Dear Tikona, My customer id with you is [protected]. Since last couple of months, it's getting difficult to use your internet, as it gets connected and disconnected on its own and at any point of time. It has become quite frequent and has increased my frustration level to take a decision of opting for another service provider. Over and above that, your toll free number and technical support numbers are of no use as it also gets disconnected immediately after asking for the customer id. I am not paying my monthly bills for such poor connection. Please send someone to disconnect the connection and provide me re-imbursement of last two and a half months bill, failing to which I will be forced to take strong actions against you.     Plan was of 500 GB for 2 yrs Used about 40 GB. due to frequent case the people in the help center told that they give refund dats y we agreed for disconnection Now they are denying and not giving refund as well as disconnected the services

      MY internet is not working from last 5-6 days. I have already complained lot of times to customer care. EACH and every time customer care says we are escalating technician for you but as usual on technician visited till now. One engineer assigned to our place but he not visited till now.         Sir this is prasad, recently i took this service 10 days back, in that service i opted to 4 mbps but they are serving not even 1mbps, but 0.5 mbps gently.And one more thing is with their customer service they are not bothering to put call on hold for 8 min, finally cuttingoff with out answering, worest service i ever see.

          Hi Sir, I was using Tikona broadband service from Dec 2014 and was regularly paying all bills. But after few months I was facing the network issue and raised many complaints. Their representative came and check for the connectivity and they told me that due to congestion, they will not provide me the connectivity and asked me to disconnect it. So I have raised the request to disconnect my account and as per the request I received disconnection mail from tikona on 13th Oct 2015. After that also none their representative came to my home to collect the wires and modem and also they are continuously sending me the bills on every month. Sir, Tikona is a fraud company. They are harrasing me by calling every week and threatning me saying they will file case against me and forcing me to pay the bills. Just now I received a call from Person saying, he is calling from Police Station and come to collect the Notice. I moving out of my current location and want to disconnect the service. Instead of disconnection customer care executives are forcing to transfer the accounts.             NOTE : Tikona customer care is telling me that that wont be collecting any equipment(modem) They are confirming over call that i have no dues but but not sending a confirmation mail. How am I supposed to get this service disconnected.

              Dear Concern, We are getting call from tikona by saying that i am calling from tis hazari court and tikona has file a legal notice against you for payment of service which we not used and what we used we paid for it.they later they never provided us service then how can those people charge bill to us.even though they are threatening to us for the same. Kindly tikona focus on your service better to retain your customer not by threatening and demand for fake bills and settlements.we are also know the legal things please request you not to call us regarding the same first justify us why we had disconnect your service.

                TIKONA CARE This is bring to your notice that, I had complained for several times and brought to your notice that the following things are happening at my end while using Tikona Broadband. 1) After the complete usage of data, I had opted for 1GB top-up, but I was given only 99mb data to used with the speed of 4MBPS. This has happened in the month of Sep-Oct2015. I feel that there is a cheating done with me. After this I was told to by customer care to upgrade my plan from 15GB Data usage to 30GB Data Usage. I did so. :oops: :( 2) And After Upgrading the plan to 30GB, I never used Data up-to Maximum 21GB in 30-days or Maximum 1GB per day, but recently I found that in 9-days between(26-Dec-31Dec) my Data got used 19GB? How can it be possible when I am only using my internet for browsing and emails. :( 3) Today (12.41am Date:[protected] also I was shocked to see, 5GB drained out from my data pack in just 1day.:( 4) To save my data usage i am shutting of the entire connection by logging off, but still the data gets disappeared, its amazing. From your side the customer care suggested me to change the password, which I did, but still the DATA is being getting vanished in few minutes. Kindly look into this matter seriously, and reset my data otherwise i will have to go for disconnection and stop using Tikona Services for sure. Thanks and Regards Asif

