My name is Sushant M (Tikona id:[protected]).I have been using tikona broadband. The services was very poor. I asked for the termination of the connection and that time i was urgently shift to another state, I had requested to terminate tikona connection in the month of Nov’2015 but they did not terminate the connection .I called many times but they had not any responses. And finally i shifted from this place.Every day I am getting phone calls and message from tikona that your tikona wi-bro account is overdue&will get deactivated.(overdue amount is-696.86).Already I had given a written mail to tikona on 3 Nov 2015 by gmail id:[protected]@gmail.com to disconnect the account, however they are generating the bill for the month of Nov’2015 and asking for amount:Rs696.86. This is not the way they should treat customer. they are giving putting mental pressure on me. I seek for your kind assistance to look into this matter and please try to see this picture in my shoes to understand look forward to hearing from you.

    Tikona has charged an amount of Rs 854 for the service which has not been used by me. Also request for the service disconnection was raised months ago. Even though the company charged false due amount for my name and registered a case in court. Although I have cleared the due amount as stated by the company bu t i am not sure if the same would be repeated again. The company is too bad follows illegal ways to just fear their customers and get the amount as desired. I am just writing this complain to ensure that no more false charges would be claimed by the Tikona in future against me.

    Its very irritating that even after raising the issue of false billing from Tikona, I again received a mail stating to pay my due amount. This is really unprofessional. I am not sure how you people maintain relation with you customer.

    Its a sin to be a part of your service which I ever was.

    I am sure you are again gonna file a case against my name for non payment of this bill which I am not going to pay for sure.

    But this time I am not going to back off from all your lawyers and cases that you will file against me but instead will surely take strict action against your firm if I have too.

    Hence just remove my name from your record what so ever is resulting in generating bills against my name.

      Hello As per telephonic communication with Mr. Aman in Tikona customer care we got disconnection and your engineer came within 24 hour to collect your device from our office. following are the details or messages which we do in past for complains which we face till that date we take internet connection of Tikona. Hello Sir / Medam We having problems in your internet connection till that date we are joining it. every time the technical person came and set up all but after going the person it will be same problem in 2 3 hours. there has once problem in the adptor which put by you at over office this all problems we facing everyday. and last 15th july 2015 we totally closed your internet connection due to all this problems. and then after we make request for disconnections at 23rd july 2015. our complain number is = 1-[protected]. after this complain i ll call at your customer care at 4 times for further process of disconnection or refund and at 4 times i got 4 different answers so please tell me now what i do...? here i also attached file of our internet usage till date. I hope that i ll get reply from you. Thanks This the emails which we do many times but we don;t get any reply from there side.

        I have registered to disconnect my connection after so many complains of poor service. but they are not confirming they are calling and keeping me on hold by saying the all of our executives are busy, I continue waiting to connect but they are disconnecting without connecting to any one.           Tikona is very good but their service in chennai ( braodway ) is worst ! Every week twice the whole area faces the problem. No internet access it shows twice in a week ! No reply to our emails and lines are busy, and this it has crossed all the limits. It is not working from past 5 days in our area alone where other areas it is working perfectly ! We all together have given complaint to change the server / tower which eva is in muthunaichek street! Just relocating the tower is not a big deal for them! So in behalf of whole area i humbly request you to refund our money or give us carry forward option for this month alone You better understand us or we better know how to deal with this!!!

          Tikona is very good but their service in chennai ( braodway ) is worst ! Every week twice the whole area faces the problem. No internet access it shows twice in a week ! Mainly i am not satisfied coz i tuk this connection this monthly oly where i have not used for 25 days properly, my 10gb is remaining becoz of their tower issue? So is it my mistake? Its totally my loss ! We all together have given complaint to change the server / tower which eva is in muthunaichek street! Just relocating the tower is not a big deal for them! So in behalf of whole area i humbly request you to refund our money or give us carry forward option for this month alone You better understand us or we better know how to deal with this!!!

            Hello All, I stay in Rajarajeshwari nagar(RR Nagar) area in Bangalore and needed a broadband connection for official as well as personal usage. On doing some research I came to know there are not many broadband options in RR nagar and based on a colleagues good review I opted for TIKONA 35 GB 4MBPS plan. The installation and everything was very quick however the problem started after usage for 5 months, I never got the proper browsing speed, there were frequent disconnections and even on some days the tikona login page itself will not load. Recently about 8-9 days back when I again lodged a complaint with tikona, customer care are not at all bothered about the resolution of the issue, they just sit on the issue and let the dust settle on it. I also told them so many times that it is better if they send some engineer instead of doing checks remotely over so many days. On top of that after 1 week they even have the audacity to send a sms update which says "your complaint has been addressed and resolved " without even anybody coming to my premises or someone from tikona technical team updating me regarding the resultion. Even after registering a complaint with tikona customer care more than a week back now still the issue is not resolved. I hope people dont get carried away from pocket friendly plans of tikona.             Hello Customer Care,

            I have been keeping a close watch on the complaint. I have received calls from your executive on the complaint as well and they have been doing some technical fixing remotely. Please note that nobody has visited my premises for any diagnosis and repair. If the problem was something technical at backend why was it not fixed before, why were they not able to diagnose the issue? Why did they take so much time ?- This gives me an impression that you have a very incompetent technical team at your disposal.

