[Resolved] Tikona — Customer harasment for force full payment | |||
I have informed several months ago to terminate connection to tikona and take away their equipment's, as I had started using other net service since tikona failed to support for customer complaints and revert on this.but till this date all my dues were cleared by me. Later they kept me calling for bill payment inspite of terminating my service, now getting calls from person saying he is from delhi magistrate office and I should pay the bill in half and hour for out of court settlement or else travel to delhi from Mumbai for court case along with penalty of 20000/- P Was this information helpful? | |||
