Dear concerned person, I had been using your service earlier. But due to your pathetic service, I had to disconnect your service. Despite of making a call regarding to terminate my service, you guys never did it. You guys calls up for the follow-up and force us to give the connection to someone. Why should I? When I am not myself satisfied with your services, Why should I offer it to someone else. Again and again you called, but despite of keeping it clear that I didn't want your service you guys never discontinue the service. My mails are not replied to .the Id from which you guys send us the mail, you cant be replied to on the same id. Is it what you call customer service??Seems like its a one way communication with you guys. I have always paid the 3 months payment in advance(prepaid connection). Then how can you guys raise a bill of 1600/- whereas i have not used your service after my request for discontinuing the service. and now this cheap trick. an advocate calling us threatening us for the case for the payment, Its hard to reach you guys. Is it what you called service? Are you guys in business or cheating??? Sorry to say but you guys are the worst cheater i have ever seen. change the way you treat people or you will be out of the market very soon. Kindly look into the matter, hope at least this time you guys will do the needful, though i still have a doubt .. My user ID is [protected].

    I have asked for internet connection and they installed the router. The net is not working properly from first day.They are neither listening nor taking any action. They have already taken 3 months advance.I am totally trapped and mobbed. I want quick action on this.

    The same problem for me, I have paid 2 months of advance, connection never worked, after 2 months of struggle lost my interest and requested for disconnection. They never responded for the complaints. Apart from it, i am still receiving bills every month.
    My kind suggestion, put a case in your local court.

      I have paid the final amount as per the bill no B[protected] which was provided after i called for it. (as u weren't bothered to sent even after 1.5 months of deposition of device) Payment Date[protected] Payment ID :1-[protected] Now from hence forward none of the amount is due from my side and the termination of the account and deposition of the device has already been done. I dropped a mail to customeer service and got that after 72 hours someone will contact, Its been more than that but i have not received NOC nor have i got any communication from your side. How many days you require to give a simple NOC, even after final amount has been paid?

        Hi, We had tikona internet connection and we were facing lot of problems. Then we asked them to disconnect our connection. We have also submitted their device with acessories. After 3-4 months, they started calling us with this amount pending, that amount pending.. settlement etc. eventhough we had paid all amount. Still today, we are getting calls from below mentioned number. [protected] Person name Rahul Sharma claiming to be an advocate from Tis hazari court Delhi He is using very vulgar language and try to threaten family members. He seems like very cheap guy hired by company or whatever. This is very shameful for the services TIkona provided. We used their service for two years. but when we discontinue from the service, this is the response we are getting. Harassment, harassment and harassment of customer.

          Complaint no 1-[protected] registered two days ago, by calling tikona customer representative. Tikona id - [protected]. Bought new Tikona Broadband connection on Jan 1 2016, and since jan 2 till now (jan 15 2016) I am barely getting internet so I startes calling Tikona for help, after my problem wasn't addressed I called up Tikona requesting Disconnection. Also I had paid 3months rental in advance now I'm requesting Tikona to refund and disconnect, for which they aren't taking any action. Please help.

          Yesterday i.e., 19th Jan 2-16, Your technician from Tikona tried to fix the problem, and your team has no result since Jan 15th !
          Moreover i had raised Connection disconnect request on 13th Jan, so according to TRAI "The service provider shall terminate the connection within 7 days, In case of delay in refund, a consumer is entitled to interest at the rate of 10% per annum for the number of days refund is delayed beyond 60 days." (http://www.trai.gov.in)

          Even after several attempts of your Team to address my issue the problem is still the same, so I cannot pay for a service which i don't get isn't it ?

          so I'm expecting the refund by 22nd Jan 2016

          its been 30days and still no resolution on refund,
          Tikona which i thought was an ISP but now i came to know its a fraud company, Tikona is no different than Robers, Their job is to loot, excellent, and Now its the time to drag this company (Tikona ) on to social media sites like twitter, facebook, linkedin.,

              As I received Bill of 2000 for which I have not consumed a mb. And they called me on phone and threatened that they are filing case on non payment ( which I have not used ) And so I paid amount. And I kept complaint for unsubscribing And they did unsubscribe me., I received a mail regarding unsubscription . But I received a bill amount of rupess 1600 now. So pls resolve and sue that fraudster.