            Currently the broadband connection is working but sometimes it still gives the same problem of fluctuating speed and Tikona login page not loading.

            Also want to ask what happened to my 25 GB left over data from previous billing cycle which got wasted due to your poor & non-working connection.

            Would you be adding that data to my current cycle ? Would like to hear your comments on this..

After tht I contacted custmr care..they told me to pay rs.688/- I don't understand why should i pay ...?? i hadn't used my connection since 05-August...still bills r generating ... worst service provider i had ever experncd ... expectng a call from uu asap regardng dis...                 Hi All, I have been using Tikona boradband service over 4 years and so far their services average. Since, 27th Nov. 2015, I am not able to use ISP, I formally logged my complaints with them and it took 48 hours to send them site engineer to resolve issue. He did fix it for while and 5 hours later, I had same issue. I raised complaints with them again and again but no resolution till 3 December. On horrible note, they needed 24 hrs to understand what is issue even I told them that my roof top receiver is not getting any signals .Every single time I called them, their dumb call center executives asked me to restart my TP- Link router and it never fixes the problem. Before writing this complaint, I had word with one of their call center executive and she simply said "Do whatever you want to do if our site engineer did not turn up today". PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THIS SERVICE.They are also bad with connectivity speed as well. I am pissed off with their service and looking for another ISP in my area.

                    Hi Sir My tikkona user id is [protected]. I installed their service months ago by giving two months advance payment. But there was not a single day this internet worked perfectly. I put about 7-8 complaints per month and was given same response that server issue, tower issue or hub issue.. Later I asked for refund of my money, they asked some time and promised me issue will be fixed. After two months I told them to disconnect my connection but I get a mail that we will fix issue or give a waiver. For one day they make it fixed and resolved complaint, and from next day same issues were there. They started sending me next month bills too while i have told them to disconnect. Now they are calling me each day by recalling legal notices and rest. I request them to check my complains logs before harassing me.

                      Hi, i am frustrated customer of tikona, internet service is good, but no company management, i have recharged the service on 30th November, yet no service, they give false commitment that the service will start in 24 hours, but it doesnt, the reason of my fustration is, computer work from home is my living, its my bread and butter, however inspite of calling these people several times, they give all differenr reason, and one said to me that i dint reacharged and disconnected the phone ... i have a plan of rs 599 of 8 mb, it will get over on 14 december, my mbs are exhausted thats why i have reacharged ... i had to bear a loss of 4700 rs due to no internet ... i here by claim my money and want to lodge a complaint s againt these tikona people ... would also ask to publish this, because its just makes your BLOOP PRESURE HIGH... TIKONA WASTE COMPANY WITH HIGHLY PROCLAIMED DUMB PEOPLE ... NO CUSTOMER ORIENTED AT ALL ...

                        I had request to close my Tikona broadband USer ID [protected] on 6th Sept 2015 for because of relocation to other city. I was told that request will be processed but it never happened so far. I am constantly getting SMS/Call/Email for payment reminder and bill keeps on increasing in spite of me not using it at all since I raised the disconnection request. I am being mental tortured with constant payment reminders (multiple SMS come in a day as well as call and emails) On other hand their customer care is not reachable even on toll-free no as well as e-mail.                           My Tikona Account UID: is [protected]. I had requested for disconnection on the 11th of August, 2015. I have not been able to log in since 7th of August, 2015. Tikona Customer care had called and said that they will resolve the issue but nobody has made any effort beyond talking over the phone. I have had no visit from the technical team, no engineer has visited me and I have repeatedly told the customer care personnel to disconnect my line whenever I was called over phone. Inspite of this there has been persistent demands for varying amounts over phone. SMS and email. I would like you to look into the matter please. Thanks Tanmay Das

                          My Tikona Account UID: is [protected]. I had requested for disconnection on the 6th September, 2015. I have not log- in since 6th of Sept, 2015. Tikona Customer care had called for confirmation and i confirmed that due to relocation i am not going to use this service above all it was hardly used because of poor service. Ever since i had been getting confirmation call again and again which i repeatedly and patiently told to disconnect. This is totally insane that each time they say that they will disconnect but again i get the same call and again the whole episode is repeated! Above all i am being asked each time if i want to give the connection to any known person/friend/relative! In-spite of this there has been persistent demands for varying amounts over phone.                             We are using tikona broad band.Our plan is of 4 MBPS up to 9GB worth of 1700 rs per month.but from last month we are not getting proper browser as well as downloading speed. But From last week it is too bad. We are getting near about 50 kbps.we rasistard complaint 4 times in last week but nathing work.

