There is a dispute for bill for the non serviceable period.
The complaint was done and the issue was not fixed and this is on permanent basis.
Your agents are blaming on me for legal actions.
300-400 Rs was late payment charges. but the thing was that i have not got the proper connection/connectivity.

I was forced to pay that even if the services was not available.
I would like to know the SLA details.

Its been more than one month but still no reply, because you people are forcing to pay the bills.

      I started using tikona in may June 2015. They promised me speed of 4mbps with 10gb data, but during the time using of services, I dint even get 2mbps speed. Within few months I lodged more than 30 complaints to fix the issue, but none resolved the issue.

      I called the customer care end number of times but nothing happened. After long waiting I raised the request for disconnection. When the disconnection request process started, I started getting calls to continue the service. The complete disconnection process takes 30 to 45 days. The last bill was generated for 10 to 15 days, which I cleared again. Following month I received a pending balance of Rs. 509/- bill. Since I have already put a request for discontinuation why should I be labelled to pay this amount?.

      Last month I received a call from Tikona office asking me for surrendering the Internet equipment and I immediately handed over it.

      On 27 Jan 2017, I received a call from Vicky Sharma impersonating an assistant of advocate Narendra Kalra ( Tis Hazari court) stating that Tikona has filed a court case against me and if I do not pay the bill of Rs. 1, 109/- in 30mins they will be taking the complaint to the court and all my government documents will get blacklisted for 25 years.

      I paid the whole amount of Rs. 1, 109/- and vicky sharma committed on call that within 48hrs I will receive a NOC letter via email.

      When after committed period of 48hrs I did not receive NOC I called Vicky Sharma again and I was told by him they have dispatched a hard copy of NOC via courier but I never received it. I again called him after 2 days only to be told this time that was lost by the courier company and that he will send it again.

      i didn't get any NOC or a final settlement email from tikona yet.

      I now need the refund of my amount of Rs. 1109 immediately.

      But why am I getting the bill with the addition of rs.100 every month when my account Is terminated..
      First bill which is after the account termination is 509. And in the following months you keep adding Rs 100
      till 1109.
      I want the refund of this amount
      And what is the status of NOC..? I didn't receive it yet.

        Now internet connection is not available always create problems
        Customer service only entertain once
        No calls received by tikona
        And it is about 24 hrs but no call's from them

          What a pathetic service you providing. I have been cheated from you. I installed broadband on jan 17. Since i m facing issues with my internet. I raised ticket so many times but still my problem is same. The engineer came and dont know what he done in 2 minutes and went. when i called him again for same problem he used to said this is not form our end we cant do anything you have to ask who installed this (said by tarun Kumar [protected]). Then i called to that guy who installed this BS tikona. He always made me fool said (abhi aa raha hu) and then never picked up the call.

          Never ever trust this. Customer satisfaction is pathetic.

            Dear However who is reading this,
            I already sent many mail to the tikona guys to disconnect .But they dint responded back .
            So i just left that think aside. later they keep on called any they are told

            me to pay the bill .
            Till that time i was not using that service also . But when paying that they have inclued all month ammount.

            And one tikona s advocate called and he was telling some thing BS . some section and all he was telling.

            So i was frusted and paid taht one. I know its was waste .

            And Please disconnect this worst service ASAP .

              Unfortunately, I was a customer of Tikona,

              Today i got call from one lady who claiming that she is a Tikona lawyer and she said that pay your balance amount otherwise we will file case then send Summon to you by nearest Police station then you have to present in Delhi civil court, (I was taken service in Mumbai. Thane Dist.).

              Lot of time i called and mailed to tikona for resolution of my problem but they failed to solve again and again same issues came back after lot of mental headache and Harassment with Tikona service i said that "I stopped this service" Now they asking Rs.832/-

              -- Speed they not given as per my plan
              -- Evey day net disconnections
              -- Evey day speed loss
              -- So much delay in problems resolution
              -- no proper waiver against net problems time period
              -- If i call for resolution too much hold time its everyday task that
              -- Technical staffs guidance just consumed time not got sure solution
              -- Technicians visit also not satisfactory same problem came back within few houres

              --- TOTAL MENTAL TORTURE & HARRASMENT BY TIKONA ---

              1st thing Tikona service is very very pathetic, poor, horrible, Its my personal experience that single of day had not gone without Internet connectivity issue everyday some problems again and again came back. Some problems complaint numbers and sent mail dates here i am sharing.