                ATTENTION TO TIKONA HEAD OFFICE, Today I received a phone call from mumbai office where the representative assaulted me with outrages bill amount that I owe and threaten me that I will be taken to the high court of Allahabaad with this amount if I don't pay it. Forcing me to pay this amount which I don't owe is fraud and threatening me like this is illegal, as far as I remembered I became a Tikona customer because I was told Tikona has good customer service but my experience has been only bad with Tikona, since I started using Tikona in July but the service was constantly poor and I kept constantly filing complain to Tikona customer care, but no proper action were taken after my complain and I was a dissatisfied new customer, but still I bared and trusted that Tikona will somehow resolve my matter, but I received no resolution from the team after executives visited to my home many times. Then I lost my patience as a new customer and called it to discontinue my service, to my surprise my service was not discontinued and I found out that Tikona representative visited my place logged in and told my family member that my service is discontinued, soon after I got a bill and again to my surprise I found out that the service was not discontinued upon his login, after much arguing I ended up paying bill to close the matter in peace for a total sum of ₹ 1, 200 approx. Around October and again asked the Tikona customer care representative to please close my account once in for all, but nothing as such was done by the Tikona and I kept receiving bills for every month even I did not use the service nor the device in my home worked. THIS IS ILLEGAL AND WRONG! When the representative called and assaulted me for the total amount of ₹ 1, 900 approx. And telling me I will be taken to court over this, I feel ashamed that such a company which I trusted as a new customer failed me in every way. I WOULD LIKE TO TELL THAT I OWE NOTHING ABD I WILL PAY NOTHING! I KINDLY REQUEST THAT YOU CLOSE MY ACCOUNT FOR LOGIN ID [protected] UNDER THE NAME OF RAHUL MISHRA FROM VARANASI, U.P. INDIA ONCE IN FOR ALL TO SAVE TIKONA COMPANY FROM FURTHER EMBARRASSMENT. I HAVE FILED THIS COMPLAIN IN CONSUMER COURT AFTER FEELING DISRESPECTED AS A NEW CUSTOMER BY YOUR COMPANY.                 wow kya bhat hai, so i understood that tikona people will respond only if you file a case against them in the consumer court, Mr. Rahul thanks a lot for giving a idea. I also suffered the same problem and finally fed up with tikona and left the money which i have paid. i am a customer from Chennai paid my two months of advance. Connection never worked and finally after 2.5 months of my struggle, have requested for disconnection, Even though i m still receiving bills from tikona.

                    Tikona ID: [protected] I had taken a connection of Tikona on 26 April 2015 and requested for disconnection on 20 september 2015. I received a legal letter from some advocate in mumbai for paying additional Rs.1100 to tikona on 9 january 2016. Which I did pay to save myself from any legal hassle. Then I received a call from "Chetan Sharma's" assistant (From Chember 34, Tees hazari court) who was harassing me to issue a summon, right after I picked the call, for not paying the additional dues. I did communicated her, the paid Transaction ID, Mode of payment and rest of the details for confirmation about the payment already done and make her know that I did paid all dues. Now, I have been told that I will receive an "NOC and Disconnection letter" from tikona and from Chetan Sharma ([protected]@gmail.com, [protected]). I have been trying to get my letter from quite a long time, and nobody is responding or issuing me any confirmation document. Without any proof/document/Noc held with me, they again could ask more monetary payments. PS. If tikona is reading this, kindly come up with the solution, and stop saying repeatedly that "our team is working on the matter" because its isn't.

                    i terminated tikona internet with proper intimation and in transparant manner after clearing all bills.. but after 3 months i got call from tikona saying that your connection is not disconnected so you have to pay the bill 600, when i refused to pay then they agreed. after 2 months i got call from [protected], [protected], [protected] saying that they are from civil dept court and asking me to pay 800 (200 more than what they previously asked) other wise face legal proceedings, so i got feared and paid 800..
                    in my view this is the worst service and fraud company, they are cheaters, they harass their consumers

