I am unfortunately using tikona for approx 2 months now (My bad). I did not get what was promised to me. I was promised for a download speed of 10 mbps for the initial 30 gb and 1 mbps there on unlimited. But the speed i get is less than 0.4 mbps. Which is unfair.

I have called several time to report about my speed issue. I received zero % improvement on all my requests.

This firm (Tikona) is not worth to be paid. They eat my money and give me #.

I am a very very upset customer and looking to get what i deserve from these #.

    You are providing worlds third class service. I was not getting 10% service and was charged 120% service charges. I have given disconnection request but still not disconnect and sending the invoice. I have informed the same to CEO but he also not bother. Companies intentionally charging for nothing. Appeal to all user and other upcoming user don't go for Tikona. They are cheater.

      Hi Team,

      My customer id is [protected].
      I have disconnected Tikona Internet service in month of October 2016.
      I had sent email to disconnect my services on 4th October and my billing cycle was from 7th of every month.

      I had connected modem and adapter on same day and did not use internet after 4 Oct.

      your customer care called me up multiple times to convince me to continue service and requested to allow service engineer to visit and solve problem.

      I clearly told them after so many request that I will allow engineer to visit to identify root cause only. I told them clearly that I am not going to continue, so disconnect. On 16 Oct sunday your engineer visited and requested to connect adapter and modem only to check connectivity. He did so..Then he asked me to login with my credential. I helped hime by login and allowed him to check connectivity. He also confirmed that there is intermittent connectivity problem.

      After that I disconnected every thing and your customer support confirmed discontinuation of service.

      After 1 month I received bill of Rs 458 although i did not use any internet after 4 Oct.

      I spoke to your customer care and they said I can ignore message as billing system was not updated.

      I am still getting same message again and again and every month additional 100 Rs are added as delay charges.

      I spoke to customer care many times on this and they always said to ignore such messages.

      I have not used any internet since 4th Oct. The only usage happened on 16 Oct as your engineer wanted to check connectivity.

      Kindly check matter.

        Good day. This is regarding cid [protected]. The system wasn't working even on initial 3 months of prepaid. After repeated request for stopping the service they did not respond. Once they requested to use service on trial basis but system was still not working. After that I called service engineer he said that machine is not working and he doesn't have new machine.Now they are sending bill and even called with objectionable language.

        I think you are neither aware not interested in solving my problem. I stay in a apartment where they had given me connection on previously installed instrument. My grivence is that I am charged for unused service and on top of that monthly 100₹ penalty is added.

I am receiving overdue msg of 3134 on my message for legal action etc. Even after not having service from so many complaints to tikona, i switched to some other vendor. you can check for complaints for 3 months. you even failed to switch the connection to new address. I manage to instal connection myself. After such issues. even after calling your person to come and take your device, you never came to my place. I guess you guys are unprofessional at every point. you are not able to give service at first point after that you didn't visit my place even for my issue. finally you never came to my house for the device itself. The dues made by your end was of no service and after non use. I hope you resolve my issue. Please check my complaint history before calling me. i almost suffer 3-4 months before switching the connection.

            Please Terminate my account. As I was not using it due to your poor service. The amount itself generated while non uses of service of tikona. It was not being used from the day i am having issues of non working internet.

              Hi,

              My id is [protected] . i have stopped your services one year back and I keep getting messages as I should monthly amount of 100rs. I have called your customer care and they told us to ignore those messages as my account is closed or terminated already. And suddenly i got call from your legal team saying me to pay the bills. I called your customer care on feb 2016 when i got the first message of 100rs to be paid. They told me to ignore it and they said it will be coming for every month. I ignored it because of your representatives. I cannot pay the pending amount of 1330.

