Hello All,

I tried my best to raise my concerns through professional communication mediums provided by Tikona with hopes to get them resolved.
But nothing worked and they are now turning into harassment.

I am Tikona Broadband Customer with customer ID- [protected].
Installation was done on March 30, 2016 with three months advance deposit.

From the starting, there was unsatisfactory service, bad on call support and interruptions in internet services.
Numerous time complaints were made on call but, either the complaint was not registered, if it was registered visit of service engineer was not there or delayed without resolution of a problem.

The latest incident happened on June 20, 2016. We talked to your customer care representative named Harsha regarding the waiver in bill amount for the period broadband did not work. It was assured that an Engineer visit will be there before 7PM on that day itself. But as usual it did not happen and even we did not receive SMS containing Engineer number which was supposed to be sent to us in 2-3 hours.

After this incident, we dropped a mail to customer support on June 23, 2016. Specifying our request for refund and requesting disconnection as concerns were not being heard.

In spite of putting our concern regularly, our requests were not heard and bills were generated consistently.
Even there is no coordination between various departments.
As Customer care representative Rasika Chavan at Senior Help Desk committed us a complete waiver and asked us not to pay our current bill.
But we were receiving continuous calls from bill department regarding payments.

Following are the two latest incidences which happened recently.
1) Wednesday i.e. 2 November 2016 around 3PM(can't recall the name of lady caller) from [protected] and,
2) Friday i.e. 21 October 2016 11:18AM, I received a call on the behalf of Tikona from mobile no:- [protected].
The caller named himself as Manish.

Despite discussing the issue, they simply threatened to assault using legal processes.

Kindly find the following History and details of complaints and tickets made in regular interval till now:

- Installation done on March 30, 2016
- No login/Login issue between April 20 to June 8, 2016. Waiver request complain no. 1-[protected].
- June 17, 2016 - Networking Problem, Internet could not connect. complain no. 1-[protected].
- June 18, 2016- CP Performance issue as said by customer care executive. Complain no. 1-[protected].
- June 18, 2016. Engineer Visit Complain No.[protected]. But no visit no resolution

I have mail acknowledgements dropped to customer support .
As Initial amount paid was for three months and We could not use the service even for this duration.
I am unable to understand the basis for further bill payment and that too when we requested a refund already. The refund was accepted by customer support also.

Hello,

I have already stated clearly giving all reasons and history of communication.
Based which I was expecting a refund for poor services and no services.
Over here also, I have narrated the complete communication in support for it.

In spite of raising my concerns over here as a last option to resolve the issue, its doesn't seem to go as per my expectation from consumer forum.

I received harassment and threat call from Tikona regularly again from different numbers.
For the reference, I am mentioning the numbers below.

The person claimed herself Rajni and continuously threatened.
After continuous harassing and threat calls, I checked my complaint here.
I noticed that the complaint was marked as resolved without my consent.
I also saw the comment from Tikona representative demanding Rs. 1, 561.73/- as a final settlement.
I never received any call from Tikona during this duration attempting to resolve or understand the issue.

I was wondering how the amount got calculated which was quoted by Tikona representative.Apart from it, how could the complaint be marked resolved without my consent?

As a token of respect to this consumer forum platform, I have cleared the due amount of Rs. 1, 561.73/- as mentioned in above comment by Tikona representative.

I am not satisfied with this proceeding and would be taking necessary action as per Indian law/consumer law, once I get time.

    Hi,

    I am writing this mail in deep grief and feeling cheated by Tikona,

    Even after getting the connection disconnected several months ago, even after paying the remaining dues, even after surrendering the CPE kit, Tikona is sending me the bills for CPE.

    I surrendered the CPE kit to Tikona executive on 22Jan2016. (attached receipt)

    Still, i am getting messages related to bill for disconnection charges.

    Your executives are threatening me on phone for paying the bills.

    What kind of behavior is this ?

    Kindly look into this matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    If i don't get a resolution, i will file a cheating and threatening case against Tikona and will move to Consumer court for this behavior.

      Hi,

      we were using Tikona services at home and with having repeated quality issues with Tikona Broadband services we decided to surrender the connection. after surrendering Tikona has started harassing us in many ways and at present they have sent a legal letter to us by claiming "Antenna" and "Modem" together with “Rs.1615”. The fact is, We had never supplied with Modem and we did purchase Modem from Cisco and Antenna was installed by Tikna for the whole of community where are residing at.

