I have been using tikona broadband since past one year.

The reason for choosing tikona was only because that others operators weren't available in my area.I was always susceptible on quality of service provided by tikona.

Below are my few observations and feedback for past one year of service-
Rudest and worst customer care (Please close your toll free number as it never connects)-It has been trend now, every time customer care i have to spend at least Rs 20-40 in contacting and registering my complaint.The customer service personnel either are not trained or are told to keep customer engaged so as to charge more.Even after that they will give you a reason which is unheard of, passing the blame to customer. I think the metrics for them is on on the number of calls they attend and not on quality
Worst Internet Service: My plan says 4 Mbps but i haven't received a download speed of more than 350 kbps anytime.Earlier before relocating i had used Airtel and Hathaway and they have a way better service then yours. Hathaway even charges same as you guys, but still their connection is way better. Above all, your connection is so slow at times( at least 10 days a month) that even a you tube page doesn't load.
Finally, i will be relocating to some other place in few days and am not any more constrained to take your connection and will close it and will never recommend TIKONA to anyone.

In past one year i have made no less than 60-70 calls to customer care for slow collection that too not toll free.I was always susceptible in taking a Tikona connection but hadn't expected it would be a such a head ache

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have requested to disconnect my internet connection from 18th of August 2015. Even after making couple of complaints previously nothing has changed from Tikona Digital Networks & still i am getting the monthly bills. i have received a mail from Braja Kishor (Customer care Executive) saying that my internet will be disconnected and i won't be charged furthuer. even after that i am receiving bills.

    I am ready to pay full and final settlement as long as it is calculated pro rata basis till 18th of August 2015 (it is the date when i noticed tikona to disconnect my services).

    Can you tell me when canthe problem will be resolved? Because it has been 6months since I requested for disconnection. I am sure that I will not pay anything from my 1st disconnection request and I can be reached on my registered mail Id only.

    is this tikona doing a business or gambling with common man's money? i told that i am out of india & asked to pay the full bill without providing the how you calculated my bill. you send a legal demand notice with lawyer's name & phone number not your company employee number? i got this number namitha sharma, delhi lawyer when i call her she said that she is filing the complaint even though i said that i am paying the money.

    STOP HARASSING THE COMMON MAN.

    I HOPE I WON'T GET ANY MAIL FROM TIKONA FROM NOW ON.

      From past two months I have been facing issue with my internet connection.I get versy slow speed or no connection at all. I have called company repeatedly but no solution. They take complains but there is no solution to it. I was recently provided with a complaint number which was 1-[protected]. I provided with my alternate contact number but they failed to note it and instead sent me a mail saying that they unable to reach me. On my call I got to know that complaint has been closed without my knowledge. When asked to transfer mt call to senior they say that they are busy and this has happened more than once.

        I have registered a complaint about my internet connectivity issue from 1 January 2016 but it was not resolved at all they promised a engineer's visit at my location but he didn't show up I tried 3 times from 4 jan to 23 rd for engineer's visit but TIKONA have not taken the complain seriously, and they send me the pending bill on 22nd January they are keeping me on hold every time I called. they are not taking my disconnection request which they say it takes 15 days to process but they are avoiding it. I tried calling them like 15 times but they don't give me any resolution please help.

          I ( Shekhar Koli) was using Tikona broadband services ( service id : [protected])

          my billing cycle was running from 07th to 07th of every month. bill to be paid by 22nd of every month. I have paid online all my bills before due date . Last bill was paid on 21/11/2015
          Broadband net service is not available since 22/11/2015. despite several email complaints to customer care as well as calls to toll free no. net could not be started. hence termination request was sent on 30/11/2015.

          Then after disconnection also i have received monthly bill for Dec and Jan

          and then i started receiving there messages via sms and mail.

          Tikona is indulging in unethical practice of harassing there customers without providing any service.

          Company should put some human in customer care instead of sending emails or sms

            I am not a kind of person who spends time to give feedback or what so ever. But still this tikona made me to complaint. Never ever try to use this tikona service. Total waste of money and time with this useless. These have some magic, yeah trust me! While installation it shows the full singal strength but after a week it will beg for signal not even a single line. They never provided me the speed that i have paid for. It's a great thing i[censored] get ur logged into it. And one more thing the customer care executives speak in hindi or english not ur local language. I hardly suggest you that don't go for tikona. If you have some extra money and want to waste it, please give it to poor or disabled u can get some fame and blessings atleast. I[censored] still want to go for tikona, prepare urself to get annoyed... Good luck_/_

                Hi,

                I have opted for a new connection with 550Rs Plan on 3rd Jan 2016. Payment of Rs 2176 was successfully made on 4th Jan 2016 by Engineer named Bhupendra (contact- [protected]/[protected]).

                As communicated by the engineer and customer care the internet speed should be 4MBPS till 10GB and 512GB afterwards. But unfortunately I am facing lots
                of troubles from the first day.

