Hello Sir, My Tikona User ID is [protected]. I had been bearing poor services of tikona during the month of June, July, August and September, 2015. In which for approximately one month (around 25th July to 28th Aug), I was unable to even access the internet due to Tikona's faulty modem and connection. Despite of numerous (more than 20-25)calls to Tikona customer care and several complaints and termination requests, neither the problem was solved within time nor the termination request was accepted. I requested waiver for around one month for which services were not at all accessible. But, all my waiver request were declined without any proper reason. Then after I stopped using Tikona's services. During the subsequent 3 months they levied late payment charge Rs.100/- per month and raised bill amount from Rs.1202/- to Rs.1502/-. Now, I am getting a call from Mr. Sandeep Sinha (+91-[protected]) who is introducing himself as an advocate in mumbai court and he is asking me to pay rs.1502/- immediately otherwise rs. 22000/- penalty will be levied. He is also saying that in case of NO service usage he will get me 60% amount refunded. And now Tikona is not responding to me on phone call or emails. I just want to get unnecessary charges removed and pay the remaining bill. Tikona has harassed me mentally and wasted my lot of time. Hello TIKONA,

Despite of your assurance on this thread of resolving this issue, I have not received any call or email or even your further reply on this forum.
Instead, I got next bill by email from your billing department, which has again added rs. 100/- and now you guys have increased the amount to Rs. 1602/-.

This is really poor and unexpected behaviour from TIKONA Customer Care.
Please resolve the issue ASAP. and reply on this forum within 48 hours.

Then after I will gonna head towards Consumer Court.

After patienceful wait of more than 3 weeks for completing the process of my CPE recovery and full and final calculation of my account, I have again ended with no response from your side (Neither on email nor on phone call).

Instead, I again got a call, this time from a girl naming herself Archna(on behalf of Tikona's advocate) and asking me to pay the whole amount Rs.1602/- or she gonna file a case in Tees Hazari court, Delhi.

This is really too frustrating. How poor your services & processes are!!!

    I have used this connection from April 2015 to July 2015 at Thane (Maharashtra) India and performance was very poor so in August as i was moving out from Thane for 6 month i requested for disconnection of this id connection but Tikona didn't respond me properly and linger on my disconnection and finally collected all their equipments from my house in Sept 22nd and still go on issuing the bill even after collecting all equipments. I refuted all charges and requested for disconnection but to my surprise in Jan 2016 i received one call from their legal at DELHI that if i did not deposit Rs 1800/- by 2 pm on 7/01/2016 then they will be filing legal complaint against me in TIS HAZARI COURT New Delhi and court will summon me for the same. In order to avoid the legal tussle i deposited Rs 1800/- and informed their Lawyer to close the chapter and issue me NOC from TIKONA. Can anybody suggest me further course of relevant action in this regard. B D Gondekar

    Tikona has closed the case only after paying Rs 1800/- which is not justified as I have returned all their equipments and I need not have to pay Rs 1500/- as default charge claim and paid by me due to their legal harrdent. I request for refund of same from Tikona

      I raised a disconnection request On Sep 24, 2015 because of prolonged network issues and have stopped using the internet since Sep 25, 2015. My billing cycle happens to be on 26th of every month. Hence, the customer care people told me on the email that if you do not use the service during Disconnection process(i.e. 15 days), no bill would be generated. But even after that, I am still getting bills and calls from their people who don't have professional etiquettes to talk to customers. Even after sending multiple reminders on mail to tikona, those people never reply back. Their helpline number always says: YOU WILL GET A CALLBACK.. But no one calls us.. This is a case of irrelevant mental harassment.. After the disconnection request was raised, no one from tikona had come to collect the devices. Now in the mid of December, suddenly they charged us 1500 for not submitting the device. It is their responsibility to collect the device and make sure that proper disconnection request is followed. Tikona customer care is the worst. They never talk to the pojnt. They always say that a callback will be given. Worst customer service and pathetic network.

