I have recently shifted to new place and i was looking for good broadband. At previous location, i was using Airtel but here my neighbor suggested me to go for tikona. I placed broadband query at sulekha and i got a call from Tikona representative (Rakesh - [protected]) and he assured me to broadband installation at my place within 3-4 hours. I told him that first show me demo and based on demo i will get it installed. Instead of showing demo he installed his broadband device at my place and there was no internet from first day of installation. I asked him that dude internet is not working, he told me that he will come next day and issue will resolved. I have made multiple call to him and he came with engg but again he was not able to resolved issue. Then, engg told me that they will come next day and try to solve your internet thing. Since that day, i regularly made call to your customer care and they just assuring me that sir our engg will visit your home and your problem will get resolved. it has been already 6 days and still i am unable to use internet of tikona. He mischievously subscribed to me for 3 months plan of 3000/-rs.
Apart from this 3000/- he took 1000/- rs in his account. I request you to please refund my amount and don't do these things with any customer . Overall experience with tikona is very bad and i never expected this from reputed company like tikona.

On an average i made 10 call everyday to different-different engg based on his previous day visit.

Yesterday evening (Jan16, 2017), he messaged me that sir do the mail of disconnection.

Tikona is harassing their customers. I have not used their internet from day one and they subscribed me for 3 month. Now they are refusing to refund my money and even they are not disconnecting my connection.
This is extortion. Considering, how openly and confidently they carry out this extortion of money from customer despite not providing even basic service. I was wondering how they have got a license for providing internet service in india. Kindly take strictest action against them.

It is unacceptable from any service provider. I heard same stories from lot of my friends regarding tikona in ncr.
worst service provider . dont go for this..in this digitization of world, how they even exist in india... Strict action should be taken.. Cancel license of such operators
I second to the case and comments related to Tikona, as a service provider they are a nightmare. You can see their ads on almost all streets claiming 100MBPS speed at 999INR unlimited plans, but when you actually go for the plans then your bad time starts with them. They will assure you with best of the service in the world but the real game starts once you take the connection.

I urge the authorities to block this service provide, what is the mean of being a service provider if they have nothing to offer in service.

I am sure the user will never be going to get the money back forget about the service.
Tikona is very bad service provider I have ever seen. They regularly cheat with the customers. I have heard lot of complaints about tikona. I suggest do not use tikona services. They just take the money and do not provide services. They always give false commitments. Government must make strict action against tikona. Make heavy penalty to tikona.
Fraud company, fake network. Unreasonable charges, no customer satisfaction.

I have been using tikona for 3 months now and almost everyday I need to contact customer care, and while using internet for voice call suddenly calls drops network get disconnected, so irritating. Facing this issue all the time, just using the connection because I have deposited 2000 rupees.

Using tikona network is a torture. Please shut down operations of tikona so that they can't trap customers with fake claims.
It is really bad and unacceptable from any service provider company. Either provide service or refund back customer money.
I am never going to use tikona looking at the comments provided above. I have heard from my other peers as well that they are really bad in customer service. This is a scam company and loot your money.
Ohh boy !! Another unbearable experience of one more Tikona customer.
I put up in Faridabad and Tikona people just irritate every other week to share their plans having them informed that I have no internet requirement since I am satisfied with my current provider. Their calls are not just promotional for sure. They just irritate you, begging for an opportunity to serve.
Someone needs to take some serious action against them. Complaints above and on every other portal shows how unprofessional they are. Would never ever recommend anyone to go for Tikona internet.
Same happened with me, kindly refrain from Tikona. They are Cheaters.
Refrain from using Tikona they are worst internet services providers. They cheat the customers. Glad to know that users have decided not to go or such a worst provider.

    I used tikona internet service form last 3 years. then moved to Bangalore. Where i am living they do not have service or no signal as said by customer care.so i disconnected your service on 11 Oct-16, even that i am getting Bill and call from last two month regarding Due amount. I paid 700 Rs on 21 Jan-17.my last due amount. Hope Tikona will stop harassing me.

