Hi,
I have taken connection on 12-Sept-2015 they have taken 850 Rs. On 26-Sept-2015 bill was generated for 315 Rs, which i have payed it. From the 08-Oct-2015 on wards my Internet connection was not working.
I have called the customer care "they said please switch ON the device, your problem will be sorted out in 24 hours". After 24 hour I have check it. But still Internet connection was not working. Again I have called customer care " they said same again please switch ON the device, your problem will be sorted out in 24 hours". Again I have checked it was not working.
Since from 08-Oct-2015 to 14-Dec- 2015 my connection was not working . I have called many times to customer care no proper response from them. Tikona service is expect me to pay bills, where Tikona service has Technical issue from there end. Why should I pay? I and not satisfied with service.
On 29-Nov-2015 one of the technician has came in checked, it worked for 5 mins and the problem was still occurring no internet connection. I have showed him the same, he said " there is problem from Tikona serivce" and he left for the day. From then on wards many technicians has came checked and said " there is a problem from Tikona service".
On 05-Dec-2015, two technicians have came and checked it, they said "there is a problem from cell Tower to antenna on my house and they cannot solve the problem", I have called customer care immediately, they have raised a request ( No: 1-[protected]).
On or after 15-Dec-2015, I have called customer care for the Waiver request( No: 1-[protected]). Later I have called many times no proper response from them. I am really got irritated with the service.
On 17-Dec-2015, I have payed 850 Rs not for disconnection of internet.
Very Bad service. they have given a waiver of 300Rs. it doesn't make any sense, if there is a problem from Tikona service for 2 months(around) and they are expecting me to pay the that 2 months bill.
I have asked for disconnection and also stop billing. I have no idea what is the status of it.
Please help me out with this issues.
