I am having a Broad Band connection of Tikona Digital Network, I was getting very poor speed and problem not solved despite my repeated complaint as well as Appeal to Mr J.Nair. Hence I have requested for disconnection vide my request acknowledgement no. 1-[protected] on 03.09.2015. They are not making disconnection despite my repeated request by email/customer care, acknowledgement number of some are 1-[protected] dt 30.10.15, 1-[protected] dt 04.11.2015. In violation of norms prescribed by TRAI, they are not disconnecting my connection and charging bill without proper services. I could also not take connection of any other service provider due to the same and forced to use very poor services of Tikona. Thanks to .consumercomplaints.in due to their efforts Tikona Broadband has informed me about disconnection. But one issue is still Unsolved - I had requested the Tikona BB for disconnection on 03.09.2015 but the disconnection made on 14.12.2015, say more than 3 months, during the period I was forced to use their 3rd graded services, the said service provider has violated the norms of TRAI.

Due to the intentional delay made by Tikona in disconnection, they can not charge any bill for the period of over delay, hence they should refund me the amount paid by me to them for the period of Over delay.

    I'd switch my provider the day I find a better option. This is pathetic. Poor customer service. Emotionless and senseless agents. I am a working man and also got a website to run. So, I get time only on weekends to surf and make changes. However the network vanishes on every weekend when I need it the most. Everytime I call either I am given a fake assurance to wait for 24 hrs or informed I've got a prob with my rooftop device. Trust me that's a general feature. Happens after every fortnight. Please get this sorted.

      FEB month:

      MARCH month:

      Billing amount :

      9-feb to 6-mar 696.43 /-
      7-mar to 6-apr 750/-
      install 500
      tax 240.58 = 2187.01


      broadband usage - 27416 MB - 9-feb to 6-mar
      broadband usage - 33012 MB - 7-mar to 6-apr

      In March, advance amount was charged for 7-mar to 6-apr 750/- +tax
      Remaining advance amount :[protected].01 = 59.99/- on 7mar

      APR month:

      bill no.B[protected] on 7 APR-2015, Due date : 22-mar

      Billing amount :

      7apr - 6may 750 + 92.7 = 842.7
      total = 842.7- 59.99 = 782.71


      In Apr, advance amount was for 7-Apr to 6-May 750/- +tax = 842.7
      broadband usage - 19011MB -(7apr - 6may)


      Paid = -648/- on 19th apr-2015 ( we can see in May bill)
      Pending amount = 782.71-648 = 134.71/-
      rebate = 120/-

      Due in APR = 14.71/- on on 19th apr-2015

      Billing amount :

      7 may - 6 jun = 750 + 77.87
      rebate = -120
      paid = -648/- on 19th apr

      In May, advance amount charged for 7-May to 6-Jun 750/- +tax = 827.87

      Issue from your side: wrong broadband usage - 4666 MB for 7 may - 6 jun.
      But as per Tikona session log - 102mb used due to base station usage. As I am claiming i have not use this 102MB, it was due to your equipment only.

      As per Jun bill on 7-jun-2015, you are claiming 4666 MB used, which is wrong. Please check my session log.

      And I have raised request for termination due to continues equipment issues on 6th may - 2015

      So 7th May onwards no usage ( only 102MB used by your equipment),

        Hello Team, I was using tikona net service for 4MBPS plan and after few months i complained for disconnecting thier service on 11st august as Request Number 1-[protected], dated : 8/11/2015 08:32:46 PM and made the paymets for the same till 6th of September, but they are still not terminating my connection and increasing bill cycle every months and call many times for the payments which makes no sence. As i did complain on 11th of August then how this can take such a long time to terminate connection. What kind of policy they are following to terminate connection. Disgusting service and thier services.. Tikona connection- [protected] Please do the needfull... They are saying.. do the payments else you will get legal notice... what this nonsence!!..

          My name is Dhawal Gawande.I had bought Tikona service in the month of June but in July I had to shift to another city so I had raised a request for deactivation.I had also called the boy who had done the installation in my house for the service he told that he would disconnect the service.We also had got a call from the customer care people asking why did I want to disconnect the connection, I told them the reason and they said it would be done but such a thing did not happen.I called the customer care many times and every time it was said that I would get a call within 48 hrs which I never received.Now the tikona people are calling and saying that I haven't been paying the bills even though my usage is null and threatening that they would take the matter to the court and lot of stuff like that...

