This is the worst network i have ever had. I have raised a complaint a week before, but still in progress. If i call to customer care, it is simple saying "working on the ticket" from the last week but not connecting to support contact.

I wont pay single amount for this month as i didn't utilize the network.
If it regards billing i ll get so many calls but on any technical support none responds.

So just disconnect the connection. I am not yet all interested anymore.

    I'd logged numerous complaints about slow internet connectivity while using 4 MBPS plan of Tikona.

    Everytime ticket is closed stating issue is resolved & same issue again reappears in less than a fortnight.

    I now upgraded my plan to 10 MBPS which took 7 days of hussle with Tikona and 2 hours argument on call on 7th day for them to dispatch a tech & upgrade the connection.

    Since the date o[censored]pgrade which is not more than a fortnight, I've never received speed more than 6 MBPS on a 10 MBPS plan...which is shameful on Tikona's part.

    Have logged multiple complaints & spoken with numerous agents 7 3-4 supervisors last being someone named Ashish.

    ALL OF THEM COMMITTED TO TAKE OWNERSHIP N GET ISSUE RESOLVED...

    GUESS WHAT...I'M STILL FACING SAME ISSUE & GETTING SPEEDS LESS THAN 5 MBPS NOW..!!!

    This is completely unprofessional behaviour.

    Attached is the latest speedtest screenshot...REMINDER - I've a 10 MBPS plan for tikona team members who don't remember things in one time.

      Hi

      I have told many times to deactivate Tikona services. I will not be responsible if someone will do illegal activity using that connection. I had left Gurgaon on 30th September 2016 and requesting to deactivate the services since 1 October. Customer care have accepted the request after I lodged complaint in consumer court on 19 November 2016 (reference number -77551).

      Company have closed the Consumer court complaint by saying that we have stopped the rental charges but still it is not deactivated. They have just suspended the connection. Why are they not deactivating the connection ??
      New Consumer court docket number is 100993.

      I have audio recordings my conversations with your executives and they keep on forcing me to use tikona or transfer my account. When i have left gurgaon, how hard it is to understand this ? i know it enters thick skulls late but this much late ? Today is 83rd since i am requesting to deactivate the services( 1 October) and 34th day since you have accepted the deactivation request (19 November) after i had lodged complaint in Consumer Helpline. You have closed that complaint from consumer helpline by saying that rental is stopped, plan is suspended and will be resumed and it will charge 5p/MB excluding tax whenever i use the service. Are you retard? when i have left the gurgaon how does it makes sense to suspend the plan... DEACTIVATE IT...
      I will lodge an FIR as well soon of fraud against your company.
      In consumer helpline my docket number is 77551(Which you have closed)
      I have initiated the same complaint with complaint no 100933.
      And a have lodged complaint with other officials as well.. For record, i am having 7 audio recordings, mails.
      This company is such a fraud. I have told all my contacts to never use TIKONA otherwise they will gonna face all this. Great achievement for your company.. You are earning alot of fame in the market.

      Just had a word with Sub inspector of my region. As per his guidelines, i am giving you a week time. Deactivate it or else i will do a case of mental harassment against your company .
      I have made my first request on 1st October but the complaint was registered on 19th November after lodging a complaint in consumer court. Its more than 1 month after you have accepted my request.

      How much more time is required. As per yours, it takes 15 days. Why it's taking too long ???

      Roof top device Charges :1500/-
      Total Payable Amount : 2246.25/-

      Please note the following:

      • As informed in our earlier communication please handover the same. In event of equipment’s not being returned you are liable to pay additional charges of Rs.1500/-.

      • Please note on account of service discontinuation, you shall compulsorily return all the modems in working condition. In the event of not being able to deliver the modem to the company, for reasons attributable to your action/account, the modems would be assumed to be permanently undeliverable to any person including the company. In such an event, including a case where the modems are delivered by the subscriber in non-working conditions, the company would charge the subscriber Rs.1500/- for roof top device not returned or returned in non-working conditions towards penalty/damages for breach of the terms of service. This is applicable for all plans.

      • Please note that the Modem provided by Tikona and installed in your premises is a wireless transmitter imported by the company under a license issued by WPC wing, Department of Telecom, Government of India. Possession of such equipment, under your ostensible charge, is prohibited under THE INDIAN WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY ACT 1933 ACT XVII OF 1933.

      • As per confirmation received from our device collection team, equipments not yet collected from your premises. In event of equipment’s not being returned you are liable to pay additional charges of Rs.1500/-.