                  Name : Ganesh Kumar E My User Id : [protected] Mobile # : [protected] Place : Chennai, Dear Sir, I have already disconnected the connection on July 2015 and I have settled everything, my last payment amount was RS 912, After payment only Tikona people arranged for an engineer to collect the device which has been done already. Last month I have received a legal call from delhi stating that I have outstanding balance which I have not paid and they threatened me that they raised a legal case on me, the very next day I went to Tikona office which is in thousand light (Chennai), And they confirmed that I have paid everything and there is no outstanding balance. Now again I got a legal call stating the same thing on 25th Dec 2015 Friday, Immediately I went to Tikona office again they analyzed the statement, in that they confirmed that i have some late fee charges rs200 which is pending but they also confirmed it is not required to pay, But, the call which came from Delhi stated that they will block my PAN, PASSPORT etc, like there are threatening me which is irritating and which i cannot able to concentrate in anything. and i informed this to tikona office and there is no proper responds Requesting you to do the needful.                     Hi, A request to stop broadband services of Tikona (User ID: [protected]) was logged on 17th Jul(ID 1-[protected]) to call center.This has not been resolved till now even after multiple communications via mails/calls. I've made the payment initially based on the usage even after this request was raised as I was hoping it to be better. The turn around time for disconnection was 16 - 18 days as mentioned on the mail I got from Tikona (screen shot of mail attached) which was never met. None of the officials came to collect the equipments even after multiple follow ups. When asked, Tikona executives justified that the disconnection didn't happen as there was some usage observed for which there were no rules/clauses mentioned any where. The worst part is I've been getting bills (bill no. B[protected] dated 26th Dec)for some usage which is not done by me and I've been charged unnecessarily. It was already informed to Tikona team that there will be no further payments made by me post September. The usage details in the record include some fake IP addresses like '0:0:0:0' which is a definite error. Each and every IP address under which the data consumed since October never belonged to me, they are different from one month to another. I had even called the customer care yesterday where i was not respected at all (was on hold at least for 45 minutes) because I wanted to talk to higher designated officials. My correspondence address is given below where this connection was installed: Pradeep Kumar, No 49, Ground floor, Sapthagiri layout, Nagondahalli road, Channasandra, Near satyanarayana swamy temple, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560067 There's no way for me but only hoping that this would get resolved here. Please help. My contact details are - EmailID:[protected]@gmail.com Mob:[protected] All I need is: A waive off for the amount charged in the bill B[protected] dated 26th Dec and any other usage charges (which I've not used) till now. A permanent suspension of my user ID [protected] with a confirmation mail from Tikona with a proper protocol as per the process.                       After hearing that tikona used to loot money from consumer by not disconnecting broadband properly, I submitted the request 10days before my bill date. I submitted on 28/12/15 for disconnection. Request no : 1-[protected]. I even sent an email copy for this to [protected]@tikona.in but still no response from them. I am moving out of chennai on Jan 3rd 2016. Incase my request didnt get processed, I shouldnt be tortured in future by making some lawyer to call from delhi. these issues are faced by my friends.                         I am tikona broadband user from Chennai my user id [protected] tikona providing very bad internet service The Internet connectivity is extremely poor and i have to give minimum 2-4 calls to reach out your call centre team and still there is no help in restoring the connectivity... This is unbelievably substandard service !! However, you are very prompt in collecting the monthly bills. Please resolve the issue immediately or this is really irritating please refund my money ...

                          I have been sending mails again and again to terminate the service, but there is no response from the company at all. More over they're sending bill every month. I have stopped using the broadband service a month ago. Please help me out in this.

                            Cust Id: [protected] Had been using this connection for 3years till May 2015. Around end April I called the customer care and requested for a disconnections as I was moving house. The CCE advised that I should go for a transfer request and continue the connection at new place. Since the society I was moving to had fixed vendors allowed to service the society I apprised the CCE of the same and re requested to take a disconnection request. They said that the disconnection team will get in touch to fix a convenient time to visit current place. However till 9th May nobody called, so I sent a mail to Tikona customer care with a request to discontinue the service and acknowledge my mail. I did not receive any reply from them, however an employee called to again ask why I wanted to disconnect, after having explained to him, he took down my request and said that someone will visit. Nobody visited/called again by the time I moved out. In June I received intimation for the bill which was for the whole month. I called customer care to ask why I have been billed for the full month whereas it should have been only for 15 days. I was told there is no disconnection request and that I have to pay. I insisited on talking to a senior person and explained and deliberated the whole situation after much discussion he agreed to close the account. For me the matter was closed then. A few months back I received a call from an advocate in Delhi saying that Tikona is filing a civil suit against me in Delhi high court and he was being considerate to fair warn me so that I settle the issue or being a lady I will be haggled at court. Ofcourse I refused to pay and told him to go ahead with whatever process he has to follow. That was the first call and after that regularly someone would call with the same routine. Then the calls stopped. This morning I received a call from an advocate [protected] saying that a notice to appear in court is being served through the BKC police station, and I have 15 minutes time to make an online payment and stop the notice and if I dint pay my passport, driving licence, voters card, bank accounts will get frozen and all money transferred to govt account till case is resolved. I refused to make the payment. After a couple of hours I got a call from on Ajay Varma ( [protected])from RBI - saying that I should settle the issue or all my bank accounts will get freezed and the balance transferred to Govt account!. I asked him from which dept at RBI was he calling from to which he says that he cannot divulge this information since he is not authorised to!! and he was doing a good deed by informing me before the notice is sent to BKC police station. He said I should contact Sub inspector Omprakash Thakur at BKC to confirm what he saying is true. I told him he can follow his due process and hung up. After 5 minutes sub inspector Omprakash Thakur ( [protected]) called to say there is a court notice and when can I come and pick it up. I told him I am out of town, will come and pick up once I am back. He said no I have to come now since the court hearing was tomorrow. General awareness that things dont work that way helped in swatting his threats and i hung up. This is sheer harrassment from Tikona. The lapse from my first call has been from Tikona and its employees. Really dont understand what do these companies think is the meaning of customer service! I see a lot of such complaints against Tikona, cannot this be taken up broadly on a universal scale? However to resolve and close by case - Tikona is showing a bal of some Rs.2800/ receivable from me, but as per me I need to pay only Rs.565/-.

