Very bad customer service and totally dissatisfied on billing!

I got my connection disconnected on may 26th. One of the representatives took back the modem and said that they cannot provide service in my new location. He also mentioned that it's his responsibility to get my connection terminated. Unfortunately, i'm receiving email and messages saying my bill is overdue and with the penalty. I have called them more than 20-30 times and have spoken to their senior managers. They are very arrogant and irresponsible!....

Bad service facing an issue please help

Whenever login to my tikona broadband the network is stable for maximum of 20 minutes after that the router again asks for relogin and network is not avaible at all AND after multiple attempts the network recovers after 1 hour evem if i restart my router the issue is same please seb some engineer for the problem to be solved

Fraud Company - Not returning Money