        Hello,
        I would like to complaint for Tikona's worst service and false commitment and mental torture. Due to tikona's poor Service & worst connection i was about to disconnect my connection but they requested me to continue with Prepaid plan for Rs. 1000.00 and my used MB billing will be waived off and i trusted them and did the same and since past one week they didn't started my connection stating that i have to pay the billed amount for which they commited to be waived off, today is 6th Day they've already crossed their deadline of 72hrs, still connection not started. Inspite of making all the payments on time this what they are upto, truely unprofessional and they do their best to give you nightmares and mental tortures dont trust them guys. My Rs. 1000.00 has got blocked with them neither they are starting my connection nor they are refunding it. Big Time Sucker.

        Since the day i made my payment everyday i have to follow them and everyday you have to face new agent, each and every agent escape by giving reason that it will get started in 24 Hrs. I really don't know whether they mean 24 Hours or 24 Years.

        Please beware of Tikona. Below i've attached the details. Please go through the facts.

        Today is 9th Day still service not started. Got commiment from one of their senior executive vishal on 21st tht it will start in 24hrs but still same mental torture. on. 23rd got commitment from pooja (Emp code 108112) tht it will get start by evening. but still same...need to file a case..people who r suffering can join my petition.

          Hello,
          My Tikona customer id is [protected].I was using Tikona for the past one year. Their services are pathetic and subpar. The connection is extremely show and fluctuating. I had 10 gb at 2 mbps and 512 kbps after that. But tikona never delivered promised speed after initial few months. So I decided to terminate my connection. I mailed them on 28th December to request them to cancel my connection. There after Tikona instead of taking prompt action and cancelling the connection, they kept calling us to ask why we are cancelling. They kept harassing me and my wife asking again and again to reconsider cancelling and why we are unhappy. I will like to mention that not only have I mailed on 28 th December to cancel my connection, I have there after not even logged in to Tikona which they have a record of.
          I have been harassed with calls every day from Tikona where I had to both politely and angrily explain to Tikona that I want to cancel my plan. Now they have mailed me saying I am billed till 8th January and have to pay all amount due, I.e. Rs. 207.63.
          I would like to ask that if I have mailed on 28th Dec and since not used their services and from then on it was a delay from Tikona's side in cancelling services, why am I billed till 8th January?
          They kept calling and harassing me and my wife after my request to cancel services. Why did Tikona not cancel the subscription on 28th or latest by 29th?
          This is to inform Tikona that I will not pay anything beyond 28th of December as I had mailed you to cancel the subscription and it was your responsibility to do so. Moreover if Tikona insists on billing me till 8th, I will move to court and then lodge a fir for these Fraudulent charges.

            I do agree with the reviews provided here for Tikona, as I am also a victim of their services. I have registered with the services on 1st December 2016 and paid Rs.2510/- in advance as they committed to start the services with in 24Hrs. But it doesn't went like this so I called the engineer and the dealer for teh issue but they said it is not from here and will be handled by the head office. I contacted there and any how I waited for SEVEN days but there were same answer "Our engineer will visit there very soon."
            So I call on their customer care number[protected] and wrote on [protected]@tikona.in for disconnection and refund. On call they assured me for the refund but at the same time I have been instructed to submit the instrument to their engineer, which I did well on time. Now I got a mail regarding bill payment of Tikona, and after confirmation they provide me a very different address as of mine where my user ID ([protected]) is being used. But the major issue is that somebody is working on my ID, which is a criminal offence.
            So please anybody suggest me how I can proceed in both refund and miss-using issues.

              As per the discussion with customer care of Tikona my account ([protected]) was put on hold in month of Aug 2016 after all pending payments. they said there will not be any bill if you put a hold for service. but i was receiving bill in every month. even after a lot of mails and customer care call i did not get any response. while calling customer care always they are saying that they will call back(IVR). but did not received any call or proper reply over email.

                Hello,
                I got a new cancellation on Decmeber 10th 2016 and started facing problems from December 18th 2016.

                I had paid for the 10Mbps plan and right from the day i got the connection i have raised a complaint for the speed.

