This ppl are not compensating me amout they charging me...They never send engineer as i spoke personally.. 48 hrs passed and he has no time. I dont wanna pay a single amout to them for using bad internet...Told them to take device they not taking it.

    Regarding my disconnection request to Tikona,
    On 13th December 2015, i sent an email to Tikona requesting to disconnecting my account and collect their modem and cable from me. Though they stopped my rental plan, they transferred me to their secondary plan which is 5 Paise per Mb. On 14th December 2015 i disconnected the roof top modem/wireless receiver from the cables and unplugged the power supply cables. Since then it has been 45 days they are still forcing me to continue which my service. I am using my new ISP from 21st December 2015. I checked logged into my Tikona account just to check my disconnection request status. I saw Rs.53 as balance on my account. I checked the session history then i saw about around 3 GB+ usage from 14th December 2015 to 22 January 2016 which I think Tikona has showed fake data usage on my account because as i mentioned earlier the modem and cables everything was disconnected, packed and kept in my balcony since 14th December 2015, I didn't argue with the customer service department for just Rs.53. Still till today they haven't collected their modem from my home.
    Every time I call them they force me to use their service and ask me personal questions like "which internet service I am using now" They just give silly excuses and say my request is processing.
    Yesterday I again sent them an email with an attachment of photos of disconnected roof top modem/ receiver, power supply unit, cables etc. And I also mentioned if they still wont collect the modem and keep imposing fake data charges on me, I will be forced to complaint in police as I am fed up of their pathetic service which forces me to use it.
    Till now (6 pm 27th January 2016) they haven't responded to me.
    By all this I basically understand in my opinion that they are basically a fraud company. I have heard and saw on internet that they also have arranged fake money collectors which send fake threatening count notices if (which in my case the fake data usage) bill is not paid(source : from my close friend which faced same issues with Tikona and I searched on internet about Tikona).
    I had no problems with their service, I wanted to change my ISP because they offer more speed/data and at a rate which is affordable to me. And I just want their local technician to collect their modem and cables from my home and set me completely free from any of their services. And I fear that if they contact me again they will continue the same with me again which I don't wish to have.

    I no longer believe your (Tikona) pathetic and careless system. Tikona team is working on the same since the day I made my request of disconnection and collecting their modem and wires (13th December 2015) hahaha I doubt that they are just giving silly excuses. I guess they are delaying now because they will just keep adding fake data usage on my account, which i have disconnected all the wires and modem since 14th December 2015. Anyways,

    Yesterday (27th January 2016) I called Tikona care, I was told that a technician has been arranged to collect the modem and cables from me tomorrow i.e today (28th January 2016) and the person who is assigned will contact before me before visiting my place., till now no one has contacted me or came to collect the modem and wires.

    And just like now, every single time they will just note your concern with greetings and would not reply afterwards. And they wont respond to your emails.
    21st February 2016, Tikona care provided me 2 contact numbers of Mr. Harish [protected], Harshad[protected] i found out that both numbers of same person which Tikona gave me by 2 different names) from pune who was in charge of collecting the modem. I called him he says that he hasn't got any such request from Tikona head office. After several calls with Mr. Harish and Tikona care, I think both are making me fool. Either one of them is a shameless pathetic liar became Tikona care persons say my request has been forwarded to the disconnection team but the team says they haven't got any such thing. On 27th January I was told that a engineer has been arranged and he will come by tomorrow I.e 28th January, which he didn't come. = liar.
    On 29th January, I got call from Tushar Waghmare [protected], he asked me what issue I have, as soon as he listened that its a disconnected request he said that he is a engineer and there will be different person who will be coming to collet the modem and wires withing 2days. After few hours I called him again and requested him to do it today itself, he said it can't be done today and he has forwarded my disconnection request to disconnection team and it will be done in 2 to 3 days which, 5 days have past and no one has came yet.
    I don't known why I got these 2 sms from "IM Tikona"