                                I had request to close my Tikona broadband on 3rd Oct. I was told that request will be processed but it never happened so far. I am constantly getting SMS/Call/Email for payment reminder and bill keeps on increasing in spite of me not using it at all since I raised the disconnection request. I am being mental tortured with constant payment reminders (multiple SMS come in a day as well as call and emails). My disconnection request is 1-[protected] and a/c id is [protected]. I paid in advance for two months and due worst service, had to request to disconnect the request within 2 months time. Considering this, there is no payment due from my side and should be getting a refund for few days left (started service on 8th Aug 2015). With pathetic service and support, I am not looking for any refund but want this a/c closed and stop this payment reminder harassment. Please help!!

                                  I am a customer of Tikona since last 3 years . ID -[protected]. Because of good services in the past I am still using your service but 5 days back my internet stopped working . I called up your technical support team who told me that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours and if not then they'll send an engineer to resolve the issue . I got an SMS saying that we have planned an enginner visit and the details of the engineer will be sent soon . 2 days past and no SMS was received neither did the engineer show up . On calling again I took the number of the engineer who on calling said that he was on off and will visit the next day at 11 . Since then he never answered my call . After that I called up your team again 10 times and the issue hasn't been resolved . The name of the engineer is Nikhil gaikwad and his contact number is [protected] . Please look into the matter and get my issue solved or disconnect my service . This is also an official complaint against the engineer mentioned above and against your technical team . Thank you .                                     I have alerady informed to customer call executive for suspension of my tikona account [protected] on[protected].

                                    For the same Tikona executive Mr. Jayesh visited my location for disconnecting on[protected], hence there after no use made in this account.

                                    then also i receive many calls and emails for the same and every time I had replied that I have no connection to use and why should I pay without using anything.

                                    Now the I receive calls for advocates and other mannerless persons giving me legal and other types of threat for unused account and constantly asking for money.


                                    I was not happy for Tikona connection then also I had paid all bills till[protected], now after removing connection this such activities are not good,

                                    This is mental harressment to me and my family members. Once we are not using any services from your company why we pay?

                                    You can check our usage after August month they why this all harassments?


                                    Please stop such thing, we do not expect such mannerless from a brand like Tikona, hence we will use or suggest anyone to be part of you in either way.

                                      I write several emails in regard to my complaint to below ID’s [protected]@tikona.in, j.[protected]@tikona.in, [protected]@tikonacare.in Whenever I write any complaint mail to the J. Nair or there customer care id, in return I get a reply that the issue has been soughed out, but the issue still persists. Every time I call to the customer care they assure me that refund process is going on will update you soon and started generating monthly bills against the connection without providing any service to me. I am in high depression due to this issue as I am facing below issues on daily bases faced a lot of mental sickness & harassment with the behavior & ignores from company authorized spokes I enrolled for online course and because of the services I never attended any single class of mine from entire course duration because NO SERVICE. Which results no increment in my existing company and complete loss of my online study course. I never used the company services even a single day, but still company is generating bills against me. I lost a Big amount of Time & my rest time just in following up my requests & complaints.                                         I've been registering complaints for poor internet services and finally decided to close the close the internet service on 16th Nov 2015. This was informed to the company by mail as well as by phone to customer care. I was told that it will take 30 days to close the account and a waiver for what I've not used. On 1/12/2015, I received a new bill from Tikona for the period of 26/11/2015 to 25/12/2015, I don't understand when I requested for the closing of account, then why did I receive this bill.                                         Hi,

                                        I've received a call on 2nd Jan 2016 from your team, and they are asking me to make a payment for Oct 2015 month i.e. from 26th Oct 15 to 25th Nov 15, as waiver can only be given if continue with the service, else I will have to make the complete payment. Please note that I've given my cancellation request on 16th Nov 15 and most of the time your services was not working. So please provide me the bill for the MB's I've used in this period.
                                        Also, the TAT for disconnection was of 1 month which is also over and I've not received any person to collect the devices and no Full & Final amount has been received yet. Instead I'm receiving mails and calls to make payment of 1815.

                                        I will be shifting from my current location from Feb 2016. Please ensure that the disconnection process is over in Jan 2016 itself else, I will not be responsible for device handover failure.
