After that sending regular SMS of fake bills when I asked to disconnect.
Also really bad person collecting money from home in my absence.
Really chor company.
I want my amount back..

    I have discontinued Tikona connection two months back. They have agreed to disconnect and stopped the monthly rental. But they are not deactivated the account and keep on sending bills with random amount. I have removed the tikona device (as they are not get back their device) and router as soon as the account got disconnected then in what basis they are charging. Also the customer care keep on calling me and ask why did you disconnect the account. I am not sure how many times I have to repeat the same answer. Also why my account is still in active even I am not using that.

    You didn't response to my questions. My question was clear.

    1. I have removed all the devices which means I am not using the service for two months then on what basis you are sending bills for last two months.

    2. I clearly told that I don't want the connection. Then what's the reason behind to have my account still in active. Please deactivate the account.

    I am clearly saying here that I will not pay any bills hereafter. So better you deactivate my account.

    Hope you understand my question better.

      We would like to inform you that I have spoke to your call center on 5th Dec 2016 to terminate my connection, I have spoken to Mr Amar .

      This was sufficient time to intimate Tikona for discontinuing services before my half yearly Plan renewal from 15th Dec 2016 .similarly I have paid for this service till 14th Dec 2016 Mid night .

      From 5th Dec 2016 onwards I was daily getting call from your side for continuing the connection and I have also spoke to Mr Faizan for reminding closing of Services .

      Meanwhile I got call from Miss Kiran to know the reason and request to keep the connection .On accepting my request she has suggested to drop mail to customer care for stopping this services on 14th Dec 2016, so I did it .

      Now today ( 28th Dec 2016 ) I got auto reminder call for a payment of Rs 542 (appx )from Tikona, on calling Tikona Customer Care I spoke to Mr Maru He said that Bill was Automatically Generated by system and this is the service tax which you to pay, he failed to explain me for my Liability towards a SERVICE which I am not using or will use .How one can charge advance Service Tax.?

      Similarly Various services and Financial Institutes In India Generate alerts in the Form of SMS or Mail or Auto Calls for an Existing customer to remind him for Payment on Due Dates, Renewals or EMIs and Its Customer Sole Authority to accept it or not as per the Services being Provided .In our case also I have intimated well in time to not to extend my services further more, Your system has all records of our communications.

      As I had very long association with Tikona and moving to a new place hope to have our relations as good as we had .Please wave of this amount and confirm .

      Not Providing Support for existing customers on Toll free No.[protected] and also Tikona Toll Free No:[protected] is heavily chargeable.

      I contacted the Toll free no.[protected] and the support person denied the support and disconnected the call on yesterday 17:59.

      This is like looting the customer with out any support...

        They are the biggest liars I have came across my entire life. They charged for the internet which I havent used.
        17 August- 17 November : I have paid them 1380Rs
        17 November-6 december : I paid them 250Rs

        Then 6th december-6th jan : they told me that I'll be getting a waever of 30 days.
        And I stopped using the services from 7th janurary. They generated a bill of 650rs and they are saying that i have to pay it.
        Firstly right from the beginning i have complained about the internet connection thousands of times and they used to send an engineer after 2 days and that guy used to come to my place and he used to waste my 3 hours and after 3rd hours also he could'nt provide me a concrete solution.
        I have faced a lot of problems with this internet connection and when i asked for disconnection they told me that i'll be getting waever of 30 days from them and then later on they said that i'll have to pay that waever amount.

        In total I have given them 1630Rs in which i don't think that i have used their internet more than of 500rs. I have cut the broadband wire and i am not going to pay any monrey to them and instead i want compensation of the money which i've given them extra. My internet was switched off between 8 november- 24 november just beacuse of the lies they told me and they charged me for that also.
        They told me about the waver and then they asked me to pay for it and then fined me for giving late.

        This is a fraud company running and they need to be extracted from the market.

          The internet service is very poor. My user id is [protected]. I called the customer care but was surprised to know that there is no option of speaking to customer care executive or lodging a complaint. I wrote mail to customer care. I got response that the problem will be solved and the next day that the problem is solved. But it is still there. The net works for 10 minutes and then it gets disconnected for 15 minutes.

            I was having 3month prepaid plan which means paid amount for 3 months before the services but this middle of the period I did not get any net connection from Tikona so I informed Tikona customer care they sent one guy to check the issue.

