Hi,
I raised 2 IVR requests (1-[protected] & 1-[protected]) and 9 emails since 5th Sept, 2016. To stop my tikona connection. which I taken on 19th June, 2016. I advance paid for 3 months. I used 5-6 GB data in my last month (Sept) because of technical issue which tikona didn't resolved. Despite of it they generated bill of 585.25 on 17th Sept, 2016. which got modified to 1662.75 on 10th Oct, 2016 when I didn't paid. I don't get the logic behind it.
Customer care are pathetic, they don't even take my request of disconnection previously. Now they are forcing me to pay bill which I didn't even use it. And forcing me to continue with tikona.
When I was facing technical problem they didn't respond me. Now they are calling me repeatedly and harassing me.
They keep saying because bill is generated so you have to pay the bill which I didn't use. I didn't even use last 15 days of my already paid month (Sept 2016). So you have to refund me my 15 days of rental, which I already paid you in advance.
Till date I am getting calls & emails regarding paying the bill. They are say till you pay your bill we didn't disconnect your tikona connection. Why I have to pay a bill which I didn't use.

    I have already discontinue tikona services from sept 2016, yet i received msg of overdue amt 552, after that received call from delhi court forcing me to pay 900/- urjently within 15 min otherwise all my cards like PAN cards etc. Will be blocked.

    I urged to customer care, none of them were helpful for the information, one of the executive says you were not need to pay any amount.

    Tikona really a fraud comany, working to loot people, very bad customer service.

      My user ID is [protected], I took the Internet connection on 6/11/2016, and my headache started.
      Tikona is the worst service provider in mumbai. I am taking hathway service which is costly but have good network connection.
      The Internet connection was there only for few hours. Then, for next one week I had to see same error, "UNIDENTIFIED NETWORK".

      The engineer came on 13/11/2016 and it was resolved by shifting the machine of terrace. It was working fine. But, after some days it started showing same error.
      I called customer care many times (I do not have logs) but in vain.
      Finally, I got frustrated in January, when I didn't find connection for two weeks after 10/01/2017
      They called me and said you will get your connection in couple of days and I do not need to involve. I told them that I will discontinue the service if you didn't resolve it as you said. They agreed.
      Finally, I am happy that I discontinued it after one month of no connection.

      Also, when I visited today to bhandup office, I came to know that it was my mistake due to which the problem was not got resolved.

      It is always convenient to put your mistakes on others. It seems tikona did not have skilled engineers to solve the problem.
      I request higher management to kindly look into my data usage logs and analyse why I was not able to use 3 months service properly and improve your system

        Really worst service, they took money for three month at a time 2700 and gave worst connection, the connection is really slow.so i stopped the plan after three months as i paid at a time i have to bear this for 3 months.after that i called cus care to stop the plan they tried to convince me a lot still i asked them to stop the plan.and after I stopped the plan also they are keep on sending sms to pay bills. pissed off. please don't take this worst tikona service and please let me know how can I stop getting sms.

          Tikona's internet was fluctuating very bad which is why i wanted to disconnect the service. I called up their custom care. They were just not ready to disconnect. It seems they are trained to not to take disconnect request. For half an hour I had to convince him which should had been a 2 minutes job.

          Guess what after sometime, I'm asked to pay a bill for the service that I have not even used. I already asked them to disconnect and I was using a different ISP.

          So many calls and sms of follow ups they did for a service that I haven't even used it, it was such harassment. We called customer care they said it will stop. It never did.

          After that I get an email that they will sue me and sure enough after few days some guy claimed to be advocate says I have to pay. The connection was in my mom's name and she was the one who received call from the advocate, she got scared. Just so to make her relax and get out of all this fuss, I paid. Before paying I had a chat with Advocate and he said he would revert back the money within 2-3 days since I have not used the service.

          Well, a company who takes money like this (in a fraud way) would revert back the cash. How could I believe in that? I ask myself.

          May be you don't understand or may be you don't want to. I don't know.

          The last payment that I made was for the package that I did not use. I just made it because I didn't had time to deal with it back then. Check the usage and get back to me. They payment that I made did it even have 1 mb o[censored]sage? Can you prove it? I sent the disconnect request 3 or 4 months prior I mad the payment then your lawyer / recovery agent started harassing which is why I made payment even though we didn't use the internet at all. I want the refund for the amount that forcefully you collected from me.