              It is because of your representatives I ignored and all of a sudden legal team called me and speaking in a arrogant way. Very worst sevice and really worst team you have got. You tell me why your representative asked me to ignore the messages first? I have records of calling your representatives on Jan 2016, Feb 2016 and March 2016. I really cannot pay this bills now.

              hahaha @ "Your account disconnection request is in progress ". For past one year are you having the same status? In the month of Jan 2016 i have raised this request of discontinuation of your service. How could you say that my account disconnection request is still in progress? :o wow what a wonder. This shows how fast your broadband network is and also your customer service. I have settled the amount already. I CANNOT pay anymore penny.

              Also for the device I paid initial amount of 500rs already and the representative who came said like the device is yours and it can be transferred to other person upon my decision. SO DO NOT ASK ME ANYMORE amount for DEVICE and stuffs.

              Take your device from my terrace as soon as possible. Again one of your representative called me today 16/02/2017 Mhavesh from Mumbai and asked the same question which was asked on Jan 2016 "What was the reason for discontinuing the service" Do you still want me to answer it? I clearly said him i will not use your service anymore in future. Tell me the reason why your legal team called me and barked over the phone? When your representative told me ignore the messages which I received every month why all of a sudden I got calls from your legal team?

                My Tikona User ID is [protected]. Today 13 Feb 2017 I get a call from [protected] lawyer to pay 2000 Rs online within half an hour that tikona has raised a case against me and if not paid within half an hour, I should fight the Case in Delhi with a lawyer.

                I have paid all due amount on April 2016 and requested them to disconnect the service, I did not use the Service after disconnection. I had no usage after April and they still didn't disconnect the service and kept on generating bills and sending me mails that they can see my usage. I repeatedly called to cancel the service and i told i will not pay because i have not used the data.I have made calls everyday for no connectivity and after getting tired of daily hassle i mailed them to disconnected and also requested the same on calls when didn't get any reply on mail and no one came to me to collect broadband equipment.

                My question is why i have to pay, when I requested to customer care to close my connection but they did not close it.

                    I had an internet broadband connection from tikona wireless network of rs. 750 per month for unlimited download package, 4mbps speed for 30 gb data and then speed will reduce to 512 kbps for unlimited data. For first year, it was working fine apart from minor issues on few days however in 2016 it became a nightmare. My internet stopped working almost every month for 2-3 days. From 3rd july’16, it stopped working completely and despite multiple follow ups, complaints, call to customer care, it did not start working until 23rd july. I had to spend rs. 1500 for buying mobile data from airtel to do my office work. Moreover, from 23rd july, it worked for about 2-3 days and then again stopped. Multiple emails, hours of waiting on calls to customer care did not help rather i paid additional rs. 287 in my mobile bill just for calling tikona’s non toll free customer care numbers. I sent multiple emails to disconnect my connection in aug’16 but no response and they continued to bill while internet was not working. I got 2-3 call backs but no resolution, no clarity on bill adjustment and not even one engineer visit to sort out the issue.
                    Problems - no network, network available but very slow (For downloading 1 page had to wait for 40-45 min), network available but the login page would not appear. We called customer care numerous times. Customer care executives responses were - initially they said that some updating is going on or due to some digging work outside the society they are facing problems which would be rectified soon or lines have been repaired network services will be resumed soon but never happened. We told them we are still facing problems. They would ask us to reboot the box. Sometimes they would ask us to change some configuration. For half a day or so it will work and then again back to square one. We requested them to send an engineer so many times they never did. We were told that engineer will call back, it never happened.
                    Tikona continued to bill me until sep’16 i guess while i changed my service provider on 13th aug’16. Later i was told that rs.100 has been adjusted for july’16 from regular bill amount of rs.749 plus tax. I mentioned clearly that i will not be paying any bill till it’s adjusted for all days of non-service however no response or resolution.
                    Now from jan’17 onwards, i started getting calls from some lawyers from tees hazari court, high court and mumbai court saying that tikona has filed a case against you for non clearance of outstanding amount of rs.2800. If not cleared immediately, there will be a penalty levied of rs.1, 50, 000. I asked them to send a court notice if that’s the case however nothing so far.
                    These calls and sms keep coming every now and then which is more of mental stress in day to day life. I don’t understand how tikona can continue to bill without providing internet service and even after customer has sent email to disconnect his/her connection. Last email i got from tikona was outstanding bill of rs.1666 which is noway justified due to:
                    1. Negligible internet service after 3rd july’16
                    2. High level of mental torture and stress
                    3. Email to cancel this connection was sent long back while tikona continued to bill my account
                    And now these calls are very disturbing at times to both me and my wife. Would request you to please take this up with tikona and get it sorted if you can. I have all the emails for documentary evidence.

