Hi All,
My tikona user id is [protected].
I called more than 30 times and send 30 mail to customer care.
I am not getting any reply from your side.
Customer Executive Thangaraja from SLV Enterprises he collected all the equipments(modem, powersupply and cables) at 12-June-2016.
I had attached snapshot for CPE Removal letter.

I had made the payment 620 at 18-Jul-2016.

I am not using any tikona services after 12th June 2016.

i got call from [protected](Mukesh) Tikona Advocate told you have to pay Rs 2650/- otherwise will file a case.

Please check without using your service i paid for broadband.
Then I paid payment Rs 2650/- immediately at Oct 24th 2016.

Last week 29-Oct-2016. i had visited Tikona domlur branch.I spoke with santhosh.S(Employee id: 200980) regarding on this.

He told My outstanding amount is Rs 1045/- but you have already paid Rs 2650/- on 24-Oct-2016.

Please close the account, refund the amount Rs 1630/- and send NOC to me ([protected]@gmail.com) ASAP.

    I have applied for cancellation of my net service in july 25 because that time i was going abroad so they as per my request cancellewd the plan but they were not sending me any confirmation so i talked to them for some no. Of days finally they send me a written confirmation saying no dues and your service is cancelled they were not removing the cable and adapter from my home i asked them why so they said you can keep them if you want to use anytime you can use but i removed the cable that time only now they are telling me you are using net service you are charged 1200 something payup and harrising me

      I am robert rajkumar my new service id – [protected]i, i have got my first tikona broadband service on 2010. And i have paid around rs. 1800/-. They didn't provide any acknowledge for this payment. And it got cancelled with in one and half month due no feasibility in my area. So i gave the cancellation letter and the instrument to respective executive.
      He told me that, connection will be cancelled with 48 hours. Also there is no pending payment at that time form my side. Even i have got a confirmation call for cancellation from tikona side. Till date i didn't receive any calls or mails or sms from tikona regarding my previous connection. So i thought that connection has been closed. But last month only i heard that connection have not yet closed. And they are charging the rent for that connection till date. But unfortunately i have applied for a new connection without noticed this issue. And i have paid rs. 2026 for a new connection. Tikona person said that, there is no payments for coming three months. So you need not to pay. But now those people are adjusted that money to my previous account. Now they asking the money for a new connection. I have complained lot of time regarding this problem to tikona customercare but i have got frustration only. So i went to police station regarding this issue and gave the complaint against tikona service at chennai that particular location people.

      So all of you friend, please don't believe tikona broad band service @ chennai location people. And their service also very poor (Very worsted).
      I have a very worst experience with tikona broadband service.

        Hello,
        Request you to please take consideration of the services been provided by Tikona. May be they are doing well in other respective areas but in our Bhayandar East district location there services is really pothethic and no co-operation is done by the company and their team. Initially when they introduce and market their services they have also charged extra for demo and TP link . After using for 2 days the network started giving issues. When complaining to company and their representative, they are hardly not bothering to solve the query instead of they are asking for payment for which the services and data is not been used. There are also not proper tower connection available in our area. They are calling and harresing their client unnecessarily. Request you to please consider the matter so that they dont do this type of behaviour and give services to any other customer.

          Hi,

          I had several times asked Tikona through email to disconnect my connection as the speed was very poor and Tikona was unable to resolve the issue. Finally the disconnected the account after I refused to pay bills and now they are harassing me over calls and messages that they would file legal case against me. I do not understand why I should pay the bill when the connection does not work properly and when I had already several times written them to disconnect my connection.

            Dear Tikona

            I have written several times that i want to close my account [protected]..you can check the previous mails . But tikona would not acknowledge my issue, mail or calls, .i have been telling tikona to close from august september. But still they would not close my account due. Hence i dint bothered to call or mail tikona because they just wont listen. You can check your recordings as well.. Representatives call me to pay advance line rental for upcoming month ..but i told them i dont want to continue..and if they generate bills i will not pay..And today i have received a letter from a lawyer but legal actions. How disgracefull is that..
            Customer is telling you upfront to close account and your sending letters ..absolutely crap services.
            I hope you can look into this

              I want to bring your attention to the problem faced by me due to "TIKONA BROADBAND'S POOR SERVICE ".
              I opted Tikona's wifi service on 24th September nd since then I continuously facing trouble on network issues, the speed is at its lowest nd everything just keep buffering which results in unnecessary wastage of time nd this lead to delays in some important task. I even tried to contact customer care but response was unsatisfactory, I asked them to stop the service nd refund the remaining amount, but they neglected the issues by giving excuse that wrong installation has been done. At last I requested to stop my services and they replied that they convert it into lifetime free rental but will not permanently stop connection. They also did fraud in instalment of wifi router by charging double rate as compare to market prize. So I request u all "beware of TIKONA ". I had worst experience with Tikona.