I also complaint in customer care but no body take my completely seriously and I also call many times in customer care number but they not attending my call.               Hi (Cid-[protected]) have asked to shift service of tikona to my new home within pune on 24th july'16 but till date they have not shifted till date : (. So after a month i have asked customer care to deactivate the account but it was all in vein. After tons of reminders no action was taken to deactivate the account and full and final settlement.

              Yesterday i got call from lady name chavan threatening to pay the amount of rs.2000 other wise they will file a complain. The service which i have not even used after july 2016.

              Not sure what is my mistake and kind of service they provide.

              Will never recommend to anyone.

              Will update this fraud of tikona on social media, so that people could avoid inconvenience and fraud they do.

              Need Clarification on below Points

              1. If customer have asked to shift the Tikona ([protected]) from my old place to new one why haven't this was completed till in 4 months, as request was made on 24th July 2016. And after 4 month we have asked for disconnection as there was no response from your side on shifting and there was no option left, Please explain ?

              2. And if there is request of shifting Tikona in July 2016 (Bill for July month was already paid), why you have charged after July 2016 the service which was not even used a single bytes?

              3.Why you have worst customer service i have come across till date, No client value no respect no ethics ?

                This is utterly disgusting from tikona. I had been using your services for more than a year and had even referred my friend to join your service. But last year the services were very bad and even after complaing about services several times you could not solve the network issues. I requested for disconnection and termination of account in April 2016 before new plan was to start.Even after making several calls to disconnect the service and requesting you to collect the modem you didn't do the needful. You charged me for the month of may and june and additional fines when i didnt use your internet and already requested for disconnection. Now after 8 months you are sending notice and harrasing me by advocate that you will file a legal suit against me to pay bills for which i have not used your internet. This is really pathetic from your side and harassing us students during exam time. Will write to pmo about this issue. Solve the issue or i will have take the matter further.

                I have submitted your modem, wire and all other devices. Refund my security deposit amount. Send me a mail of my usage details for the month of May and June for which you are claiming the amount. I have not used the internet during this period after informing your customer care executive for disconnection.

                Send me a mail and write here that you have received the modem. I want a refund of my security deposit . Why 2 amounts, your advocate notice says 1823 and you are saying 1922. Why should i pay when i had already requested for disconnection. Send me the usage details for that period.

                  The access was always limited. We had requested to disconnect the service and made a payment in advance so that they can initiate the process but instead they kept telling that they would provide us with a better service, still the service was pathetic. Finally we decided to discontinue with the service and asked them to disconnect it. Even after requesting times and again they did not disconnect the service and kept calling us every month for the bill payment. I paid in advance so that they can disconnect it but they kept sending bills to me. Now they are giving me call that they have filled case against us that we have not made the payment. They are disturbing and harassing me to pay the amount or else they would file a case against me. I had no option but to pay the amount. They make money illegally. People beg them to discontinue the connection but they keep sending them bills and threaten them saying that pay the bills or get ready to face us in the court.

                      My connection got installed on 1st feb.
                      Installation was done properly but i didn't got any internet connectivity. I have called customer care for about 10 times but they keep ignoring me by saying that problem will be resolved in next 24-48 hours.
                      It has been 8 days and i haven't got my money back. (1700= 1200 (Internet plan)+ 500 (Installation fee).

                      The Tikona guy that sold me the plan said it was an unlimited plan, moreover on the brochure the plan was said to be unlimited without any fup, the senior technical person that visited us told us tikona sells no unlimited plan whatsoever and the sales guy probably lied to us.
                      This is a case of spamming & misguided information, if i don't get my money back in back in 7 days, I will proceed to take legal action.

                      After several calls from tikona they won't agree that they can't provide services at my home and now refuse to refund money stating only after an enginner confis the same only in that case they will refund money which they have done twice already but still no further action. Their service person on call keeps saying someone from billing will call you and confirm but thay hasn't happened till now, if they don't take any action we will be forced to file an FIR.

                        I have requested for disconnection of my tikona connection [protected] on January 25, 2017. Since then I have been receiving numerous calls from your customer service executives, trying to sell me different plans and options to continue on Tikona. I have always replied that I do not want to continue and want the connection to be disconnected immediately.

                        I have also told your executives that I am living on rent and will be vacating the premise after February 20, 2017 and requested them to get the outdoor device installed collected before February 20, 2017. After February 20, 2017, I will not be liable (legal or otherwise) for any loss or damage of device.

                        However till now the connection is not disconnected and the device is still not collected from my premise.