                      Tikona Account UID: [protected] I gave a request to Tikona in the first week of September 2015 to discontinue my internet connection from 24 September 2015 but it took approx 2 months time for Tikona to disconnect my line. Also I requested waiver amount(waiver request: 1-[protected]) of last 2 years and after multiple request, Tikona failed to provide any updates to me. Tikona cheated me. I was entitled for 4MBPS line and I used to get 10KBPS to 200KBPS internet speed. I filed many complains but Tikona failed to solve the issue. I handed over device to Tikona. Tikona support told me over phone that if I will continue their service then ONLY they will provide waiver. What is the use of having such bad internet connection??? Pls provide updates on the waiver amount of last 2 years. It's clear case of cheating. I trusted Tikona but Tikona started cheating me. Why are not providing updates on waiver amount? What is the justification? You are asking for the bill I did not use the service. IF Tikona is loyal to their customers, pls provide updates on waiver amount and justify your bill amount. Simply sending email on outstanding bill NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. Pls provide updates. Thanks

                      2. Can you justify the bill you are asking?

                      3. Why did you take 3 months to disconnect the internet connection?

                      First of all, can you pls confirm if the call was from your legal department?

                      After many request and email sent to j.[protected]@tikona.in and [protected]@tikona.in, you failed to provide any waiver request(1-[protected]) updates. Every time you just copy and paste the same amount and send the email but you have not provided any updates on the waiver request I raised with you. I take this as seriously and may file an FIR against your caller.

                      Pls STOP making such call and provide updates on ticket 1-[protected].

                      Pls STOP cheating in the non payment and come up with the updates of waiver request of ticket 1-[protected]. I have paid you all the bill since last 2.5 years without any delay and when I asked you to discontinue the connection and asked for waiver request, you started acting badly and asking to pay false Bill.

                      I am also facing the same problem. I requested them a detailed bill of my usage. I paid the bill till October and also asked to reduce the bill plan but in November I got a bill of 2000 and every month they are adding Rs 100 as a late payment fee. I asked to disconnect the connection via mails, calls but they continued charging the amount. Several times I told the customer care executives to send me the detailed bill of my usage. Every time they said, we will send it to you and hanged up. I dropped few mails asking the same but no reply. For the entire month there was a problem with the connection. Every another day I have to call the customer care and asked them to resolve but they could not resolve it permanently but kept charging.
                      And after few days they started giving me legal threatening. Someone called(number [protected]) and said he is an advocate from Delhi High Court and I have only half an hour to decide whether I want to fight the case or pay the bills. I explained him the same that I want the detail explanation of my bill. And if I find everything OK, I am ready to pay but he did not listen. And he also said Police will come to your door with arrest warrant. he asked me to pay an amount of Rs 3300. When I asked how come Rs 3300? He said Rs 2500 is your bill and Rs 800 is the charged to withdraw the case. If I did not filed any case then why should I pay the amount to withdraw it??
                      I again dropped a mail to customer care but no reply. Yesterday they have sent a notice from some advocate in Mumbai stating the dues of 2500 and their legal actions.
                      I dont know what is stopping Tikona to provide me the detailed bill. I even did not deny the payment but I will only pay when I will find the bill according to the usage and no of days they have provided the connection without any glitch.
                      Tikona Broadband is a Big Cheat ...They are have not cancelled by connection since April and today I got a call from Advocate Nidhi Sharma([protected]). She threatened me to pay in next half an hour or face the consequences.
                      Tikona is getting into dirty business because they are loosing there customers to other players and it shows they are frustrated.

                      I used Tikona for 5 long years and without any problem but these guys are very cheap and unprofessional.

                      Hence using these tactic to earn some money which they cannot earn otherwise. However I have paid the amount of 1500 which they extracted from me using this tactic. Good job Tikona you are on the way to shut down the business.

                      Even I got a call from Nidhi Sharma claiming to be an advocate that too government employee and threatens me to pay Rs. 2300 for some non-existing outstanding payment.