                      I am Sankar. I have used the tikona broadband connection for more than two years. They have worst customer care support.
                      I have shifted my home and i raised broadband disconnection request before next bill generates. The plan is advance rental plan. That means I paid already for that month.
                      I have sent mail to them about the case and informed to customer care also. But they keep on calling, sending mail, & sms.
                      Without our knowledge someone came from tikona and took the AP device and wire from my home.
                      At last they sent mail as subject "legal notice" for the bill payment. Next day some one from tikona called and introduced as advocate and started threatening to pay the bill amount very rudely.
                      The same issue faced by my two friends also.
                      So friends Don't take tikona broadband connection and share this to your friends also.

                          This is to inform that Tikona digital networks has nit resolved my problem regarding speed of my broadband connection with user ID -[protected] and user name Namrata Jain. I renewed the connection with rs 550/- per month plan and speed commitment was of 6 mbps. but i get a speed only of 2 to 3 mpbs .Customer care dont respond and even the person who gave connection is not responsible.
                          I also have a complain regarding the behavior of company as the company lodged a false complain against me that i dint pay their bill of previous connection with same ID with user name Dhruv Arora. There was same network issue with that connection too so we called the person who installed to check and told to close the connection and take the due bill .Noone came and then we dint use the connection and got the bill.And on 4th feb i got a call from Delhi legal authority from mobile number [protected] that tikona has filed a case against us for not paying the bill and we need to pay in half an hour and they will send us a closing mail in half an hour of payment.So to avoid the inconvinience of going to Delhi i paid the bill. But i dint get the mail till date and today when i called them many times they are misbehaving and saying that the person who called me she has left the company.So i think they are fraud and i want that the strong action should be taken against both Tikona and the legal company with mobile number [protected].

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            This complaint is regarding company Tikona Digital networks based out of Mumbai for a connection in Sector 56, Gurgaon.

                            The customer id for the concerned connection is [protected]. It is on the name of my mother "Meera Thakwani".

                            I had subscribed to this connection in 2013 and paid the full amount for a year in advance. Post that i have been paying the bills for the service provided month on month basis. However since March 2016 i have been continuously facing problems in the connection where i was considerably less speed as promised i.e. 0.1 mbps instead of 4 mbps. They gave me a waiver of 969 however they still raised a bill of INR 3087 when i did not even use the service.

                            I had raised multiple complaints to the company . Some sample service request numbers are 1-[protected], 1-[protected] etc.

                            I failed to use the connection at this speed however the company still kept raising bills instead of me raising multiple complaints. Once the due dates approached and got breached they kept calling me in spite of me informing that the connection is unusable. From May 2016 i started receiving threatening calls from some people claiming to be lawyers or collection agents.
                            Some sample numbers are [protected], , [protected], [protected].

                            What more they have now started sending sms messages also.

                            I`m willing to do anything and even fight a case against this company but not ready to pay for something i have not availed. Taking a connection from this company was the worst decision of my life.

                            Kindly help me in filing a case against this fraud company.

                            I have also told them to collect the device which is used to connect to internet which is in my premises but nobody has come to take the same.