    2. Tikona Customer, technical issue for User ID [protected] has been attended. Please answer our verification call from [protected]. Thank you.
    2nd message says that my issue has been attended which in fact wasn't, I don't know why they are forcing me to keep the modem and wires.
    I talked to Tikona care senior person but he was a big liar too, keept repeating the same things as keep the modem with you sir, which I don't want to and when I started talking him about the criminal activities which Tikona follows by 1. Generating fake data bill which the user has not used. 2. Hiring fake people as lawyer's if the user is denying to pay the bill which he won't because he hasn't used it. And there people hired by Tikona are just some pricks who are money collectors which send users fake court notices and even they give threatening phone calls to users. Which is a crime off course, The senior person just hung up the phone in between the call, okay that's an insult to me I tried calling again my call was answered be nobody was talking from Tikona's end and they hung up this time too, so I tried again and again my call didn't connect to them, so I guessed they blocked my number.
    On 1st Feb 2016 I got a call from Tikona to confirm whether my issue( mentioned above in message 2.) is solved or not, which was not by anymeans, so in that automated call I pressed 2 which was if my issue was not solved, a lady answered and I had to tell her again to send a engineer to collet the modem and wires which I have removed already, she told that it will be done and disconnecton team will call me which I guess they did, Nikhil Bhoir called me [protected] from Tikona same evening and started telling me to use the service and started forcing me to keep the modem and use it in future to that I said I don't want to, just send your engineer to collect it, but he wasn't listening to me and kept telling me to keep it and use in future, then I ask him "who are you forcing and telling me to do that? Just follow the orders which you got from the angry customer" Then also he wasn't listening to me he kept repeatedly saying that same again and again after long argument he confirmed that my modem will be collected withing 3 days. Here's my attachment where they repeated my very 1st request madhe on 13th December 2015 without even informing me or completing it.

    It has been 3 days since mr. Nikhil bhoir at tikona assured me that my connection will be removed by their engineer till today but they never tried to contact me and like every time they didn't even try to remove my connection and collect their own modem. Everyday i email them about same but they never respond.
    This is the gist of every talk i had with most of these tikona users, something that i have to admit, if you have reasonably good enough number of social networks or you spend enough time on facebook, twitter, google , youtube, it’s a daily routine to find some tikona user hopelessly about his tikona internet connection, swearing against the company and begging for help.

    Someone is receiving speed, someone else has service problems, some dude calls tikona care to get connection discontinued and ends up with 4 months waiting for the connection removal, with fake bills and threatening phone calls from tikona's fake lawyers and fake legal court notices. If you are using tikona and you don't have issues or connection problems, you are in luck. If you have problems, you are ... I've seen so many complaints falling on deaf ears, and it's really easy to understand why.

    Tikona's revenue modem is different from most other isp's, it appears skewed heavily towards service. Think of it like this, when you buy a bsnl or airtel or any other connection, it’s like converting to buddhism. Where at least you get a good customer service calls/sms/emails and not get cheated and satisfaction. When you buy tikona connection, its like getting a bank account in a new bank, you pay what you've earned, then all of a sudden the money you deposited is gone because later you get to know that the bank was fraud and the government bans it. But in the case of tikona with such a number o[censored]nsatisfied customer report and a bad reputation, i don't know and i really don't understand why government or trai are blind in case of tikona.
    I have been patient enough expecting the company to resolve my issues and remove my connection, but i am done, i had enough frustration. I cant tolerate it any more.
    You guys have proved repeatedly that you are incapable of handling my disconnection order and providing a permanent resolution.

    Send your engineer to my home. Take the device and wires and set me free from your service.

    If i don't get any response and i get same calls from your same people at tikona care who force me to keep the modem with me, let me ask you who the are you? To force me do that. I am ok to approach consumer court on cheating me with the piece of service.

    And hence i am planning set the modem and wires on fire in public and the video with your fraud stories and experiences will soon be available for news channels and social media to watch.

    I know i am not trying to threaten you because that's it's your part of service where you hire people to threaten users. And i also know you guys have seen a lot of these complaints and i also know that you don't fear to what you are doing. I am just letting you know my course of action.

    A cheap rs500 bsnl connection service is much more reliable that your piece of wireless modem and service. I used suggest people tikona when they asked me. Not any more. I will never recommend tikona to anyone but if you are reading this and are a tikona user just get your connection removed and if you are thinking of getting a tikona connection, you would regret to have a service and if you order to disconnect, they never will.

