I have take Tikona connection in my address in may 2015. After using 2 or 3 day connection going slow or not available. I was continiously call to customer care. I have send more than 50 mail and call to tikona customer care. Finaly I have requested to close my connection in Aug 2015. They told me that your connection will auto close within 15 days. But they don't close my connection and continiously send me bill in my email. I again request...
