My Tikona broadband User ID is [protected]. i had put up my request for service disconnection on 9th sept 2015 since it was dead for a week and no service was provided to resolve the issue. Service Request Number 1-[protected], dated : 9/9/2015 12:05:39 PM. I kept getting reminder SMS'es, phone calls and monthly bills got generated until Dec 2015. Last month only a person has come to my house and collected the modem, wires etc. Today morning I am getting a call from a person claiming to take Legal action if i dont clear my dues. i tried to reason with him and explain my issue but he resorted to rude talk to which i had to disconnect the call. This is pure harassment. Why would I pay for a service which I have not used? Why is Tikona such a Scam ?

    My User id: [protected] I took a new connection of Tikona on 12/12/2015. I have provided a mobile number which the agent said is already registered with other tikona account(Userid) so i have provided an other mobile number as reference which is in roaming(calls/messages to special numbers including tollfree are disabled). The technician came to the home for setup and i paid the 3 months in advance. Since the "OTP and password reset" messages were not going to the special number he send "OTP and Reset password" to some mobile number and said i would receive a confirmation message in 1 hour and gave a userid/password. Till date i am not able to login or use the internet with the credentials provided.

      I have given many calls to customer care of tikona to discontinue my services but they are not listening me any giving false commitment. in the month of sept 2015, i am facing lots of problem about connectivity. on 1st of nov 2015, they called and said, we will fix up all problems or of we will unable to do so we will discontinue it and return your money back. but till not didnt get any response.

        I have e-mailed tikona customer care more than 6 times for internet service disconnection, but no response, i also called customer but no satisfactory response, as soon i say i want to disconnect my connection then cut the call saying thank you. Worst customer care response. I am not using tikona internet from 18th September 2015 till today even though they send me bill. Please Disconnect my connection fast and dont say thay we called you to confirm disconnection but we could not connect to you. No need to call and confirm disconnection just disconnect fast. Worst Internet Service Provider when customer asks for disconnection. They dont process disconnection request and just send bills .

            I have internet connection from Tikona Digital Networks, customer ID: [protected] 1.My billing cycle runs from 26 th of month to 25 of next month. 2.I terminated my connection on 8th august 2015 and I had already paid a amount for billing cycle 26th july 2015 to 25 august2015 3. Still tikona send me Balance bill of amount Rs285, according to me I am not liable to single penny . 4. I wrote a mail to tikona for enquiring about the balance amount, but I never received any reply from them. 5. Today (16/12/2015) an advocate of tikona intimate me about a case filed against me for non payment of dues. 6. They have filed a case against me Delhi, according to tikona advocate where I am unable to reach at present.

                I have take Tikona connection in my address in may 2015. After using 2 or 3 day connection going slow or not available. I was continiously call to customer care. I have send more than 50 mail and call to tikona customer care. Finaly I have requested to close my connection in Aug 2015. They told me that your connection will auto close within 15 days. But they don't close my connection and continiously send me bill in my email. I again request to close the connection but they don't close my connection. Finally I remove the Tikona wire from my home in October 2015. But there executive call me for bill due and said for warrent I request to government that please terminate the Tikona license from India as they did not provide service.

I intimated tikona for disconnection at the end september and stopped using internet after 2 or 3 days before the end of my bill cycle.I had deposited advance rental up to 7th of october. I did not internet after 5th of october. there was no dues and tikona customer care told me that because you have intimated us for disconnection and stopped using internet you will not be further charged but after 2 months tikona is asking to pay the due amount which is completely unfair.                     I had a Tikona broadband connection in Bangalore (account id [protected]). The services were very poor.In spite of me requesting Tikona to disconnect the connection, they continued to persuade me to stay back for more than a month and finally they deactivated my account.

                    Today I got a call from +[protected]. The person told that he is from Delhi court, i have Rs. 199 due for tikona, if I dont make the payment he would send a warrant in 2 days and I will have to go to delhi and pay Rs. 58000/-.

                    I understand this may be a hoax, however, request you to look into this matter.

                    When I Stated "persuade me to stay back for more than a month", I meant to say Tikona did not disconnect the connection, however, I had already stopped using Tikona services.

