I am not getting speed as per ur plan in secondary 4mbps(Fluctation)...Getting max 700kbps and every time below 250kbps.. I talked with supervisor name : mr.Ashwin...Really he is mad guys and mental harshment me and not even taking my compaint... My cpe device is connected to annandam nagar main tower... Plz. Resolve bandwidth problem cheating customer... And waiver is not provided inspite of having only 4hrs connectivity per day..
Worst internet service provider in world..
I want indian government to cancel the license of tikona for not sticking to rules and cheatly very badly to customer..

    My tikona account [protected] was disconnected in December. I was informed by the customer care that a mail will be sent to my id and that a executive will collect the modem in 7 days. The email id stored in the tikona database was incorrect, which when I pointed out, I was told that it cannot be changed as the account has been disconnected. Hence I couldnt get the final confirmation mail. As I didnt get any call from the executive who were supposed to collect the modem, I contacted tikona again several times in January and I was assured that the matter will be resolved in 3 days. Even on 9th June I had spoken to tikona customer care regarding the issue and again I was assured that the matter will be resolved in 3 days. Today I was informed that I have to pay Rs1500 for not returning the modem. As per my mail last time in June a new ticket had been raised 1-[protected]. After the ticket was raised I got a call from Tikonas Bangalore office and was informed that as its just a POE device, they would not be coming to collect it. Even after my insisting them to collect it, that did not happen. Today I got a call from a lawyer saying that he is filing a case from Tikonas side. As per my view, I have tried my best to return the modem. There is no local address of tikona where the modem can be returned by hand and the executives fail to come and collect it. In this case, all I see this, is a tactic by tikona to extort money from a customer for a device that costs less than Rs.100. As I have no use for the modem anyway, there is no point of me to keep the device. I would like to keep it on record that Tikona is trying to harass and extort money out of me by not collecting the device and thereating to give a case against me. Please advice me what I should do about this. I have mails and reply from tikona and also a lot of complaints have been registred by me in the last 6 months requesting them to come and collect the modem.

    I have got a call from Tikona Customer care.
    They admitted their mistake and informed me that no more amounts have to be paid.
    On asking about the court case, they have confirmed that no such thing will happen.
    Moreover, they have also sent me a mail confirming the same.

    Thank you for your help provided.
    This issue had been pending for months, and your interference lead to an immediate resolution.

      Re: Extortion call from +91 [protected] to extract Rs 1500 from citizens by threatening to pay up or do a case in Delhi District Court, Gurgaon – second threat call in less than 4 months

      I like to place on record that I received a call on my mobile number, at 1048 hrs today, 2nd September 2014 from cell phone number (0)[protected] earlier today from a girl by the name of Priyanka who claimed to be calling from Delhi District Court, Gurgaon and also claimed to be calling from a Mumbai based company – TIKONA whose registered address is as follows:

      TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORKS
      Corpora, 3rd Floor,
      Lal Bahadur Shastri Road
      Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, Bhandup (West)
      Mumbai 400078, Maharashtra
      Tel :[protected]

      As is apparent, the registered office is in Mumbai AND NOT in Delhi or Gurgaon.

      The modus operandi of Tikona that offers inferior internet and wifi service is to extort money from common citizens by making threat calls to them once a connection is terminated and recover Rs 1500 on pretext of having installed a modem which in case of wifi services is not installed, especially if someone is already having an existing modem.

      Thereafter, when a client discontinues their services, they call up the customer and claim Rs 1500 or more depending on customers’ ignorance and IT knowledge for modem which was not supplied by Tikona at all. Thus thousands of customers have been duped by this scam which is headed by Mr Prakash Bajpai – CEO & MD of Tikona whose registered office is also in Mumbai.

      I had received a similar threat call from one Mr Rajendra Yadav from (0)[protected] who threatened me to pay Rs 1500 or have a case against me at Tees Hazari Court, New Delhi . This call was made on 2nd August 2014 and I lodged a complaint immediately with Cyber Cell and the Colaba Police Station and the calls stopped from the aforementioned number.

