Hi team,

I paid to tikona 2100 for 3 months advance rental, in 3 months i was provided a pathetic service. calling the executive, i was told that i should go ahead and cancel my plan as he does not care.

It is a fraud company. It should be banned. And please help me to save get a full refund of my money.

I disconnected Tikona network about three months ago and their bill boy collect bill from my house but today he say your bill is due and connection not disconnected and forcely say i[censored] and pay I take legal action such type Tikona cheated the customers

    I had take Tikona Network in Bangalore in 2015 and due to personal reason I am shifting my residence permanently to a place where tikona service is not available. hence I had raised a service ticket(# 1-[protected]) on 19th Jan'17 and as per the Customer service executive confirmation, TAT is 7 working days.

    Till now I have received more than 4 calls from customer service team for convincing me to retain connection or transfer to someone. for which I have made it clear to them that I am not interest and go for both the option and requested them to disconnect the service.

    till now, they haven't disconnected the service and more over they have generated the monthly bill for the month of Feb'17.

    I had Airtel, BSNL and other service providers internet service and I had never experienced these kind of service from anyone.

    I am really unable to know how I will make them understand that I am shifting permanently and I am not disconnecting the service because I am not happy with the connection.

    hence my suggestion to all is don't take the tikona connection and look for alternative. Even BSNL is fine.

      I was user of Tikona broadband and I was unhappy with connection,
      I asked them to remove it, they finalised and said sir we give two months as grace and then only connection is cut.
      I did the way as they informed,
      Later they started threatening that legal action would be taken and all this kind of trouble.
      Please help as they are very disappointing and mentally harrassing!
      They are making as if I'm completely responsible and the ill service of company is no way responsible for it!
      They are making few fake phone calls and threatening and I want to know if I can take legal action if adviced against!

      Please help me in closing this problem and i'll be very thankful to you.

      What is wrong with Tikona!
      Why are you always so irritating and useless service provider.
      You never helped when the customer was in trouble and you always come to take money quicky,
      What kind of management you guys have !

      Anyway,
      The dued payment is nothing mere than a gimmick done by you guys to harass the customer and make him fool,
      I too have to make sure where were you wrong and to remind you the kind of pathetic and cheap your service is kindly look out for the extensive numerous time I logged complaints on your customer care!

        Hi

        My name is kamlesh jaiswal, I had subscribed Tikon's Internet connection10mbps plan for 6 months on 4th Jan 2017, during installation service engineer test the speed of internet at that time it was showing 8mbps, then he said after activation of your account you will get 10mbps speed and it will 24 hrs to activate your account. I said ok and made the payment and in night when I was browsing the internet, website takes a lot of time to load, when I did speed test it was showing 0.85 kbps then I thought it was happening due to my activation will take 24 hrs, but when I checked on next day it was showing the same speed and then I started observing the Internet speed, after observing I found that the Internet speed is not constant it gives some times 5 mbps speed and suddenly declines to 0.87 kbps. One day I was downloading a file of 217 mb it takes 3 days to download. Then I registered a complaint on customer care that I am facing a speed issue. Next a service engineer came to my house then he started doing all the troubleshooting but nothing done, then he brought his laptop and again started doing all the above procedures but nothing happens then he called his advance technical team they his laptop on remote, they observed whole day but nothing happens. Then their Advance technical team spoke to me and said sir you this variable speed only and will give you waiver, for constant speed you have to subscribe lease line then only you will get constant speed. Then I made a request for disconnection and refund of amount which I have paid for 6 months. From next day tikona and their service managers started harassing and forcing me you cannot disconnect the internet connection and if you disconnect you will not get refund. so use our Internet connection we will give you waiver but if you go for disconnection we will not refund you the money.

        Now going to file an FIR against them and also register a in consumer court.

          I was using this service very pathatic and poor quality internet ...their MD prakash Bajpai is very busy to searching new job ... because they not respond mail also ..their floor superior Poojal shekhawat calling and talk with. 3 hrs and solutions 0 please don't.                 I am indeed the most dissatisfied consumer of this internet service. Tikona has never worked when it was needed by me. My internet did not work for months and after my serval requests to get my contact number change on the records they have failed to do so.Dissapointed with all their nonsense I tried calling the helpline and asked to disconnect.And yet they have claimed me with the charges for not using their internet.I wish I can sue the entire company for their misleading and disturbing service.

                  I chose to install tikona network @ my home. Timona ececutive visited my place immidiatly to install. After many unsucsessfull attempts non of them were able to install it and i had already paid 1900 rs to tikona for intallatio .
                  I was not able to ise tikona as it was not installed.
                  I am chasing tikona care and team to refund my 1900 rs which they are. Ot responding, i sea many complaints againts tikona, i dont know why no one is taking strick action against them, tbey are frauad.
                  Also their executive made me buy mode work rs 700 to1000 rs which is unused.

                    Continue from my Previous Complaint Which is not Resolved they Continously Threating me about bill payments, from different numbers.

                      I installed tikona connection in ejipura bangalore. I chose the unlimited 6mbps unlimited pack. The service began on 21st jan. Charged Rs.1785 for the subscription.

                      From that day... i have got not even near to 6mbps. 80% of the time internet is not working.
                      All helpline numbers are invalid or switched off.
                      I contacted mumbai office and registered a complaint. Nothing has improved till now.
                      I want my money back n wish to terminate the service. Please help.

