Termination request not take & mental torture on bill payment by legal team

Billing issue

Hi, I have drop a mail to tikona service provider and also talked to them about removing the service from my home. I have email with me dated 14th October for the removal of the service and also i called and talked to there representative to remove the service from my home. They advised me i can just stop using the service and they can see at there end that there was no usage at my connection after the next billing cycle i.e on 26 November....

Getting bills and threats even after connection closed long time back
