Cheating case/ worst service/ harassment

Hi Sir My tikkona user id is [protected]. I installed their service months ago by giving two months advance payment. But there was not a single day this internet worked perfectly. I put about 7-8 complaints per month and was given same response that server issue, tower issue or hub issue.. We are using tikona broad band.Our plan is of 4 MBPS up to 9GB worth of 1700 rs per month.but from last month we are not getting proper browser as well as downloading speed. No connection at all.

On 19th or 20th (don't remember exact date) I got disconnected from the internet and when I called up customer support, they asked me to wait for 24 hours but I got the connection back on 23rd of November 2015 around 11am but the next day on 24th Nov it got disconnected again around at 11am and since then it didn't work for a single minute....

Support team from Tikona never responds over the mail.

I have mailed them to disconnect the service September 28, 2015 and there was no response from them and finally one day over the phone one of the support person agreed that they will disconnect the service and the date of termination for the service is November 10, 2015.

As per the discussion with them they do not want us to connect the device for 15 days...

Unavailability of internet and very bad service provided
