Despite multiple followups on email and call I have still not got disconnection request completed nor I have got refund as per the executive on call on various times mentioned that I will get it through cheque. I did repeatedly mentioned my concerns over the phone and requested to get the disconnection done but depite all harrassment I am unable to get this done and get my refund processed. It's been almost 2 months now I am waiting for satisfactory response from you guys on my refund amount but with no hope. Having getting associated with Tikona is sheer customer harrassment, negligence and loss of precious time and money . It's my biggest mistake I resorted with Tikona service which is good for nothing and playing with customer's money which is very un-ethical. This is the heights o[censored]n-professionalism. Companies like Tikona should be completely out of the market who always tries to fool people and play with their money if Gullible people ever gets into their service. Once you are in you are gone that's their funda and values on which they people work. It's damn frustrating!!!

      ...Tikona is a fraud company... ...harassed by tikona digital network... All my kwown people and friend, i suggest you please never use tikona in your entire life...if you have plz disconnect with a email response they practice criminal activities to collect money the incident June 25 2015 i make disconnection request to tikona and cleared all the due amount and get the clarification from there side . but in oct month i got 1 call from a fraud tikona agent who's good name was Mukesh kumar Sharma mobile no [protected] on[protected] at 11 am.he introduced him self as a senior Advocate practicing in the delhi session high court and told me tikona have filed case against you have a pending amount of rs 2200 if you don't pay with with in 1 hr the case will be registered and you need to pay fine of 25 k.when i asked to talk with customer care 1st he told me they will not pick my call and it happened they didn't attended my call that time and i paid the money immediately and confirmed him the payment id 1-[protected] and he told now your problem now the case is cleared. but after some days i called to customer care again and there i make an enquiry then i came to know i have paid an extra amount Rs 1900, i sent a mail on 30 nov request for refund where i am they told you will get you money in 15 days but i did not get the money on time, they are registering a new refund request and spending more and more time and not even ready to send a confirmation mail about money.when i told them i will make a complaint against they are so confident that they will digest my money and i will forget in some days i have talked to them more then 5 hrs in this month and they are not ready to send a email confirmation that i will get my money. so this is how they harassed people after removing the connection.i have used airtel, and other broadband but never felt this way and i m doing this because they dont gave me any option.and am daring tikona if you prove me wrong i will write an apology and dont take the money ...my next mission on twitter be aware... bhashkar suman

        I have been using Tikona broadband from last 2 years and never been satisfied with their Internet service. The Internet speed was fine initially but after few month of proper service, I never got constant and agreed internet speed. Because of nature of my work, i was not using Internet often. But now I have to use it daily and I am facing lots of issues with Internet connection. Connection disconnects often. Roughly after every 15 mins connection disconnects. Do not get speed as per plan. Its very slow over WIFI and okay through LAN cable. I have 2 mbps plan but never get that much speed using WIFI and LAN both. I have complaint twice about slow internet speed but did not get satisfactory answer and solution. This is my last complaint and if do not get satisfactory solutions to my problem I have to switch my service provider.

            I have repeatedly called to tikona customer care and mailed them several times still they are sending me bills every month and they are not closing my account. and now they are calling me from delhi and warning me for court summon. help in this case.                 I terminated my Tikona connection because of poor service. I was suppose to get the refund from Tikona. Same mail was dropped by them but nothing happened further. I haven't taken any modem from them. Also the cost of wire was taken as part of installation charges.                 Today I received mail from tikona, that I have taken modem from you guys & I need to pay 1500 rs for not refunding Modem :(. I never took modem from you guys, this has became very frustrating for me.

                I hope you guys will get it resolved asap also I am expecting this time I will get my refund & wont get reply as due to incomplete address you failed to refund. If so how you were able to find it while installation?

