My name is Nupur Afzulpurkar with Account No. [protected].
I had requested Tikona to terminate my account from September 1st 2015 as I was
shifting to Mumbai from Pune. I had called them around 20th October for the same request
so that the process gets over by October month end.
Since then in spite of my repeated calls while I was in Pune and then from Mumbai to send people to pick up the final payment of 912 rupees (October bill which I had to pay in September) no one has cared to come. 2 times tikona people from Mumbai had called me, took my Mumbai address and also told me that they would come, but still no one came.
On top of all this stupidity, Still tikona has not terminated my account and they have been sending bills till todays date. I had mailed tikona several times but not even once the company responded
to it. I can also send you all the mails I sent to the Tikona email id.
I had got a call from Delhi civil saying that the company is going to take legal action against me for non payment of bills. How many times do I have to mail the company when it dos not even care to reply back, nor the people care to call back regarding my numerous complaints. I had called the Tikona customer care today that is 13/1/16 and the person tells me that 100 rupees are being added as late payment. This just sheer criminal, how can you still keep charging my account which I had requested to be terminated in september inspite of my repeated calls and mails which no one cares to reply back and solve the problem.
I want you to take up this matter extremely seriously with the Company. I am also sending all the mails I sent to Tikona since the last 3 months.
SERVICE DISCONNECTIONS MAIL: (From Tikona on 21/11/15)
Dear NUPUR AFZULPURKAR,
Service disconnections has been initiated for Your Tikona User ID [protected] as per your request.
You will not be able to use the Services now.
You will not be charged any Recurring/Rental charges after the Final Bill period in which usage is seen or request for Service disconnection was registered (whichever is later). A full month (as per Bill Period) shall be counted in case the usage/ request is for part of the bill Period. Your Bill period is indicated on your Tikona Service Bills.
We shall compute and intimate you, within 15 days, your final payable amount against above Service account. You may receive an interim Bill in this period if your bill cycle is already due. Any recurring /rental charges after your Final Bill Period, if applied in the Interim bill, shall be waived-off.
Please note that a penalty of Rs.1500/- will be applicable towards breach of terms of service in case you fail to return CPE /Modem and all accessories in working condition. You can contact our authorized representative Mr. Harshad/Harish at [protected] to return the CPE/Modem & other Accessories.
For subscription under the Advance Rental Scheme, where Service disconnection is initiated before the completion of the term, waivers and rebates provided under the scheme shall be reversed.
Service disconnections shall be completed and your account shall be closed on receipt of CPE/Modem and all accessories by the Company and Payment of all outstanding balance.

Total Amount Payable (Without Termination Penalty): Rs.455.74
Total Amount Payable (With Termination Penalty#): Rs.1955.74
#Please note that a Termination Penalty of Rs. 1500 will be applicable towards breach of terms of service in case you fail to return CPE /Modem and all accessories in working condition. You can contact our authorized representative Mr. «Harshad/Harish» at «[protected]/[protected]» to return the CPE/Modem & other Accessories.
Service disconnections shall be completed and your account shall be closed on receipt of CPE /Modem and all accessories by the Company and Payment of all outstanding balances. You will continue to receive Invoice till Payment of outstanding balances including penalty charges if any. Further, if the amount is not paid, late payment charges shall be applicable.