      Also few months before surrendering the connection we did transfer our connection from Postpaid to prepaid and paid all dues where our security deposit continued with Tikona.
      Now they are claiming a balance due of 1615 for the present Prepaid connection which is quiet unnatural and only proves that Tikona does maintain no customer database and even they are unclear about their prepaid and postpaid connections.

      This is simply a fraud. And we need Tikona to immediately apologize to us and withdraw such letter with written confirmation.

      We would publish the same to social media too.

        This is regarding the return of the modem after closing the connection, I have no dues. But I got the bill of 1416 after 4 months of disconnected. The amount that is mentioned is false.

        That last bill I got is "-96" means tikona needs to pay 96 rs. The penalty amount they included 1500 rs is for modem, which I have been returned on 5th March. And my connection has been closed on 5th march. I have the receipt of modem returned.

        The last bill I have paid in month of February and mentioned the bill period is from 7th Feb 2016 to 6th March 2016. Which shows that I have no dues.

        But tikona harassing continuously to pay the false amount.
        Please help me to settle this.

        The last F&F bill I got on 15th April 2016, mentioned in that payable amount is 0.

          Hi Team.

          Please help me on this issue, I continously facing call mail warning call from Tikona care regarding my Tikona due amount.
          I have already paid all due amount according to Tikona, but now they are again claim for due amount.
          I have used tikona internet till end of January and i have shifted to some other networks 5 months back.During my last payment i have asked them to close my account.But they have continued their services without confirming me.i have not used their internet from last 8 months.i have discontinued their services because of network issue.Now they are asking me for NOC which they dont mention it before.They want to settle it down otherwise they will continue sending me bills.
          I do not want to pay any bill for which i have not used internet but due to some call and emails i have pay 1588 Rs in August according to Tikona care and now 31 October 587rs again pay due to some call from Tikona or some other people. Now i even want my money refundable from tikona.

            My Tikona ID [protected] was disconnected one year before. I paid all bill amounts. After two months I got a mail to pay 1500 or submit the tikona modem. I have the modem and I am ready to give but no one came to collect the modem. So, I call to custmer care and tell about this issue.They says send a mail to "[protected]@tikona.in" and they will come and collect the modem. I sent a request mail but I didn't get any response. after one month again I got a demand notice and I again call to customer care and sent a mail. But I didn't get any response. Following up I sent several mails but I didn't get any single response. Today I got a call from lawyer saying that she is filing a case from Tikona side. Actually, I tried a lot to submit the modem but there is no local address of tikona where the modem can be returned by hand and the executives fail to come and collect it. I don't want this modem and there is no use of it. Today I call to customer care and as per his instructions I sent a mail to "[protected]@tikona.in". As per my mail the latest Ticket number is 1-[protected]. I didn't expect this type of service from your side. I am totally disappointed and you are mentally torturing me a lot.

              Am raised the request for disconnection before my billing date On OCT 5th 2016 for the reason relocat in other place in chennai and technical issue in internet. My request ID: 1-[protected]. regarding this i received the email also OCT 5th with above request number. OCT 7th is my billing date.

              Evening of OCT 7th Tikona care executive made call to me for observation purpose they are given permission to access internet upto 11th OCT @ free of cost. after the OCT 11th midnight 11.30PM am not used the internet from the tikona internet provider.

              But now they are generated bill for 483/- and making torture and disturbing my work to pay that bill.

              If i used that means ok i will pay. without using how can we pay money.

                Very pathetic service ever seen on planet. Even receving email after full and final settlement payment of 1000. Ready to produce call recording of Tikona person Mukesh called. No body came to take instrument back even after so many email and calls. Bad organisation.
                Personal promised that you pay just the amount he said and you won't need to do anything.
                It's been 4 month's no body came. I mailed tikona 8 times no revert recevied. No call back recevied.

                Even after formal mail you people don't disconnect service connection.

                Tikona Internet. Pathetic is a less word. It's near to Bstrd company and its people are highly uneducated.

                  My Tikona Id [protected], facing technical problem from 4 days continuously I calling to technical team but no one is visiting I have paid amount of 3 months in advance. Worst customer service they cheating me.
                  They are the beggar cheater.
                  I want my money refund.
                  After 2 weeks I was getting this continuously disconnection problem.
                  When I was talking there customer service they hold my call for long time and even when I am saying to visit their technical officer even they are listening and not talking properly I just want to complaint to higher authority and refund my money ASAP.

