Unethical business practices

The quality of installation was very poor, causing ingress of mosquitos, a serious health issue,

Company has a policy of asking waiver for non usability period which has to be asked after billing has been generated. due date of bill was about to over when I got called from tikona accepting waiver of 50% bill and suggested me to go for prepaid plans and asked me to deposit 1175 rs. Tikona not disconnecting my service after requesting for so many times with number of tickets raised

I had requested tikona to disconnect my internet connection (User id: [protected]) over mail to tikona on 7th feb on the following mail id :[protected]@tikona.in and also by calling so many times.

I have taken tikona subscription from 16th Feb 2017 and facing the network outage since last one week. I have filed around 2-3 complaints (latest 1-[protected]) on your IVR and also spoken to few of your tech guys ( varun kamble, pallavi, itshad etc etc) but havent got any positive response or resolution.
