I have paid my outstanding bill amount and disconnected tikona internet from my home on October 2015. All equipment were returned to them perfectly. Now they have generated bill for Rs.1500 as Termination Penalty Charges. I have been charged for terminating internet connection. They are worst internet provider where only 10 days will work in month

    I had requested Disconnection & Non-Auto Renewal of my Tikona Account on 8th January 2016 because I'm vacating my premises within a few days. Tikona Account Number - [protected] However, as of date I've not yet received any acknowledgement mail stating that my account has been Deactivated. Neither have I been contacted by any Tikona Field Agent for collection of equipments viz wires, modem and antenna. Kindly ask Tikona Field agents to collect these equipments at the earliest as I need to vacate my premises immediately. Also send me a Confirmation Mail which states clearly that my tikona account [protected] has been deactivated and will not be Auto-Renewed. As per the conversation I had with Customer Care, it was evident that no dues were remaining on my part as on 8th January 2016 as per my communication with Tikona Customer care on 08.01.2016 I have not used this account since November 2015 and oblige me by disconnecting the same with written acknowledgement & removing the equipments from my premises at the earliest. I have saved voice recordings of the conversation with Tikona Customer Care on this matter on 8th January 2016. I'm providing the screenshot of the mail sent to Tikona Customer Care on 8th Jan 2016

      Dear Tikona Digital Networks Internet Service, You are the worst internet service provider I have ever come across. I was warned before I chose you and was stupid to not listen. It took me over six months to get my account closed due to poor service. The connection was poor and the speeds got worse by the day. I barely got to use the internet early this year. I made several attempts to fix the issue with you but you people have been unsuccessful. Your technicians seemed lost every time they came over to try and fix the problem. I finally decided to cancel and your representatives would hang up, speak rudely and moreover just be lost so we had to discuss the whole issue each time. After six months, you finally closed my account (April 26, 2015 - final email confirming cancellation). and sent a final bill for around Rs. 600. A month and a half later I got a call from Delhi Court threatening me with legal implications if i didn't pay. It seemed so stupid that I treated it as a joke and hung up. Today, I was called again and you now demand Rs. 1, 200. You have not been answering my calls or calling back as your automated system promises. My emails have also remained unanswered and a template response is sent. I have been harassed by Tikona and tried to express my 6 month (horrible) experience in this note. NEVER USE TIKONA EVER, IT CAUSES NOTHING BUT STRESS!!! Frustrated and humiliated but happy to be an ex-customer - Bosco Rodrigues

        I m fed from tikona customer care department...I called them many times for the same issue that my net is not working and please send an executive at my place to resolve this solution from the month of decemeber.But at that month also i told them please i want to disconnect the line.So after hearing that sentence they scheduled an executive but after 7 days the same issue started coming.On 10th of january 2016 i told them to discontinue my line.They told me within 24 hrs our executive will call you but till now it is more than 24 hrs so i have told them that if you will take more than 24hrs to make sure about my disconnection dates and all otherwise i am not gonna pay a single penny.So thats what its my request to you

          I was getting threatening calls from Tikona people impersonating to be lawyers from Tees Hajari Court delhi to pay the due amount for the service which i didn't use otherwise they will file a case against me. I paid the due amount even though i didn't use internet for that period just to avoid those disturbing calls. Then i sent many emails to J Nair the nodel officer of tikona and their customer care to disconnect the connection and not generate any further bills. I didnt get any responase from them. I again got a call yesterday from someone saying that they are calling from tees hajari court and i need to pay money to tikona. Tikona just started black mailing me to pay money otherwise they will file a case against me. I want compensation for these disturbing calls and i want my money back which i paid unnecessarily. I need this connection to be disconnected immediately from their record, because there are no valid dues on my side.

            I planned to buy tikona subscription.The representative was a cheater, he just gave me a user id of others person and told to pay the installation charges and he told me to call him if any problem occurs and not the customer care. Then after 3 months he told me to pay the installation charges again, he told me that it is from our company. I wanted to tell no but the Internet was good and fat. Please I'll request you to make sure they are not making you a fool! And yes Please I want my 500 rupees back.