              I din't kept your MODEM its not any use for me. Your person anytime can come and collect it, this device i din't kept in my pocket. Its installed by your person on building terrace so go their any remove and take it.

              This is from your side delay, i can't come at your door step for returning modem right ? and if you try to threat me so i will go to file FIR in Police against you.

              send your TIKONA person and remove/ collect your MODEM / device.

              If you make more delay or you was not collected so i am not responsible for it its.

              And about balance payment you are asking first give me answer of below queries --

              Why Speed they not given as per my plan
              Why Evey day net disconnections
              Why Evey day speed loss
              Why So much delay in problems resolution
              Why you not given me proper waiver against net problems time period

                I called tikona to disconnect my connection on 5th August 2016 since my bill cycle is from 7th of every month they called me and said they have disconnected my connection and I will not have to pay any bill further since I have already paid all bills but after that they started calling and messaging everyday that I need to pay 123rs and they keep on increasing every month and now harassing to pay 456rs or will take legal action.

                  I got a new connection, [protected] on the request on Mr. Subodh Kumar in Surat. The old connection ([protected]) was not working properly, See the complaint numbers for the OLD connection ([protected]):

                  Mr. Subodh said the new connection ([protected]) will have:
                  -RADIO
                  -it will provide best service as he will use latest technology
                  -it will be free for 3 months (as Tikona was running a scheme to counter demonetization)
                  -3 mnths free scheme was also confirmed by your customer care executive in a telephonic call on Jan 3rd
                  -Customer care keep calling saying that I need to pay Rs.900+ for the month of January.

                  -The new connection ([protected]) works the same as the old one. the internet is not stable. It goes off severally
                  -I was asked to pay Rs.552 for the month of december saying that the next 3 mnths, i.e., Jan-March will be free

                  Amidst all this, I even visited Surat main office of Tikona and met Subodh's senior who assured that he will personally look into it and he will call me to himself to fix the issue. Its been over 2 mnths, never I received a call from him.

                    Took a 3 mnt plan for w####ic#### i paid advance, w####ile installation engineer used ####is ID and s####owed demo speed was pretty good and i took it and prblm starts. no connectivity or w####at so ever, 70% of t####e time its on limited access and speed was at 7KBps avg.. KB... i started complaining and w####en t####ey were not able to resolve i asked my money back and asked t####em to take t####eir stuffs back. t####ey promised me t####at t####ey ####ave found t####e issue and will resolve it immediatly.. t####e next day i come back ####ome from office and t####e issue persist and i call t####em w####ere t####ey promise t####at t####ey t####e found t####e actual problem and will resolve immediatly.. and as u guessed it kept on going like t####at for two weeks ..

                    fed up wit#### t####e service, i told t####em as u are not able to resolve please take it back as i said earlier and return my money.. t####ey : but sir now we cannot use it .. ur ID says you ####ave used 80GB of data.. i was like WTF!!

                    i told t####em no i ####ave made multiple complaints eac#### and every day and also speedtests w####ic#### you can c####eck. now its a dispute so please do t####e needful.. t####ey: ok sir i ####ave raised a complaint, concerned person will resolve it in 48 ####rs.. i call t####em back aft 3-4 days, ####ello w####at ####appened to my request.. t####ey : w####at req sir.. i was like WTF!!.. ok u make a fres#### complaint..

                    next week, ####ello w####at ####appened to my complaints, t####ey : w####at compliant sir.. i was like... u mofos..

                    t####ese ppl are just c####eats..

                    t####ey billed me extra, as dispute is not resolved i stopped using t####eir services asked t####em to take it back wic#### t####ey did not do and t####ey are c####arging me for t####is period too..i ####ave not even plugged in t####e wire in my WIFI .. worst exp..

                    now i ####ave taken 10MBps plan and engineer is trying to set it since 3 days bt speed is not crosing 2.5 MBps .. as am writing it is at 0.62Mbps upload and 0.11Mbps download wit#### 39ms latency.. please note its Mb not MB..