      This is a very serious concern and I hope that some action is quickly taken against the service provider. I had disconnected Tikona service back in August 2015 (Tikona Service ID No [protected])

      For the entire month of July and August, I couldn't use my Tikona internet service because of intermittent internet outage every time. I have been calling Tikona customer care[protected] numerous times to lodge the complaint, sometimes they would fix the service or sometimes I have been waiting on the IVR call for 20-30 mins and still couldn't connect to the support team. When a few times I could request the support team to fix my issue, the internet worked for 1-2 days and again I faced service outage.

      The support team confirmed that it is due to IP issues from the server through which I am receiving my connection, and they clearly stated that this is a temporary issue and they cannot fix it from their end. I have also requested Tikona agents to grant me waiver for the period I couldn't use my internet, but they refused to help.

      I called up Customer care and requested to disconnect my service but they again didn't disconnect it in Aug and they still kept sending the Billing emails. I clearly confirmed the customer care agent that I don't mind paying the bill, but I will only pay for the legitimate usage and I will not pay any extra amount.

      They didn't provide me with the net usage log details of the exact data consumption during July and Aug 2015. I clearly confirmed their agent that I will pay the amount after waiver, but I will not make any payment for all the internet outage period. I have also wasted a lot of time, energy and money chasing behind the customer care to help me. I can provide you the details of the number of times I have called Tikona customer care during July-August to fix the internet issue.

      On top of that, I have been receiving fake calls ([protected], [protected]) from some third party who claim to be Civil advocate from Delhi Court and they threaten me that Case has been filed against me by Tikona and they ask me to pay the money online. I requested one of my known acquaintance who is a lawyer by profession to validate the authenticity of these callers and it was found that no advocate existed in the said court with the given name and Bar number. I have the voice recording of these calls as a proof. It is a shame for Tikona and also a criminal offense to make fake calls to recover bill amount, that too for illegitimate billing.

      I received an email from Tikona on 25 Nov 2015 starting that:
      Tikona broadband User ID: [protected] registered against your name is terminated.

      How is it possible that they again generate a Bill on 12 Jan 2016, and again on 13 Jan 2016 they email that my services have been terminated. The termination email was already sent on 25 Nov 2015. I have all these emails from Tikona.

      The customer care ([protected]@tikona.in) didn't bother to respond to my email complaint I made on 15 December 2015 and today again I received a call from the advocate of Tikona.

      I am suffering through mental agony because of these calls and I would take action against your agents who are pressurizing me to pay money by calling themselves Advocate from Saket court and Teeshazari court. I genuinely request you to either share the legitimate data usage log for the month of July and Aug 2015 so I can pay for the data I have used and stop making fake calls.

      Same here. But in my case they haven't still collected their modem/receiver from my roof top which i have disconnected and from all the cables and power supply has also been disconnected. But still they showed fake data usage on my account. And are forcing me to continue with the service. Like you mentioned I am also facing mental agony and stress. I am thinking of filing a complaint to police or taking this whole thing to the media which Tikona is doing with us and many others.

      Hello Mr Hegade,

      Thanks for sharing your complaint. I have found 100s of similar complaints and issues where users have been harassed to recover money and Tikona seems to be famous for false billing and not disconnecting the internet. They are providing pathetic service and have hired people to recover money for illegitimate billing.       Today I got a call from tikona (+91-[protected]) and saying she is a lawyer from Delhi court asking me to pay the bill 1050/- in 20min. I have cleared all my bills and told them to cancel the connection and I have moved to another location.From last 4 months I am not there and I got to know no one is using the connection but they are sending me the e-bills.I got few calls from customer care in last 4 months and asking me to pay the due.I clearly told them that I am not using the connection and its been terminated.But they keep the connection open and asking us to pay every months bill.Its illegal and such a shame on tikona services.

      You should be transparent with your customers and we are not working for you, keep in mind you are working for us. We had a good opinion on tikona and my friends still using it.But people are loosing trust on tikona only because doing such a shame things like this. Please don't repeat these type of things and try to understand the problem.