                  I have raised a request for the disconnection in September, and stopped using the services. i dont have any due amount but for account closing they called me yestarday and told to pay 174 Rs online then they will send the representative for collecting the devise. they made a call today 25/12/2015 i asked for a bill of 174 but they are not ready to give. in online the due amount is showing 274 Rs. when i call to the customer care number they are not answering. and the representative number which they gave is temporary disconnected. i need the following point to be clarified from tikona. 1) do you think charging a customer for closing the account is fair. without giving the bill for that. 2) i need the next steps to get out of your services... user id : [protected] mail id : [protected]@yahoo.com / raghavendra.[protected]@gmail.com

                    Customer id [protected] its been 16 days i have been continuously calling tikona customer care since december 9, emailing them for disconnection as i am moving to another city, i dont want to continue with their services and want it disconnected but they are only giving excuses and not discontinuing the service . This is the full and final notice to tikona to stop harassing me and pick up the device on or before 26 december, 17 days is more than enough to act on a complaint. after 26 december i will not be responsible for the modem etc. i have paid all my bills till date and need a final settlement (which should include refund of the extra money i have paid)

                        I have registered for tikona internet and installation is done on 30 october 2015. My user id is [protected], registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com and mobile number is [protected].After installation I think, I used the internet two or three days properly. After that I was facing connectivity problem. My login page sometimes open and mostly times not. I was thinking that the problem is due to receiver because the man installed the connection didn't attached the receiver well. So I complaint about that by calling on tikona customer care on first week of November 2015.They arranged an engineer on my address. Engineer visited my address told me that your receiver is not in range of tower signal. So I again complaint about that by mail and voice call. They again arranged an engineer, and engineer also found that connectivity is not possible so he suggest me to take refund. So I mail all details and request to fill the request against refund. Whenever I call customer care all customer supporters didn't told me proper processor and status of my complaint. On 20 November 2015 at 1:45 pm I complaint on senior desk customer care, a lady talk to me. She told me that she was arranging senior engineer on your address. Senior engineer also told me that connectivity is not possible on your address. I call customer care again and complaint about that and they accepted that they will not able to provide proper connectivity. So I request to refund my whole money (Rs.2000). Because this problem is due their fault they are not able to provide me proper connectivity from starting. When I request to refund my whole money they told me installation money cannot be refundable and data usage charges will be deducted. I was complaining from three or four days after installation of my connection and even now I have not got the proper solution. I want to say that I am ready to use the service continue if they will provide me proper connectivity. If they are not able then please refund my whole money because I didn't use the internet from the starting. I want to complaint you that engineer installed my connection make me fool for his benefit. He temporary installed the connection and gave me trial.                           I am swapan chhabra with tikona user id : [protected], I have used tikona internet till September and but due to frequent breakdown I have lot issues and also not able to use any service for two months, When i called to complaint on tikona IVR they told to send their technical person, but that person never came to my place. So at last I decided to terminate the connection and also called customer support for the termination, they asked to return their device to the person, then i called the person to return the device. That person never came on scheduled time. And today I got call from a person "Sandeep Sinha" who called himself advocate, when i asked for some clarification, he refused and asked to pay 1916 rs immediately. His mobile number is [protected]. This is not acceptable and need to be solved by higher laws.

                            No internet service for 3 weeks from period July-August and again 3 weeks in the period November-December. While due payment, they make so much of calls and messages. But while refund from their side not a single call. Worst internet service provider. Won't survive, my bet. Need refund for total of 6 weeks.

                              i just revived a bad call from this no. [protected] using very abusive language and asking for some pending for Tikona WAHIYAD COMPANY LIMITED

                              when i tell me i paid then extra money and mail them for terminated my account and its worse company i ever seen in broadband world . be aware from these kind of company . ohh such a ppl and owner of this company .

                              wasting our time . slow connection no customer care attention nothing...

                              and he say i am calling from Mumabi high court...

                              stop calling for such things..

                                  Hello! All, I would like to highlight this issue prevalent with this company (Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd.). I have been getting threatening calls from [protected]. The person tells me that he is an Advocate at the Delhi Tis Hazari Court and told me that i have 30 mins or else a Court case will be filed against me and my CIBIL score will be hampered with.I told him that I have made all payments to Tikona and I have requested Tikona to disconnect the connection on 27 August 2015 and payments were made upto 31st August 2015. I have been receiving unnecessary calls from some people who say they are calling from Teez Hazari Court again and again. I would urge this forums support 1) To First blacklist such pathetic companies who charge you but do not provide the service 2) Secondly if there are other members who have experienced such incidents, we can all go up against this pathetic company and seek Redressal in the consumer court.                                   I have also received a similar call from such a number threatening that not only your CIBIL score would be hampered but your name would appear in the blacklist on RBI portal, you won't be able to apply for a govt. job, would be hard to get a loan etc. He also specified that this is a Court number and you cannot call back on it and on googling it came to understand how consumers are being exploited by the company.