                Within one week a building construction behind my house completely failed my connection and now it is not working.

                It is a pity that the installation engineers are not able to foresee that the construction happening behind my house will stop my internet. All the engineer around 6 ppl, including team leader and area manager has visited my place and confirmed that my house is technically not feasible and they confirmed that it is wrong installation. Also, they confirmed even without construction my house is not feasible for 10Mbps plan.

                It is a pity that a organization like Tikona is cheating people like this for mere 2000Rs.

                I have been contacting the tikona and mails has been going back and forth regarding my cancellation and refund of the amount i had paid of Rs.1954.

                They are not even willing to close my connection even though the internet is not working and also asking me to pay the next month bill.

                I need my amount refunded as soon as possible and connection needs to be closed.

                  Hi,

                  I was using Broadband services of Tikona from 2014. Due to some family emergency I had to go out of town. So, I called the customer care of Tikona on 18 July 2016 to cancel my connection as I had no idea when I will be back. Instead of cancelling they said they will wave off the bill for the days I have not used their services when I come back and asked me to drop an email regarding same. I have dropped an email on 20 July 2016.

                  Further we decided that we would move out of the city permanently. So I called the customer care on 14 Aug 2016 saying I want to cancel the connection as I am moving out permanently and I would settle the bill as per our discussion on 18 July. I thought they will charge me for no. of days I have used their services + safe custody charges. But I was surprised they have billed me for full month instead.

                  Cancelling service is a task with Tikona. I would urge some one should call these people to check how difficult they make it to cancel. I think 4 to 5 calls repeating same thing gift it to someone don't cancel etc. I have had couple of email/telephonic conversations with these people explaining them to send me the correct bill. But, they keep on repeating that you have to make payment irrespective of you have used it or not and are adding up the late charges every month.

                  My question is I am ready to pay for days I have used the services + the safe custody charges. Why should I pay when I have not used it. Also, I have informed them by call as well as through email in advance. Please ask them to pull the call recording and see what I have requested for. I am being responsible citizen for settling the bill and close the connection. I could have easily ignored this as I am no more residing in that location/place.

                  I can share all email conversation if required. Would appreciate your help on this.

                  I don't know how do I explain, I have moved out of the city so there is no question of whether I wish to use or not. What I seriously wish is you send me the correct bill I will make the payment and close the connection for ever. I will never in my life will deal with Tikona if it is only choice on earth.

                  Let me repeat again as per my mails/tele conversation with the customer care I will ONLY pay for what I have used and the safe custody charges as I have informed you on time...Please adjust the bill and I will pay.

                  As per the mail below I had called my tenant to arrange for the instruments(adapter, white colour box, router and full length cable from terrace ) for this Sunday.

                  But now I have found someone who wants to take that connection and I am also happy to transfer the ownership.

                  Till today whenever I called you said I can transfer it to some one. But now when I found one the customer care says I cant do so because it is terminated. I had raised a request in July 16 and it was not terminated till date but the moment I found some to transfer you say this is terminated now.

                  Please tell me isn't it harassment of a customer.

                  Need someone really responsible person to respond if this is doable or else please send some to collect the stuff from my place and close this chapter for ever.

                  I think you have crossed the limits now.

                  I have been chasing you to cancel my connection and I will do the full and final. Mind you I was chasing.

                  You sent me this mail on 1st Feb 2017. I have arranged to pickup the Adaptor / Roof Top Device as per your mail on Sunday. I have returned all devices that I have with full length cable and I had this question how do I make the payment I was about to call you this weekend.

                  Today I got this call from Ms Neha Sharma calling from Civil court Delhi she quoted she is working for Advocate Kiran Gujral. As per the conversation she said I have to make payment and have to email her the details.

                  She said she will SMS me her email ID as she can not send mail. But she didn't. I had to call her again for the email ID.

                  The email ID she provided doesn't look official. Please confirm if this is your authorised email. She is also marked in the mail.

                  I have informed you guys in advance in spite that you are charging me for 2 months and not ready to send me the detailed bill what these charges are for.