                          Hi Team,
                          I have to raise the complaint against Tikona broad band.
                          My issue is that, I have raised the request to deactivate my Tikona broad brand they gave me the request number (1-[protected]) but Tikona did not deactivated my connection and I recently got to know that I have to pay bill for pending dues to Tikona.
                          Please advise as when a request was already raised for disconnection then for what services I was billed and when no services of Tikona were used after raising disconnection request
                          I did many follow ups with Tikona customer care but I haven't received satisfactory responses from Tikona's customer support My customer I’D [protected]
                          Kindly request you to please have a look into this concern and take necessary action against Tikona.

She claim was baseless as I have paid all my dues, in fact your person collected all accessories [modem/cables] from the rented residence where i used to live.

                            I have wanted to made it clear here that I have paid all dues for Tikona's pathetic services [which is repeatedly mentioned to tikona over phone & thru email also]

                            In fact I should get the money refunded from Tikona for such a lousy service.

                              In last 9 months they gave me 3 new connections instead of transferring the service and took 500 each time. Both first and third connection did not work properly from Day 6.I gave cancellation request for third connection since it did not work from day 6, but keep harassing my wife continuously and asking us to pay the bill when I already paid excess money on all the connections. In the last connection I have paid 1300, but I have not used it even for 10 days.

                              The first connection also I had hell lot of issues. Please let me know if I can file a harassment case in PS since they torture me and my wife by calling continuously.

                              They keep calling my wife number atleast thrice a day even after asking u guys to cancel the connection before 19 Days. I am filing a harassment case against Tikona in local PS.

                              I need the cancellation to be done as on Jan 6 2017 and refund the amount including the installation amount. I need the device to be removed from the premises before Monday, or else I would throw the device away. It is already 15 days and just started getting the response. Already filed a case in the consumer court and also harassment case to local PS with the recordings. Looking for a legal solution on this. I would surely take down the Tikona in social media as well as in the consumer forum.

                              I paid installation amount 3 times within 9 months. I do not know why you ppl do not transfer the connection. Evrytime I give the transfer request your engineers give the new connection and take 500 rs as installation amount. This happpened 3 times and this is completely illegal. Will have this dealt in court.

                              I have already sent emails and spoke in phone around 20-30 times in last 10days. Will surely raise this case in consumer forum and get it fixed. I have recordings for all the communications I had with u ppl in all the 3 accounts.

                                My subscription ending on 26/01/2017.
                                I had registered a request to close the connection on 24/1/2017 at 5:00 pm.
                                My dock id is : 1-[protected] as per your technician.

                                He refuse to send me mail/message about my request for this close connection saying "they don't provide mail/message service".

                                I asked them there is no charge now or any pending payment and they say there are no pending or there will be no charge.

                                Since i have seen too many complain about this billing problem after connection closed. Personally my two friend experienced it. I have also recorded my call with technician .

                                And i am writing here as another proof of cancel.

                                  Hi, this is Tanvir khan, I was using tikona broadband services till dec 2015 and I have cleared all my last due payment in full and final settlement.now I after 10 months I am getting a call from an advocate saying that so and so amount is still pending and asking what you want to do next?To clear payment or to fight in a legal way, since then I tried so many times to reach tikona customer care on the toll free and rest of the other numbers too, but unable to reach them.requesting the company and forum to have a look on my request.my tikona user ID was [protected] and my disconnect request number was 1-[protected].

                                    I got connection in nov 2016. connection never worked. When I complain on facebook, website, phone customer care every thing i tried no response. Then I sent online request to collect rs. 5000/- and in 10 mins I got a call from a guy to collect the money. JUST IMAGINE what kind of fraud this company is.
                                    Then when I trashed this guy who wanted to collect the money, He arranged a call from mumbai office, who then sent a guy to see the problem. The problem was not resolved, but he said he will see if it gets ok in a day or two. next day i get sms that the problem is resolved, Now calling the tech guy, he does not reply.
                                    Internet not work and the taken moneyt for 3 months. I have taken my responsibility to expose these guys online on every social media and infact even going to file consumer court case. Everyone who want to join in the case, send me email at [protected]@gmail.com

                                      I'm subscribed 4mbps plan of yours and I'm only getting 1+ Mbps speed or lower than that and it always fluxes from 1-4 Mbps it never stays constant. It happens because other people in my street uses your ISP so I'm not getting a constant speed (which your teach support told me). How come you people call yourself as broadband when you can't provide a constant net speed. Mobile data is faster than yours. Yesterday your tech guy came and said our net is working fine it's the problem with my lap but it's not!!! Somehow your net speed is max when your tech guy shows up and he shows that as a fix and just leaves. Wow you are one fraud shameless ######## _|_. I want you to fix it by tomorrow then only I pay the fee else I'd like to unsubscribe of your useless mother #### ford isp of yours.                                         I have given the cancellation request on 26-Dec-2016. Ever since, I have gotten 5-10 calls regarding why I want to opt for disconnection. Each time, I explain my problem and it's just like they don't value your feedback and are just delaying to get few more money from us and everytime I speak to a new representative. I have recorded all my conversations with Tikona. I will wait 1 week for their reply. After that, I'm suing them in consumer court and get my compensation.