            I was one of the premium customer of Tikona, Customer iD: [protected], I used this connection for an year and then disconnected as I was moving to different city, I have paid all the outstanding bills returned all the devices, everything. After 5 months of deactivation from service their Advocate calls me claiming that there is outstanding amount of 933 rs is pending with me and I need to pay this immediately otherwise they will put up the case in court. They sent me bills for all these months even I didn't use the service after the request for deactivation. When I contacted Customer care for confirmation, they clearly said these bills are auto generated by system and can be ignored and there are no outstanding bills. I request you to please help me to close this issue with Tikona. Thanks & Regards, Prasad

I Purchase tikona new connection application No : [protected] amount Rs. 3400, 20 months. 1st time recontinuous this service D. 18/01/2014 Rs. 1, 478 (You cradit my tikona prepaid balance failure connection related issue rs, 521 (Rs. 1999 - Rs. 521 = Rs. 1, 478.22) 2nd time recontinuous this service D. 18/01/2014 Rs. 1, 380.63 (You cradit my tikona prepaid balance failure connection related issue rs, 681.37 (Rs. 1999 - Rs. 618.37 = Rs. 1, 380.63) Internet technical problem is not solve more two month & not provide good responce customer service related issue (arround may 2015). I infom arround june 2015 your tollfree no. [protected] Internet is not working condition & more then 1.5 month please you process internet connection dissconnect related & give my cradit balance. But not process dissconnect related issue & not provide batter service coustomer related issue. It's batter example is mobile prepaid balance is not zero it's transfer next billing cycle.                 I have discontinued my tikona braodband connection cleary telling on customer service. After 4 months of discontinuation i got a bill generated on my name ?? How if its outstanding amount why it is not generated on very next month No intimation on mobile phone on the same. All of sudden i got call from lady pretending to be lawyer that i need to pay amount right away otherwise case will be file against me. There are lots of similer type of complation on other forum. Tikona is really cheating people and harrassing people with this fashion.                   Hi Its been more than a week I am not able to get the Broadband issue by Tikona Costumer care, its been really shameful how the customers are treated by the tikona Broadband From past one week I am calling & following it up everyday however every day they just repeat the same script & dont understand the response every time I call they ask me to reboot the system & switch it on again on safe mode, then to try with LAN Cable if wifi not working & finally ti switch it off from box & on, I guess this is the script given to them, they really dont answer to the question and just ask me to repeat the same everyday ??? even if I tell them I have done all this they still repeat the same as a parrot ??? Its really very frustrating to get thru the no first, after 15-20 minutes you get connected & then you listen to the parrot script hello please do maintain a level of quality while recruiting or give proper training please, I have sent many emails as well escalating the issue but in vain ... I have made this clear in all my communication if tehy are not fixing it i will not only escalate this to consumer forum also will not pay the bill, why should I pay if I am not even able to use it

                    I was Tikona consumer have paid all service bills as per scheduled in the month of September i faced connectivity issues which remains as it is. In October 2015 have raised many requests for service disconnection raised 1-[protected], 1-[protected] but nobody responded professionally. Now started receiving calls to make payment for the services never received.

                      Details of the Staff member who misbehaved: Name: Mr. Akhil Tyagi Designation: Coordinator or Team Leader at Tikona office, Address- A-83, Ground Floor, Okhla Phase-2, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi, Delhi Details of Misbehaviour- 1) Made fun of my Surname by passing lewd comment/abuse about it in Hindi 2) Actually threatened to see me "outside" and set me straight(mai tujhe bahar dekhta hoon) 3) Rudely behaved by passing comments such as:"TU KYA KAR LEGA MERA" and such multiple times, 4) Told me to get Tikona's connection disconnected if I had a problem Here's how things transpired chronologically: On 5th, I contacted Tikona Customer Care about problem with my internet connectivity. I was told to wait for an engineer visit. At about 3pm today(06/12/2015), Mr. Puneet Bhatt(Designation: Self Assurance Engineer) visited my place for resolving the complaint. He was coordinating the problem with Mr. Akhil Tyagi, who, upon hearing my name, mispronounced and passed lewd comments about it. I overheard it and confronted Mr. Akhil Tyagi for it as to how he could act so unprofessionally. Instead of apologizing for it, he started to act even more rudely by first asking me: "TUJHE CONNECTION THEEK KARWANA HAI YA NAHI KARWANA". I was obviously taken aback by this and when I asked him what kind of tone he was taking, he responded with : "KATWA LE PHIR TIKONA KA CONNECTION". And then went on further to actually threaten me with the comment: "MAI TUJHE BAHAR DEKHTA HOON". When I told him that I would definitely place a complaint about this, he said:"JO KARNA CHAHTA HAI KAR LE". You can check the call records of the following number of the tikona office from which he was talking to verify this: [protected] I am seriously horrified at this. Never in my life have a encountered such shoddy levels of customer service. I contacted this number([protected]) to ask him his designation and office details to which he unapologetically said:"TUJHE JO KARNA HAI KAR LE" and when I further asked him to provide his office address or home address(since I require it for making a detailed complaint, next possibly an FIR if there is no fair response from tikona's side), he responded with the following address: S/O Surender Tyagi, Sanoli khurd district, Panipat, Haryana and proudly said, laying special emphasis on stating that he was the son of the sarpanch there. Other pieces of detail worth mentioning: 1) Mr. Akhil Tyagi(Coordinator) was seated next to Ms. Nootan(Team Leader) there, as she passed him the phone instantly and she picked up twice on the same phone number on which Mr. Akhil Tyagi was responding([protected]) 2) Complaint number allotted: [protected] 3)Next complaint number allotted: 1-[protected] Extremely apalled by the hiring process at Tikona. This person is in the service industry and it's really horrific as a customer to witness this happening to them by your company.

