Please be aware of this cheating procedures,
I have been using this tikona connection with lots of problems, it's the worst internet services i ever deal with, my customer Id : [protected], I paid
my first 3 months bill in advance and installed my connection, from day first, I had to call my customer service everyday for speed problems, it goes till 3rd month, and at 3rd month end, my connection got disconnected, I called them regarding problems, they told we will solve it, but no one turn up, then they simply sending my forth month bill, which I don't have connection, I called them nearly 4 to 5 times, they just ask all my problems and tell me a simple answer, we will speak to our high official and give a call back, after all this they sending me now 5th month bill, and sending me advocate letter, please, anyone help me with solving this ?
