I was Tikona consumer have paid all service bills as per scheduled in the month of September i faced connectivity issues which remains as it is. In October 2015 have raised many requests for service disconnection raised 1-[protected], 1-[protected] but nobody responded professionally. Tikona is the worst Internet service provider. I have been complaining them from last one week but nobody care about customer's issues. Filing false case against the service not used.

Tikona has charged an amount of Rs 854 for the service which has not been used by me. Also request for the service disconnection was raised months ago. Even though the company charged false due amount for my name and registered a case in court. Worst service in chennai (Broadway)

Pathetic customer care service