                            The calls had stopped for sometime, but received a call again today from a Delhi no [protected], apparently from an advocate assistant in Delhi Tees Hazari court.
                            Also received an email from Tikona from legal dept to pay the amount. Have replied to them.

                            However, I see there is no response to my complaint here.

                              Tikona Wifi speed is always been good to me. My connection is reliable and fast with only a few outages. The only times I've had to call customer service are when I wanted to upgrade my connection and their customer team support were really helpful. I've never used their other service so I can't speak for that, but their Wifi service is great.

                                Tikona Account UID: [protected] Hello, I gave a request to Tikona in the first week of September 2015 to discontinue my internet connection from 24 September 2015 but Tikona did not do disconnect my line. As per TRAI rules, it should be done with within 7 days after receiving request disconnection request: http://trai.gov.in/Content/faq_subcat_details/74_1_1.aspx#D_175 I am also getting many automated calls / SMS from you to pay outstanding bill. I consider this as harassment from Tikona and would file a harassment case against Tikona if this will not stop soon. Also I requested waiver amount of last 2 years and after multiple request, you failed to provide any updates to me. Tikona has cheated me. I was entitled for 4MBPS line and I used to get 10KBPS to 200KBPS internet speed. I filed many complain but Tikona failed to solve the issue. Finally I decided to discontinue the line. If you took 2 months to discontinue the line, why shall I pay to you? This is against the TRAI rules. Tikona support told me over phone that if I will continue their service then they will provide waiver. What is the use of having such bad internet connection and I declined to use the service and then I did not get any updates on my waiver request. Pls provide updates on the waiver amount of last 2 years. Pls note I have already submitted tikona devices to your engineer. Thanks Thanks, Sunil

                                  I got the Tikona Broadband connection in the month of August-15. I paid 3 month advance. It worked for few days and then I started facing issue to an extent that I was not able to use the internet. Hence I decided to terminated the connection. I raised the request of termination at the start of of Sep-15. Since then their customer care has calling for confirmation and finally it got disconnected in the month of Dec-15. Now they have sent me the bill where I have to pay some amount to them whereas I have paid 3 month advance and only used it for a month. When I am trying to call their customer, neither I am able to get through to talk with someone nor they are calling me back. My Tikona Service Account is: [protected].

                                    User Id : [protected] I requested in July 2015 to Tikona through mail and calls to disconnect connection but they are sending me bill every month. I got a call from Delhi Court(fake Tikona representative) harassing me by threatening consequences in the name of court. I got bill for december today. On verge of crying. Please Help.

                                        Despite multiple followups on email and call I have still not got disconnection request completed nor I have got refund as per the executive on call on various times mentioned that I will get it through cheque. I did repeatedly mentioned my concerns over the phone and requested to get the disconnection done but depite all harrassment I am unable to get this done and get my refund processed. It's been almost 2 months now I am waiting for satisfactory response from you guys on my refund amount but with no hope. Having getting associated with Tikona is sheer customer harrassment, negligence and loss of precious time and money . It's my biggest mistake I resorted with Tikona service which is good for nothing and playing with customer's money which is very un-ethical. This is the heights o[censored]n-professionalism. Companies like Tikona should be completely out of the market who always tries to fool people and play with their money if Gullible people ever gets into their service. Once you are in you are gone that's their funda and values on which they people work. It's damn frustrating!!!
