I am Gaurang Patel my mobile no is [protected] . in our company we purchase tikona internet connection with 10mbps speed and 75GB per month plan for six month. as per tikona terms i was paid his six months duration payments in advance on 24th january 2017. then after the connection was start but from the first day of the connection we never get speed more then 4 mbps we gives complaint so many times in this one month duration but still my problem not resolve by company and now they are telling that our company declare your area as non fisible for 10mbps speed connection. and we ask for refund but still they are not answering properly.and they are telling that first you must have to disconnect the connection then we will gives you the details of refund amount and aslo they are not telling his their refund format of the company. and we are telling that first you tell me how much you will refund but they are force to us for disconnection but not given format. we tell him that either you will gives us 10mbps speed or give us our 100% payment back coz we need 10mbps speed internet connection. and company says that our company representative gives you wrong information and fitted the connection. but this is the company person fault so how can we suffer for their fault.
they are also says like we deduct the amount as your usage this is not fare statement coz we never can use the desire speed connection. and we also suffer of our business loss due to this connection. if they wants to deduct amount then they have to pay for our business loss.

    I sent a mail on 9/2/2017 for TIKONA disconnectio and they gave me the reference number(1_[protected]) and i removed the connection on that date itself.
    Till now they had not sent a single person to get the adapter and cables. Daily i am receiving call.The so called senior desk team is fraud and they give fake promises. I have sent an email with the recorded audio to their email id but till today they have not replied to my mail.

    The below mentioned people are keep on calling me everyday and giving mental torture to me.

    2.VISHAKA
    3.NIKITA
    4.POORVA
    5.POORNIMA(SENIOR DESK)
    6.ATUL

    I have the recorded audio files of all these people. In each audio file these people promise me that disconnection is done but till date no engineer came to my home to remove these connections and even today they called me and giving mental torture..

    Is this is the way your customer care working... very very worst service. On monday i spoke to POORNIMA she said that she is senior most of all and promised me that i will never receive a call. But today i got a call from Mr. Atul (tikona). Are'nt you guys ashamed of yourself. Then why you guys are promising us.

    I am going to file a case in consumer court with recorded audio files for giving false statement, if my connection is not removed within 24 hours .

    No call received from Tikona again.. again a example of Lie and worst customer service. I called Tikona and the agent Keerath says all supervisors are on 1 hour break. And he will get me a call back in 1hr.

      Dear Sir,
      I was unable to use Tikona internet for past one year. I contacted and raised several complaints. They did not respond me back. So I talked to their customer care representative and told them that I wont pay the bill simply since I am unable to use the internet. They agreed to that but they charged me fine of 100 each month. Still I didnt get any resolution on issue. So I contacted them regarding the cancellation. Becuase of cancellation request they sent me a bill with the late payment charges. They were agreed me before that there will be no late payment charges. Now they are charging it. I did only the payment of my actual bill, now their advocate is calling me and harassing to do the late payment charges as well. Ok, then I decided to pay that as well but my id is inactive and I am unable to login to my account. When I call the customer care they are not responding. I am unable to connect to the customer care. Please help me to solve the issue. How I need to pay the amount, and what the amount I need to pay. I dint receive any email or message regarding this.

      When I checked in internet there are several similar complaints against Tikona. I need to waive out my late payment charges as this is not my fault.

      Someone from tikona called me and harrased me to do the payment in half an hour. The same happened few months back also. Then i did the payment because i dont want to make unwanted issues. Now again called and commanded to do payment in half an hour? I was in traffic, dont have system.. how can i do the payment in half an hour? I told him and explained the situation but he didnt mind and told me whatever the situation you should do within half an hour. Or he will file case against me. He was behaving like a gunda.
      Why didnt you send me any message or bill and notified me about the payment? How can i do the payment immediately when u ask. I dont know what tikona people are thinking. I need to know full details about my bill. Otherwise they will again contact me saying there are dues..

        tikona bill collector santosh namak yuvak ko 400 rupees ka bill lalita choudhari ne bhara or bola ye net hame nahi chahiye apki net ki seva achhi nahi hai or meri doughter in law or mera ladka dusri jaga shift huve hai to vo apne sath computer leke jayaige to ap ye seva band kardo

          Do not go with tikona
          raised multiple complaints but no use.
          One of the worst customer care executives and there supervisors i have seen.
          Every time they give wrong information, customer pay some amount in advance later get to know this is not valid plan amount or so, later the paid amount wont get refunded and adjusted.
          I stopped tikona broadband uid: [protected], from date: 10/15/2016.
          Balance amount is still pending since 10/15/2016, instead they requested me to pay additional amount before full and final closure.