      If extortion calls are received to the tune of Rs 15 lakhs or Rs 20 lakhs or more, it is taken seriously by the crime branch. Tikona is intelligent to extort lakhs and possibly crores as they have a large data base of clients across India and if they do such threat calls from different cities, any ordinary citizen who does not want harassment will pay up Rs 1500 rather than be inconvenienced to get arrest threat warrants from courts which are in a city that is different from where they are residing. Hence, if 10000 people are duped of Rs 1500 each, the total extortion monies collected may be a whopping Rs[protected] crore 50 lakhs)

      The intentions of the caller were vicious, malafide and is apparent from the following facts:

      1. Tikona has its registered office as per their bill copy at 2nd Floor, Corpora, L.B.S Marg, Bhandup (West), Mumbai 400078 and the person responsible for raising these false claims is Mr Jaykrishnan Nair whose email id is j.[protected]@tikona.in who is also based out of Mumbai.
      2. If the office is in Mumbai and having registered in Mumbai, why was there a phone call done from New Delhi, that too from first Tees Hazari Court and earlier today from Delhi District Court which amusingly the caller informed me is located not in Delhi but in Gurgaon!!! The calls are made to ignorant and innocent consumers from whom no dues are to be recovered and the tone is PAY UP OR FACE ACTION IN A COURT IN A DIFFERENT CITY

      I wish to also place on record that I as a consumer had a Tikona Broadband connection and due to inferior services I had terminated the contract with them in November 2013 There are no OUTSTANDINGS from my end with Tikona.

      I have got to know from sources that those who disconnect Tikona Broadband Internet and terminate services due to their inferior service get threat emails and calls and Tikona extorts Rs 1500 from each of the customers without any bills but by threatening letters through emails and a majority of them pay up as they do not want to be hassled and there are several grievances by consumers against Tikona . Incidentally, Tikona is based out of Mumbai and knowing very well that if there are consumers based out of Mumbai who do not wish to subscribe to their inferior services initiates threatening calls out of Delhi from their stooges who support these unethical initiatives.

      Such matters should be taken up by CBI or EOW or any relevant authority to expose the modus operandi of Tikona which is duping consumers in thousands and recovering amounts of Rs 1500 to Rs 1700 per consumer for no rhyme or reason.

      Such notorious crooks should be brought to book after thorough investigation .

