I launched my complaint on 16 Nov 2016 at about 9 am. But I am so much disappointed with their service. Nothing is done till now. This should be taken care.My service id is[protected]. I have to do important work but faced problems and had to go for local networks. Even their services are better. I request Tikona to take action and also compensate for the inconvenience caused or we will be obliged to shift our connection.

If not taken action within 12 hrs, our trust will break.

    I have been a customer of Tikona broadband but troubled since the first day itself. There was frequent intermittency of network in the beginning but afterwards there has been no connectivity at all.

      I purchased Tikona Service on 11/11 and ever since, I am facing frequent disconnections. Everytime, the customer support promised that the problem would be resolved in 24 hours and nothing happens and they are refusing to refund the money. Tikona is scam, Take money in advance and force you to have a bad service. I have recorded the conversations. Request number 1-[protected].
      Their service team is trained well to repeat the below,
      "This is my problem", "200% I guarantee that the issue would be resolved in 24 hours", Advance Technical team is looking into this issue and resolution is in 24 hours.

      Irrespective of my multiple request, TIKONA fails to refund my money.

      I need to cancel my service and get my money back.

        I had tikona connection and requested tikona to change the connection from my location to new location on june 21 2016. The guy from tikona came on june22nd and found that the new location was no good to catch the network and collected all the equipment (Modem, wire) and gave me the receipt saying all the equipment is collected and i can cancel the tikona connection.
        I called tikona the same day to cancel the connection but the customer care center person said, he hasn't received any such receipt and asked me to wait for 2-3 days.
        Even till the billing cycle completed no response from tikona end and for additional month. Then i got bill for 2 months stating i havent paid the bill and continous calls from tikona where i had to explain again and again the same above said story. They asked me to wait. Finally i got message from tikona that i have to pay the amount - rs 2041 to reactivate my account.
        I haven't used the internet for even 10 days they charged me for 2 months by delaying which i found totally unacceptable and being on repeated calls with tikona for so many times.

        Then i started getting threatening calls from different advocates (1 lady said she was assistant of naredra kalra) saying they will file a case in delhi court.in tis hazari. Later i got call from different advocate and today i received call from sandeep sinha from mumbai high court. Saying if i dont pay the bill within 30 mins they will file a case. I search online and found that same names are being used to extort people to pay the money.
        I request tikona not to indulge in such extortion activities.

        Next time when i get similar call i will record the phone call and upload it here for all your information.

          I was using tikona internet last year, their network connection is too slow and disconnects often. So i have asked for disconnection, but they have not done it. After a year, now they are sending a message saying that " if you can't clear amount 2265 of your tikona account no .xxxxxx then company file legal processing against you today".

          When i called their toll free number and asked about this. They kept me in hold for sometime and disconnected the call.

          Actually it is a prepaid service. If i have not paid the amount they should have disconnected. But, they didn't do so. Instead they are asking me to pay 2265 simply.

            I refer to my above id vide which 53 gb data was left over unused and before due data i have recharged the account, due to some issue was not able to select the voucher for the charge amount. I had been following up with tikona customer care for updation of the recharge amount data, every time commitment was given that in 24 hrs but after 8 days (I. E 192 hrs) the data was updated after making 15 calls to tikona care. Regret even today my unused data of 53 gb is not being updated. As i shared with tikona i am 80 years senior citizen and cannot do such follow up with service provider. Once again request to immediately update the unused data of 53 gb immediately to my account.

              I had been an active customer of Tikona from ​ August 2015 with the ​ ​ ​Customer​ ID [protected]. But due to repetitive connectivity issues and poor technical support I had discontinued their connection i​n March 2016 with complete settlement of bills. I had also asked their customer care representative to take away their modem and antenna since I no longer wished to again use their internet connection. But the representative had requested me to keep the modem and antenna to use if ever I changed my mind and decided to use their connection. I was also said that I would be charged per data consumed.