                      I am a residence at THANE, GHODBUNDER. I wanted to tell everyone that Tikona broadband service is the worst internet service provider i have seen in my life. Since i am a comp. engg and i am working in a multinational company the usage of the internet is a must for me, i decided to take tikona as a broadband service provider. Before installing anything the sale person was talking very sweetly that you will have no problem in our connection just take the plan for 2 months in advance and you will have no problem from our side. its their policy that the customer should take 2 months of plan in advance or 3 months of plan in advance to reduce the installation charge. I said ok give me the demo of the speed and connectivity and then only i will decide whether i want to take tikona as a broadband service provider or not. Everything was going fine, the guy came for the demo from their side to show the connectivity and speed ... i said ok i will take the plan of 4 mbps unlimited for 3 months ... they said you will have to pay for 3 months in advance as we are not offering any of our plan for 1 month ... i said ok if the connectivity and speed is good why not?...i paid the price for 3 months... just after 2 days i started having issue with the speed. i thought may be as a new customer their is some problem from tower for some time but i was wrong... next day i called them told them that what the helll is going on i took the internet plan of 4 mbps and i am getting 0.5 or 0.9 mbps speed only . is this the way you get your customer... they said we will fix the issue... its from your tower side we will get it done ... i said ok get it done and i should get the speed what i am paying for... after couple of days they said its done... but the results were the same... i was not getting constant speed of 4 mbps or atleast 3.5 mbps ... it was fluctuating ... i was irritated by calling them again and again to tell the same complain that my internet is not working... but still i called them many times and its the same... i am not having time to pick up the phone and give complain in every 2 days ... i am fed up of their service...IF YOU TIKONA GUYS ARE READING THIS AND ARE HAVING ANY KIND OF SHAME LEFT IN YOU THEN JUST RESOLVE THIS ISSUE... BUT I AM NOT HAVING ANY FAITH IN YOU...YOU GUYS HAVE LOST MY TRUST ... AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO FOR YOUR SERVICE... MAY BE YOU GUYS SHOULD CHANGE YOUR COMPANY NAME IT SHOULD BE "TIKONA - WORST SERVICE PROVIDER OF INDIA"

                        Dear sagar (And anyone going through the same problem) please be alert.. Please do not pay anything to tikona if you are not liable to pay...

                        I was the unfortunate customer of tikona crap... I want to inform you that please do not get worried and please do not pay a single penny to these. All they are doing is they are running a big money extortion scam and i wonder what our legal system is doing... They cannot do anything to anyone. All these stupids do, they hire a recovery agency and that agency member (Bloody beggers) call innocent people and ask them to pay whatever stupid amount they want.
                        I got the same call two times from some [protected] number. Some stupid lady was calling herself nidhi advocate from mumbai civil court.. Lolzzz. And was suggesting me not to get in this legal tussle and advised me to settle it down unofficially... I replied "thanks for your kind suggestion but your language does not seem like an advocate rather you are sounding like a customer care executive of tikona who are asking me to pay the undue bills... She replied.. Mr. Singh why are you wasting your and my time, please think again otherwise you will have to fight court case in mumbai only for 2000 rupees. I just thought to inform you before registering the case... I replied "oh thanks... Btw tikona paid you for the case than work for your client. Do not think for me. You are not sounding that nice by nature... So do whatever you can..."


                        She had no answer... All i want to say that they are fooling innocent people through these pranks... Suppose if they call 500 people and out of them 300 pay the amount (Which is not a surprise), tikona would pay some percent of the collected amount to that recovery agency... This is how it works...


                        I want to sue them in court but need a group of people gone or are going through the same harassment.

                          I had a tikona broadband connection in Kolkata which I was unable to access after a few days of installation and it was finally disconnected after a lot of complaints in October.I had taken a 4mbps connection and had almost never got that speed. I have received call today from Tikona Digital Networks Pvt.Ltd.Advocate Mr.Rajesh Choudhury (MOBILE NO-[protected])of Delhi High Court of filing a case against me for not paying the false bill received from Tikona. He said if i do not make the payment within 1 hour he will put up the case and i will have to come to delhi along with my lawyer to fight the case. He used a lot of threatening and rough words. MY TIKONA SERVICE ID IS-[protected]. I shall be obliged if you could look into this matter. Thanks

                            Raised Tikona disconnection request for user id [protected] on November 27 2015, i have not yet received any confirmation message for connection termination. Complaint ID: 1-[protected]‏‏ and 1-[protected] I've received few calls from Tikona customer care executive stating that Tikona will not terminate the services from my name and keep the instrument at my place so that someone else can use it. Despite of my several requests, i've NOT received any confirmation whether the connection has been terminated and when the instrument will be recovered from my place; i don't want Tikona account to remain open in my name in any manner.