        Respected Sir, It's almost more than a month and I have not yet received any update from tikona. This complain is for Tikona Digital Networks. At the time of activation of my internet connection, I request for the Rs.499/- plan. But, Tikona sales person informed me that the Rs.499/- plan is only for existing customer and I HAVE TO subscribe postpaid plan for 3 Months (called bundled usage, which is only default option for new customer) and after 3 months, I can switch to Rs.499/- plan. On 15th July, I sent an email to Tikona support for change in plan. But, now you are saying that the plan is only for prepaid customers. If the same was told earlier, I have opted for the prepaid plan rather than postpaid plan. From the first day I feel cheated by Tikona Digital Networks. I was assured for the good service but, the problem started from the first day itself. 1. Signal Loss 2. No Proper Connectivity 3. Worst Customer Support 4. I was subscribed for 4 Mbps speed for 3 months and the speed was reduced to 512 kbps after 15 days only. 5. There was a policy that maximum two connections are allowed for a customer ID, but I found 4 active connection with different Mac ID where only one Mac ID was of matching my device. On above mentioned point 4 and 5, I Complained, but haven't yet received ANY response from Tikona Digital Networks. I went through Tikona's website, TC page, and it's clearly mentioned as below. 8. Bill Free plans: The non-refundable subscription amount includes the installation amount of Rs.500. After consumption of bundled usage, the subscriber can Switch to any other Bill Free plan. Recharge with following voucher: (1) Rs.1, 999 (Usage 33 GB, Validity 365 days), (2) Rs.999 (Usage 12.5 GB, Validity 180 days) (3) Rs.499 (Usage 5.5 GB, Validity - 90 days) Voucher rates revised w.e.f from March 21, 2013 I have waited enough (more than a month) but not yet received the solution. Instead of activating my desired plan (Rs.499/-) they are pressurizing me to activate another plan which costs me Rs.3990/- I tried to contact Tikona's appellate authority, Mr. Jaykrishnan Nair. But, I didn't received any reply from him too. Sir, I mentally got harassed by Tikona Support Staff. Hence it is prayed that the Honorable Department of Consumer Affairs shall be pleased to initiated immediate probe in this matter and have the concerned company "Tikona Digital Networks" directed to pay the monetary compensation for deficiency in service along with an unconditional letter of apology signed by the senior management of the company.           hi, I am having my 2 mbps plan and was working fine but now its getting 700kbps and much lesses. but the strange thing is my sister's home is beside me with same plan having full 2mbps speed working fine. and we are on same device of tikona .. still her net is having 2mbps and mine having 700kbps which i m paying and took 2mpbs plan.I already called 5-10 times to customer care.. all same pattern no resolution.. restart things and that.. etc. bla bla.. when engineer came to my home, he also saw the problem doing login with both ids of her and mine on my laptop.. her id getting 2mbps and mine is 700kbps.. so he called ahemdabad main office and whats the reply said =======> [b][color=#800000]" Tell the customer to change the ISP, there is no solution for this . so to change from tikona to other ISP..."[/color][/b].So Engineer told me to change from tikona to any other ISP.. SEE WROSE SERVICE EVER... THEY DON'T EVEN CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER NOR THE SERVICE... NEVER GOING TO BUY IT AGAIN NOR GOING TO PAY. I[censored] CAN'T MAINTAIN CUSTOMER'S SERVICE THEN GO TO HELL AND DON'T EAT THEIR MONEY LIES OF SPEED, UNLIMITED ETC.. BLA BLA.. ALL IS WASTE AND WASTE NOTHING ELSE...ALREADY TALKED TO 4 SUPERVISORS, THEY ALL ARE SAME CRAP.

          ya waiting for getting it fixed.. bcz still 4 days gone.. i m using it at 700kbps.
          ok speed seems to be back now but another problem came now.. having low signal which was my last past problem so let me tell whole history whats happened.

          When i took a new connection from tikona broadband.
          the demo was fast and after that my speed was 2mbps perfectly..

          after 8 months suddenly alot of lost of connection came and lost of signals.
          so i complain them. i almost complain about 20-25 times daily day and night i was at customer care talking.

          After they gone so much they told same thing, nothing can't be done with signal problem, there is no solution. I asked them why also i told that if you want you can keep ur main device on my building so i can get speed.

          so here is what they said to me : " To put a main device, they will need 15 more connections to my area side else nothing can't be done. use as it is or choose another ISP. "

          so this is what tikona doing.. if the feasibility to my area was not there then why u given me the connection u can say no to me directly ... you given me and my sister connection to tikona and now you are telling the problem can't be solved "

          and where i can do ur sales job bring customers for u ?? ...

          its your responsibility to have a good signal strength over any customer home or don't give them as simple as it is. but after taking connection and you tell me that its can't be possible then why did u open ur service ?? i[censored] can't even bare to give us a good service ?? "


          so i don't know but i m going to tell you to solve my problem of signal, do whatever you want to do, put new device or align my device... do whatever you can but i need it running smoothly bcz now speed is coming then signal loss is going on..


          so i m going to sticky with you only but i want my problem solved within 24 hrs.

          I am having very low signal thats what engineer said and told me that from Ahmadabad, they told me to cancel my connection without my permission and also no solution..

          so i request here tikona to make it solve it now. waiting for reply..

          I have already mail you my details.. so tell me know are you ready to fix it or not ?

            I have subscribed to a 2mbps plan but the speed I get is a third or a fourth of what I pay for (and that too if I am lucky). I have raised more than a dozen complaints but the customer service always have a fixed reply that "there is some issue in the backend/tower. This problem will be resolved within the next 24 hours". Its been more than 6 months and I am still waiting for a proper connection.They automatically close all my complains marked as fixed without even confirming first. My work suffers because of this. I have to put in extra hours in the office because I can't work from home. Tikona management is adamant on robbing us of our money and doesn't even care. Even the disconnection requests fall on deaf ears.Any ideas what to do?

