Tikona — Connection cancellation request no. : [protected], for customer id. no. : [protected] | |||
I had given cancellation request to tikona, on their customer care no.[protected], on 7-May-2015. I was given the request no. :[protected]. As per system details of tikona, my last usage for tikona connection was 22-May-2015. Also, I have paid the last bill generated on 7-Jun-2015 for my customer id no. : [protected]. Even after repetitive followup with tikona customer care, they have not bothered to cancel my connection. And now they have generated my new bill on 7-Jul-2015. Also, I am getting repetitive sms on my mobile no. to pay this bill. Everytime I call their customer care for connection cancellation confirmation, they tell me that my request is in progress. Do not understand why tikona cannot cancel my connection and why they keep on generating new bills. Was this information helpful? | |||

Post termination the devices will be recovered from your premises and the Full & Final calculation amount will be calculated.

It is really painfull, because a reputed company like Tikona is harassing their customers.
I had registered this cancellation request on 7-May-2015 and my last usage was on 22-May-2015. So, it is more than 2 months now and Tikona has not bothered to cancel my connection.
Atleast, twice a weak there is a call from Tikona call centre asking how my connection is working. Its really strange because they never bothered to call me when my connection was active. And now when I have applied for cancellation, they are asking me how my connection is working.
One such call was received today (24-Jul-2015) afternoon, asking me how good my connection is working. And I had to request the female online, to check if she can see my cancellation request. And yes she was able to see my cancellation request and still she was asking me, if there is any problem with my connection and do I need any help. Really really strange.
After checking my cancellation request she asked me to give this connection to any relative or friends. When I replied I will not sell this connection to any one instead you cancel it. She replied, she will escalate the request and then saying thankyou and bye, she left.
Now isn't this the harrasement, a tikona customer has to face for no fault ? Also it took hardly 3-4 hours to start the connection and now does it take 2 months to cancel the connection. Strange or Purposely ?
