I have raised below disconnection request to tikona customer care and nair
On oct 13 2015 and the same confirmed in customer care call as well.
Ticket ticket id: 1-[protected]
Client id: [protected]
I didn't get any mail or response from tikona care till date and i was clearly mentioned in below mail, i will not pay any extra amount after this disconnection request.
Today, i got a call from +91-[protected] and said he gonna file for the due to un pay amount and it is not at all acceptable and he is giving mental pressure.
Please take a necessary action to resolve this issue and need your justification how my mobile has exchanged to other people without my knowledge.
If i will not get the proper response within two days, i will go to file a case against confidential details shared to others, extra money collected from customer and mental harassment.
Please do the needful to resolve this issue

This is raja babu from chennai.
My tikona client id is [protected] and recently raised ticket no for my issue is 1-[protected] to disconnect my connection.
I do not have getting good response while taking call too customer care that why i writing this mail to you all to know about my concern.
Last few days i have been issued with tikona is slowness issue and i have been called and reported on the same to customer care team but no proper response and still issue persisting.
Could you please take a request to disconnect my connection and i do not want to continue my relationship after this bill cycle.
Please note that if any additional payment if you asked after this bill cycle, i will not pay.
It is totally frustrating and disappointed with your poor service.
