I applied for Disconnection and to stop Tikona Services on 29 Dec 2015. I made disconnection request by call to customer care No.[protected] . I was told that my rental will be stopped and I will get a response from Disconnection Team within 48 hours. I didnt Get any response from them . I have sent around 10 -15 mails regarding disconnection of Tikona services from my registered email ID. I also asked...

Every time i call and complaint my call is put on hold for 10 -15 minutes then i am told there is some problem in router and will be solved in 8 hours max . but even after 2 days same speed .

and the toll free no. is never in reach...

I wanted to close my internet connection as it was not working properly after several attempt to repair that connection. I requested for closure on 12th October, 2015 and they said it will get closed within 15 days. I am not satisfied with the service, as it is always disconnecting and inorder to connect i have to try multiple times. I raised request to disconnect and tikona executives are not bothering of my request.

We subscribed for a Tikona broadband connection earlier on January 3 2016.

All the cables are drawn and every hardware formalities are done but there was no connectivity. The agent then told that he will return the next day and fix the problem.

I was using Tikona broadband from fursungi location since feb2015 (cust I'd [protected]). I was paying all my regular bills on time.
But in the month of June I decided to shift my place to Chikhali in pcmc location due to Job relocation. So called customer care to chech on shifting charges & procedure.
They responded that I can call to them 3-4 days prior shifting home & they will installed my broadband connection...

I am not a kind of person who spends time to give feedback or what so ever. But still this tikona made me to complaint. Never ever try to use this tikona service. Total waste of money and time with this useless. These have some magic, yeah trust me!