                Hi Team, I raised disconnection request on Nov 3rd, 1-[protected] Connectivity is very worst till Jan 10 since Nov 1st, But the disconnection request is closed just by providing waiver of 250 Rs. that too without any confirmation from my end. Always telling usage(data consumed) as reason not at all considering the complaints and non usage. Very worst customer support whenever we call mostly line is busy or some person will pick give different reason and raise complaint, even after escalations no one minding about the complaints. Finally went to local office and sorted out the issue now not providing waiver Connectivity to be provided for 24X7 not only for few days that too with frequent disconnection and slow speed. If connectivity is perfectly fine why your team should continuously raise new ticket and escalate the issue.                     I was using tikona connection user ID [protected] . Last time I used tikona was on[protected]:13:00.0 . I made many request to deactivate tikona connection via mail . but they didnt deactivated and Still I am getting bills and call from fake advocates to pay the bills of months that I dint used. Finally I made a payment of RS 3700 ( for a monthly plan of 750 rs )to stop getting calls . Again after payment I got a message like your account is activated . I wanted to deactivate my account but tikona activated it again I will be getting bills for the next months . I tried calling their customer care many times but the call is not getting connected .

Forim the month of June to November the connection was completely down and the company claimed to have a server down problem. With this service we planned to switch connection for which the. Company demanded 1300 rs as settlement which is also done. Now, they are again threatening us for a legal settlement of 85000 with which lies the extra 900 which they claim is outstanding from our end. I'm completely clueless on how we can be charged for a pre paid connection wherein we don't use anything in credit. We also have proofs of payment with us.                             I bought Tikona service in December 2015. I have used the service for only 2 days and my internet is down since then. The sales executive started my connection on a fake address and on somebody else's MAC. He committed a speed of 4 Mbps but it never gets better than 2 Mbps. Only one user is allowed to connect to internet (Sales rep never informed me about this). He asked to pay 3 months rent in advance for discounted offer. I paid but didnt get any discount. When my internet stopped working I requested him to get it fixed and he told me to call customer care and tell them I have shifted to a new address. AN engineer came and changed my router configuration and it stopped working. I keep getting sms from tikona "Dear customer we see that you have not used your internet for past 10 days" Seriously if you are so smart to find out why cant you fix it ?? I've been calling customer care for 10 days now. My call keeps bouncing from customer care to technical to commercial to technical department but issue is still there. I'm sick and tired of calling and following up. They promise to call back and don't even call.

                              Dear Team, My deatils: Anuj Sharma Contact no : [protected] User Id : [protected] Address : Kandivali east, Mumbai 400101 I have taken Tikona connection with USER ID : [protected] and connection made with Anuj Sharma name( myself). I have paid for 6th month internet (advance payment was made 4512 Rs) and near 2 months i used internet connect and after that technical issue came and more than 3 technicians and they were visited more than 5 times and since 15 to 20 days i did complained of issue but still issue is not resolved. And finally i asked them to close the connection and asked humbly to refund my money for remaining months. But they are saying they will not refund my money. The person from whom i took the connection he said when you will not get good service you can close the connection and easily your money will get refund. Now daily we call them on their customer care number and every time they tell us they will send another technician. It has already 15 to 20 days since we are not getting internet and since more than one week we are asking them to do refund process but still they haven't started any further process regarding this. So in next one week if they will complete the refund process then i will do police complain and society complain. Kindly respond to me ASAP and help to resolve my issue. Consumer office

                                I am a tikona user from last 6 months and was using the services.

                                I had to leave the place due to some personal reasons and hence I put a request to transfer the tikona account to Mr. Sanjay Yadav 4 months ago.

                                One of your representative came for payment pickup and he took the required documents regarding transfer of account in, oct 2015, but due to your bad services account could not get transferred and again I was getting the calls regarding the payment. I tried to make them understand that please transfer the account as I am not the actual user but it actually doesn’t get transferred.


                                Yesterday I got the call that pay the bill otherwise a legal notice would be sent to you.

