In last 9 months they gave me 3 new connections instead of transferring the service and took 500 each time. Both first and third connection did not work properly from Day 6.I gave cancellation request for third connection since it did not work from day 6, but keep harassing my wife continuously and asking us to pay the bill when I already paid excess money on all the connections. In the last connection I have paid 1300, but I have not used it even for 10 days.
The first connection also I had hell lot of issues. Please let me know if I can file a harassment case in PS since they torture me and my wife by calling continuously.

They keep calling my wife number atleast thrice a day even after asking u guys to cancel the connection before 19 Days. I am filing a harassment case against Tikona in local PS.

Updated by Sundaresa Guptha I need the cancellation to be done as on Jan 6 2017 and refund the amount including the installation amount. I need the device to be removed from the premises before Monday, or else I would throw the device away. It is already 15 days and just started getting the response. Already filed a case in the consumer court and also harassment case to local PS with the recordings. Looking for a legal solution on this. I would surely take down the Tikona in social media as well as in the consumer forum.

Updated by Sundaresa Guptha I paid installation amount 3 times within 9 months. I do not know why you ppl do not transfer the connection. Evrytime I give the transfer request your engineers give the new connection and take 500 rs as installation amount. This happpened 3 times and this is completely illegal. Will have this dealt in court.

Updated by Sundaresa Guptha I have already sent emails and spoke in phone around 20-30 times in last 10days. Will surely raise this case in consumer forum and get it fixed. I have recordings for all the communications I had with u ppl in all the 3 accounts.