                I was not satisfied with the services and requested to cancel my Tikona connection on "Dec 9, 2016", and I stopped using their services for a while but representatives kept calling and informed me that they will provide free service and asked me to try if there was improvement. I paid the bill for that that month but was not at all happy with their service. My billing cycle is 25-26th of a month. Again I sent a mail for disconnecting the service on "Jan 19, 2017". In that email I had clearly specified that I will pay the bill for Jan 2017 only after they disconnect their service. There was no response for any of my mails. Instead I kept getting calls from representatives asking me to pay bill. So many calls just asking to pay bill but they wouldn't listen to my request for cancellation. I sent a remainder mail on "Feb 2, 2017" as well but no response. After few more calls, they disconnected my service. I told them i will pay the bill until Jan 26, 2017 as I had sent my cancellations requests earlier itself but they have billed me until cancellation of service. I wanted a waiver after the period after my cancellation request as it was their mistake. Everytime I wanted to speak to their higher authorities reg the cancellation, the line was not connected. Today a lady from their customer service called and spoke rudely. She said that "I will keep calling and disturbing you until you pay the full amount and will send representatives to your house". It was really harassing.
                There was no proper response for any of my cancellation request but was getting continuous calls during my office hours for convincing me and disturbing me badly. Even now I'm willing to pay my bill until Jan 26, 2017 and asked them a fresh bill. But they do not hear out and keep harassing.

                  I have opted for 4MBPS unlimited 100 GB FUP plan. but from 22nd Feb my speed has gone down to less than 1 MBPS. when i call the customer care the computer system says i have exceeded my limit. But when I calculated my session history its only 30gb usage. I complained repeatedly but no action is taken. Further I receive calls that my complaint has been resolved.(Ref no: 1-[protected])

                  Now when I raise a compliant the computer system says that there is a technical up gradation going on, so I cant contact the customer care.
                  Further I have requested them several times to disconnect the service but they don't agree with the same and make my hold up the line. Its really a harassment that is been made by the company. Please terminate the service as soon as possible from the next bill cycle i.e 07.03.2017. No due is left from my end.I will not be held responsible for any further non usage bills.

                  It has been more than last 48 hours no such actions has been taken. In fact the payment is been done till 7th March 2017 and my net has already started creating problem . I am not able to use my connection from last 24 hours and is running behind your customer care service people. They are saying that with a technical issue there is a problem with my solution and they start counselling me to retain my connection. From the last 2 days I have spent 100 Rs. balance calling the customer care. There is no connection and there is no such progress going on from your end. They keep me on hold for 15-20 minutes and also no solution is given to me. It is a clear cut cheating that is made from your company. Starting from the day 1, I am facing these issues. And now the connection is been disrupted even though the payment is done. All the e-mails and customer care recording is been done and will be further presented when the threshold limit of harassment get crossed. I am going to raise this issue on such platforms that your company will face a very tough time in resolving such cases.

                  I talked with the senior technical team today morning. No action has been taken from the last 48 hours and I am been mentally harassed running behind the customer care. I repeatedly told the person to disconnect my internet right away. She said that it takes 7 days to process the request. When i asked for the resolution she said she will resolve the net connection and if I am unhappy then they will disconnect it tomorrow. How is it possible? It takes 7 days to process a request and then a single day if I am not happy???? ... Tikona is fooling me from the day one and everything is possible from your end, which has not been progressed a single time.