        Our internet tikona service is within 1week not working
        We are already complain ragister many time but not ginving the proper solution so we are verry taired so please give solution otherwise close the compny and return back customer payment also

          Hi,
          I was using tikona service-Acc no- [protected] and opted for disconnection before leaving the country, I paid all dues before leaving. and also paid a months bill even though i did not use it just to close the issue.
          I dont have any modem or any accessories from tikona but still i get constant calls and emails & even advocate notice for not returning their modem and asking me to pay 1500 rs. What do i return when i do not have any modem? the only thing they provided was a cable from the terrace and connected it to my personal wi fi router.

          I am seriously fed up of this, I even payed 1500 rs penalty like they asked just to close out this issue, their customer care executives dont answer my call neither call me back.

          I would like to report this issue so that people become aware about the trouble using this service like i am facing.

            I was using Tikona now I am shifting to other location they are not ready to disconnect my connection.Every month my bill is getting generated. I have made 100 calls but their executive is not coming to collect device.They disconnect my call when I tell them I don't want to use their service further.                 I got my connection disconnected on may 26th. One of the representatives took back the modem and said that they cannot provide service in my new location. He also mentioned that it's his responsibility to get my connection terminated. Unfortunately, i'm receiving email and messages saying my bill is overdue and with the penalty. I have called them more than 20-30 times and have spoken to their senior managers. They are very arrogant and irresponsible!. They say that they will take care of it and give fake assurance. Really annoying. I would never suggest anyone tikona if this doesn't stop.

                  Whenever login to my tikona broadband the network is stable for maximum of 20 minutes after that the router again asks for relogin and network is not avaible at all AND after multiple attempts the network recovers after 1 hour evem if i restart my router the issue is same please seb some engineer for the problem to be solved

                    In september i already made payment of 2 months used internet bill. That time customer executive told me that i will get for late payment fees. So i paid only 1030 as per my tikona plan 515per month but has nothing happened from your side. Instead you are generation new bills and adding late payment fees from may onwards. I have already closed my connection but i can't pay this late payment charges you adding my account please stop generating bills. And provide proper solution to my problem. Please don't mark as resolved before solving this issue. If you can't provide proper internet service, then at least stop torturing customers by adding extra charges in bills.

                      I have taken an internet conncetion from tikona . but i can not use them service past 3 month, and on the time of service we are facing several technical problem some time its working or some time not working so i call to them approx more than 100 time in 3 month but they are not given proper solution when i asked them to disconnect the connection they didn't send any bill in given address after some days tikona guys come and ask for payment, i complaint them but these guys don't reply to my email till now and every month they put penalty on that . I am very fed up of all this please help me. I have not received bill from tikona in my given address but i have got a call from [protected] this number who was threating me like tikona has filled case under section 420 in Mumbai court.

                        I took Tikona broadband connection with prepayment for 3 months. Tikona's internet service is worst ever possible. speed is lower than 2g network even though they claim to give 4mbps speed. Connection will get disconnected frequently and the worst thing is they dont have technical support.

                        i requested to stop services on my connection and provide me refund. Interestingly first request was processed but on refund front no one is responding and i am being given new date every time.

                          Today again they had taken 2048 Rupees after multiple no. of complaints..

                          A call received from duplicate Advocate who claimed that she is a government member and called me from [protected] this no...Kindly validate the same.
                          Also she is threatening me that if I will not make payment she will file legal case.. When I asked that I have the docs where I have clearly mentioned to stop my services..

                          Then she said that I am government member and not allowed to check the mails, , I will only close the case when you will pay bill to tikona.
                          Below is the attached bill of the payment which I had made today and want the reversal of the same at any cost.
                          They are Harassing middle class people and threatning them by calling them regularly after sending so many mails to stop the services

                            I requested Tikona people to shut down my connection in April, 2016 as it was not working properly. But they did not did it, and sent me a bill of Rs 315. I asked them to close my connection and i will pay the bill. They did not respond back. Now it is December, 2016 and they are continuously incrementing the bill by Rs 100 and harassing me to pay for something which i have never used.

                            Today they sent me a bill of Rs 1115, i have asked them multiple times that i am ready to pay Rs 315 but they have not yet responded. They harass me and disturb me every time.

                              My user id is [protected], since i had this connection i have problems, internet doesnt work, customer service is ridiculous. i called customer service and told them to cancel the account as they are not able to provide good service but they are not cancelling the account, i am calling tikona since i took this connection.the company is fraud and should shutdown.