              Hi Team,

              Custmer ID =[protected], from the past 1 Year i'm using Tikona Broadband connection.On Aug 26th, 2014 is reneweal date is getting completed.I made call to Tikona customer care on 23 rd Aug and requested for Disconnection of Broadband.There Accepted the same .Today 27th Aug One of the Tikona Champion made call to me and forceming to continue with Broadband connection and he is forcing me to Pay Next bill cycle amount then he is going to disconnect.He saying that Tikona is going to send Legal notice from Court.I have all the voice conversionsons with me .i'm not using the broadband connection after 25th Aug 11.30pm.Could you please take some action on this issue.

                Hi, Please help me to file a complaint against Tikona Broadband. I'm using their services for almost a year and since then I'm not receiving the expected bandwidth that was promised to me at the time of subscription. Most of the time, I cannot do my official work due to this issue and this caused me inconvenience. I've sent them more than fifty mails, called them 100+ times but it didn't turn out positive. Now, finally they sent me a mail saying there are some technical issues in this region and therefore they cannot provide me expected services. If this was the reason then how could they take this long period? I received threatening calls from Tikona collection team even after I paid the full amount. I want a valid compensation for my work loss and mental harassment due to this worse internet connectivity. Please guide me to proceed with this complaint. Regads, Tarun Mudgal [protected]---

                Hi,

                Please find attached statement provided by Tikona team stating that my location is not appropriate for quality services. They have generated September month bill as well but I'm not supposed to pay that as I'd already requested them to terminate my connection by 25 Aug 2014.

                Please take necessary action and help me to get the compensation for the productivity impact due to their worst services and informing me after six months that they cannot provide me expected services in my area.
                As per this attached statement, Tikona team has confirmed network issues in this area. I have suffered with this network connectivity issue since I subscribed Tikona connection.

                Due to this connectivity issue, there was severe impact on my work and efficiency. I called to Tikona technical support team 100+ times and no any satisfactory corrective step was made. They should have confirmed this connectivity issue within one month but due to their business benefits, they avoided to do so and forced me to suffer with their unreliable service. They have provided total waiver up to 1000 Rupees near around that does not seem to be promising as compared the loss I bear.

                I want a legal complaint to be raised against Tikona team. I would be happy if this complaint helps other broadband users to prefer other broadband service providers over Tikona. I would be happy if this complaint spread awareness among other consumers and they also fight for their consumer rights.

                I was using the tikona internet service for the last 5 years. I stopped using the internet service since aug 2105. I requested tikona customer care service to close my account but they sending bills regularly even I am not using their internet service. I am getting threatening calls from their collection team also. they threaten me in the form of advocate and told me that my all bank account, all govt proof will be seized. At last I paid all outstanding bills. even then they are sending bills. how I can get rid of tikona service. my user id is [protected]. Please guide and help me.

                I am one of the User of Tikona Broadband.
                And had a worst experience even after given so many calls and email to revoke my connection because of low / no connectivity.

                Still they have charge me regularly and now they have sended me a Notice and threatening me with so many calls from [protected](Advocate Rajiv).

                Not sure whether it is true or as fake as Tikona.

                Is this a way to speak to a customer.

                Highly fruatated and would never recomend to anyone.

                Worst and fraud service provider I had ever seen. I am not getting any connectivity from last10 days and they were only saying that engineer will come. Neither engineer came nor issue gets resolved. I want to go to consumer court for same.

                I would like to mention the issue I am facing with Tikona customer care. I am not using their services from last 6 months but they are continuously calling me for paying an amount of approx. 1300. They are showing their non professional behaviour and treating like I have done a big mistake.
                Please help me in resolving this mess.