              In the following days, I repeatedly received calls from their representatives asking me to try out the connection assuring me that the issues have been resolved and that I continue only if I was satisfied with the internet speed​. I declined this offer every time.​ ​In June 2016​ ​ ​a representative of theirs called me saying that I had been awarded 10 GB of free data and coerced me to login into their connection and just try out the quality of the connection. I finally agreed to it and subsequently used the connection for 2-3 days. I found that the connectivity and speed was still extremely poor. I also noticed that I was being charged for whatever data I was using even though I was told that I had free data. ​​ ​​ ​I immediately stopped using the connection. At the next billing date i got a bill with an amount of Rs ​ ​ 1239.99 with the data usage charges and also the rental ​ charges ​ according to my previously used data plan. ​ I was not notified by call or mail or asked for confirmation for the reactivation of my data plan. ​

              I tried to to call their customer care no. multiple times to resolve this but was met with no response​. After repeatedly trying​ this and failing to ​ ​reach their customer care I let it be. I was continuously sent due date intimations by mail after I failed to pay the bill within the due date. After this started the calls for intimation to pay bills and I talked to their customer care executive listing all my grievances but still there was no resolution. I also asked them for any request/grievance no. but was not given one. I was always said that a customer care executive would call me later. This happened 2 or 3 times and I recounted my complete grievance every time to their customer care executive. Still no action was taken and the next bill also got generated. After not paying this bill within the due date I was informed that my connection got suspended since I had not paid the bill. I still got calls for intimation of payment and again informed their customer care executive all my grievances without any resolution from their part. In October 2016 I was sent a legal notice for non-payment of bills and subsequently I called a senior customer care representative of theirs detailing everything and was notified that my connection would be inactivated and my bill revised. But on 12th November 2016 I got a call on behalf of a lawyer from Delhi asking me to pay the bill or face legal consequences. Forced into a corner I had to pay a bill of Rs 2200 including late payment charges.
              I want a resolution to this unlawful bill generation on behalf of Tikona Broadband services and also to the constant mental harassment of their customer care services who paid no heed to my complaint. I also want a complete compensation of the bill paid by me and unfairly generated by them.

              Till now no resolution has been taken by Tikona broadband services. Tikona Digital Networks provide one of the worst and disgusting services ever to be provided. They harass and loot their customers without any reasoning or ethics. They have a long long history of complaints and legal petitions against them. Just search for it in the internet and you'll find.

              My advice to any of my fellow human beings about to use Tikona connection. Please don't. Even if Tikona is the last option available to you in this world for connecting to the internet, please don't. They'll coerce you to take their connection by showing you their incredible speeds but its all a fraud. Never ever trust them. First will come the connectivity issues. Then comes the endless visit from their engineers in the name of fixing your problems which never gets fixed simultaneously billing you for all those days and months of no use and frustrations. Then comes the fight with their customer care executives who never seem to understand what your request is. They seem to be completely oblivious to the reality of communication who thinks their job is to answer calls and do nothing at all. Then will come their lawyer gundas harassing you to pay their bills. You're life will become a hell hole and you'll regret everyday the day that you made that call to tikona requesting for their connection.

                I have taken tikona connection 5 month ago... But the internet worked for only 3 days then i called customer care they didn't sent any engineer for 1 month about 40 days i m not able to use internet... Then i called an engineer myself he repaired and taken service charge... I asked for weber of 40 days or month he said weber will take 7 days to process pay ur bill this will adjust next month bill and no weber done they sent 2 month bill of 1695/- what can i do now.

                  I have raised below disconnection request to tikona customer care and nair
                  On oct 13 2015 and the same confirmed in customer care call as well.

                  Please take a necessary action to resolve this issue and need your justification how my mobile has exchanged to other people without my knowledge.

                  If i will not get the proper response within two days, i will go to file a case against confidential details shared to others, extra money collected from customer and mental harassment.

                    We are not able to connect not even single device to wi-fi network.. plus not getting any help from tikona customer care.. only blame game is going on.. tikona says there is issue in router and the router provider is saying there is issue from tikona.. nobody is ready to take responsibility.. we have Rs700.00 plan. But more than that we already spent only in phone calls calling these people...