                It took 3 days to generate my pwd after my payment because of improper installation by the engineer. After many times call to engineer and customer care somehow engineer came t0 fix the issue after 3-4 days, but again unfortunately he only temporarily resolved the issue. Afterwards I am keep on trying to call the engineer and customer care folks but no one is responding.

                After continuously keeping my adapter switched on I was able to connect to internet but with very frequent disconnections and internet speed of not more than 2mbps. I have created 2 tickets (1-[protected]/1-[protected])
                for both the problems but no follow ups has been made on those tickets till date.

                After 2 weeks of frustration i am writing this mail in order to discontinue the tikona connection and refund of my Money (Rs 2176). I addition I do want a strict action to be taken on engineer Bhupendra and the customer care folks
                who just created the issue tickets and has not resolved the problem yet.

                I am not geting any response since 14Jan.

                  I have contacted Tikona customer service team several times to close the connection in past few days. Whenever, I ask them to close the connection either they disconnect the call or say system is down. They are no help at all. My customer id is [protected]. They have promised the call back several times but I didn't receive any call from them. They just repeating their self instead of closing the account and the customer service team is very rude and lying whenever, I tried to speak about disconnection. Please let me know how can I file a case in consumer court for not fulfiling what they have promised and sue them for mental harrasment

After few hours, I receive the call from you and it was automated line and as per that I will be connected to someone but put my call on hold and then they disconnected the phone. When I called again they told me server is down and call after 2 hours and when I called after two hours and told them to close the connection then suddenly rep told me we just received an update that system is down for next 4 hours. I called again and spoke with Pallav(one of your rep) and he told me that rental has been stopped and I will not be charged any plan fee effective from now and provide the reference id: 1-[protected]. When I asked to remove the device installed at my roof, he informed that they don't need the device and I will not be charged for this device. I just want to get this service closed. I have removed the wires and please make sure that I will not receive any bill from you.

                  I am still receiving calls from Tikona customer services team and they are forcing me to keep the connection and not disconnecting it. Moreover, they said we will not remove the device from your premises. It's mental harassment. Please expedite the process and close the services completely.

                  I got the bill today for recurring charges for next month however, I've stopped using your services after your assurance month ago. I don't know why you guys sending me the bill when I am not using the services and disconnection request is in process. It's a harassment and forcing me to take the legal step against you, . Solve it ASAP.

                    This is with respect to the ca request I have for my TIKONA CONNECTION. I have been facing with issues since 26/12/2015 and for that I had given the cancellation request on 03/01/2016 via complaint number mentioned below. It has been more than 15 days since the request given but no action has been taken for the same. I have called the customer care multiple times and they have just given me one revert that we will call you back but the call back has not come till today. I have been calling the customer care continuously since last five days to discuss about the cancellation but the customer care representative disconnects the phone for the same.


                    Today I spoke to Mr Dilip Sawant from your customer care ( 406833 was the employee code given by him ) and I asked him to transfer the call to supervisor but the call was again disconnected. 8 time call disconnected in last 3 days.


                    How many times do I have to call to give the cancellation request ?

                    Why despite so many days and attempts made that I have received the call for cancellation from your team ?

                    Why do you want to harass the customer ?


                    I want reply over mail on urgent basis regarding the cancellation status. Following are the complaints no I have registered for the same.

                      I ( vijendra singh) was using Tikona broadband services ( service id : [protected]) in new Delhi .i was using the 500 Rs plan which used to cost me total 562 Rs including tax. it was a plan as below

                      2Mbps, 10GB, Post 10 GB, Unlimited [protected]@512 Kbps

                      my billing cycle was 15th to 15th of every month means the plan was running from 15th to 15th of every month. but they used to take the advance payment on every 1st or 2nd.

                      so the last payment which i made was for 15th march 2015 to 15th april 2015 period of time as per my billing cycle. then as i was shifting to a new address so i put a request for disconnection near by 10 April 2015( don't remember exactly but it was before 15 april 2015). so the customer care told me that they will check firstly whether the broadband services can be shifted to new address or not . if not they will get it disconnected . i told ok. and with that they told me not to use the internet after 15th april 2015 so as to avoid extra charges .so as per that i didn't use it after 15th april 2015.

                      Despite putting request the tikona officer named as Abhishek (+91-[protected]) came so late for disconnection . then he checked and told me that the broadband services cant be shifted to new address as its not in range of their tower's line of sight . then he got it disconnected and took their tikona device from my home and gave me a receipt too. so as per record they took the device on 25th April 2015.

                      then after disconnection also i used to get calls and messages from tikona to pay my remaining bill of 1262 rs. sometime of 1162 rs. i called them so many time that its already disconnected, sent them mail also . they used to tell me the problem is resolved .but they continued to call me for the same amount.

                      and then i started avoiding there message and mail. and as a goodwill gesture i once asked them that how can it be so much even if it got disconnected on 25th April 2015 the extra charges will be for 10 days which will be near by 190 rs something. they didn't agree and continued to send me mail and messages of the due charges.

                      i started getting calls from lawyer that the case has been registered against me and i need to appoint my own lawyer. so lastly after being harassed i am putting a complaint. please resolve it and stop them from harassing customers

                        Very bad service and customer grievance. Broadband not working form 15 days and no one is giving me proper answer and solution. I have registered various complaints though call center and on mail. Two of them are [protected] & [protected]. And while taking the connection I paid Rs 2005 and was told that it cover three months subscription under special offer but now they are saying its only for 2 months.