                  I have received calls from Delhi Lawyers that Tikona Digital has file a case against me in Hajari Bag Delhi court. They called me multiple times and threatened that they are standing outside the court and case is about to be filed.
                  I have never used Tikona and no way related to them. So don't understand why the case in Delhi court.
                  The calls are stopped for a month and now started again. This is really a big scan where the personal data by some company is shared OR gone in wrong hands and someone is using this to scare people.
                  When i tried to contact the customer care for Tiknoa, I could not reach any agent as the only option available is to enter consumer ID. As i am not customer i do not have that and there is no other option.
                  Tikona should really tightened their customer care and verify what is going on in Delhi.

                  I started receiving threatening calls from Delhi number[protected] and [protected]. The people calling were mentioned that they are Lawyers from Delhi and Tikona Digital Network has filed a complaint against me for non payment in Hajari Baug Court, Delhi.
                  They called multiple times and threatened that they are standing outside the court and the case is about to be filed.
                  I have no connected to Tikona and never used their services. So do not understand how come there can be a case in Delphi court by Mumbai based company without any communication to customer.

                  I tried to reach Tikona but their customer service numbers are hopeless. There is only 1 option of entering user id and proceed, as i am not customer i do not have that so call gets disconnected.

                  The call stopped for a while and started again. Someone from Tikona really needs to talk to us and tighten their systems to make sure who is using their name and data. Somehow these people have got the number and names and scaring people.

                  Hope the consumer complaint authority will investigate this and bring peace to life of so many people.

                    It’s been a month I have got the Internet services from your company. Consistently I am facing issue of no speed, no connectivity, cable used getting short circuited, your device not getting IP address. I complain every week. It’s the worst service I have ever seen in my life till now. And after that not even a single issue is fixed. Last complain I filed on Friday(22 aug 2014). The person concerned came to my place to visit on Saturday. He was suppose to get the issue fixed by Saturday itself according to your policy. Even after calling the assistant manager Mr. Abhishek Kansal, there was no response for how long they will take to solve the issue. Today is Monday, and yet no call from your side i have tried calling them thousand times. the only reply they give is."There is no problem from our end. Its the problem from your end. we will provide an engineer soon"

                      Respected Sir, This complain is for Tikona Digital Networks. At the time of activation of my internet connection, I request for the Rs.499/- plan. But, Tikona sales person informed me that the Rs.499/- plan is only for existing customer and I HAVE TO subscribe postpaid plan for 3 Months (called bundled usage, which is only default option for new customer) and after 3 months, I can switch to Rs.499/- plan. On 15th July, I sent an email to Tikona support for change in plan. But, now you are saying that the plan is only for prepaid customers. If the same was told earlier, I have opted for the prepaid plan rather than postpaid plan. From the first day I feel cheated by Tikona Digital Networks. I was assured for the good service but, the problem started from the first day itself. 1. Signal Loss 2. No Proper Connectivity 3. Worst Customer Support 4. I was subscribed for 4 Mbps speed for 3 months and the speed was reduced to 512 kbps after 15 days only. 5. There was a policy that maximum two connections are allowed for a customer ID, but I found 4 active connection with different Mac ID where only one Mac ID was of matching my device. On above mentioned point 4 and 5, I Complained, but haven't yet received ANY response from Tikona Digital Networks. I went through Tikona's website, TC page, and it's clearly mentioned as below. 8. Bill Free plans: The non-refundable subscription amount includes the installation amount of Rs.500. After consumption of bundled usage, the subscriber can Switch to any other Bill Free plan. Recharge with following voucher: (1) Rs.1, 999 (Usage 33 GB, Validity 365 days), (2) Rs.999 (Usage 12.5 GB, Validity 180 days) (3) Rs.499 (Usage 5.5 GB, Validity - 90 days) Voucher rates revised w.e.f from March 21, 2013 I have waited enough (more than a month) but not yet received the solution. Instead of activating my desired plan (Rs.499/-) they are pressurizing me to activate another plan which costs me Rs.3990/- I tried to contact Tikona's appellate authority, Mr. Jaykrishnan Nair. But, I didn't received any reply from him too. Sir, I mentally got harassed by Tikona Support Staff. Hence it is prayed that the Honorable Department of Consumer Affairs shall be pleased to initiated immediate probe in this matter and have the concerned company "Tikona Digital Networks" directed to pay the monetary compensation for deficiency in service along with an unconditional letter of apology signed by the senior management of the company.                         I was holding a Tikona connection with user ID: [protected]. One person in my Apartment had tikon connection, when he closed the connection, Tikon person came to my apartment and took away the Receiver which was on the roof top, when i called up customer care and informed about the incident, Customer person asked me to raise an FIR saying the Tikona Receiver is Stolen, i repeatedly told customer care executive saying that it was mistakenly taken away by tikon service person, she kept asking me raise an FIR, how do these people ask me to raise an FIR when they themselves have taken away the receiver. they have abruptly stopped my connection. this has made my life miserable when i have taken tikona service for doing my office work when i am at home.