                      Dear Sir,

                      My reference number is 1-[protected]. My ID is [protected]. I had called up on Friday 27th January, 2017 to tikona customer care at 4:53 pm as I do not wish to continue with Tikona internet connection. From past few days internet connection was either working very slow or not working at all. So on 24th January, 2017, I placed complaint with tikona customer care regarding the same. Technician from your end visited twice and said due to new construction coming right opposite to our building the connection will not work, so we should disconnect the services as it will not work. On 27th January I called up customer care and they were insisting that in same time the connection will resume back to normal but I told him very clearly I am not interested in continuing the services.

                      So I was given the reference number and said it will take 7 days for them to terminate the connection and I will receive the call again from some supervisor or officer, which so far I haven't. The reason for writing this mail is that I am not interesting in using your service at all and I will not make any payment for the services that I haven't used.

                        I was using Tikona broadband since around last 2 years. By September 2016 I wanted to cancel the connection because I did not use the internet anymore. I called them numerous times and requested to cancel the connection but in vain as they did not pay any heed to my request. They kept charging me for all these months and now I got a bill for Rs2700 which I denied to pay. Tikona care representatives told me that I will have to pay the amount and they would initiate a refund which would take few months time. I refused to pay a penny because all these months I had not used the connection and my usage was zero. Also I had called to terminate the connection but they did not do it. Now, since last 2 weeks a man keeps calling me to pay the bill from the number-[protected] and claims to be some Sandeep Sinha. He is threatening me and harassing me to pay the amount as he would drag me to Delhi sessions court if I fail to do so. I had paid the amount of Rs2700 today hoping that Tikona Digital Networks would provide me the refund. But to my surprise I see in my account that even after the payment had been done, there is an outstanding balance and they haven't canceled my Tikona account. These people are robbing customers in broad day light. I want this complaint to be seriously looked upon as these brooks are looting common people just by faking their branding. I want my money back and also compensation for the mental torcher and abuse done by the hooligans hired by Tikona Digital Networks who claim to be their hired lawyers which absolutely is a setup. I have added a screenshot of the details of my account. I want my connection cancelled and my money refunded as it's been months now that I haven't used any Tikona services and they're forcefully making me pay for something I don't want at all.

                          Due to poor connectivity I was unable to use Tikona internet service from past few months though I was still paying the bills, I have tried to call to their customer service desk on multiple times after my problems got worst and after listening my problem then they will disconnect the call immediately without providing any resolution and finally I have send a mail to them for connection closing request.

                          After so many requests they have deactivated my account, I have paid all the bills till then, but still they are asking me to pay the final bill and harassing me every day by calling and sending overdue SMS. They didn’t process my closing request immediately and saying me to pay the bills for that even when I haven’t used their service even for a minute.
                          Number of times, they have requested me to use at least 5 days to monitor for the connectivity problems and they have forced me to agree for this and which made me to switch on the modem for connectivity checking purpose, even after that, my problem was not resolved and so finally I have disconnected the modem from power plug. And later on every discussion they were telling that I have used till that date and so I have to pay that month bill and it seems to be they made me to switch on the modem intentionally.

                          When I called for the help many times while facing the issue, they didn’t respond at that time not even a once, but now they are unnecessarily harassing me and getting lot of mental tensions.

                          Please provide me a suggestion on this.

                            Hello,

                            This is Yogesh and my user id is [protected]. This is to inform you that I have started using Tikona services from 7th June 2016 onwards for the first time. The Tikona representative explained me the plan which was for 4 Mbps. He also informed me that this was a prepaid plan and if I take plan for 3 months then I will be given special discounts due to some offer. He also informed that if Tikona services are not used by me then I will get refund for the balance period for which the services are not used. I paid Rs 1984.00 in advance to the representative for the 3 months prepaid plan.

