Hi, Name : BESKI ANTONY RAJ TIKONA USERID : [protected] I requested this tikona broadband connection on 18th Nov with speed 4Mbps and 100 GB data download. The guy who worked on this request is Karthick (Mob[protected]. He came with someone and installed and showed me demo of 3.8Mbps with a demo ID. Karthick asked me to call him for any queries or if I had any connectivity issues. Then got my money and said I will get connected with my userid in 4 hours. Nothing happened after 5 hours. Called him but he ignored my call. Since then I have called Karthick atleast 100 times so far, but he never attends my call..but sends me a text that hes is not available. Its been 25 days and till date I was able to connect to internet only for about 8 hours. These are the complaint numbers I registered 1-[protected], 1-[protected] and 1-[protected]. I had asked for disconnection as well which is the last complaint number. But no response from tikona on this. They say its under progress when called the tech support. I am very very fed up with this tikona and all they do is frustrate me. I have called the tech support, senior tech department at least 80 times. The tech support guys dont know anything about tikona. They just read the last comment updated for that customer and dont even know english. Whenever I connnected to tikona I have got only a max speed of 1.6 Mbps. The promised 4Mbps was a joke. Please help me in either resolving the issues completely or diconnect the service and return my money.

Typical tikona reply...No one will look into this and no one is working on addressing this... They will ask you to wait for 24-48 hours even if you call tikona a million times... Thats their given solution to ask the customer to wait wait and wait till he gets old. Please disconnect my service and refund my money. Please at least work on this request.

I raised this disconnection complaint 1-[protected] on 21 Nov 2015... I could not believe it is still under process. Its been close to a month and you are saying that disconnection request is in process? Your toll free number[protected] is a joke... All they are trained to say is "yes sir no sir pls wait 24 hrs sir"... Come up with a definite date on when this tikona headache will be disconnected... you cant keep saying forever that it is in process... Forget service, even the disconnection is horrible experience.
How could you be so insensitive? Its been over a month now after I requested for disconnection. Is it still in process? Why cant you reply to me? Why cant you disconnect my service? Is TIKONA really a scam company?

    I had installed tikona internet at my home in house no 183, sector 39 gurgaon, three months back. From starting only it has created problems and the internet does not connect and when it does, the speed is very pathetic. i have a plan activated of 80GB for 1450 Rs.The user Id is [protected]. I registered my complaints more than 20 times during this time period but the customer care always say that they have an issue from backend and still the problem is not resolved. I want my refund and strict action against such frauds.

        Subject: Regarding cancellation of Tikona Wi Bro services regarding Reference: User ID [protected] DR.MAHESH CHANDRA SHARMA I had requested to discontinue my Internet services on 24th of October, 2015 through my registered Email ID. My on-line request number is 1-[protected].. I stoped using TIKONA from 20th October.2015 I got the confirmation mail on November 3rd 2015 stating that complaint will be attended in 72 hours. After that many times I spoke with customer service regarding disconnection. Every time I was assured that issue will be resolved in 24 hours. On 21st November 2015 I received a mail from Tikona that With reference to your email Dated 24/10/2015, Your request is registered with us and the Request no. 1-[protected] is in progress It is irritating and insult to customer like me, when on 25th November 2015 Relationship person Mr. Mahesh from Tikona came to my residence to collect Bill for coming month December, 2015. I received several calls and daily SMS from their customer service to pay bill before 11th December 2015 to get uninterrupted services. One day I got a call from Mumbai office[protected] told me that they will send someone for collection of modem. But till now they have not not collected it. I am getting calls ?SMS and repeatedly I am mailing reminders for service cancellation. Please consider and need help and am not going to pay for any false bills, if generated.

          Hi, I have drop a mail to Tikona service provider and also talked to them about discontinuation the service of my connection (ID - [protected]) from my home, because of my internet was not working properly & I was facing speed & connectivity issue since 4 month.
          I have email with me dated 13th October 2015 for the disconnection of the service with the complaint no. 1-[protected] and also I called and talked to their representative to remove the service from my home.
          They advised me, I can just stop using the service and they can see at their end that there was no usage at my connection after the next billing cycle i.e. on 26 October 2015. But still they are sending me monthly Bills and asking me to pay the bill.
          Also the time I used their service they never provided me the correct service as. Please do needful.

          I had already requested for cancellation of my account on 13th October 2015 and the same has been sent via email and through a phone call to customer care (service request no. 1-[protected]).