                      There is no outstanding as per info. And when I asked her the detailed statement she straight away denies and disconnects. She does not even let me talk. Says that I am govt advocate of some Delhi court.
                      If I don't pay the amount she will drag me to the court in Delhi and fine me with Rs. 45000 and 6 months of imprisonment.
                      Requesting to take strict action against Tikona and that lady called Nidhi Sharma.
                      When I checked that number on Truecaller I found it to be a scam.
                      She threatens me to block all my bank accounts, my govt documents etc.

                      You guys are really doing very bad business, I called many times to disconnect my poor internet connection (which never met the commitments i.e. Browsing speed, all-time ON etc.), and you never did, and was sending me every month bill with an added penalty.
                      I am also receiving multiple calls fron Nidhi Sharma. She says me to pay some internet charges which is in the name of Harish. My phone number and email id is in the list therefore I am liable to pay. What about the ID proofs which you take?

                      She blabbered to block all payments, imprisonment etc. I think Tikona should take the responsibility of Nidhi Sharma first. Who is spoiling the name of Band Tikona which already in bad shape.

                      Please take some action on Nidhi Sharma from some civil court . He phone number is Nine-6672-Four-Five-Two-Two-Nine.

                      She really needs to be stopped bothering people.

                        I was using Tikona broadband till Sep'2014. I upgraded to 4 mb/s Aug'2014 and maid advanced payment for the package/plan. But due to very bad internet service we complained at customer care. After numerous mail chains, the issue never got installed and we discontinued using their service.Still they sent messages and call to take legal action.

                          I've requested a termination in august through call but after no response I've sent them a mail for the same on 17-9-15 and have removed the set from plug so as not to use the service, after continuous mails by me from them came after 2 months a person from tikona came and took all the equipment and handed over a receiving. then after a few days their lawyer came up with a law suite notice and a harassing call about some unknown payment which i should pay...then i continuously called up and mailed them but there was no response...so as to avoid any further harassment i paid the amount of Rs. 796 as asked in the notice...and then i thought that all the issues of tikona is now over... but on 12/1/15 i again received a bill with due payment of 1600 which i should pay as termination penalty...now what the thing is this for they are just continuously harassing me for this and now when the things got i demand for each and every details of my payments and what for should i pay this amount of 1600

                            Dear Sir/Madam, I have My Tikona user ID is [protected]. Due to very poor service last Aug'15 I decided to cancel the Broadband service. Despite of many followup's they disconnected the service but even they used to generate month over month Tikona Bills. After series of followup I manged to make them aware they should stop sending me the bills as I am not using the service since from Aug'15. In Jan'16 I received call from Tees Hazari court in delhi that if I do not pay in half an hour they will disturb my CIBIL rating. I saw it was around ~400 INR payment due. Not sure why I need to pay but due to their pressure I paid that amount immediately but I really went through mental harassment. Please find attached screenshot of the payment. Regards,