      Hi guys, i am also planning to lodge a complaint against Tikona in consumer court.actually I have taken Tikona connection for 2 months(paid in advance for 2 mnths).but because of their pathetic service I requested for disconnection after 20 days ussage.nearly I made 20 to 30 calls to tickona customer care for disconnection of service.they are always saying that they are working on it.one day Tikona guy came and taken cable wire by cutting it from outside the window with out our notice.after 2 months some guy came and asked for modem, but we asked for one month refund which we paid in advance, but we didnt get reply from them.again after 9 months we got a call from Tikona hired advacate.that guy is unable speak in English but speaking very harsh in Hindi.he is even threatening us. We asked him that which bill we have pay.but he is not giving any information but saying that we need to pay some bill.and speaking abusing words.me and my husband want to lodge a complaint against Tikona.guys please help us with the procedure.

        Today I have received call from Delhi High court, and the person was stating that I have to pay 1000 RS as termination charges. Company has never informed about this amount.

        As I was afraid and didn't want to take any risk I have paid 1000 RS online to tikona account.

        But this is very frustrating that company behaves like this with their customer.

          As per teleconversation with Tikona customer care executive (call received from [protected] on 30.06.15 at around 2.00 to 2.15pm-confirmation call id is 1-[protected]) I had cleared the full and final bill outstanding amount of Rs.561/- to close my account id [protected]. So, immediately online I have paid Rs.561/-. I have informed to tikona person to collect the device, but till date nobody came to collect the device. And on 25.01.2016, I received a call from a lady, telling that she is government advocate and demanding to pay dues of Rs.2000/- and pressurising me to clear the dues within 15minutes otherwise, she will blacklist my name and block all my accounts and complaint will be lodged with police station. When i contacted the tikona customer care they are telling the due is for device.

          When they is delay from tikona in collecting the device, how can they ask me to pay the device amount.


          So, please look into the issue. Otherwise, I may think about going for defamation case against Tikona.

          Hello Srinivasan,

          I have been a victim of the exact problem. Tikona didn't send me the legitimate bill and they keep on making harassment calls for the money recovery. Firstly, they don't provide service legitimately and then they keep sending legal notice emails and calls. When we haven't signed any agreement with the firm, how can they threaten us of legal actions.

          I have found 100 similar consumer issues against Tikona and all have the same situation - Harassment calls, Undue Billing and no service. I think we all should connect and lodge a defamation case against Tikona.

            I took internet connection from tikona broadband in delhi but after using for 5 months i made a request for disconnection the docket no. of which is 1-[protected], but after making numerous calls and pursuing nobody came to disconnect the connection. After making efforts tikona executives told me that we had stopped your rental and you have to pay 2300 outstanding bill, i immediately paid the bill. after 2 months when i was casually checking i saw tikona generated another 3700 bill for the data which i never used. the ip addresses were random and does not belong to me. i again contacted the tikona and told them to suspend account if someone is illegally using the internet, to my utter surprise their executive named atul told me that even if someone is using illegally from your account you have to pay the bill and i cant suspend your account, i pursued their executives for suspension the docket no. of which is 1-[protected] but they are not suspending the account and showing random usage from various illegal ip addresses which does not belong to me (attached is the excel file of illegal usage summary.)
            please take necessary actions against this fraud company and i request every consumer to never take connection from tikona as this is a fraud company and making fool out of customers is the forte.

              Hi There! I (Parwinder Singh) having a huge problem with tikona wifi internet connection...due to your bad services i decided to discontinue with you on October month 2015. I logged the complaint for disconnection after that you guys called me and force me to don't discontinue our services we will promise you that next time you will not face any problem from our side, than I decided to continue with your services and I paid my bill on time. January 2016 first week my internet was down. I called your customer care they said your connection was terminate due to over billing because your internet was disconnected from our side and you continuously using our internet bytes. Pay your outstanding i.e 1000 or 1400...after that your internet will continue. I was totally shocked, than I explained whole story to your customer care person. He said our technical team was changed may be they are not aware about your complaint. I will take a fresh complaint and even reimburse total amount please wait for two to three days. Even your technical person visited our site two three times. He said sir give a request to change your ID after that this problem may be resolve I called so many times regarding this issue sometime they said pay your bill or some time they said we will take a complaint and resolve this issue as soon as possible. I have all audio recordings with me. Now my total outstanding is 2400 and still internet is not working. Huge communication gap between your team members and customer is continuously facing the problem. How bad your service. Hope you will take strong action against this issue otherwise I will decide to take legal action against Tikona.