            He came to my home and checked the issue and explained me one new building disturb signals from the tower so we can not provide services further and you can get refund amount from Tikona for balancing mouths. I called Tikona customer care and explained this issue and asked them to stop the invalid services and refund the money they replied they take steps for your request. But I did not get any response from Tikona.

            After some months they were calling me and asked to pay for new bill(for no services periods) again and again I explained the them the problem to Tikona. In this situation, An Advocate spoke to me on 10 Jan 2017 and informed he is calling form Delhi high court and pay the pending amount 3000rs by the day itself or he will forward my case to the Delhi high court and take police action. He used [protected] this mobile no. It is100% Threatening with out any legal notice or information. I don't know how he derived the amount RS.553. I asked him to provide 7 days that i want to speak with Tikona about my issue but he denied my request and Threaten me to pay the amount on that day itself.

            Please let Tikona answers my question below Why I should pay RS.553 for non services ? Why Tikona;s Advocate Threatening me with out any legal notice and forcing me to pay the amount on that day itself ? When I get my remaining amount what i paid for non services periods by Tikona ?

              I have used tikona service till may first week in Varanasi for which they disconnected the service and replied on my email on 24th that all the current balance is clear and i don't have to pay them now in written on email from tikona email.
              After 3 months i get the mail in which bill of 1725 was attach, and i don't know why they are charging me as i have even removed there stupid device .
              The amount of 1725 was for RETSIP (From 26- Sep-2016 to 25-Sep-2017 ).
              Now how can someone can understand what is RETSIP ? I completely ignored them, and after few months a tikona repesentative came to collect there device and we gave them the device for which i have a written slip by tikona representative that he has received the device . Today again after 2 months i got a unsolicited call in which the lady was shouting, yelling, arguing and disconnecting the call that they are sending me notice and i have 2 hrs time to do dont know what .

                I, took the connection of Tikona for its Broadband services at Varanasi, at Ganesh Dham Colony in Uttar Pradesh on 4th June 2016 for which I paid Rs 1900 as a 3 months subscription amount against my user id-[protected] to a person named Sunny Singh for which he did not gave me any Bill at that very point of time but noted down my email address i.e.[protected]@gmail.com incorrectly as a result of which I did not receive my bill for which I had made the payment(i.e.Rs.1816 as mentioned earlier. But I received SMS alert at my registered mobile no against the payment made to Mr. Sunny Singh. Later I corrected my email id but did not get the bill. I used the connection only till 3rd July 2016 since I moved back to my present address in Kolkata West Bengal. So, then I gave a request for closing my service at the Tikona Customer care, they told me that they will transfer my connection to my new address in Kolkata since already 3 month subscription is paid towards them. I was asked to take the cable wires which were provided by Tikona for my connection purpose along with me to my Kolkata address where the tikona guys from Kolkata will come for the re-installation purpose. No device or modem was assigned solely for me to use which they later demanded to return. After, I wrote several times to Tikona for reinstallation in my Kolkata home after I reached Kolkata on 3rd July, a guy from Tikona came to my present address in Kolkata to check whether installation can be done in my new address or not after visiting my home, he said that connection will not be possible here due to connectivity issues. Hence, I wrote several email to Tikona customer care to close my account along with taking back the cable wires from my present address which was given to them and refund me my 2 moths subscription amount since I used the service only for 1 month. But I received no reply from their end. After some days in September, I received 3-4 emails from Tikona to return the modem/device to which I replied that I am not in possession of any such device or modem, since another connection was drawn and utilised by family members living in that building.But I never got any reply from them. Then in November I received an email from Tikona with a final bill mentioning amount due Rs.1043 to which I replied that I should be refunded 2 months subscription totaling to Rs 1200/- instead they are asking me to pay Rs, 1043 as a modem/device cost which I had mentioned to them several times that it is obviously not with me. But I got no reply from their end to settle or address this issue seriously which has been long pending. After this on 2nd January I started to receive threat call from Tikona from 3 mobile nos. [protected], [protected] and [protected] threatening abusing me with dire consequences if I do not make the payment of Rs. 1043.I reported the incident to Tikona Appellate Authority against a docket no. 1-[protected]. Henceforth, settle the issue at the earliest so that Tikona pays me my due refund and also strict action should be taken against Tikona for verbally abusing me and harassing me like this over the phone by employing agents as a ploy to siphon the money from me unjustifiedly.

