Hi,

I have opted for a new connection with 550Rs Plan on 3rd Jan 2016. Payment of Rs 2176 was successfully made on 4th Jan 2016 by Engineer named Bhupendra (contact- [protected]/[protected]).

As communicated by the engineer and customer care the internet speed should be 4MBPS till 10GB and 512GB afterwards. But unfortunately I am facing lots
of troubles from the first day.

my billing cycle was 15th to 15th of every month means the plan was running from 15th to 15th of every month. but they used to take the advance payment on every 1st...

Very bad service and customer grievance. Broadband not working form 15 days and no one is giving me proper answer and solution. I have registered various complaints though call center and on mail. Two of them are [protected] & [protected]. And while taking the connection I paid Rs 2005 and was told that it cover three months subscription under special offer but now they are saying its only for 2 months....

I had been using tikona services with user id [protected] last year. After paying 2 months + installation fee in advance, service was pathetic. For intial 15 days there was no service and no action was taken on complaints raised. I took connection on 11-Nov-2015 and paid all the amount (around 1500 Rs). Immediate next day problem started. I reported complaints many times with the service provider TIKONA but no action/ services. Requested for cancellation with immediate effect and refund. Every time, they kept saying, "give us one more time, will fix the issue and if you would be happy with services you can carry on.". This way, they wasted my two months...

To all my friends I am requesting you not to take any internet services from Tikona Digital Network. They cant provide services to their cleints . their customer care executives and seniors all are make fake promises to their customers. I am suffering form this poor internet services and i daily make calls to make service better but no action had been taken on our calls instead they cut calls in between.

I got a call from a lawyer called Rajendra Chaudhary who claims to have been hired by Tikona Digital Networks for sending notice to people who have not paid their monies. The Lawyer spoke in a very rude manner and said that if payment of 1909 is not made within half an hour, my mother will have to travel to court to fight the case.

Due to this news I had to leave a board meeting and also my health was affected....

Your services is very poor my net is not working from last 2 month the day it is installed form that day it is getting fluctuated i dont know how is your business running. please refund my money back or ill go fer consumer forum....

I had requested disconnection on 18th january 2016 to user id [protected] having billing cycle paid and ending on 25th january 2016. Reason being shifting from the present address by end of january 2016.

Seems tikona has no policy for disconnection - intention is to delay and continue to bill user.

Executive will not be send to collect equipment and connection will be kept active...

I have used Tikona for more than an year, and asked for disconnection and have paid the whole amount. but even after disconnection i have received bills from tikona and now after 3 months getting calls from some who claim to be a legal attorney, not sure if they are real or some third party collection agent.

My Tikona internet connection is being disturbed for the past 1.5 months. Still I am not getting any proper solution to it. However, when I am calling to Customer Support, I have been said repeated times that my matter has been escalated for further investigations. It is going to be 2 months where I am facing the problems.

I have been using tikona since December, and from the very first day i am getting various issue regarding network connectivity. from last one week, i was not able to connect to internet so i followed the procedure and called their technical support and each and every time i have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to connect with them and when i asked about the resolution they said don't worry sir it will take only 8 hours...

Despite repeated reminders I am not getting any connectivity though opted for service of speed of 4 gbps. Even they are advising me that what should be done by me. Whether they would be in a position to restore the facility or not? What about charges paid by me including installation etc. as I am not at fault....