                I applied for Disconnection and to stop Tikona Services on 29 Dec 2015. I made disconnection request by call to customer care No.[protected] . I was told that my rental will be stopped and I will get a response from Disconnection Team within 48 hours. I didnt Get any response from them . I have sent around 10 -15 mails regarding disconnection of Tikona services from my registered email ID. I also asked for Disconnection Acknowledgement. But they never responded to my request.

                On calls to Customer Care, Tikona Assured me that my rental will be Stopped And I do not have to pay any amount. My billing cycle is 7 of Every month. I have not used any service after 5 th Jan 2016. Still Tikona has sent me Bill on my registered Email ID.

                When i made a call to the customer Care. They Told me not to worry about the Bill and Not to pay. Still i m worried.

                  Every time i call and complaint my call is put on hold for 10 -15 minutes then i am told there is some problem in router and will be solved in 8 hours max . but even after 2 days same speed .

                    I wanted to close my internet connection as it was not working properly after several attempt to repair that connection. I requested for closure on 12th October, 2015 and they said it will get closed within 15 days. As i did not received any confirmation from their end, so after 15 days i checked and saw my internet connection is working. Then i called Tikona customer care and told the thing but they were constantly saying that they will repair my broadband connection and simply not letting me close the connection. I was repeatedly telling them to close my connection but they were just ignoring me and keep sending me bills every months. During this process one week i have called everyday to customer care regarding the closure of the connection but they said me i will get call back within 24 hours from their side. But not a single day i got call back from their end. They harassed me for two months and withing these two months I stopped using my broadband once from 12th October to 28th October for 15 days as they said the connection will get closed within 15 days. then again i called them in next month informed them that i am not using the connection as it was not working so disconnect that and i am not going to pay any bills. In all these process i have almost paid Rs 800 extra in two months. Then suddenly they stopped my billing from their end without informing me and put me in default bill cycle which is too costly. And now they have send the bill of Rs. 926.76 which is not acceptable so i called Tikona customer care about this and asked them about but they said they will if i continue the connection then only they will think about the money concession or fraud made to me or else i have to pay that bill. As the due date was 22nd January, i have paid the bill full amount but i want back refund of the Extra money i have given to Tikona that will be at around 1726.76. I will be grateful if i get help from your end.

                        Technical snags and service disconnections are very common in case of Tikona. In the month of Nov, 2015, there was an issue with the connectivity for which I raised complaints and kept phoning many times. I was working from home and completely dependent on Internet. As there was no internet, I incurred more than 24500/- loss.
                        Then Chennai rains made the situation still more worse. Then I got many calls in the month of December that I need to pay the bill. People of TIkona were warning me saying that they would proceed legally for charging me illegally. In the month of January, 2016, I sent an email to Tikona to deactivate the service immediately. Then I got a call from Tikona and the one who spoke to me that day promised me that Tikona would waive off the entire bill generated and to start services freshly. He also promised that this kind of situation will not be repeated again. I told him devices are not working and need to fixed these as well. He said that he would send an engineer to fix the issue. Then after keeping continuous follow up to activate the service since a week, on 24th Jan, 2016, service person visited and fixed the connectivity issue. When I logged in my account, I saw no bill was waived off. And I got messages that my rental has stopped and would be charged 5paisa/1MB from here onwards. Tried calling customer care and they disconnected the call in the middle and some made false promises that they would waive off entire amount and the charges would be done for the services started since 24th Jan, 2016. So, Finally I want Tikona to waive off my entiire bill and start providing the service freshly.

                        These customer care executives never understand what the problem I am facing. I got a call from Tikona today and he made me confused in calculating the bill. I paid 2280/- while taking new connection.
                        2280/- = Installation charges 500 + Rental 1780.
                        I had chosen the 750 plan and the bill would be 855(Including Taxes) every month.
                        As my billing cycle falls on 26th of every month, the following is the detail how the billing was done every month. Connection activated on Aug 6th 2015.