                        Worst service from any internet service provider ever.

                        I got Tikona connection recently in Chennai.
                        But last few days there is frequent disruption in connection, when I call tech support, the IVR says it registered and someone will call me and update me status after monitoring for 2 hours. But its been more than a day no one called me or updated me on the status and the problem still there. Also when I try to call tech support it doesn't give me any option to reach someone and says already they are working and gets disconnected.

                        I will disconnect my connection once I finish my 3 months payment period. Worst service ever experienced.

                          Hi,

                          I got connection from Tikona network last year and my connection ID is [protected], from the day one I could not use connection properly also tried several time to call to customer care executive regarding the service quality and all the time they told, he is looking into it and issue will get resolve in 24 hours but again same issue. thereafter I took decision to shut the service and asked tikona to close my account. after that I received a call that now your service will get establish without interruption but again the same issue. this time I called again to customer care and asked about the root cause issue, and they told me that your area is not feasible and unable to send any technician to your address then I fed up and decide not to pay bill amount and ask again to close my account. this time one of the account guy called to me in April 2016 and ask to pay only 500 hundred against the bill and he will waiver off rest 700 hundred rupees and will start my proper service then I agreed. there after I tried to use internet connection and found my internet connection has barred. thereafter I haven't called to customer care nor get any service, now I got a threaten called by a lawyer that you have to pay 2900 rupees. otherwise you will panic, what the hell is that. I sent an email to tikona care for waiver off the non usage bill but not got any confirmation eamil, also I called to toll-free number where message got that you will be received a call within 24 hours, still waiting no any calls from them. Now I am requesting via this forum again. please help me to rid off from this condition and waiver off the non usage bill which system has generated also I am happy to use Tikona service if area is feasible. please help to let start service and waiver off all non usage bill.

                              My request ID 1-[protected] and I have spoken to Mr.Mahendra, Executive. He had said me that I'll receive a call for disconnection but till today I havent receive a call. And more over I am receiving a call stating that its a feedback call and then asking me to keep the connection or transfer it to family and friends or getting a plan for lifetime. We are not satisfied with the service and thats the reason we want to disconnect. But these company is reluctant to disconnect the connection. We dont want to pay any further charges for the network we are using. That's why we want to disconnect with immediate effect. But there is no response from Tikona networks. Really frustrated.                                   when i logged in on 7th the website said the amount payable was 954, and i paid it, but after paying the bill, my profile says 137 is still not paid, they do this every month,

                                  but when i opened my account it asked for 137 more, they add the money later

                                    I have a tikona connection which I regret having take. The network is poor, often cannot login or use. I have not used it for a month and still dey are forcing me to pay bill for it. Pls don't ever fall for tikona. Worst service.
                                    Won't resolve issues promptly, still won't rest till dey recover their money from you.

I was placed closing request on 25th Sep, 2016 due to transfer Mumbai for office work, but still I get charged.                                         I had sent an email on the 5th of oct 2016 to disconnect and discontinue my tikona internet service having user id: [protected] with immediate effect as my billing renewal date is 7th of oct and also i hadn't used their internet service post 3rd oct 2016.

                                        I had also mentioned to please donot renew on 7th oct 2016 as i will not entertain any extra amount on the bill other from 7th of october 2016.

                                        To my surprise i still recd a bill for the same. I sent number of emails post taht on the same trail mail. I also called twice to the customer support on their toll free number.

                                        I spoke to tikona customer support rep miss. Subhalakshmi on 13th oct and she confirmed i will be liable to pay only the amount upto 6th oct and she also confirmed i hadn't used the net since 3rd oct.

                                        On 22nd oct when i recs another sms stating my bill is overdue i got furious.

                                        I spoke to the below tikona rep immediately on the 22nd oct.
                                        Rep. Name: ali sayed
                                        Call ref no: 1-[protected]

                                        Mr. Ali sayed had confirmed that i will not be liable to pay the amount of rs. 455.02/- of the bill amount which was wrongly charged.

                                        Now i am recv a bill which increased from rs. 455 to rs. 485.34.