                            For 10-15 days Tikona offered me excellent service. After that I was facing internet speed issues. Several times I have called Tikona customer care for the issue. The issue would get resolved for temporary period and again I used to face same issue. By looking at services of Tikona I decided to stop using services of Tikona. I have unplugged LAN cable from my System and stopped using the Tikona internet. On 22nd July 2016 was my last date o[censored]sing Tikona connection, thereafter I never used it. Thereafter I have started using Honesty internet connection. Till now I didn't have any issues from them.

                            In the month of October two person from collection department visited my residential place and informed me that there was a bill generated for a certain amount and I will have to repay it. I was shocked by listening this and I said that I have not used services from July month then how the bill was generated and also I have opted for prepaid plan. The collection person connected me to their Manager. The Manager said that if I want to stop using services then I will have to contact customer care and will have to place request for it. I was not aware of this information. I requested manager to deactivate the connection from their end. Also I said that I will not pay anything for the services not used. Instead Tikona needs to pay me for the 1 month service that I have not used.

                            On 28 January 2017 I got a call from advocate Vishay Sharma, contact number - [protected]. He was very rude on call and said that the bill generated was for Rs. 1510.00. And I will have to pay Rs 3, 010.00 (Rs 1, 510.00 for Tikona bill and Rs 1, 500 for some charges). He said that I will have to pay bill within half an hour or he will take legal action against me and also he will send police to my residence place. If I repay Rs 3, 010.00 then the Rs 1, 500.00 will be refunded back in 7 days. I was very tensed due to his wordings and behaviour on call. I finally decided to pay the amount to stop receiving such calls in future. I was very very irrated with his call. I paid the amount of Rs 3, 010.00 to tikona and gave him confirmation.

                            I was already dissatisfied with Tikona services and now this time Tikona had extended their limits with such type of calls. Now I want refund back for Rs. 3, 010.00 for the services not used. I have called customer care and asked them to stop the services. However instead of deactivating services Customer care representative explained me several plans. They didn't deactivate my service and told me that I will have to call from my registered mobile number or have to send an email from registered Id. As my registered sim card was damaged and I am no longer using it, I have sent an email for deactivation of services. Finally the services were deactivated on 29th Jan 2017.

                            After the services are deactivated I am still getting calls from Tikona customer care to start the services and explaining several plans. I want my refund asap also 'I DON'T WANT ANY CALLS FROM CUSTOMER CARE EXPLAINING THEIR PLANS". Tikona exceutive can only contact me on my cell phone (sent in seperate email) only if they have resolution to my issue.

                            Kindly let me know when I will get my refund back. Awaiting for your reply.

                                Billing guys has no minimum manners, how to talk with customers. No proper service. Delay in process, do not resolve the issue in time. Testing patience of customers. Making frustrated. No proper connectivity. No systematic process. Need to say your problem 100 times, still the issue will not get resolved. The same person is not going to taking your request. Everyday new, you have to repeat your story. Never take this service. No information prior. Just they want to drag money. Worst service I have ever faced. From 18th Jan, 2017 my issue is in process, not get resolved. I face every people new day to tell my problem. Till not resolved. Please be far from this service.

                                  Customer ID No. [protected]. Due to signal problem, the Tikona engineer came to my house and told us to disconnect the line in the 2nd week of November 2016. Accordingly we disconnected the line on 17th Nov. 2016 and they took their instrument back on 1st week of Dec. 2016. Meanwhile we paid full amount of Rs. 576 for the month of November and got connection till 17th November. Instead of paying our excess amount, they sent legal notice on 30th January 2017 stating that I have to pay again Rs. 310. Again the next day I got a phone call asking me to pay Rs. 1000/-.
                                  I request the concerned authorities to check the matter and solve the harassment.

We paid full for the month of November and I got connection till 17th November. Instrument also I returned to your engineer. Please be noted that it is disconnected as per your advise.                                       Hi,

                                      I paid to tikona 3500 for 3 months advance rental, in 3 months i was provided a pathetic service. Called the customer care many times but got no resolution for the problem,

                                      Have mailed for disconnection, but they are not disconnecting it and keep on sending a new bill every months

                                      It is a fraud company. It should be banned. And please help me to save get a full refund of my money.