                        Amount with Tikona on Aug 6th = 1780/-
                        Aug 6th - Aug 25th = 484/-

                        Amount with Tikona on Aug 26th = 1296/-
                        Aug 26th - Sep 25th = 855/-

                        Amount with Tikona on Sep 26th = 441/-
                        Sep 26th - Oct 25 = 855/-- (Balance paid online)

                        Amount with Tikona on Oct 26th = 0/-
                        Oct 26th - Nov 25th = 855/-(But no connection Since Nov 6th. So should be waived)

                        (Outstanding Bill on Nov 26th = 855/-)
                        Nov 26th - Dec 25th = 855/-(But no connection)

                        (Outstanding Bill On Dec 26th = 1730)
                        Dec 26th - Jan 23rd = (Services Suspended)

                        Now Outstanding Bill on Jan 23rd= 1730/-(This should be waived off completely)

                        Jan 24th service resumed

                        Used service from Jan 24th to Jan 26th Charged at 5ps/MB

                        Outstanding Bill on Jan 26th = 1978/- (1730 + Data Usage Charges at 5ps/MB)

                        Amount paid on Jan 26th noon : 1200/-(Paid for the period of Jan 26th to Feb 25th = 900/- + Oct 26th to Nov 6th = 300/- as per Amit senior executive)

                        Now, Outstanding Bill on Jan 26th = 778/-

                        One more bill generated on Jan 26th = 850/-(This to be waived off as already paid above)

                        Now Outstanding Bill on Jan 26th = 1628/-

                        Outstanding Bill on Jan 27th = 1728/- (Including Late Payment Charges)

                        So finally Amount to be waived off is as follows

                        Oct 26th - Nov 25th = 855/-
                        Nov 26th - Dec 25th = 855/-
                        Total Amount to be waived off = 1710/-

                        So please consider the above calculation for waive off and do not torture me in understanding the above.

                        After adjustments, the outstanding bill should be 18/-

                        But Tikona people cheated me in understanding the calculation and waiving just 800/- which is unfair.

                        I am completely fed up with explain this to each and every representative. They are completely illeterates.

                          I have raised request for disconnection of tikona internet connection multiple time through IVR. I am not satisfied with the service, as it is always disconnecting and inorder to connect i have to try multiple times. I raised request to disconnect and tikona executives are not bothering of my request.
                          I understand it's a tricky business strategy by just not bothering and generating every month the bill.

                          "According to TRAI (http://www.trai.gov.in/) a service provider should address disconnection request within 7 days", I cannot pay for a service which i don't get

                          I have raised my request 75 days ago.

                          Whenever i spoke with tikona executive they said they cannot disconnect.

                          Please help me to disconnect the tikona connection.

                          What are you working on ? I am asking disconnection past 3 months. Still now you didn't disconnected the connection. You have suspended the connection temporarily and buffering the bill amount from 1700 to 2130, 2424 and 3060 respectively. I am expecting some more buffering on the bill amount weekly without using the service. :-) DO YOU PLAN TO BUFFER THIS AMOUNT TO LAKHS and plan to extort money from me. I want my disconnection of service within 2 days. Otherwise I act Legally. Requesting tikona to be honest to customer and never extort money from them without providing internet.

                              We subscribed for a Tikona broadband connection earlier on January 3 2016.

                              All the cables are drawn and every hardware formalities are done but there was no connectivity. The agent then told that he will return the next day and fix the problem.

                              Two days later he came and still couldn't fix the connectivity issue. The next day another set of agents came and the payments were made for Rs 3064 and still there was no connectivity.

                              Again the agents visited several times and each time the put forward certain excuses. We have made a lot of calls on this issue, even contacted there India HQ.

                              But still there is no connectivity.We are losing our time and money on the calls and SMS we have been making to solve this issue.

                              Now almost a month is over and still now we are not getting any network. Even the agents started ignoring our calls.

                              We demand an immediate response on this subject and a solution as the payment has already been made.