                        Its been more than 20 days since my internet is shut and still not working. And my other query regarding providing false information and misguiding for the luring me into taking the connection. I was told that Rs 2005 that I paid covers installation and 3 month subscription and now they are saying its only for 2 months. So unreliable and unsatisfactory service.

                          Unfortunately, i have not received any communication in this regard, whereas, I am still getting calls & msgs to deposit bill of september .

                          When i asked them about my discontinue request, your executive says that the request has been processed & will be effective in 24 hours but I don't understand how many 24 hours tikona will take to close this issue.

                          we have complaint no, call records same problem with my friend.

                          I am not only fad-up of this issue but very seriously tortured with the msgs & calls received everyday .

                          Today i received a call from your side and he is abusing me and threaten so now i am filing a complaint against you
                          in consumer court and 100 no. and i am submitting all details account summery, call records, complaint no etc

                            I had been using tikona services with user id [protected] last year. After paying 2 months + installation fee in advance, service was pathetic. For intial 15 days there was no service and no action was taken on complaints raised. After using the broadband for 3 months and making all bill payments, i requested tikona several times on thier toll free number to discontinue the service, however it never happened. I requested so many times over toll free number to take back their devices as well however as expected no action. then i started getting bill reminders for the service which were never used and discontinuation request were not entertained despite of several promises. Now started their mental harassment which I have seen so many consumers complaining about as well. I started getting calls threatening as calling from some courts in Delhi. However I explained the case to them as a common man would do however all in vain. then i decided to ignore them because those were really impacting me. but on 20th Jan 2016, i receievd calls from 2 numbers, which I can share on request. These ladies somehow had my contact list and started calling each and every number in the list, claiming that I had some case pending against DLF company and asked my relatives and friends to arrange a call back from my end. This has got really serious now since there was a clear threat from the lady to defame me. I am thinking about taking a legal action against this under the IT act and other relevant act for unethically getting my contact list and disturbing them with their repetitive calls. Till now I am getting calls from my knowns regarding this issue.

                            I have received a mail from zTikona saying that they have terminated the services now and still they owe me dues of some 3600. Point is this request was raised a long back when there were no dues. But no action was taken. I do not owe anythig to this company.

                              Hi, I have used tikona Services for like 4 years and recently their service started degrading and have become terrible in resolving customer issues . I decided to discontinue the service client ID : [protected] . After my request they never provided any reference ID for complaint and they kept the connection opened for like for 2 months, requesting infact forcing to keep the connection active . After lot of request they disconnected and their technical person picked up devices from my home . Now they are sending bills every month asking me to Pay, Even though I never used for that month . My plan was advance plan in which I used to pay first and use later . Now I have started receiving calls from a guy [protected] stating that he is lawyer and he will put my case to court and talking abusive . Such cheap comments from a Renowned company is not expected at all .

                                Hi All,
                                I took connection on 11-Nov-2015 and paid all the amount (around 1500 Rs). Immediate next day problem started. I reported complaints many times with the service provider TIKONA but no action/ services. Requested for cancellation with immediate effect and refund. Every time, they kept saying, "give us one more time, will fix the issue and if you would be happy with services you can carry on.". This way, they wasted my two months and at last, they are stating that, My account has been used this much data in last two month, so we can not refund any amount. It was a shocking service for me. Never met such services provider in my entire life. They are cheater. I told them to track my number and see how many time I called up and reported complaints for complaints. I never used services except the day when it was setup. But they denied on any refund.

                                I want concrete action on such service provider and blood suckers so that it can be a lesson for all.

                                  i terminated tikona internet with proper intimation and in transparant manner after clearing all bills.. but after 3 months i got call from tikona saying that your connection is not disconnected so you have to pay the bill 600, when i refused to pay then they agreed. after 2 months i got call from [protected], [protected], [protected] saying that they are from civil dept court and asking me to pay 800 (200 more than what they previously asked) other wise face legal proceedings, so i got feared and paid 800..

                                      To all my friends I am requesting you not to take any internet services from Tikona Digital Network. They cant provide services to their cleints . their customer care executives and seniors all are make fake promises to their customers. I am suffering form this poor internet services and i daily make calls to make service better but no action had been taken on our calls instead they cut calls in between.

                                      lots of Request time out and no such speed is provided by this tikona digital network