                          I got a connection around three months back.. it worked okay except few bandwidth issues but last 15 days have been horrible. I have called multiple times and have not got it resolved yet. I have raised a disconnection and refund request but they are not taking any actions. Even their engineers and helpdesk staff is not happy with management. I request here by demand the refund of installation charges and compensation for the time wasted with customer care executives.                             Hello! All, I would like to highlight this issue prevalent with this company (Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd.). I have been getting threatening calls from[protected]. This woman tells me that she is from Narendra Kalra's Office who apparently is an Advocate at the Delhi Tis Hazari Court and told me that i have 30 mins or else a Court case will be filed against me and my CIBIL score will be hampered with.I have been requesting the sales guys whom i had taken the connection from to disconnect the connection. But this never happened.I told the lady(Narendra Kalra's Office) that this is the worst thing and i will take it up in the consumer court against Tikona and Narendra kalra. I had sent emails to their customer care team about the illogical bill that they generated but there was no action from there side. Ultimately i had to tell the sales guy to disconnect and to my dismay it wasnt done. I would urge this forums support 1) To First blacklist such pathetic companies who charge you but do not provide the service 2) Secondly if there are other members who have experienced such incidents, we can all go up against this pathetic company and seek Redressal in the consumer court.                             Dear Sir/Madam,

                            This is with reference to the mail chain which you can find below. I wanted to register this complaint for an issue which I have made complaints against time and again. Please consider this urgent/important. Please find an elaborate problem statement below.


                            My bill statements say that I have started with Tikona services since January 19th 2012. However, the installation person had come in the presence of my servant at a time when no one else was at home. He installed it in the wrong room and also did not give a demonstration for a working internet. Then I made complaints for installation in the correct room and a proper demo.As a result, I got some waiver of 15rupees and a technical support guy came. But unfortunately, there was a power outage and so he did not connect to internet. The problem however was put as resolved without my proper feedback. As a result of above events I was not able to use internet in the month of January and data usage in the bill is zero. However in the month of February some people seemingly hacked the userid which was known only to the installation person from Tikona.

                            The screenshots which I have attached have their MAC addresses and none of them is mine this proves that I have not used the internet. Since that time I have not been able to use internet as I didn't know how to log in to the home page. Only last month did a technical support guy from Tikona came and confirmed that the profile was hacked and none of the MAC addresses was mine and showed me how to start internet.

                            I think it is very obvious that Tikona gives demo for internet usage as a customer is not supposed to know which page to login (1.254.254.254).

                            I have had numerous talks with local Tikona division and customer care etc. I need a quick solution to my problem as I don't want the matter to bother me here upon. It has already been more than 3 months and I still don't know where the problem is heading. Also I think I am not supposed to know what is the employee Id phone number etc. of the person who came for installation as requested by the customer care in the below mails. Please contact the respected departments/personnel.

                            Another thing is that I want to know why my latest bill shows a bill rental for the period of 26Apr to 25 May? I need to clarify the undue bills too if there is no mistake. Kindly check.

                            The last thing to say is that I was very satisfied with my earlier broadband services as it was very customer oriented. I am also happy to continue with TIKONA.
                            I would need to have a bill waiver ASAP and a normal billing cycle.