                  Please confirm if I can make payment using my Cust ID [protected] and should I send details the Neha? rest I will leave it to you and the consumer court.                   Dude, they are thugging the customer even i am the victim of same case, due to worst connection of tikona i was about to disconnect but on their request i moved to prepaid plan to give them a change to improve for which they are making me suffer a lot, they haven't started my connection inspite making payment. Everyday i have to face new agent and explain her every details, as of now my encounters with their mentioned executives, VISHAL (SUPERVISOR) Priya, Vinaya, Archana, Poonam, etc etc. Still i have to call them daily to start my connection but they are not doing it.                   Same case with me. When i asked for disconnection they begged to hold the connection and waived off my bills and asked for 145 rs for holding the connection. after some time i received a mail from tikona regarding two month bill and late charges as well.. i dropped many mails did many calls but every time they were just looking for money. Please make payment please make payment.
                  I think they are in mood that if any customer wants to leave then try to pull money as much as they can.

                  I will never go for Tikona in my lifetime again.

                    Due to poor internet connectivity, many times raised complaint for it. But since no appropriate action has been taken out finally decided to unsubscribe my account. My plan is prepaid quarterly basis one. Confirmed with senior HR to unsubscribe the account over the phone call since I didn't receive any reply mail. But still they are sending me the bills for the next three months payment cycle. Already I lost my broadband signal, but I'm getting bills for it stated that my usage data is 0.0. I don't have any payment due since it is prepaid one. Unable to reach customer care, whenever I make a call[protected], call has been routed to IVR stated like "Complaint got registered, technical team will reach you" after that I'm not getting any call from them. Even I drop a mail to customer care team but no reply from them. I never faced this kind of worst service. I will not pay any bill amount even if you are send it many times since I'm not using your service for a long time.

                    The plan which we used was a prepaid plan (3 months plan). We requested to disconnect the connection even before the next bill get generated. So the bill generated for Rs.3255.58 was wrong one with data usage of 0KB. We already contact with Tikona's Senior HR Mr.Prasad on January 2017 and he confirmed that there were no pending dues since my connection was terminated before bill get generated.

                    Even after we confirmed with Senior HR still we received demand notice from Tikona. After that, we tried to reach many times to tikona customer care[protected] but always it redirects to IVR also no replies to Email which we sent to customer care email ([protected]@tikona.in).

                    In last few days I am getting frequent anonymous calls, saying we need to pay the amount and also they telling that they calling from Delhi HC (Civil department). The way they were talking was like a threatening manner.

                    Also why should I need to pay Rs.3255.58 since I used prepaid plan.

                      This month i have received the Bill amount 862.50.

                      There is 250 rs additional charges added in my bill because its moved to other building in my same location.

                      Note : Before movement only i called to customercare for Billing department informed without any charges if they are agree then only move my connection other wise you can feel free to disconnect my session like then they agree with that condition and moved my connection successfully.

                      If the Bill is 862.50 is applicable for me you can feel free to disconnection my service permanently and i wil not pay any charges.

                      You can feel free to escalate this case to your billing department as well

                            Hello, i am karan Ganatra. our User id -[protected]. i have list od compalints and yet there has been no solution From the tikona. and they are not given in written also that they have resolved my problem or will resolve my problem.

                            i have list of Complaints number which have been closed by them and no follow-up was taken whether i am getting any proper service or not. list of complaints are as follows.

                            All this complaints also include that i am not getting call from senior help desk event after giving request.
                            Yesterday when i called tikona tollfree number for technical support. But they told me that wont be able to resolve my problem instantly. than after requesting so many times i got a call from +[protected] senior desk of tikona. his name was Mr. Srikant yedage, i received the call from him at 10.42pm and the call lasted for around 46 mins. i told him all my issues and he told me that my issue will be solved within 8 hours. So i told him that I would like to talk to the manager who is on duty, as this is not 1 first time that i am facing this issue. He told me that he is not on Desk and so cannot transfer the call. so i asked Name of the manager on duty, he took 10 to 15 mins just to tell me the name of the manager, who was suppose to be on duty, after that he told me his name is Mr.Abhishek who is manager For that time. Than at 10.52 pm approx i again told him that i want to speak to manager he told me that his duty gets over by 11.00 pm and he already left. So than i told him to transfer the call to the manager who came for next shift. Mr.srikant tells me that he dosent know the name of the manager who is on duty and than he changed his statement that there is no manager on duty.