                Please see the attached screenshot from the mail you sent me some days ago.

                1st of all none of your representative has ever attempted to meet me for that modem thing, not even once. You have a false record.

                And the 2nd thing is i wanted to use your service, i still would have been using it, but due to connectivity problems i was facing from your side and i waited months hoping that it would be rectified from your side soon but it didn't, non of you helped me when i was asking for it, nobody used to pick up my the calls.

                And now you are talking about resolving the issue at highest priority? After losing the customer and deactivating their account? Really?

                Now i want all my money back from the last 3 bills which i paid to you.

                  We had taken connection in Mumbai for one year.

                  They became bad once we asked to disconnect the connection because we were shifting out of Mumbai

                  Very Very Bad Experience.
                  We shifted to Noida from Mumbai. Hence Requested to Disconnect the connection and take the payment.
                  But they kept the connection on for two months and did not disconnect despite multiple request. They simply ignored about 10-15 calls and told that you sell to someone else in mumbai or shift the connection to noida which we did not wanted.
                  But finally we gave up
                  They told that they will waive for non usage & shifted my connection to noida. But gave few hundered discount out of bill of 1400 for two month. But i paid as i did not want to waste my time on such cheap thing and argument.
                  In Noida, Their range was not there . Connection came & went away every 15 min. After 60-70 calls & speaking daily for 30 min for a month .. they disconnected the connection.
                  Now they are sending us email for outstanding payment.
                  Their collection team calls and speaks badly as if we are frauds.. they say we will send you legal notice.
                  They send so many email & message for collection but when we speak of our problem & issue of last three months, they simply ignore.

                  They are a company who will do anything to take get money by any way.
                  Zero ethics like a Road side market seller

                  We want refund of the money we paid for the Non usage period

                    My Tikona User ID is [protected]. I was not happy with the service earlier and restricted 2 Logins, hence had called up Tikona in April 2016 to disconnect. For this reason, they asked me to opt for multiple login connections by changing the router and I was asked to order a new router the amount for which would be refunded entirely (INR 1080). But they refunded only partial amount (INR 600) and hence I ordered to disconnect the service.

                    Still I was receiving mails to make the due Payment of INR 149.6 by end of May and this amount has suddenly increased to INR 823 now at the end of October inspite of the fact that I had ordered for disconnection and need to receive refund back from the company. Instead, Tikona has sent me a legal notice now asking for making the complete payment within the next 7 days and they have been harassing my family to make the payments.

                    Request you to kindly look at this matter on urgent basis.

                      Several times i have sent mail and communicated also.
                      User ID [protected]
                      I have requested for cancellation of tikona service, which is also communicated to me it is done.
                      After 7'Oct 2016, i have never used any internet connection and also i had already paid all the outstanding amount.

                      Several time i have requested to Tikona Executive, to collect their box from my roof, but they are not taking it back, all the wires are removed and kept at one corner.

                      But still i am getting false bill and as messages and mail.

                      I can not really understand why you people are doing this. Even though connection is already stopped and never used, you guy are sending false bills and keeps on increasing bill amount.

                      If i don't get a resolution, i will move to Consumer court for this behavior.

                        Tikona is the worst service provider for home broad band . Atlas once a week you need to call them just because the internet doesn't work .
                        Today I called them as the internet speed was reduced . The guy asked me to do a top up . I then asked him to change my plan so that next month onwards I get more data . The guy activated the plan right away due to which I had to pay twice, for the booster pack and for the new plan . The customer service is pathetic . You ask for a supervisor you don't get one and even when you get one he is no better either.

                          I took Tikona in March 2016. In one month, I asked for disconnection because of pathetic services and frequent disconnections. Their engineers were always unavailable, and their resolution time is about 48 hours, which is on the minimum side. They assured resolution. But problems kept coming and I asked for disconnection again. But same empty reassurances were given. They also marked some other customer on my email, and his bills were being given to me. Finally, I stopped using their connection altogether, physically disconnected it and requested for disconnection, and paid the dues. The Full and Final was done after a month through same nuisance of reassurances. On the mail, they replied that no dues are payable.

                          Now people from Tikona are again sending 'bills' including the one for other client. Previously, a lady from Tikona reminded of dues and now another lady informed of a court case. Though the complain is not in written, I would be glad to entertain myself with a court case and show how they are harassing us.

                          This is to acknowledge everyone out in the world, to NEVER pursue for Tikona. Your money will be taken, service will not be properly given, and when you want to opt out, they will be harassing you.