                              Update : We tried contacting your agent from some other mobile number which he picked up. But as soon as he realized that it was us, he hung up the phone. After another attempt, he replied that he went out of mobile talktime balance and asked us the Tikona User ID. Two days passed and still there is no reply.
                              We also tried visiting your office marked in Google maps but found nothing at Velachery in Chennai. After calling another of your agent, he told that there is no offices available at that place. you can verify this if you search in google maps.

                                I was using Tikona broadband from fursungi location since feb2015 (cust I'd [protected]). I was paying all my regular bills on time.
                                But in the month of June I decided to shift my place to Chikhali in pcmc location due to Job relocation. So called customer care to chech on shifting charges & procedure.
                                They responded that I can call to them 3-4 days prior shifting home & they will installed my broadband connection new location. But Tikona engineer didn't turn up till last moment.
                                After shifting to new location Tikona engineer from that location informed me that service is not feasible on new location, so called customer care once again to terminate connection.
                                After that got couple of calls from Tikona to handover this connection to any friend or relatives. But unfortunately no one was willing to availed connection so ask them to terminate connection on immediate basis.

                                After 3-4 months I haven't received any communication from Tikona about service disconnection.
                                In the month of Jan got call from called lawyer from Delhi session court for settlement & was asking rs 800/- as settlement charges.
                                Then after connecting with customer care, they updated that last bill was outstanding for rs585/- which was immediately paid online.
                                After that I haven't received any updates either from customer care or appealed authority & now not able to connect to customer care also. Looks like Tikona is running with pathetic unethical means.

                                  I disconnected my Tikona Broadband last year May month. I called the Tikona service to take their modem back and notified my address also.
                                  That time I got mail from Tikona about Disconnection and due amount on me as mentioned in mail is Rs. 0.0/-. No one came to collect the modem, I called again several times, send them mail also, but none happened and no one came. But I keep getting messages and mails regarding modem submission and all. Also they mentioned penalty charges of Rs. 1500/- on non submission of modem.. Then after that also I called them and told them that I am getting such mails and no one yet came to collect the modem. They said we will look into the matter and all.
                                  But today I got a call from a lawyer(Delhi as she said). She said Tikona has filed a case against me for non-payment of bill.

                                  I have been a victim of the exact scenario and in my case as well, Tikona didn't disconnect the connection rather kept on generating bills with overdue amounts and then, they started threatening calls from fake advocates. I have registered the complaint on Government consumer complaint forums as well. I have all the documented proofs and call records of the fake calls.

                                  I have already called the Tikona Customer Care at the time of deactivation of my Tikona Service. That time I got the mail of Tikona service deactivation and amount on me (pending or outstanding) was Rs.0.0/- . So could you please tell me what outstanding amount you are talking about. Because when service deactivated the amount as mentioned in mail is zero rupees. This is so wrong you guys are doing with the customers. I want to know all detailed explanation regarding the outstanding amount you guys imposed on me. If that amount is regarding the modem, then I am not going to pay that amount because no one came to collect the modem. And you can't charge the customers if your men are not doing their work properly.

                                    My area was unilaterally put by Tikona under non feasible area, and disconnected by connection. I had just deposited Rs. 2000 in their account, I didn't utilize anything of that. This is not fare, this is fraud. Tikona should refund my money. Made many calls to customer care but they are not listening. I hope they listen.

                                      I have been victimized by Tikona broadband company. I have already closed my account and cleared all the dues. I have acknowledgement from the company regarding no dues. Still company goons kept harassing me for money and took Rs 632 from me. Following are the mobile numbers of goons: [protected], [protected]. Now i want to file a legal case and bring the owners of the company to court for harassment and looting my money. I will make sure company name is maligned in media and will file a FIR against the owners as well. I will take my money back and will demand justice. Please help me in guiding the legal proceedings against the fraud Tikona Company. I demand my money back and public apology from owners of company, else will take a strict legal action.

                                        I decided to end Tikona internet connection after horrible experience
                                        Service disconnected from 18 th jan 2016 as per tikona care executive confirmation.
                                        I request them to send Email & SMS confirmation on service TERMINATATION from 18 th jan 2016 also please confirm I am not billed in future.
