My user ID is [protected], I took the Internet connection on 6/11/2016, and my headache started.
Tikona is the worst service provider in mumbai. I am taking hathway service which is costly but have good network connection.
The Internet connection was there only for few hours. Then, for next one week I had to see same error, "UNIDENTIFIED NETWORK".
The engineer came on 13/11/2016 and it was resolved by shifting the machine of terrace. It was working fine. But, after some days it started showing same error.
I called customer care many times (I do not have logs) but in vain.
Finally, I got frustrated in January, when I didn't find connection for two weeks after 10/01/2017
They called me and said you will get your connection in couple of days and I do not need to involve. I told them that I will discontinue the service if you didn't resolve it as you said. They agreed.
Finally, I am happy that I discontinued it after one month of no connection.

Updated by balwant tiwari Also, when I visited today to bhandup office, I came to know that it was my mistake due to which the problem was not got resolved.

Updated by balwant tiwari It is always convenient to put your mistakes on others. It seems tikona did not have skilled engineers to solve the problem.
I request higher management to kindly look into my data usage logs and analyse why I was not able to use 3 months service properly and improve your system

With regards to your concern, please note that your account termination request is in progress and disconnection team will get back to you on the same.
Post termination the devices will be recovered from your premises and Full & Final Settlement mail will be sent to you on your registered email id.
