Very lazy and very frustrating service from Tikona care. One of the bogus Network service in the world and fraud as well.
I am writing the above lines because i was regular customer of Tikona care from last five years, but faced many of the issues with this network provider. After the five years, i raised a request for transferring the Tikona connection in the name of myself which was previously in the name of my brother. I also paid the amount of transferring the connection and customer care executive told me that you have to pay a specific amount and which gets adjustable with the new connection too. I paid that amount, but after some weeks, my brother got a call from the Tikona care that he need to pay the rest of the amount otherwise they will file a case in court against him. We have not paid the amount as we told him that we already paid the amount with new connection. So there is no point to pay the amount. But they refused. Again after few weeks i got a call on my mobile number (since i got the connection transferred), that they are calling from Mumbai Court and you need to pay the amount of Rs. 2459 (Actual amount to pay was approx. 1000), otherwise they are filling a case against (Case - Cyber Crime) him otherwise they will pay the amount there and then and close the case.
I said OK, i will pay the amount, since of getting out of fear and don't want to involve in these types of problems. The contacted person told me that he will pay the amount of Rs. 2459/- and the amount of Rs. 1500/- will be refunded back through Cheque at home within 7-15 days.
I paid the amount last 2 months back. But i have not received any intimation from tikona person that the case has closed and didn't received any Cheque from them.
I request the Consumer Complaint forum to take some action on it. As i have closed everything from my end, no pending amount left on me and they are not reverting me the amount and they are still frauding peoples day-by-day.
I called today on Tikona care, to identify the current situation of my refundable amount, but there was no request has been raised from their end till date, so how these people are just making fun of the customers. Request you to please take necessary action.

This is completely unprofessional behaviour.