                              My name is Nupur Afzulpurkar with Account No. [protected]. I had requested Tikona to terminate my account from September 1st 2015 as I was shifting to Mumbai from Pune. I had called them around 20th October for the same request so that the process gets over by October month end. Since then in spite of my repeated calls while I was in Pune and then from Mumbai to send people to pick up the final payment of 912 rupees (October bill which I had to pay in September) no one has cared to come. 2 times tikona people from Mumbai had called me, took my Mumbai address and also told me that they would come, but still no one came. On top of all this stupidity, Still tikona has not terminated my account and they have been sending bills till todays date. I had mailed tikona several times but not even once the company responded to it. I can also send you all the mails I sent to the Tikona email id. I had got a call from Delhi civil saying that the company is going to take legal action against me for non payment of bills. How many times do I have to mail the company when it dos not even care to reply back, nor the people care to call back regarding my numerous complaints. I had called the Tikona customer care today that is 13/1/16 and the person tells me that 100 rupees are being added as late payment. This just sheer criminal, how can you still keep charging my account which I had requested to be terminated in september inspite of my repeated calls and mails which no one cares to reply back and solve the problem. I want you to take up this matter extremely seriously with the Company. I am also sending all the mails I sent to Tikona since the last 3 months. SERVICE DISCONNECTIONS MAIL: (From Tikona on 21/11/15) Dear NUPUR AFZULPURKAR, Service disconnections has been initiated for Your Tikona User ID [protected] as per your request. You will not be able to use the Services now. You will not be charged any Recurring/Rental charges after the Final Bill period in which usage is seen or request for Service disconnection was registered (whichever is later). A full month (as per Bill Period) shall be counted in case the usage/ request is for part of the bill Period. Your Bill period is indicated on your Tikona Service Bills.                                 Hello im Hemant mudgil and my tikona subscriber ID is [protected] .I bought tikona on 22-Jun-2015, from day 1 im facing lot of issues and troubles .Internet works only for some hours in a day and if i try to call costumer care, they just put my call hold and then disconnect it and even if i call back they blame on me for call disconnection.From 22-Jun-2015, it's only a compromise with service .Such a pathetic, poor and worst service .I use to pay bill before due date, even their poor service didn't worth.Im receiving lot of loss in my website business just because of them. Now approx whole December broadband worked abnormally, i face lot of issue like frequent disconnection, slow speed, or even zero connectivity for 1-2 days .Whole December i use to call tikona customer care service in 6-10 times a day .when im going to pay december tikona bill, the internet is not working so i call and ask them to do something i have to pay your bill and your internet is not working, they told me to pay with next months bill and there is no penalty becasue of their zero connectivity and also assured me to provide waiver . Now the fraud scene begins, in January as always im facing issues and when i talked about them, they told me to first pay 2 months due amount+penalty .I expalined about all past conversations with tikona but their execute refused and told me that i only called once a month for only single complaint .Thats really unimaginable for me, from that day i was in terror because they easily lies and blame anything with fake proofs .We are consumers and live our simple life .I dont have every single minute record but sufficient to prove how they are fraudulent.I dont have further strength to explain again and again, so please help me .

                                  I am using Tikona Broadband since Nov'14. But in this last one year my total experience is very miserable in several occasion. Not only the service also the Customer Care Support including tech support even from senior level as well as the issue resolution frequency is very poor. Currently I am using 4 MBPS connection, but I am not getting the proper speed as per my plan. Now I am hardly getting 1.5 to 2 MBPS speed. This speed issue was happening with me from last 24th Dec'15. And I have raised the complain with Tikona Tech Support for several times since the issue was occurring. But each and every time whenever I am logging a complain from their end they just used to take an issue from me and giving me an issue docket no but they are not giving any proper resolution for this. From their side every time they just providing condolence with that they are working on it and issue will be resolved within coming 24 or 48 hrs. But still, till date from my end I found the same issue is going on as I am not getting the proper speed as per my plan. The tech care support even from their senior level is not co-operating with me in this issue. Example of another offensive step taken from Tikona Support end that is due to this kind miserable service on 4th Jan'16 I have requestted to terminate my service and later on 7th Jan'16 I have again requested to cancel the termination request with them(I have told this request to Mr. Darshan from Tikona end. But now on 9th Jan'16 my service has been terminated and on 12th Jan'16 when I have talked to Mr. Darshan regarding this he is denying that I have not told anything to him regarding the cancellation of the termination request. Even Mr. Darshan from Tikona Support senior level has promised me on 7th Jan'16 that within 10th Jan'16 all the speed issue what is happening with my service since last 10-15 days will be resolved and I will get a confirmation regarding this from Tikona end. But the issue has not resolved till now and when on 12th Jan'16 I have asked Mr. Darshan regarding this firstly he has told me that my issue has been resolved though later he confess me that the issue is partly resolved and for another part my service will be under observation for next 24 hrs and if again from my end if I will be facing the same speed issue then again I have to logged a issue at their end. Also when I am logging any issue issue at Tikona support end I dont receive any follow up from their end or any kind of confirmation through mail or message regrading the issue from my activation date. When I have asked the same to Mr. Darshan on 12 th Jan'16 he has told me to mail this to Tikona support. Talking about Mr. Darshan, my experience with him overall is very bad. He is not co-operative with customer, his behavior is very rude and bad. He is from Senior Tech Support team at Tikona end and I think he has not idea how to behave with customer. As per my understanding his knowledge level regarding Tikona business is very low that's why convincing ability to customer is not meet with my expectation. And another issue with him is that he always differs with his words within certain interval and he does not agree to accept his fault but just arguing without any reason with me to establish his point. Additionally the Engineering Support for physical device checking is also poor as for this last speed issue couple of times two different engineers were assigned to me for checking the device physically what has been installed at my roof from Tikona side but none of them were came and the first who was assigned he called me confirmed my address and asked me about the problem and scheduled a time to visit. But later though he did not visit and give an update against my docket at Tikona portal that I have told him my issue has been resolved and I am getting proper speed. So overall the as per my experience with Tikona their everything is ridiculous. So please help me how can I get a perfect solution of these thing. I am expecting how the required action will be taken to resolve the speed issue from Tikona end as soon as possible. And as my service is affected from 24th Dec'15 due to the speed issue I want a waiving refund regarding this. So please help me in this circumstances.