                                Hello,

                                I am a user of Tikona Broadband ( ID [protected] ) since i was not happy with the services from your end i have requested for disconnection of the service from immediate effect. The request was not process hence leading in to outstanding. I have taken a connection with 3 months advanced rental and Security deposit of Rs 500/-. Since the connection was bought in 10GB plan the usage was not even exceeding 1GB. I have not used the connection for approximately 20-25 days now.
                                Now the SMS are been shoot stating i have a outstanding of RS 390 and late payment will be applied on same.Kindly look into this on priority and get it close asap.

                                  Today by 2:08 PM I got a call from an unknown number [protected]. He was forcing me to pay the outstanding bill amount with some extra amount of my tikona id [protected].

                                  Even for this outstanding amount I tried to the Tikona customer care by jan and feb 2016 several times. I could not connect to them due to their poor customer service. So I left that as such. After so many days without any prior notice this man called me.

                                  The bill was Rs.2278/-, but he forced me to pay Rs.3334. I asked him for some time. But he said if I don't pay within half an hour he would file case against me and I should come to court and all. I contacted Tikona to clarify. They said me pay Rs.2278. I said him regarding this. Despite that he called me and forced me to pay Rs.3334. I was in the hospital by that time that i couldn't think of anything. After a couple of hours i called to the same number but it said THE NUMBER IS SWITCHED OFF.

                                  The number must be seriously looked behind and I need my extra amount.
                                  I have attached the phone calls from him and the, message i sent to him.

                                    Very lazy and very frustrating service from Tikona care. One of the bogus Network service in the world and fraud as well.

                                    I am writing the above lines because i was regular customer of Tikona care from last five years, but faced many of the issues with this network provider. After the five years, i raised a request for transferring the Tikona connection in the name of myself which was previously in the name of my brother. I also paid the amount of transferring the connection and customer care executive told me that you have to pay a specific amount and which gets adjustable with the new connection too. I paid that amount, but after some weeks, my brother got a call from the Tikona care that he need to pay the rest of the amount otherwise they will file a case in court against him. We have not paid the amount as we told him that we already paid the amount with new connection. So there is no point to pay the amount. But they refused. Again after few weeks i got a call on my mobile number (since i got the connection transferred), that they are calling from Mumbai Court and you need to pay the amount of Rs. 2459 (Actual amount to pay was approx. 1000), otherwise they are filling a case against (Case - Cyber Crime) him otherwise they will pay the amount there and then and close the case.

                                    I said OK, i will pay the amount, since of getting out of fear and don't want to involve in these types of problems. The contacted person told me that he will pay the amount of Rs. 2459/- and the amount of Rs. 1500/- will be refunded back through Cheque at home within 7-15 days.

                                    I paid the amount last 2 months back. But i have not received any intimation from tikona person that the case has closed and didn't received any Cheque from them.

                                    I request the Consumer Complaint forum to take some action on it. As i have closed everything from my end, no pending amount left on me and they are not reverting me the amount and they are still frauding peoples day-by-day.

                                    I called today on Tikona care, to identify the current situation of my refundable amount, but there was no request has been raised from their end till date, so how these people are just making fun of the customers. Request you to please take necessary action.

                                      Internet is not working fine since I bought the connection.
                                      Engineer came to install the tower but he didn't even know how to do that.
                                      He had taken the payment without giving me any demo.
                                      Internet was not working from last 2 days and it didn't even work properly n single day.
                                      Every time they said that they will resolve the issue but its been more 15 days issue had not resolve.

                                      They harassed me like anything.
                                      As per the engineer I will get the refund when I'll discontinue the connection but today when I called to them, they said that they will not give any refund.

                                      Request you to please take the strict action against them as they harassed me a lot and now they are not giving my money.

                                        I got connection on Aug 13th 2016.On that time executive told me that bill cycle was 15th-14th of every month.first 3 bill will be free of cost. But now tikona send me a bill on its own bill cycle.I repeatedly told them I will pay Rs 464/- after 10th Dec 2016, but regularly they call me & harrased me.

                                        Now they send a sms that 2nd bill was generated and amount is Rs.1138/-.where they can suspend my connection.

                                        I want to ask that 1st of all they misguide me with bill cycle. and in there payments terms there are clearly mentioned that i[censored] not pay more than 3 months oustanding amount then tikona will suspend consumers connection.