                        You are once again requested to kindly get the connection disconnected and device collected at the earliest.

                          As per conversation with Mr. Ravi (Head of Department as per him) I have to pay 1500 without any using internet services, as per him they are charging termination penalty. i have heard first time there is also termination penalty (lol). because i have not sent email to submit tikona modem.

                          I don't know tikona is fool or what, how i would know after sending 10 email to deactivate my account and then i have to send email for submit modem also.

                          Once you guys deactivate my account you should come and collect your modem and all. don't blame on customer your cheater.

                          As per Ravi blunt behavior he will sent me legal notice and all. see thats kind of customer support people you have hired. his word like "tujhe bill bharna hi padega nahi legal notice bhejunga"

                          Hi, UserID: 1117568010 The Company Tikona giving me call every time from delhi saying they are filling legal complain and harassing me without any reason. After writing on consumer complaints they called and said they will come and collect the device but no one is came my home to collect the device instead of that they are charging penalty 1500 Rs. without any fault of me. I have not seen any company like Tikona they are worse making harass every time by giving call. so far i have paid hard earn money Rs. 1500 once again for settlement as per conversation with Ms Kajal(Mobile no: 8826693291) (Advocate Delhi) on 13 Jan 2018 payment ID is 1-5042352775 and Transaction ID: 1117568010TPC130118170038 After making payment Kajal said she will Provide NOC within 15 Min but still following with her but didnt get any NOC Please now don't give me any call and forgive me to subscribe Tikona Service.

                          I have received call from Tikona After Complaint in Consumer and they have said they will send person to collect moden and they have booked appointment as well but no one has came to collect the Modem. and Tikona customer said they will off the penalty also.

                          information above mention totally wrong, all mistakes done from tikona so why should customer pay the penality.

                          Kindly Help to resolve this matter.

                            After registering complaint on Consumer Complaints Tikona Digital Network have disconnected my Internet Service and as per their instruction I have returned all the devices to the Tikona Executive on 4th February 2017 which is provided by Tikona during installation. But I have not received the refund yet. I have paid advance rental for 6 months i.e Rs.6203/-. I have used the Internet connection for 20 days only.

                              I have joined it as Customer engineer on 24th October 2016. Then they have provided training for 5 days from 24th October - 28th October 2016.

                              They have given internship letter that shows duration of internship from 24 Oct-24 November for that they will pay 10, 000.

                              Once internship completed they will pay 18000/per month.

                              Then from 3rd November have started working as stated by them on field.
                              Worked so hard also spent my money for their job. But One month completed and they have not paid the money of internship of 10000.

                              When we have asked for salary they have said that it will take time to give salary. I have think It's ok they will pay me. But they are cheaters they have taken so hard work from me for 51 days but not paid a single rupees for that.

                              Then I have mailed and called their HR of tikona but all went in vain they are not replying now.

                              So what to do to get my hard earning salary from this no. 1 cheater company.

                                First e-mail I got in 2nd month and that date is on - 19/05/16

                                I got one shocking email that 3234.37 is due on 22nd May 2016., it doesn't make any sense that you have already paid 3000 and after that, you are getting emails stating you have to pay again.

                                Details of your Tikona WI-Bro Service Account are - BAN –[protected].

                                Again on 27/05/16 another mail due payment for - 3234.37

                                3rd e-mail I got on 08/06/16 bill is overdue for - 2375.62

                                04th email I got on 16/06/16 bill is overdue - 2375.62

                                22/06/16 suspension alert I got it means services disconnected forcibly it should be completely disconnected.

                                on 10/08/16 I am getting email that bill over due 4371.67 as I already called and informed them in the month of may & June that I have paid 3000 and i am not getting services more than 3 weeks I did follow up but no resolution given. so i asked them to disconnect and give my money back after that they stopped responding and that technician had the password and he is not at all picking my call. I got cheated with tikona service provider and now these guys are harassing me to pay 4972/- or they will file legal against me with no reason its open cheating. My request you to please ban this Tikona services these guys are blackmailers.

                                These guys are telling me I have used data I strongly disagree.

                                I want my money back as I have not used their poor services
                                They have given my details to some other customer might be that technician used that data and every month I am getting emails to pay.

                                I am not cheaters like these guys it is my hard earned money.

                                I am filing legal against these cheaters.

                                Further, i have not used even-even 2 months of your services and it is pre paid i have paid 3000 you guys are forgetting its my duty to remind you again and again.

