I have been using the Tikona internet for 2-3 months now. I am receiving almost negligible internet services for the past 3 days in a row. I have been continuously complaining for the same through its customer care. The complaint number for the same is as follows, 1_[protected] dated 05/01/2016, 1_[protected] dated 06/01/2016, 1_[protected] dated 07/01/2015. Every time we register a complaint, we are told to wait for another 24 hrs to get the problem resolved. Tactfully, they send an sms that the issue has been resolved within 24 hrs, which is a wrong practise undertaken by the Company, as the problem has not been resolved one bit.
Also, I have been continuously crying for an on site engineer, to resolve the problem, but no assistance has been provided to me on the same and after all the hard work when I some how got the number of there so-called Engineer by name of Mr. Satish [protected], who talks in an indecent manner to us and straight away says no that he shall not come for the assistance on site.
So, I am raising this issue before you, so that the mental harassment that has been faced by us should be checked and no other user gets in to the same space that we have been for a couple of days.