                        Tikona is the worst Internet service provider. I have been complaining them from last one week but nobody care about customer's issues. I'm not getting connectivity and have been calling them everyday but nothing been done so far from their side. This is disgusting either they should resolve my issue or I'll seek consumer court help. I have already spoken to Mr. Amit Sinha in consumer court and he suggested me to file a complain. I'm waiting for tikona's final response and then I'll take necessary action. TIKONA YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED, YOU ARE A BIG FRAUD COMPANY.

The customer care keeps giving me assurities that an engineer would cone but no one shows up and the number they provide me does not have anyone on the other side to answer the call. I took the connection because i wanted yo.work.from home due to medical reasons. N now the entire week is wasted and I am just working on my cell. Very poor follow up and service

                            Hi, This is really sad to see we still have ISP's who promise to provide continuous connectivity for 24*7 but they are not even capable to provide 2hrs connectivity service. this has been happening from the day 1 lodged lot of complains to their so called unprofessional contact centers but never got permanent solution to my issues. Even tried to contact the nodal officer through mails and phone but as expected no response from honorable nodal officer, he is not even bothered to reply to the mail addressed to him.                               I was one of the premium customer of Tikona, Customer iD: [protected], I used this connection for an year and then disconnected as I was moving to different city, I have paid all the outstanding bills returned all the devices, everything and then their Adocate calls me claining that there is outstanding amount of 2883 rs is pending with me and I need to pay this immediately otherwise they will put up the case in court. So, I have paid the amount on their portal just to realize that they are collecting irrelevant amount from me, After repeated follow up with Tikona team they have realized that this is mistake from their side and decided to return my amount of 2800 Rs in check but till date, I havent received a single penny.I have each and every detail present in my email, Please help me in this case. So, from 22/11/2015 my internet is not working and I found that it is not generating any IP address. I have logged so many complaint and it is not solved as of today.                                       Dear Admin, I have taken a Tikona Internet connection (4 MBPS) with below details- Date Of Connection : 29 Oct 2015 User ID: [protected] Amount Paid to Tikona : 2250 INR After getting connection, downtime starts in every 5 minutes and logged many complaints. Even in one day, I called his engineer 10-15 times which is provided by Tikona Customer care to resolve my problem but there was not proper solution. SO entire things happen with 2-3 days and I could not use 10 MB of our assigned quota. SO decided to disconnect internet service but there are not ready to refund any single coin. Please help.                                         My name is Sushant M (Tikona id:[protected]).I have been using tikona broadband. The services was very poor. I asked for the termination of the connection and that time i was urgently shift to another state, I had requested to terminate tikona connection in the month of Nov’2015 but they did not terminate the connection .I called many times but they had not any responses. And finally i shifted from this place.Every day I am getting phone calls and message from tikona that your tikona wi-bro account is overdue&will get deactivated.(overdue amount is-696.86).Already I had given a written mail to tikona on 3 Nov 2015 by gmail id:[protected]@gmail.com to disconnect the account, however they are generating the bill for the month of Nov’2015 and asking for amount:Rs696.86. This is not the way they should treat customer. they are giving putting mental pressure on me. I seek for your kind assistance to look into this matter and please try to see this picture in my shoes to understand look forward to hearing from you.