                                Stop harassing me by sending messages or call. Very shameful act from tickona i never expected that. I lost my hard earned money If you guys really customer centric at least refund my money. Don't expect anything from me.

                                All agents are very rude on calls and earlier whenever i called they disconnected the call, i paid my money that's why i got such a bad experience.

                                  very unfortunate incident for tikona and me both, i was using tikona for long time no issues with service, everything going fine for 2 years, then one day im not able to connect or system logs me out due to known technical issue - my modem connects to multiple access points and service is not stable - open support ticket with customer care still issue is not resolved, requested termination of service, still tikona keep on sending bill, reminded them to stop

                                    I was Tikona user since years. Then changed my address.
                                    Got very poor connection & no complain resolution. Requested representatives to disconnect my plan. A call came and gave me 5 days free, i used the service and now Tikona is asking me to pay for that 5 days usage. And if not paid telling me to ruin my CIBIL score. I was not liable to pay as it was free five days. I wasn't expecting this behaviour from Tikona to its customer. Disgusting.

                                    Hello Sir, I havewritten this mail in regards to the payment of my Login Id [protected]. Butbefore going to the payment part, I would like you to go through the details
                                    I had shifted my Plan from one address to another i.e. MyOfficeAfter Shift, I was having problems with your service i.e.Most of the times I was unable to connect to internet.
                                    I registered many complains, but the solution provided wasnot permanent.
                                    They (Your Technical Team) Suggested me to relocate myReceiver (the device which receives signals from air) from my terrace to the terrace of a thirdparty which was around 30-50 meters away from my terrace. You can also confirm this by asking the Area Head.

                                    Due to some problem once the Receiver was misplaced and Ifaced much difficulty. When I called your customer support, the company wastaking no responsibility what so ever, they advised me to do FIR and submit thecopy, but I wasn’t provided any bills of that Receiver so I wasn’t capable ofcomplaining any FIR.
                                    After some days while searching we got the Receiver and theninstalled it again and due to some issues, same problem of internet started. SoI was very disappointed by your service and decided not to renew my plan again
                                    Your Company representatives called me often and I refusedtheir proposal of renewing the service
                                    On date[protected] I called the customer care and cancelledrenewal of my service. After 3 days I got confirmation message from your side.
                                    On[protected] one of your representatives called me and asked“sir, why are you not using our service for some days”, I said because I havedisconnected my service and explained her whole scenario. Later she requestedme to use the service for 5 days and that too for free as I wasusing Tikona’s service for past some years.I told her I won’t use the service for these days, and shewas requesting so badly so I told her that I would try the service for 5 days.
                                    After that, I used the service from date[protected] to[protected] and now Tikona is giving me a bill of 1042.88for using the internet for 5 days free usage.
                                    I am so disappointed by this behavior of the company, andalso they are calling me twice or thrice for a day. And warning me to pay thebill else they will send people at my home to collect money or legal actionwill be taken.
                                    I would have paid the bill if I would have used the servicewithout any such offer but I Won’t payany amount to the service I m not liable to pay.
                                    So being a past customer of the company I would like torequest the company to have a look on all the issues and details provided aboveand take necessary action on the people who called me and gave me this offer. And would like to request you to stop calling me everyday and harassing me."

                                      On 25th Jan 2017, I raised a request (1-[protected]) to update my from next bill cycle i.e., from 26th Jan 2017. They changed my plan but after that also they are charging me based on old plan i.e., Rs. 1207.50. As per my updated plan, my billing amount should be Rs. 632.50. When I called him they are saying to pay me a bill of Rs. 707.50 and saying that rest amount will be adjusted in next billing cycle.

                                      When I asked them to provide me the updated bill then they are saying that we cannot provide now (Request Id: 1-[protected]). It will be available by next month only.

                                      Please take appropriate legal action against them.

                                        Unfortunately, I was a customer of Tikona,
                                        Customer ID :- [protected].

                                        I had terminate of the my internet Connection 2 months ago by verbal & writing ( reference mail dated 10 December 2016 to [protected]@tikona.in )

                                        I did many follow ups with Tikona customer care but I haven't received satisfactory & have mailed for disconnection, but they are not disconnecting it and keep on sending a new bill every months.

                                        Lot of time I called them numerous times and requested to cancel the connection but in vain as they did not pay any heed to my request.
                                        last 2 week's, somebody called from Tikona billing department, said that pay your balance amount otherwise we will come in your home and forced.
                                        It is a fraud company. It should be banned. And please help me.