                            Today I got a call from the customer care executive and he told me that since Tikona deletes it's customer database every 9 MONTHS, so it can't help me. My question is when the issue was existing for 1 year why did they still have the records after 9 months. Basically when they get the money they suddenly delete all the records?

                            What is the customer's mistake if you can't maintain records? Servers are very cheap now days, do you mean to say you don't have money to maintain even one year of customer data? Please know that I am an Engineer from IIT and I have the technical know-how to debate you over any technical matter. So please stop messing around with some phony customer care executives and call me when you are really prepared for a solution.

                              I am using tikona services form last 4-5 months. One first month of tikona services experience, I have ask them to cancelled my services.                                 I was holding a Tikona connection with user ID:[protected]. I have been getting calls from some lawyer from Tikona (Numbers[protected] threatening me that a case had been filed in the Delhi court and that I would need to visit the Delhi court or the police will take action against me. They say it is for the so called pending bill of Rs 2100 something and that they had filed a case against me. I have been receiving calls persistently from someone threatening me about the case. This is extremely annoying. I am extremely fed up with these threatening calls every now and then. This is to bring to your notice that, I have taken the tikona connection somewhere JAN'12 with post paid connection plan, But due to very bad service I have requested to close the connection on somwhere NOV'13 and the connection has been closed. They are asking for Rs 2100 for the new bill cycle whereas I already paid all outstanding amount. I have scanned copy of bills and send many time to their customer care on demand, I have also returned the POE adapter to tikona. So please stop harassing the customers by such lawyers or recovery agents. Hope there is no jungle raj of tikona in India. There is much discrepancy in Customer service from Tikona's part.                                   Dear all,
                                  I had a Tikona Broad Band connection ID [protected]. I have taken a 699 Rs plan for which advance payment has been done by me. I went on a tour for some days and after that when I came my POE and modem was stolen from my terrace. I tried to call tikona toll free number and every time I call they say that they will call back within 48 Hours and I never received a call.
                                  Today I received a call from Delhi lawyer stating that a case has been filed in Delhi court against you and the bill has to be paid by you for 2546. I have not used the connection since last 3 months and request for connection termination How my bill kept increasing every month, don't they check usage history?. Every time I call Tikona they say they will call back in 48 hours. The call is never received and they keep making their calls from their Lawyers.
                                  Tikona is the worst ISP ever. Never go for it. They distract you, Humiliate you and harass you.
                                  We customers are ready to pay if services are proper. Please don't humiliate us by making these calls.

                                    This is the first broadband I took to Chennai Selaiyur area. It is Tikona. The service is pathetic. I took my broadband with 4mbps speed on 31-Jul-14 and since 1-Aug-14 the broadband is not working. I say it is working but I do not know when it works. It is up to Tikona & their router mood. Every day I call their service center where they have recruited agents in the name of technical support, who can not help you by any means and only one answer your problem will get rectify by 24 hrs, which will never ever happens. So if you do not want to suffer then do not take Tikona. My number: [protected]

                                    The service has been restored after continues follow-up of 4 days. These 4 days the Internet was not available 24x7. I have requested for a waiver. I hope that request would be considerable.

                                    Hope to get a better service. I have given your contact to a new customer (My friend) for new connection.
                                    It is working now. But need improvement in call center.

She started threatening me by saying "you dont know who Narendra kalra is and what he can do" and She hung up the phone. I had sent emails to their customer care team about the illogical bill that they generated but there was no action from there side. I had told them for plan changes but noting happened. Ultimately i had to tell the sales guy to disconnect and to my dismay it wasnt done.                                       I had sent emails to their customer care team about the illogical bill
                                      that they generated but there was no action from there side. Ultimately i had to tell the
                                      sales guy to disconnect
                                      and to my dismay it wasnt done.

                                      I would urge this forums support
                                      1) To First blacklist such pathetic companies who charge you but do not
                                      provide the service
                                      2) Secondly if there are other members who have experienced such
                                      incidents, we can all go up against this pathetic company and seek
                                      Redressal in the consumer court.

                                      I haven't received any response from Your side, today is the 1st of September and the acknowledgement is of Aug 5. I think i should'nt say anything else about your service..