                I think one who has replied does not understand English at all & should take proper education so as to understand what is meant when written in English apart from other reasons such as to become a honest person & stop misdeeds & rectifying it before replying to any customer's grievances. What money of Rs.943/- you are asking from my end???I am supposed to get a refund of 1200 as a subscription for 2 months since I had utilized the services only for 1 month & paid Rs.1900 as a subscription charge for 3 month.Now you are asking me to pay Rs. 943/-!!!What a business strategy dude!!!If you think you are going to get away like this by harassing, threatening people over the phone to pay unjustified amounts by hiring goons & recovery agents, then you are very much wrong.Mend your ways of doing business & really try to be a better human being.

                Even i am from Varanasi and i got the call from some lady mobile number[protected] asking to pay due amount. I have stopped using there service from more then 6 months now. The lady was bad spoken and completely arguing with me without any clarifications and listening to me and said she will sent me the legal notice for which i have to appear in delhi court. Will have to matter seriously and have to visit there local office in Sigra near hotel padmini international, all the staff over there are rude and don' t receive and reply to any calls.

                In last 9 months they gave me 3 new connections instead of transferring the service and took 500 each time. Both first and third connection did not work properly from Day 6.I gave cancellation request for third connection since it did not work from day 6, but keep harassing my wife continuously and asking us to pay the bill when I already paid excess money on all the connections. In the last connection I have paid 1300, but I have not used it even for 10 days.

                The first connection also I had hell lot of issues. Please let me know if I can file a harassment case in PS since they torture me and my wife by calling continuously.

                I had and have issues with all these three accs.

                They keep calling my wife number atleast thrice a day even after asking u guys to cancel the connection before 19 Days. I am filing a harassment case against Tikona in local PS.

                    Since last 2 years we were taking tikona service and we had never missed on our payments . For their service we need to call them thousand a times to get it on place but still they never come up with a resolution.
                    And the way the collection department people speak is very harsh and rude because of which we have discontinue our service with them...

                      I am prasanth vinjamuri, customer for your internet service with the account id [protected] since jan or feb 2015 (Cannot recall the date of installation). We were very satisfied with the service initially and used to pay the bills on time. From the month of november 2015 onward the quality of internet connection deteriorated. We raised many complaints through your customer support call centre in this regard and was resolved in january 2016. Then the connection was working well till february 2016 and the quality of the service became worst. We raised around 20 complaints through the call centre and the your customer support team were telling that the issue will be resolved within 3 days. This went on till april-may 2016 and one fine day they declared that our connection is not feasible and said that they cannot provide the service.

                      As we dont have any proper alternative isp in our locality we your team to keep the account on hold and activate it whenever the issue is resolved. But there was a bill of rs 2043/- pending on our account which was supposed to be waived off due to unavailability of proper internet service. We requested same many times and asked to process same. But same kept pending and we started receiving calls for settlement of same. After explaining our issues your company representative from settlements section understood our problem and asked us whether we are ready to continue with tikona if they are providing proper services. We informed that if we are getting proper services we are ready to continue with tikona. Your settlement team assured that there will not be any issue with the signal quality and the technical issues were resolved.

                      The offered a settlement of rs 2043 against old balance for which they will be giving us two month waiver for the internet service compensating our loss. We accepted same and the paid the amount. Our user id was activated but the internet service was started only after 15th october 2016 due to the technical issues. You were service was working better compared to earlier but we have not yer received the waiver yet.

                      Due to this my account is also in suspended phase. We request you to provide the service properly settling the two months waiver or return our amount immediately. Else i will not have any option other than approaching consumer court.

                        I stopped using WiFi of Tikona . after a few months they started charging money though I wasn't using any services . They have taken their devices but still are charging without any satisfactory reason .

                        [protected] was the date when I submitted the request for disconnection . They charged me Rs.1784 and again are asking for Rs. 509
                        On the other side I didn't used their services so they are charging money without any satisfactory reason .
                        Please look into the matter .

                          My customer ID is[protected]. From the day one I never got continuous connection of tikona. Initially in a day I have to restart network twice/thrice but now after every 10-15 mins I have to restart it. Still it's not working.. Mobile network working better than tikona. Registered complaint, their representative came but nothing happens. It's still working as usual. Every month I am paying near about 1300 RS but it's not worthy.
                          Also online payment option is not working on their portal & every month I have to make cash payment. In last month they asked me to do Paytm since online payment was not working.

