Dear Tikona care,
Plz refer to the request no. 1-[protected] generated in regard of my request to discontinue my internet connection in August with full payable amount paid.
here is the reference id of the transaction to pay August bill-
latest bill online pay ID no. BIL/[protected]/Tikona Bill August/[protected]
Unfortunately, i have not received any communication in this regard, whereas, I am still getting calls & msgs to deposit bill of september .
When i asked them about my discontinue request, your executive says that the request has been processed & will be effective in 24 hours but I don't understand how many 24 hours tikona will take to close this issue.
we have complaint no, call records same problem with my friend.
I am not only fad-up of this issue but very seriously tortured with the msgs & calls received everyday .
Today i received a call from your side and he is abusing me and threaten so now i am filing a complaint against you
in consumer court and 100 no. and i am submitting all details account summery, call records, complaint no etc
Resolve this issue at the earliest.