                  Also, when I said her that I am recording what she is speaking, then her reply is that it dosen't matter to her and nothing is going to happen. Is this the way they speak .. Is it a insane goons seating over there and speaking to customers?? I have been said that the net should be disconnected right away within 2 hours and no dues is pending from my end. THE CONNECTION MUST GET DISCONNECTED WITHIN 2 HOURS .

Some time i can access the internet some time i cant acces the internet but according to the usage they are asking the bill but they are not understanding that i cant access internet continuously.. Employee calling for billing continuously but they are not understanding the problem.. On[protected] at 12:30 pm one lady called me and she is doing the rowdyism with me.. Employee with customer respect is not good.. Very bad behavior from tikona employee with me.. I am using 6mbps speed but i am getting 1.5mbps speed still i m in primary plan..

                        I have called customer care for more than 4 times to say that I am not able to connect to the internet, please arrange for your engineer visit, never they bothered to reply back, post that they were started sending me bills for the respective month & sending their person to collect the amount.

                        I said please disconnect my connection, even post they were keep sending dues sms, suddenly now call from Delhi lawyer to pay 1700 rupees to avoid court case.

                        Very poor service please don't go for Tikona, I tried reaching customer care now in the automated voice they are saying will be calling us with in 48 hours.

                          Tikona login & connectivity issue

                          Recently subscribed to tikona wifi with router. After a day starting facing connectivity issues.
                          The login page is not displayed. Or authentication failed. If i connect from web it says username password incorrect, even after entering correct details. If i go to reset password it says username not recognised or email id not recognised.. Even when these are the accurate credentials. Now it says connected, no internet.

                          I had the connection from last 2 Year. I had recently shifted, hence I asked them to shift my connection. They said they cannot provide service at the new area. Hence they stopped my service at the old premises as I was not staying there. After a month without any bill statement of alert one person calls me stating that he is the Lawyer from Tikona. He started saying that you have not paid the bill, tikona is filing a law suit against you for the amount of INR 563. I told him that I had asked for Shifting the connection and the customer care told me that they cannot provide the service, hence disconnecting the service. The person on the phone started getting rude and was talking like a "gunda" telling me "tereko dekh lunga an all".

                          Although I paid the bill afterwards, I still got the bill statement for payment.

                          I am really wondering what business tikona is in. Is it providing internet service, or keeping Gundas. It was an very unprofessional service which was not expected from Tikona. They have lost one of the faithfull customer. And I urge other not take connection from such an unethical company.

                            Hi, This is with respect to disconnection of internet services.

                            I have written to them on 10th of Feb and then reminder mails on 14th Feb and 16th Feb.

                            Post that I have received multiple call from them pursuing me to not disconnect. I have clearly told them that I am shifting the city hence do not want the connection anymore. I also have the call records for the conversation.

                            I am chasing them for disconnection. In the past 10 days, they haven't disconnected and are billing me for the no usage.

                            Please NOTE that a new connection is installed in one day, and they keep delaying disconnection just to raise bills

                              This is the most pathetic service we have faced with tikona.

                              I have been with tikona for 2yrs and we never got a good service, ,
                              I called the customer care on 20/02/2017 spoke to them for 30 mins just to convince that i want to cancel the connection.."THEY ARE SO SO STUBBORN to take the connection request ..
                              I have never ever faced such pathetic service, I spoke to 2 girls Preety and Kathija Syed both were not ready to take my cancellation request ..me as a customer at the end need to begg to take the request down..but they stil didn take it ..i want to put a serious complain about tikona as they are harassing the customers so much...they dont listen to customers at all..and they just dont want to take down my cancellation request as well...