                            Talking with senior executive of tikona for 46 mins. and yet my problem was not solved on 1/04/2016.

                            I also told him that i have spoken to many senior executives before and their name are - Mr.Munatiz, MR.Piyush & Mr.abhishek. All this seniors executives had told me that they will solve my problem and it wont be repeated again and again. But still, Till today i am facing same issues. After so many complaints and request done to all executives, i got a call back from Miss.Ashwini and she told me that she is the manager and she'll take care of this issue personally & senior executive will give a follow-up to me for the following issues. After Promise Given by manager, i was ready to continue for tikona services, but later on i found that commitments were false and there was no proper follow-up by senior executive of tikona. I was given waver by the manager. But let me inform that i need proper service and not waver.

                            Till date i.e-2/4/2016 i am still facing issues for connectivity of internet & speed. This is not the service that i am paying for. I would request Consumer Court to please check all complaints o[censored]ser id- [protected] & also listen to all the conversations.

                            I request consumer court to do the needful. I would also like to Get a note to consumer court that "THEY DO NOT GIVE CONSUMERS IN WRITING THAT OUR ISSUE WILL BE SOLVED OR IT WILL BE SOLVED IN CERTAIN NUMBER OF DAY OR TIME".

                            Now i am Being Harassed in the same way, i am getting call from [protected]. and they are telling me that if you dont pay your bill within 15 minutes than he will file case right away. How can a lawyer speak Rudely?

                            Rather Than Harassing people, Improve your service & call your Customers for Services..

                                I got several calls from Tikona technical department asking about connectivity issue. I said I had not raised complaint about connectivity issue, but instead I had asked to cancel the connection. Then they asked me to give them last chance to keep the connection. I still denied. Later they said they will transfer the call to customer department. I never got a call from that department to process my cancellation. They are not responding my emails for confirming on cancellation. Probably they are trying to get more money from me without me using the internet., which I won't let it happen. I am going to escalate it in such a way they would never imagine.

                                  On 14th Jan 2017 I have got SMS from tikona that my bill overdue is Rs.405.16/-. I called customer care center, got the reply that it is cumulative of safe custody charges, per day charges from 6 Jan 2016 on wards.
                                  On 16th Jan 2017, i checked Tikona bill, it shows 1260.13/-. I called customer care center and i have received a reply that the billed amount is cumulative of safe custody charges, Jan month bill (Rs.800/-), one day charge (Jan 6th - Rs.25/-).
                                  Below are my queries,
                                  1) on Nov 6th, when i called tikona customer care and requested for disconnection, your tikona customer care executive advised for safe custody and confirmed that safe custody charges will be waived off. Then why safe custody charges Rs.183/- is shown in the bill.

                                  2) On Jan 6th i have requested for disconnection and i have not used the service, even then tikona have billed for one day charge (6th Jan 2017) - Rs.25.81/-

                                  3) As i have requested for Disconnection on 6th Jan 2017 and not using tikona internet service since 6th Nov 2016, tikona have billed me for the period 7th Jan 2017 - 7th Feb 2017 - Rs.800/-.

                                  4) After 6th Jan, around 5-7 customer care executives called me from tiknoa customer care center, recommending to go for low price plan (or) transfer the plan to friends / new location (or) hold the account and confirmed that safe custody charges is waived off. Even after these many confirmations from tikona customer care, they are billing safe custody charges.

                                      I have cancelled my internet with my local rep and come abroad yet I am getting hassled by bills. On receipt of one of the bills I even e-mailed the customer care and no response and now I am being harassed by e-mail for a bill for 2 months. This company is a cheat!