                                  There has to be a base to it, who else can support than the company itself since only their motive is evident here, else who would know the inside details and such a call is made without knowing the status of both the sides. I have a track of all the emails I have sent to Tikona and have never received any acknowledgement. Instead, the legal dept. approaches, wrongly stating that reminders have been given which isn't true. Instead I owe money from them, they did not speak about my deposit amount.

                                  On this forum we are being pacified by them while being threatened on the other front.
                                  It is all about how you treat your customer; identify why such a scenario has occurred, since after availing the services for 4+years, why such a step and should be properly resolved instead by such misleading ways.

                                  Again, I had received a call and the advocate claims himself to be a govt. lawyer and had been switching numbers to call. Govt.'s name is being ridiculed here which isn't a good sight.
                                  An appropriate action needs to taken else this practice of harassing customers won't stop.

                                  The company should not be allowed to function this way.
                                  I have been getting such calls from last 2 months as well. This is pathetic and I agree with Sunny Na, as such incident has to be based on the company's support in order to act upon payment and force people to pay.
                                  I got the same call. I impersonate a different type of person everytime. I enact to be a lawyer myself sometimes, frightened sometimes, daring sometimes. It is fun! I would advise people to not take these ### seriously.

                                    Problem is still not resolved even after more than a months.

                                    I subscribed for 3 months plan for Rs. 2520 and problem started coming from day one. It was frequently disconnecting not working most of the time. I logged multiple complaints on daily basis basis and also escalated it, but the problem remain same.
                                    Today I have raised disconnection request (Request No: 1-[protected]) not sure if they will refund my Rs. 2520.

                                    But I will suggest not to go with Tikona If you have any other ISP in your area go with that to use internet peacefully.

Fake calls from people like Sandeep Sinha, posing as advocate in Mumbai Sessions court!!!, for recovery of bill!!! After several months of harrasment by Tikona regarding payment of bill for 15 days ( got internet disconnected in July, through formal request through email on 23rd July, 2015, and my billing cycle was 7th of every month, however I have no idea how the bill converted to 1134, against the maximum monthly charges of 750 + service tax, as per my plan!!!), today I got a call from a person: SANDEEP SINHA (Mobile: [protected]), who threatened me to pay the bill of 1134 or a penalty of 22000 will be imposed, along with several rounds of court & police station!! Since, I am a normal person, and busy in my work, I had to pay the bill today, through online mode, and provided the transaction id to this person! Now, through this forum, I got to know that Sandeep Sinha is a fake person, and a recovery agent of Tikona!! Now, I have finally decided to go to consumer court, and take strictest of actions!, for this act of Tikona, but if Tikona refunds (as per calculation) my amount within next 3 days, and apologises for this kind of irresponsible behaviour, I shall stop!! All the relevant communications have been attached alongwith!

                                        We subscribed to Tikona Broadband in Thoraipakkam, Chennai area in the month of March 2015. They collected 3 months rentals in advance. From the day one the service was not working satisfactorily. It used to disconnect every 30 mins and will take time to reconnect. Repeated complaints to Technical team yielded no result. Then we instructed them to terminate the connection [protected]. But they kept dodging the termination saying they are rectifying the problem. But we stopped using the connection with information to them and request them to stop connection. But till date they are billing us and keep on following up for payment. recently they also sent us a Legal Notice for payment. Their Appellate commissioner does not function. S Manivannan

                                        This is not a correct update of the situation. Tikona continued to bill me till last month and they sent me a legal notice two weeks back. Yesterday I received a call from some person in Delhi threatening legal action if I do not pay Rs.25000/- as penalty to obtain NOC