                                My plan is 300 Rupees Plan. 5GB at 2mbps post unlimited at 512kbps

                                I got connection in 26July2016 paid 1390 for 3 months, I faced problem during September 22nd and November 10th I gave many complaints to Tikona. I almost fed up with Tikona because of these stupid networks India is like this. Later from November 10th to November 20th connection is working but not stable After that again same problem not able to login even to Tikona login page because of low signal at CPE/modem. I raised many complaints and requests to close the connection over phone, Tikona forced me to continue the connection, tikona is not even interested to close connection I didn't used the connection after November 20 but they are sending outstanding messages and calls so I fed up and sent disconnection request over mail by friends suggestion in January. Tikona finally come up saying that I raised disconnection request on January. Tikona generated bill for December and January. I asked them many times why to pay for December and January without using services finally I shifted home and then I asked them to shift the connection atleast. Network is not feasible in new area. So finally they raised disconnection processes. I fed up with Tikona. Horrible Network in the world. Fraud company. I attached a screenshot of my monthly bill amounts. I didn't even able to understand monthly bills generated also. My plan is 300 but if you see the screenshot attached 1000 ... 445, 600, -220 what all these ???

                                NOT RESOLVED. I didn't got the claimed amount of unauthorised billing. And I got some fake call from +918404985314 number. And forced me to do fraudulent transaction and asked my OTP. But I didn't gave to them. TIKONA IS A FRAUD COMPANY. Ban this Company.

                                  Tikona has no proper customer care, many times there are connectivity issues, there is no flexibility of contacting customer care to hold my account if i suddenly go to other city for 45 days. I got frustrated with their serivce and stopped using their service, when iam out of station in emergency for some 45 days i did not paid 2 months of bill.
                                  They don't provide good service to customers, but they are good at harassing customers, calling customers and telling they are advocates from Delhi they are registering a case against us and we have to attend court in Delhi.

                                    I have registered a complaint several times to tikona for disconnection of Internet Service and Refund of remaining amount. But they did not take any action, after registering a complaint in consumer complaint forum they have disconnected my Internet service only and not refunded the amount which I had paid in advance for 6 months. Whenever I request for refund of amount they always ask for service id and registered mobile no. which they already have in their system. Still I have provided them all the information, yet I have not received the refund. And how they marked that the complaint is resolved.

                                    I have received a mail from Tikona Digital Network on 20 February 2017 stating that,

                                    Dear Mr. KAMLESH JAISWAL,

                                    As per your request for termination of Tikona broadband [protected], registered against your name, your service has already been terminated on Date.

                                    Amount for Refund : Rs. 4, 155.45/-

                                    Refund amount would be delivered by Cheque on your registered Billing Address within 24 days of this E-mail.

                                    We thank you for giving us the privilege to serve you and we look forward to your association with Tikona in future.
                                    After receiving this email I replied them on 21 February 2017 asking them for Bifurcation of above Amount which they are refunding to me because as I have not used the Internet even for 1month. But they didn't replied to my email and even don't have the courtesy to explain me how they have calculated the above amount. I want the refund of extra money which they have deducted Rs. 513.70/-.

                                    I took the connection on 04 January 2017 amount paid Rs. 6203/- for 6 months and applied for Disconnection on 12 January 2017 Request No. is 1-[protected] on . I have returned all the equipment to them on 04 February 2017.

                                    As per Plan

                                    Monthly Rental : 899
                                    Service Tax: 15%
                                    One Time Installation charges: 500
                                    Total: Rs.1533.85/-

                                    As per my Calculation they have to refund the Amount of Rs. 4669.15/- i.e (Rs.6203 - Rs. 1533.85 = Rs. 4669.15) but they have refund only Rs. 4, 155.45/-. I want to know why they have deducted the extra amount of Rs. 513.70/- and the bifurcation of what charges they have applied.

                                      I had subscribed to their PREPAID" service under subscriber ID [protected]. Over the past year I had made more than a hundred complaints relating either to speed dropping to 10% of the promised service or not being able to connect to the Internet at all. Finally I just got sick and tired of it and stopped using their service a couple of days before my prepaid service period ended.

                                      They would not allow me to cancel my service if I called from my landline, which is registered with them, even after I had logged in with my user ID number. Finally some 15 days later their call center operator informed me that I had to do so from my registered mobile phone which I did.

                                      They have billed me for this period of 15 days and keep sending me reminders through email and SMS. They have not removed their equipment installed in my premises in spite of my repeated requests via email.

                                      How do I stop them from bothering me with their communications?