                                Today I have all the outstanding bills on my own irrespective of that I was not the actual user .


                                Today I have been calling repeatedly to the customer care regarding disconnecting the broadband connection but no one received my calls neither I got any call regarding the same.


                                Please take an immediate action to end my account as I will not be responsible for any further bill/ payment.

                                  I had register for new connection with tikona, followed by that got a message from a representative to send my address. I sent out detailed address and also called the person to inform on same. After that no response from that representative. Again after 3 days followed up on call to the same representative and asking for installation status but that guy responded in lethargic way “I am busy so will do this after two day”. Again after 2 days called him, at this time he told that he has not received the address and so asked to send again. Again no response on this, finally after 10 days in total called him sixth time, this time he says he is busy with billing and not able to make it. Then I started asking why you want me to call on this again and again its irritating, for this he replied that “Go for another service provider”.                                     Hi, I have been using Tikona Broadband services and my USER ID : [protected].Since the end of July 2015 there was no connection and when I called customer care, they said they have issues with association and they are moving outside it will take 10 days to get the connection. I asked them to disconnect the connection and cleared all the dues till date by cheque. Again I called them and informed about the disconnection, I started to get frequent calls on payment I told about non availability of connection and closure status along with the payment details. Again in the month of October I called their services and ask about confirmation of closure. On 18th November I got a legal notice for payment 2143.They are asking for a payment for which there was no service.

                                      Hi, I have taken connection on 12-Sept-2015 they have taken 850 Rs. On 26-Sept-2015 bill was generated for 315 Rs, which i have payed it. From the 08-Oct-2015 on wards my Internet connection was not working. I have called the customer care "they said please switch ON the device, your problem will be sorted out in 24 hours". After 24 hour I have check it. But still Internet connection was not working. Again I have called customer care " they said same again please switch ON the device, your problem will be sorted out in 24 hours". Again I have checked it was not working. Since from 08-Oct-2015 to 14-Dec- 2015 my connection was not working . I have called many times to customer care no proper response from them. Tikona service is expect me to pay bills, where Tikona service has Technical issue from there end. Why should I pay? I and not satisfied with service. On 29-Nov-2015 one of the technician has came in checked, it worked for 5 mins and the problem was still occurring no internet connection. I have showed him the same, he said " there is problem from Tikona serivce" and he left for the day. From then on wards many technicians has came checked and said " there is a problem from Tikona service". On 05-Dec-2015, two technicians have came and checked it, they said "there is a problem from cell Tower to antenna on my house and they cannot solve the problem", I have called customer care immediately, they have raised a request ( No: 1-[protected]). On or after 15-Dec-2015, I have called customer care for the Waiver request( No: 1-[protected]). Later I have called many times no proper response from them. I am really got irritated with the service. On 17-Dec-2015, I have payed 850 Rs not for disconnection of internet. Very Bad service. they have given a waiver of 300Rs. it doesn't make any sense, if there is a problem from Tikona service for 2 months(around) and they are expecting me to pay the that 2 months bill. I have asked for disconnection and also stop billing. I have no idea what is the status of it.                                         I have been using the Tikona internet for 2-3 months now. I am receiving almost negligible internet services for the past 3 days in a row. I have been continuously complaining for the same through its customer care. The complaint number for the same is as follows, 1_[protected] dated 05/01/2016, 1_[protected] dated 06/01/2016, 1_[protected] dated 07/01/2015. Every time we register a complaint, we are told to wait for another 24 hrs to get the problem resolved. Tactfully, they send an sms that the issue has been resolved within 24 hrs, which is a wrong practise undertaken by the Company, as the problem has not been resolved one bit. Also, I have been continuously crying for an on site engineer, to resolve the problem, but no assistance has been provided to me on the same and after all the hard work when I some how got the number of there so-called Engineer by name of Mr. Satish [protected], who talks in an indecent manner to us and straight away says no that he shall not come for the assistance on site. So, I am raising this issue before you, so that the mental harassment that has been faced by us should be checked and no other user gets in to the same space that we have been for a couple of days.