                              Hi, My Tikona customer id is [protected]. I called customer care and requested disconnection of my brodband connection w.e.f from 1st August 2015 however I had already made payments until 5th August. The customer care representative who spoke insisted me to retain my connection. I gave a firm 'No' and asked him to take the cancellation request. I got an email confirming that case number for cancellation request and in that it was mentioned day 1 - day 10, a customer service representative will try to resolve the problem. I really don't understand why you want to do this because I have clearly requested cancellation w.e.f 1st August 2015. I wrote back to Tikona that I will not be making any further payments after 5th August 2015. Still I kept getting reminder SMS'es, phone calls and monthly bills got generated until Dec 2015. My Tikona has sent me an email saying that legal action will be required for non-payment. I wrote back to this email attaching the proof of all my email communications with Tikona for service disconnection. Last month only a person has come to my house and collected the modem, wires etc. Today morning I am getting a call from a person claiming to be from Delhi Legal department saying they will serve a notice. This is pure harassment. Why would I pay for a service which I have not used? Guys a big WARNING. Never ever ever opt for Tikona broadband service. They have the worst customer service and also worst network connectivity.

                                I am from malad west mumbai I have installed tikona wifi conection at last month and the promise us of 2mbps speed as a limit then after we can get 512kbps unlimited. The problem is from the instalation i m using only mobiles on wifi and still i am geting only 260 to 280kbps speed.. for this i have complain there customer support but they only told me we alredy solve the problem or we working on it then the drop me a msg o[censored]r complaint is aolve but still we get only 260 180 kbps speed..

                                  My User ID – [protected] I have disconnected my Tikona connection on 19th of July 2015 and made my final payment of INR 855 on 31st of July & cleared all my dues. Disconnection Request SR ID - 1-[protected] Gateway ID[protected] Transaction ID - [protected]TPC[protected] At this point of time, I was assured by Tikona that there is no outstanding payments on my account. But all of a sudden, I got a call from your collection team and asking me to make a payment of 1200INR towards TIKONA, otherwise they will sue me. I would like to understand why should I make the payment if all my dues were paid already. Please analyze and revert to me on this. I have sent several email to Tikona customer care but no response from them. I felt being cheated by Tikona here.

                                    Myself Kailash Using tikona digital networks ( user id [protected]). form the Last 2yrs it was good. but from the last 2 months they started harassing me. the net speed is not proper and their technical support team in not very helpful.. Everytime i called regarding the problem they told me that sir give us 24 hrs Your problem will be resolved But my problem never gets resolved. And they sent the Bill exactly on Time And if i dont pay they Suspended the service. Pls help

                                      User ID-[protected] Dear Tikona Care, I requested you to disconnect my connection on 28 sept 2015 and I stopped using your services even before 28th of sept and paid an amount of Rs. 570 on 22nd of october even I didn't use your services entire month but still I paid you for the entire month, and now you send me a fake bill in November and again in December.                                         Hi, Name : BESKI ANTONY RAJ TIKONA USERID : [protected] I requested this tikona broadband connection on 18th Nov with speed 4Mbps and 100 GB data download. The guy who worked on this request is Karthick (Mob[protected]. He came with someone and installed and showed me demo of 3.8Mbps with a demo ID. Karthick asked me to call him for any queries or if I had any connectivity issues. Then got my money and said I will get connected with my userid in 4 hours. Nothing happened after 5 hours. Called him but he ignored my call. Since then I have called Karthick atleast 100 times so far, but he never attends my call..but sends me a text that hes is not available. Its been 25 days and till date I was able to connect to internet only for about 8 hours. These are the complaint numbers I registered 1-[protected], 1-[protected] and 1-[protected]. I had asked for disconnection as well which is the last complaint number. But no response from tikona on this. They say its under progress when called the tech support. I am very very fed up with this tikona and all they do is frustrate me. I have called the tech support, senior tech department at least 80 times. The tech support guys dont know anything about tikona. They just read the last comment updated for that customer and dont even know english. Whenever I connnected to tikona I have got only a max speed of 1.6 Mbps. The promised 4Mbps was a joke. Please help me in either resolving the issues completely or diconnect the service and return my money.

                                        Typical tikona reply...No one will look into this and no one is working on addressing this... They will ask you to wait for 24-48 hours even if you call tikona a million times... Thats their given solution to ask the customer to wait wait and wait till he gets old. Please disconnect my service and refund my money. Please at least work on this request.

                                        I raised this disconnection complaint 1-[protected] on 21 Nov 2015... I could not believe it is still under process. Its been close to a month and you are saying that disconnection request is in process? Your toll free number[protected] is a joke... All they are trained to say is "yes sir no sir pls wait 24 hrs sir"... Come up with a definite date on when this tikona headache will be disconnected... you cant keep saying forever that it is in process... Forget service, even the disconnection is horrible experience.
                                        How could you be so insensitive? Its been over a month now after I requested for disconnection. Is it still in process? Why cant you reply to me? Why cant you disconnect my service? Is TIKONA really a scam company?
