Please stop fooling out people. You customer care people are very much clever escaping the issues and harassing people like anything.
I will put you up with a proof of what kind of rubbish things you can do for your safe side play.
I received a call today at 3.30 pm today regarding the technical issue, which I made clear that I am not going to use your service in any condition, in reply the customer care executive told me that the other concerned department will call me regarding the same.
Now at 4.50 pm I again received a call where I was again told about the same procedure. I again asked them to disconnect the connection. The conversation went for 9-10 min where no such fruitful solution was given.
Again after 1 min after the call I got a single ring miss call from your customer care and simultaneously a sms and an e-mail came to me that your customer care called me up and I dint pick up the call.
Are you people serious? Do you ever realize that what is going to happen next ?
How much clever you people can be is seen through your worst services.
I am also attaching the call log, sms and mail as a proof.
I will keep all the mail as a proof of the worst services that was served to me by your company.

With regards to your concern, please note that your account termination request is in progress and disconnection team will get back to you on the same.
Post termination the devices will be recovered from your premises and Full & Final Settlement mail will be sent to you on your registered email id.

Updated by Anshuman Roy I was assured that the process would not take more than 7 days. And from the last 2 days customer care is calling me and again repeating the same things and urging me to continue with my service. When I ask about the status of my disconnection, they do not reply and say that it is in process. If the concerned department is calling me then why dont have the clear cut idea?? Please stop harassing me by calling me and asking several questions and wasting the precious time. I need an explanation that it has been more than 7 days and no such progress is seen . And for your kind information please stop sending me your formal copy paste materials of stating that it is in progress.
I want an explanation about the progress that has taken in these 7 days and why it is not disconnected till yet.