          I registered for a new Tikona internet connection. A person named Viram, came to my home on[protected]. He showed me a demo for the speed and it was OK. Then he told that the activation will be done soon within few minutes after I make payment. Believing him I paid Rs. 2176 cash for which he gave me one receipt. He then tried updating my information on some tikona website but that didn't worked. On asking result he responded there is some technical fault on server side. He told that you will soon get a message of payment confirmation and then you have to reply OTP USERID to 5676708. I never received a message on registered cell phone no. I called Tikona call centers but all in vain. After some time luckily I got an email of the receipt of payment in email. At least I have some proof!!! ---Below goes the email text[protected]--- Dear Subscriber, Thank you for your Tikona payment. Find below the details: BAN : [protected] Payment Amount (Rs Ps): 2176 Payment Date : [protected] Payment ID : 1-[protected] Transaction ID* : [protected]EPR[protected] Payment status : SUCCESS Please note - .             Hi, I have installed Tikona internet on[protected] with the basic INR550/- internet plan and paid 3 months advanced amount INR2176. Tikona Service ID- [protected] Now after 2-3 days my internet is stopped working so i have called Tikona customer care to resolve my issue on this no.[protected] but no response, they always tell that Eng. will come and resolve the issue but no one came to resolve my issue. So i have called local Tikona Eng. who installed my Internet he came after 3 days and fix the issue on[protected], in the meanwhile i have sent emails to Tikona for regarding internet issue but no response. I have sent emails to Tikona to refund my money but not response. Please take serious action against them so that they can never cheat any customer.               Dear Sir/Madam, I am very much disappointed with the services of tikona. i made a request to transfer my connection on 31/12/2015 with request number 1-[protected]. i have called many time to your customer care but my problem is as it is. I got the number of area manager Mr. Rohit Mishra but he is not lifting the phone for a single time. I am not getting any solution of my problem so I have decided that not to continue my connection further.                 Hello, I took an internet connection from tikona broadband service provider for 6 months (JAN 2015 - JUN 2015) in Surat, Gujarat. After 6 months I told them more then 10 times to delete/disconnect my account as I was shifting to Pune, Maharastra for Job. They say that your query will be forwarded and in 2 days our executive will come take the modem device. But nobody comes and they keep on generating bills every next month even I don't use the internet. So, this was the harrasment they have done to me. Now, a lawyer calls to me and my mom stating that a case has been filed and we are sending a court notice to your home. Now, this has gone beyond the limits. For the proof I have their cancellation mail. I need your help to end this.

                      Today I received a call from a person calling, himself an advocate, on behalf of tikona. He told me that Tikona is planning to take a legal action against me as I have not paid a bill . He told me to pay it within half an hour. I tried to call customer care but I got an automated answer that I will be contacted back in 48 hours. They have sent me a bill of 1500 against failure to surrender the rooftop device but I have returned the device and also I have sent the photocopy of CPE removal letter more than 10times . I am getting calls frequently regarding legal action . Update the details of my account and resolve the issue .

[protected] they take bill in advance and i had paid on 6/8/15 for the duration 26July-25August with following details:- BAN :[protected] Payment Amount (Rs): 570 Payment Date :[protected] Payment ID :1-[protected] Transaction ID* :[protected]TPC[protected] Payment status :SUCCESS their executive has already collected CPE /Modem and all accessories in working condition. I had given cancellation request on 10th august and has not used your connection since then. So i should be refunded money for 15 days. It has been 4 months and they have not refunded my money. Instead of this they are demanding money(381/-) from me by sending bill every month. This company is a cheat. I want my money as soon as possible.

                            I was using Tikona networks and my id is:[protected]. For this mentioned id I have asked the service provider to Close the connection, which is not yet done. Because of which i received amount of 2090. I request you to please close the connection asap. And also to take care of the fraud calls that we receive from tikona. The calls threaten us for casing in court.Extra bill amount is generated because the connection is not closed as per the user requirement. request to pls look into the matter.

