My Tikona broadband Id :[protected],
Even after paying my bills and final settlements still receiving threatening call from Tikona end to pay the amount. I was threatened to pay an amount of Rs.2500 by tikona lawyer on 6/6/2015, I explained him everything but he told me to first pay the amount or else he will file a case.
Even after paying rs.2428 amount upon receiving the fake call on 6/6/2015 from Tikona. Again today I received a call stating that I have to pay the amount or else they will file a case.
Actually they have to refund me. Please help me to get my refund money and the extra amount which I have paid for the fake call from tikona.
Please take action on this.
