I am using tikona internet since from last one and half year never seen customer service like tikona full o[censored]nprofessionalism in matter of support. many time i had issue i.e no connectivity best thing is toll free number which never work in time keep on trying trying... if accidently connected then you need tolerate negligence and many time paid bill without any internet connection more then 21...