                              Hello, I'm Rudra & I've been using Tikona connection from last 1 year. They were providing very worst service & internet was not working so I gave complaint to disconnect my account ([protected]) on 23-Aug-2015. After that I called them so many times to disconnect it but they kept saying you will receive 5 calls to from disconnection department of Tikona for this and still if you don't want to go ahead with our connection then it will get disconnected. Also, I asked them how much full & final amount which I needed to pay then they said we'll let you know once it's going to disconnect. I haven't yet received any call or mail for full and final payment which I needed to pay. Also, I asked telecaller executives of tikona where shall I pay the bill for the month of August or not then they said don't pay it now and directly pay the full and final amount. Now they are sending me bill including late payment charges which is not right. Whenever I used to call them IVR used to give me reply that we'll get back to you but I didn't receive any call. Also, they told to me that I need to pay only that much of bill till the time I've used tikona service. Last time time I used the Tikona service was 10-Sept-2015 and after that I've not used Tikona internet. My bill date is 26 of every month so as per this why should I pay the bill after 10-Sept-2015. I should be charged as pro-rata basis. I was ready to pay the bill but I din't get any notification that how much is my full & final amount. Also, the last mail which I got from Tikona on[protected] where it was mentioned that I need to pay the bill of 998 without termination penalty & 2498 with termination penalty so I din't understand whether it was full and final amount or last outstanding bill amount. So, I replied to same mail on[protected] where I mentioned that how much do I need to pay full and final amount. I didn't understand without termination penalty & with termination penalty. I've attached last mail & 2nd last mail from Tikona regarding the disconnection and billing collection. Also, I've attached my last mail to tikona ([protected]@tikona.in) where I asked them for full & final amount which I need to pay and till the time I haven't yet received any reply. Now, they are calling me from the number [protected] (Person name is Tripathi) and saying they are calling from Delhi court and we got case against you and you need to pay the bill of 998 Rs. and settle matter out of court otherwise we'll file a case and you need to come to Delhi court for this. This is a mental harassment for me. I gave request for disconnection and instead of disconnecting they kept charging me the bill for their service which I didn't use after 10-Sept-15 with late payment charges. I called them so many times to check the disconnection progress then I din't even receive any proper response from them related to this. You can check the call conversations in between me & Tikona for this. Desirable resolution :- I should be charged only that much how much I've used Tikona services. I should be informed full and final amount so I'll pay it & connection should be disconnected asap.

                              If you noted my concern and the team is working then why you people are calling me again and again by saying that I'm calling from Delhi court & if you want to settle this matter then make online payment.

                              This is ridiculous. Please inform your people that you are already working on it & till the time you don't find out any solution then don't call me. Whenever you are ready with full and final amount let me know but till that time please don't call me and don't tell me that I'm calling from Delhi court and settle the matter out of court.

                              Hello,

                              I got another harassment call from number [protected]. Person used abusive language. He didn't have common sense.

                              Your people are still calling me without seeing this complaint which I registered here and i request you to stop harassing me by calling like this otherwise I need to go into court against you.

                              They should have looked at this complaint and then should asked me for the bill.
                              Your people on the number[protected] are not responding to my call after waiting 10-15 minutes. Then suddenly say you will get call from us and I don't get any call from them.

                              Please look into this and provide me solution for this.
                              Bill has been paid and here is the copy of it. I hope I should not get any call from Tikona now.

                                  Hi, I have been using Tikona Broadband services and my USER ID : [protected]. Since the month of June, i have been facing issues with my internet connection and i had decided to change my ISP. Hence i called up Tikona Customer care by August 1'st week and asked them to cancel my connection effective immediate. I had received the bill dated 26/7/2015 and the bill period is From 26-Jul-2015 to 25-Aug-2015. Though i had not utilised the internet usage for the complete bill cycle i agreed to pay the amount for this cycle. However i have been repeatedly receiving calls from tikona customer care stating that they will make some alternate arrangements for fixing the issue and they kept my connection active till august month end. Finally they cancelled my service by the end of august and sent me 2 months bill amount (July & August) and asked me to pay a total of 1696 by september 10'th. I had called up customer care several times and told them about this issue, asked to revise the bill amount and send me the details, so that i would make the final settlement. There was no response from them and they kept on adding 100 Rs as late payment charges and sent me the payment due email. On Oct 23rd i received an email from some advocate stating that if i fail to pay my balance amount, then i will have face legal consequences. Even then, i had sent an email to customer care, asking them to revise the bill and send it to me, so that i would make the payment. Today i received a call from Advocate Rahul sharma stating that i had a total outstanding bill amount of 1919 and if i fail to pay the same then i will have to face legal actions from delhi court. He told me that he would freeze my bank account and i would have to pay some 1 lakh rupees, if i fail to make the total payment immediately. In order to avoid further more consequences, i just paid back the so called amount, But this advocate was not even ready to listen to what i say. He just wanted me to make the payment and tell him the transaction details right away, when i was on call. This is really frustrating action from Tikona and i need some sort of justice for this kind of acts.

                                        The installation engineer cheated me saying that my home is with in the range of the tower. However after 40-50 calls to customer care and 10 engineer visits (all this in 2 months) finally, the area manager declared that the area is not feasible for a connection. I am asking for installation refund and the company stopped replying. During the 2 months it is colossal waste of my time talking to all the useless customer service representatives who cannot understand my problem. Doing mistake is one thing and can be acceptable but trying to cover it up and wasting the time of customer is inexusable.
