet drops which led to cancellation of my classes mid way. Coudnt get paid for half of the hours that i put in teaching.

                                      I have raised more than 10 service requests to get this problem fixed but no use. The tickets were simply closed by Tikona. I have log of all the tickets. I have asked Tikona to disconnect but they simply dont listen.

                                      So i stopped using tikona. Disconnected the cable myself and stopped paying bills. This was after 2 months of pathetic service, many phone calls and loss of money for me.

                                      On top of all this now Tikona is shamelessly threatening me over the phone.

                                      Dear Tikona beware of strict actions that TRAI has started taking against Telco company for call drops. May be i should file a case against you and recover my money that i lost due to bad internet connection.

                                        I've used Tikona service in Pune for about 10 months till Apr 22 2015. My Tikona Renewal date was 26 Apr 2015. But I've made a disconnect request on 22nd Apr 2015 and never used after that. I got one e-bill email from Tikona with late payment charges. Tikona did not disconnect my service and delayed for 2 months and finally disconnected on 06/06/2015. Leter 3rd party person collected the Modem. Now I'm getting a legal notice calls from Delhi. With all this details I don't think I owe any amount to Tikona, moreover Tikona did not send any email about the pending amount. I've contacted tikona customer support but they are least bothered to check the billing details in their system.

                                        please look into this matter asap.