                            I have replaced the old MTNL connection hence Tikona promised me to give the broadband service without disconnection. But I faced lot of problems in connectivity, after several complaints also they did nothing. As per my knowledge we have used the service till 30th Aug 2016 ( till this date we have already paid the amount in advance of Rs:1500) since we shifted our residence, I have sent the email to shift the connectivity but they have did nothing. I received the auto reply from Tikona that this is not register email address. So we took decision not to use this Tikona broadband service. But still they are billing us the amount for what I don’t know.

                            Today on 6th Jan 2017 at 15:13, Adv. Monica Sharma, Chamber number 107, called from mobile number [protected], told to pay dues of Tikona Rs:1535 (which I have not used) by today 16:00 pm else she will file the complaint in consumer court Delhi. She also told me to pay this amount by 4 pm today and get the NOC from her, otherwise she will file the case in consumer court Delhi. She said pay this amount online else to fight the case you have to go to Delhi every time for case hearing also you have to pay penalty of 1 lakh.

                            She even not bothered to understand my side though she is advocate. As per my understanding I think she is not an advocate but she is from recovery team of Tikona.

                            In the site of Tikona they mentioned the Vision, Mission and Values which they are not following this I am saying on the basis of few people I came across from Tikona.

                            Mahesh, the exact same thing happen to me today in the morning from the number[protected], i think she is a fraud and calling customers to make the payment for the services which we have not used. she told me to clear the bills till till 1 PM otherwise i have be present in delhi court . She was completely not listening and shouting on the phone. I wont think a educated lawyer talks like that, she must be from tikona department . My connection was in Varanasi, where does was yours ? If you are from varanasi we can catch up these fraud people at there sigra office which they have .

                                  I brought tikona connection for my office (ID-[protected]), since 1st day it did't work, I complaint so many times to the customer care and then after some time their customer care no. was not contactable just you can register the complaint to IVR system.
                                  I have requested so many times to deactivate the connection, their representative calls every time and convince and says they will send sr. technician to report the error and you will not charged by the time issue will not get resolved.
                                  I also send the request to their CEO on mail but no response.
                                  Finally I have disconnected the services and they have sent me a final bill and says that, consumption was showing in your account.
                                  I am agree with this consumption was showing but what is the use of such consumption which is not working continuous for atleast 30 minutes, every time we had to rework in another connection.
                                  And now send me the legal notice and calling me every day.
                                  I just maid a payment as I don't have this much time to receive their calls 10 times in a day and fight with their legal team.

                                  Very much frustrating...
                                  I would suggest everyone not to buy this connection.. its better to work in cyber cafe or be with without work... this is too much time consuming and frustrating.

                                    My Name is Mitendra Gupta from Indore, I was using Tikona net from 2014 and on 10th of October 2016, I called Tikona customer care support team to get close my net and they accepted my request and said over the call your monthly billing date is 15th of every month so don't use net after 15th October otherwise it will be chargeable and said now your connection has been stopped . However I also paid my last Tikona bill and then I never used Tikona Net and now I am facing problem, In 15th of every month they generate bill and always call me to pay bill. I don't know when I am not using net from 10th of October 2016 then why shell I pay extra more.

                                    I requested you to take action against Tikona, Please note that my Tikona user id was - [protected].

Your service is very very poor and also your Customer Care nunber is not reachable .Every day morning net not working and night only net working.and not support your sale dealar and service support manger also not good use langauage and not service availible in Nallasopara.already I am payed the net bill Tikona .please disconnect the my connection and next 7date your new bill is generate before you not disconnect I am not responsible the pay the bill.

                                        Mr. Mannarayan to achieve his connection target asked me to close the previous connection and take a new connection in new name. That time he told me to pay the due amount as on that date after confirming from the help desk team. I paid the same as he said and then he gave me a new connection. I bought the same paying 3 month charges in advance. Post that they raised another bill and asked me to pay that also then i told them that i am not liable to pay the same, and asked them to disconnect the 2nd line also which he gave me but they kept sending the bills and when we contact mr. Mannarayan, he always makes false committment saying he has send mails to his senior for reversal and i do not need to pay the same. Noe these company people have put the same to their recovery department and they are threatening me to pay the same.