          I have paid the dues applicable for the month as well, well in time (this includes 15 days of no-use). You can also verify that all the bills were paid on time before dues dates.
          After that also, I was continuously receiving bill even no-use. To take necessary action I have sent many mail to Tikona.[protected]@tikona.in; [protected]@tikona.in for disconnect my connection & register complaint in consumer forum (consumercomplaints.in) on 12th Dec 2015.
          After so many follow-ups the Tikona representative took the equipment provided on 1st May 2016 which confirmed my termination in written.

          I got a call from Priya Agarwal (Halai & Co. Advocates) on 15th June 2016 and pressurized me to pay 674.07 Rupees. She was reluctant to listen to any of my points.
          I have received a notice dated on 31st May 2016 from them & written “You are requested to make immediate payment of Rs. 674.07 and give you this notice, that if you fail to pay, the aforesaid sum thereon within 7 days we shall have no option, but to adopt appropriate recovery proceedings”.

          Please resolve this issue immediately.
          I have all the records and paper bills to confirm there is no payment due. In real Tikona owes my refund.
          I want a justification for this matter and I will not be letting Tikona have it easy this time.

            I'm Fozail Ahmad from- 81 vaishali Nagar, Bhopal, M.P... I was using Tikona broadband approximately from February 2015 and paid all the bills till July 2015.. But in August I shifted to a new house & called the company to install their module on my new location.. But after 3-5days their technician called me & said to me that they don't have any service in that area hence they can't provide me any service at that location. Then I told them OK then please stop this service as my all previous bills were clear. They said OK but they don't stopped their service & continued my bill till now.. & now they are scaring me that pay the bill of 4300rs or they going to file a case against me in Delhi court... Please do something for me.. I'm in a big trouble

              I asked them to disconnect my connection in advance as i was leaving chennai and moving to other city. They kept on insisting me to keep the connection but i said no to them. then they are asking money for keeping it and sent me legal notice for money telling me to pay or come to court. My friend got scared and gave them money. Tikona return our money. i just want to get refund of it

                Hi, My account number [protected]. MY name is S. Seraj Ahmed. For the past one month there has been technical issues in Chennai, since the date of last billing[protected] to[protected]. There was no connectivity AT ALL. And that is your fault. Any sort of request for service was futile. Nobody turned up. By far, this is THE worst Internet Service Provider I have used, and I have used many. Everytime I call the customer care, autoreply was on saying that you are facing technical issues in my area. And inspite of all that, You have billed me Rs. 858.4. This is unacceptable (Find the attached). I will not pay you this amount as I have not used ANY data due to YOUR TECHNICAL ISSUES. I Demand full refund for the price of modem and tikona connection. I need reply from your authorities ASAP. I will pursue a case if left unattended. I hope you would not want to spoil what's left of your reputation. Thank You.

                  Totally disappointment with the Tikona service and the way they(Customer Care & technical persons) response to the South Indian customer is annoying.

                  Issue: We are not getting the internet speed properly, so we raised the complaints as below (getting internet speed of 120 kbps instead of 2Mbps).

                  Today @12:15pm Sunday Dec 07 2014, I called Tikona customer care [protected] from my registered mobile number 9994***251 to know about the status of the complaints and call duration is around 63 minutes, (I waited for nearly 30 minutes to talk to technical person)
                  When i called, first One Lady responded in 3 minutes and forwarded the call to the technical person who is working on this issue.
                  Technical person conversation was too horrible and while talking he asked me like where i am calling from, I said South India, then his way of approach itself is annoying
                  He started scolding me in Hindi "Madara cho?a" (mother [censored]r) as if i don't know Hindi words. (That too he talked directly to me, its not a background voice) . You can verify it in the recorded voice for your reference.
                  My Next steps:
                  · I want this to be addressed in high priority otherwise I will escalate it in social network about Tikona.

                  · I want the recorded voice and the person detail to give a police complaints; so that this should not happen to any other South Indian in future.

                    My user Id is [protected]. I have been complaining signal issues since I took connection. But it wasn't resolved. During July I lost connection completely & requested to terminate the connection. But request was not taken instead they sent a technical person to fix the connection. Technical guy himself said it cannot be resolved that there is no signal. He said he will inform the customer care about the issue and terminate the service. Despite all these it was not terminated & bill was generated for July. I did not pay the bill since I wanted the connection to be terminated. And again August bill was generated while there was no signal from July and we did not avail any service at all. And since I did not pay two months bills, someone called Ranjeeth claiming himself as lawyer started calling up & threatening to pay the bills. I agreed to pay the bills though I did not avail any service provided they confirm that connection will be terminated and no further bills will be generated on me by tikona. Ranjeeth & another lady called Rekha (claiming themselves as lawyers) promised that no bills will be generated further after payment of the outstanding amount of Rs.1998. And so, I agreed and paid the amount. Now again they have generated bill for Novemebr 2015. this is so annoying