                            In the month of august i did not used the interent and also. I informed you to stop the internet connection on aug 20th itself still they have continued the services but i never used the internet and stopped the connection on 30th Aug which is problem from their end. Still i paid the entire amount my monthly rental about 900 rs but i paid 1000 rs even though i have not used the internet for august month. Pls find attached acknoweledgement received from their end.

                              My tikona id [protected], i have paid 1000 rs on 7th october but still it shows no service payment. I have called many times to your customer care but no response!!! Even mostly every day i have mailed to customer care!!! I calling to technical team but no one is visiting worst customer service they cheating me.
                              They are the beggar cheater
                              When i was talking there customer service they hold my call for long time and even when i am saying to visit their technical officer even they are listening and not talking properly i just want to complaint to higher authority and refund my money asap.

                                Hi,

                                I was a tikona broadband user till 19th march 2016. My registered mobile number is [protected] and the login id is [protected]. I asked them to stop the services on 15th of march, but they stopped it on 24th of march. The reason why i wanted to stop the service is the poor customer service and internet connectivity issues. I was charged extra late payment fees of 200rs for an advised delay in payment by the customer support executive. I asked them for waive off and the agent did a waive off for 100rs without confirming the original waive off amount and then he told he will not be giving any more waive off since he had already done one.

                                I was supposed to get a settlement bill of 332rs in total. But the first settlement bill generated was for 432rs and i asked for waive off again. I told i will pay the bill only when the bill is reduced to the original amount. The agent told they will reduce the amount but they didn't do it and now i am charged 100rs each for every month. I am charged for a worst service which i am not using at all.

                                Now the total billed amount is 932rs. I called them and asked them for the waive off, but they told they will waive it off only if i am ready to restore the subscription, which will never happen again. This is the worst customer service and isp i have ever seen.

                                I have all the communication with tikona, both calls and emails, which i am going to add in the supporting documents for filing a case in the consumer court of india.

                                This is why I have already said "Tikona is the worst in terms of customer service". I got a call a day ago, and was told to get a callback by an agent who can speak both english and my mothertongue. But the fact is that the lady who called didn't even speak a single word and just cut the call. This is again frustrating and adding to it, I received a mail from Tikona stating I have got 100rs waived off. The problem is not solved and this shows that they are good for nothing but only to waste someone's money and time.

                                This would be probably the last time I am righting to you because I am fed up with the way you are treating me as a customer. There is no other way than going for the court to settle this.

                                I have been contacting you since the last 8 months to get my bill reduced to 332 INR, the records for the responses from your end are with me. Now I am charged with a penalty as well. I have informed the agent that the modem will be returned only of the bill is settled to 332 INR which is the actual amount that I have to pay.

                                But since you are not at all interested in settling this up in a fair way, I will have to go for even more legal methods to end this up.

                                  The most unethical company I have come across. I had paid 3 months in advance and at the end of the 3rd month I had given clear instructions to the Tikona customer care executive to disconnect my account (Tikona Account # [protected]). Yet I am being harassed from the past 6-7 months to pay for what I haven't used. Each time they call and threaten me with legal action. Is this how you'll operate? It's utter hooliganism by Tikona in corporate disguise. I want to know what legal action can I take as a consumer against them?

                                    Bed customer service, and also not providing to talk for complain details to there technical department auto complain register option is given only. I am complaining from last 3 days no response and service given . and they are talking that secondary policy is 512 kbps and i am opening a tikona speed test page also. they are saying it will get proper speed after next bill cycle and the secondary policy is fake and for show.

                                    I am hardly recommending to those who are planning to take tikona, it gives you best speed every thing up to 3 to 4 months. after then you get start facing problems and no service/solution will provide.

                                    ya, but you are saying problem resolve in max 24 hour, it is 3 days, ok total 72 hours. and i complain 3 times and i got 3 sms about that problem is solved. that message was only for showing, no problem is solve still 3 days gone. i am going to cancel my connection. really disappointed . i am going to cancel all my 3 connection of home, office .

                                        I was on rental plan with bill generated for 849. Shortly password expired and i was unable to do so as the registered mobile no sim was damaged. I informed them to have the password changed but no help was provided.
                                        They were not able to authenticate me and in turn started the plan 500. I didn't use there service as i was unable to login due to password issue.
                                        Now they have sent bill for 2446.27. The service was disconnected after three month of my request initiation. They have not been responding to my emails.
                                        Now i have been receiving calls for legal notice and action.

                                        You are again harassing me, account was terminated after increasing my dues to 2346 for pending 848. after 3 months.

                                        i have all the evidence supporting this.

                                        You still want me pay for service not used. Can you check last time i used your service.

                                        i have been getting calls claiming to be from court and forcing me to pay the entire 2346 amount. else legal action will be taken.