                              I raised a request to change my registered number on 6th February, 2017. Today is 12th February my request is not resolved yet, I had a talk with almost 7-10 customer care executive but none of them provide me correct information also some of them talk rudely to me and give me false information when i ask them about their customer id's.
                              The issue is still with us, today i had a talk with their supervisor Anil Y his id is 4361 he told me that my request will get resolved in 4 hrs, i told him that i didn't trust what he said because earlier each operator told me that my request will get resolved in so and so time but it never happend, so i told him to drop me a mail on my mail id about till what time my request will get resolved but he refused it. I also told him to connect me to their higher manager so that he could drop me a mail but he again refused my that the manager is not in yet, he told me that he will come in between 11-12. so i told him to arrange a callback with the manager once he is in for this also he refused me and told me to wait for 4 hrs. when i ask for the reason, Anil told me that if he will forgot to tell his manager to call you back then again i will create an issue that i didn't get the callback (the manager is such a busy person who didn't came on time). such a pathetic service was provided by tikona care and the customer executive didn't have any knowledge about the timeline of request resolution. I had recording of my today's conversation with Anil. I want to take strict action against Tikona customer care

                                  I want to bring to your notice the harassment I had to endure from Tikona regarding recovery of the amount which I don't owe in the last 5-6 months.

                                  To cut the long story short, I had notified Tikona representative well before the start of my billing cycle to discontinue my broadband connection and she agreed on that. She also agreed I won't be getting next month's bill as Tikona works on the advanced payment model and all my dues were clear. And to my utter surprise, I received next month's bill to which of course I didn't pay!!

                                  Since last month I'm getting repetitive threat calls, emails and SMSs from Tikona o[censored]nethical way of collecting the amount. Tikona representative even threatened to come to my house to collect the amount. And now Tikona representatives are threatening me to file legal complaints!! I've been greatly mentally tortured over this and also wasted so much time doing all the things which I should not be doing!

                                  For all that I've endured, I need to be compensated for the all the wrongdoings of Tikona. Otherwise, I will definitely proceed to lodge a FIR against Tikona for mentally harassing me and wasting so much time and effort in the process.

                                    I was a Tikona broadband user for more than 02 years. Recently there was some technical changes happened from their end in the main box located near our home was shifted which resulted in bad network. I contacted customer care for more than 10 times and yet the same issue was continuing. Later I decided to switch to other service provider. Now, the tikona company has forced me to pay the final bill which I should not be paid as I didn't use the service. I requested them to revise the bill so that I can pay minimum which was not agreed. Now, the company has filed a case against me for non-payment in DELHI court. I am a user in Bangalore and the company is registered in Mumbai, case is registered in DELHI. This clearly indicates that they are cheating people and the person who called from the Delhi court saying he is a government advocate was supporting the company and was threatening me to pay the bill in 30 minutes or he will file the case and I need attend the case. Imagine, I can't to Delhi from Bangalore within 30 minutes and also, I cannot travel so long for 2000Rs. This is purely cheating a customer with the circumstance and even the INDIAN courts and Lawyers are also making people fool in the name of court. Is this called as consumer protection in Indian? also, When a consumer is in Bangalore, how can the company register a case in Delhi.? This shows how they are playing with consumers. Can Government take any action on this?

                                      Applicable refund(if any) will be processed and communicated to you on your registered email ID after the modem is returned.

                                      We request you to return all the modems along with the accessories (in working condition). In the event of not being able to deliver the modem to the company in 7 days from the date of this email, for reasons attributable to your action/account, the modems would be assumed to be permanently undeliverable to any person including the company. In such an event, including a case where the modems are delivered by the subscriber in non-working conditions, or if returned beyond 7days from the date of this email, the company would charge Rs 1, 500/- per modem not returned or returned in non-working conditions as penalty/damages for breach of the terms of service.                                         I am facing technical issues in the network. I am facing these issue from last 6 months.
                                        I have also asked to disconnect my connection for 2 times due to the network issues.
                                        Very poor service is provided by tikona.
                                        I am calling to the customer support but they are only registering the complaint and saying that technical team is working on it, not a sing support member is receiving the call. This is really disgusting and custmers are loosing faith from tikona.
