Tikona — Connection never works and payment issue | |||||
Paid the full amount of money around 1900 including tax on July 10th 2015. Since then every day i have been calling the customer care for the connection to work. Never ever tikona responded. At last in the month of Aug end requested for disconnection. Every time i speak with the executive they say, with in one day your issue will be solved. But still now no one responded. Guys from my experience i m saying, Govt should ban this company. I lost my Rs. 1900, lost peace of mind and 2 months every day 160 mins of my time in calling the customer support execuitve. forgot to mention my cust id: [protected], not even 100MB is used in this connection.