                                      Its more than 25 Days and you guys are still looking into the compliant.

                                      Today i got a call from[protected] again saying that we are giving summons.

                                      Can you resolve this issue at the earliest or else i will be forced to take you to the Consumer court for Harassment.

                                      I had a connection of tikona and my User id was [protected] have being using this service for 4 years and took 599 unlimited plan. After using there service after 2 months, the service was pathetic.From that time i asked them to disconnect the service but the use to turn upto me and use the replace the router which was used already used by someone else after looking at the condition and the same connection problem used to start again after 2 to 3 days. They did not returned me my installation which they took 1000 rs from me which was not given after the service was disconnectted by me as all the wires and router where taken back..I had asked them to disconnect the service in January 2014 but they turn back in March and did it in the 31st Mar 2014 for which i have to pay 673 rs rent monthly for 2 months ( 1346 rs ) with no usage of the broadband has the service was not functionable and looted money from me.

                                      Now all of a sudden Yesterday i.e., on 21st April 2014 from mobile no. [protected] got call from Lawyer named something from the chamber of Rk Gupta Delhi High Court and asking me to pay 2600 rs or else he will put up the case in Delhi court.A big Fraud Broadband

                                      connection i have ever seen...

                                      Today again that on 4th September that lady called me up and saying that they are giving summons.

                                      What stupidity is going on.

                                      Is the way to treat the people who disconnect from your service... ?????

                                      Dear All,

                                      I am also getting these call from Tis Hazari Court saying a case has been filled against you by Tikona due to non - payment of due amount. In my case which is nothing. I have been calling and writing emails to Tikona customercare but getting no response from them.


                                      I am attaching copy of Tikona customer care email where in they have clearly mentioned there is no due amount to be paid.


                                      I would urge this forums support to help resolve my issue.

                                      I would like to highlight this issue prevalent with this company (Tikona
                                      Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd.). I have been getting threatening calls from
                                      mob no . [protected] .this man tells me that heis from Narendra Kalra's
                                      Office who apparently is an Advocate at the Delhi Tis Hazari Court and
                                      told me that i have 30 mins or else a Court case will be filed against
                                      me and my CIBIL score will be hampered with.I had already request the company to disconnect my connection
                                      But this never
                                      happened.

                                      I told the guy(Narendra Kalra's Office) that this is the worst thing
                                      and i had no bill to pay and take it up in the consumer court against Tikona

                                      Same is the case with me, i have call recordings of your customer care executive and the so called lawyers agents, if this is to be dealt in consumer court let's deal it that way.

                                      When a disconnection request was raised before the bill generation date, how can someone login into the services.

                                      What does disconnection of a service mean (you cannot block users to login from your end)and if a user has not paid the amount how can you guys collect the equipment.

                                      Why do you need a customer care email id if you cannot respond to the mail shared.

                                      Why do you need a customer care support if they provide irrelevant data.

                                      It's not the matter of amount you are requesting to pay, but it's the matter of irrelevant information you guys are providing and harassing public(users) with unknown lawyers.

                                        This is a complaint against the representatives of Tikona Internet I got a broadband connection last year in October and for the next 6 months, I faced in-numerous problems with the connection. From Latency to extremely slow speeds and the Internet not working for 20 days together. Each time when I raised a service request/complaint, I was told that the closest tower/point is more than 600 meters from my address and Tikona should have never installed this connection because I will never get a consistent speed and the Internet signal will keep on dropping. Finally after 6 months, having paid for pathetic Internet services, I requested a disconnection. Post this I was told that I will still have to pay for the next quarter (advance rental) which I refused because I had already given a request for disconnection and that is service that I do not wish to use. While my connection was disconnected, I have still been getting calls from Tikona. Since then I have been getting calls from Tikona representatives threatening to beat me up, break furniture, pickup my computer/laptop if I do not pay the amount. No one till date has even come to collect the box and wiring and I'm being asked to pay for that as well. I have tried reaching customer service and the lines were busy and the IVR said that I will receive a call back which has not happened either. This company is a fraud and no one should subscribe to their services.