                        Mobile Number-[protected] We have been not able to use the Token Internet for past 2 months because of connectivity issue. Even if at times it connects the speed was very slow that is not as per the plan. We called customer care so many times, raised request as well and also engineers visited our place twice or thrice but they could not able to resolve the issue. So we are not going to pay the billed amount. As per the current situation, We are seeing some progress on Internet connectivity for past 2 days and it is working somewhat Ok. So make adjustment in the current billed amount so that we keep believing in Tikona. Thanks

                          User ID - [protected]. Its been past 2 months for my request for disconnection of broadband service. I cleared my bills before requesting disconnection. I got multiple calls from different representative to change plan. Now after 2 months they are saying you have remaining payment of 800. I have not used their connection then why outstanding payment i do not understand. Now they are saying that they will send me legal notice.

                            Hi, i Deepak Kumar Pandey user ID [protected] was using tikona from last 2 years. From March 2015 my internet was not working properly. I had requested for disconnection in may, june july but account not deactivated. As suggested by tikona representative i didnt pay bill for July and Aug and my service suspended on 5th sep 2015.and i got bill for 1600. In Nov i got legal notice for payment. And they said pay your Monthly rental you will get late fee waiver. and after payment you will get final settlement closure mail. so i paid 1500(though i did not use service) on 5th Dec 2015. but till now i did not get any confirmation mail and lawyer from which i get a call for payment are not picking up the call. and the most innteresting thing is on sep 2015 when my connection suspended i have removed all devices kept on cuboard and according to tikona my account is used in 7th dec 2015.

                              Hi, I have drop a mail to tikona service provider and also talked to them about removing the service from my home. I have email with me dated 14th October for the removal of the service and also i called and talked to there representative to remove the service from my home. They advised me i can just stop using the service and they can see at there end that there was no usage at my connection after the next billing cycle i.e on 26 November. But still they are calling me daily and asking me rudely to pay the bill. Also the time i used there service they never provided me the correct service as they took three months payment in advance from me. Kindly help me in covering all my losses.

                                  I stopped using Tikona service in May 2015 due to technical issues. I've paid all the bill and returned back modem as well. However, I am getting call from legal call warning me to pay around 1000 to 2500/-. I do not have any outstanding dues. I tried calling Tikona CC for around 3 hours continously to all various numbers but the calls are not being forwarded to representative. After that I sent an SMS BILLINFO to 5676708. I clearly got an SMS mentioning "Your payable amount is 0" (I've got a screenshot saved mentioning this). I urge you to please look into this matter and provide me an urgent feedback because multiple person are calling me repeatedly and harrassing me to pay outstanding which does not exist.                                     I requested for the close of my connection on June 2015, and I even have the confirmation from them over email dated 31st August. I still got bills even after that date. I have called up the customer care people in numerous number of times, but all the time they mention that don't need to pay anything as the bill will be settled. But I am still getting bills and today I got a phone call from someone threatening me of Police. I called up today to the Customer care, and since my phone number is registered with them, I got a message from IVR that my identity has been confirmed and I will get a call, but nothing happens. Please get this resolved as it is causing me a lot of mental trouble. My consumer id # is [protected].

Though I got a lot of problems during that tenure. I had complained repeatedly over mail and phone calls. But the issue didn’t get solved. From last two months I been complaining about the service and calling Tikona customer care everyday. The engineer never visited. Everyday I used to talk with new person and explained him/her the whole issue from the beginning and get assurance that issue will be resolved in 4hrs, 8hrs, 12 hrs or 48 hrs. Every time I got to know a new issue in my connection. I was getting frustrated. At last I got a call from a Sr. Engineer from Tikona and he told me that issue is a major one and it will take minimum two weeks to resolve. So finally I asked to disconnect my service and refund my advance paid money. They assured that it will be done. Now also I am getting calls to pay bill and telling that its overdue. Instead of disconnecting and refunding my money, Tikona is asking to pay bill for the months which I haven't used their service and also paid some amount in advance. I am begging them to please stop harassing me even after disconnection. Now I am getting calls from random guys who says they are lawyer and speaking from Delhi session court. Tikona has filed a case against me and I have to pay the due amount. I am not able to figure out how irresponsible and careless Tikona care (lol) is. Does somebody read this?? cause I have sent several mails before and got no reply. Amrendra Prasad