                                    On 5th january 2016 your technitian has activated the tikona internet connection and the internet plan was 15 gb data @rs.650 p.m. with 4mbps speed.until now, your network is not giving that much speed.so my request to you is either to provide me with satisfactionable service or kindly disconnect your service and refund my money.

When I have asked the same to Mr. Darshan on 12 th Jan'16 he has told me to mail this to Tikona support. Talking about Mr. Darshan, my experience with him overall is very bad. He is not co-operative with customer, his behavior is very rude and bad. He is from Senior Tech Support team at Tikona end and I think he has not idea how to behave with customer. As per my understanding his knowledge level regarding Tikona business is very low that's why convincing ability to customer is not meet with my expectation. And another issue with him is that he always differs with his words within certain interval and he does not agree to accept his fault but just arguing without any reason with me to establish his point.
                                    Additionally the Engineering Support for physical device checking is also poor as for this last speed issue couple of times two different engineers were assigned to me for checking the device physically what has been installed at my roof from Tikona side but none of them were came and the first who was assigned he called me confirmed my address and asked me about the problem and scheduled a time to visit. But later though he did not visit and give an update against my docket at Tikona portal that I have told him my issue has been resolved and I am getting proper speed.
                                    So overall the as per my experience with Tikona their everything is ridiculous. So please help me how can I get a perfect solution of these thing. I am expecting how the required action will be taken to resolve the speed issue from Tikona end as soon as possible. And as my service is affected from 24th Dec'15 due to the speed issue I want a waiving refund regarding this. So please help me in this circumstances.

                                      I had a Tikona connection and my details with them are as follows : User ID : [protected] Kindly note we took this internet connection with TIKONA during Jan 2015 with rate plan ADBBM2M700 (tikona code) with 2 KBPS download speed, which we never received till we had the connection. We complained to Tikona many a times on the download speed matter, after which their technicians use to visit but in vain. Repeating slow download and lack of proper connectivity made us ask them to discontinue the service. Kindly note I had given request for de-activation on 29th July and my reference number given towards this is 1-[protected]. We applied for disconnection on 29th July and we received their confirmation mail on the 5th Aug. We already cleared the outstanding bills (dues) for that period. After some time we received their notice again for non-payment (copy enclosed for your ready reference). The instruments etc were already taken from our place. With this we must also inform you that their toll free numbers are pathetic and simply goes on and on in the recorded mode and customers are simply made to hold for minutes together. Kindly note we have cleared all the dues with Tikona and now what they are asking us to pay is wrong and thus they are making fool of customers.

                                        Hi, Tikona is not disconnecting my internet connection and still they are sending me monthly bills. I talked via phone and emailed many time saying the disconnection matter. But even after that they are disturbing me thorough phone calls and bill mails. I request to kindly make a permanent solution to this problem.

                                        I Already mentioned my user ID here in this forum; Why should I go to the Tikona forum?
                                        I am here, just because Tikona people are not able to do anything on my internet disconnection request.

                                        I am expecting the same kind of approach even there from the Tikona forum.