                    I was a customer of tikona broadband internet service. My BAN –[protected] & Service ID – [protected]
                    I request all the customer please don't make a fool and don't use tikona internet they make money.
                    I registered a complaint few months before that they charge me 1455 amount by making fraud call by some court advocate ...when i pay the amount they said me that this the the final and last amount please pay and ignore the tikona in the future ...i pay and this month again a girl name Niharika call me and mentally harass me. Niharika as an Karkarduma delhi court govt. advocate and demand me 525 rs amount and i don't know why they call me as i told earlier that i pay all the amount and submit the modem to the service agent then again they demand me money. I think they make a business for making money from the customers as i not use the connection from long time ...they mentally harass peoples..

                      One of the worst company for service. I took internet connection in last week of August and paid three months charges in advance. After connection was active till now not even a single day I experienced service without disturbance.. Every day connection is not available for more than 6 hours.. Worst customer service.. You keep complaining for technical issue. They will answer in robotic manner. No communication via email. Customer service never revert emails and reply your concern. They only commit verbally. When I finally requested for disconnection I was told that issue will be resolved forever and we will adjust your plan and extend all lost days. Again nothing in writing. Now internet is not working since last 7 days. no follow up from Company. Appeal to all users not to opt for Tikona service in future.

                        I had taken Tikona Broadband connection with user id / Service ID – [protected] Since 2013. Later I started to face many difficulties accessing the login page and using the internet connection every time. In April 2016 it was disconnected for many months and I have registered several complaints over phone but it was not resolved. When I tried to contact your customer care representative about these problems, usually couldn't reach your customer service representatives and ended up having to leave messages.

                        On many occasions it took two or three days to get back to me.

                        I have suffered many losses because of the inefficiency other than the mental stress. My office work hampered, other personal business related work also gets hampered and I lost a lot of money.

                        I am dissatisfied and unhappy with the quality of service provided by you.

                        Later I told your customer service representative to take back the broadband wi-fi equipment and refund my deposit amount but I did not get any response from your representative.

                        Your representative did not come and take back the device. Even after without providing any services you had sent a bill and a person called me and said he is from legal department from Delhi and bill is pending for the dues and offered me a weave off of 50%. I stopped using that service from 1st April 2016 onward and asked customer service representatives to disconnect the service.

                        to avoid this harassment calling as you communicated I have paid all the 50% amount of Rs 853 /- on 04/10/2016. but after some time, I got multiple calls and messages from tikona to pay the bill of two more months which was Rs. 1042/-

                        It is a fraud from the service provider & very worse experience with tikona.
                        This is my clear and stern message that i am not liabile to make any single penny to tikona digital network as i have already paid the amount without using the service and not liabile to pay any single penny, you can take the modem back and asking you to reimburse my recurring charges that you have collected during the connection time.

                          Hi,

                          I have never experienced a worse service provider(service and speed), I dragged on the service for 10 months then eventually gave up. But I have been receiving calls for bill payment. I tried calling the service center but my call was put on hold for 15 mins(I have call records) then the operator said he was facing server issues(Irony just died).

                          I just want some clarity about the calls that i am getting.

                            I had taken Tikona Broadband connection ID [protected]. But due to bad network and services, I had disconnected the connection and all the dues were cleared.

                            Tikona Broadband representative came and taken away the CPE devices and cables.
                            Even though after clearing the dues, they had sent a bill and a person called me and said he is from legal department from Delhi and bill is pending for the dues. I did not check and thought must be dues and paid the bill but later I realized it was a fake bill which I had paid and I have not used any services for this bill.

                            Now, today again I received a message and a call from the No: [protected] and the lady said that you have bill due of amount Rs 1703.8
                            She said she is from the legal department.
                            Seems, I am being harass by Tikona folks. I will register an FIR, if I get any such calls again.

                            Tikona Team, request you to stop harassing people for the fake bills and STOP threatening.

                              I was a customer of tikona broadband internet service. My customer id is ([protected]). I have used tikona for almost 14 month and i found service of tikona very bad. I stop using that service, from 1st may 2016 onward and asked tikona person to disconnect the service.
                              I paid all the balance amount on 13th may 2016, but after some time, i got multiple calls and messages from tikona to pay the a bill of two more months which was around 1850 rs.
                              I explain the details and asked to close this issue again.
                              But the harassment from tikona continues.
                              Within last 3-4 months i got multiple threatening call from unknown person called themselves as lawyer from tees hajari court and sometimes civil department.

                                Tikona digital networks a 'legal' fraud/scam, doing fake calls and harassing and saying to file case and blocked all bank accounts..
                                . Very worse experience with tikona.
                                I had all process done with tikona year before to close my account because lack of speed, not working internet properly, but they guys are calling mi and saying we resolved your complaint, but i didn't get any resolution from them, and after zero kb using data they are saying me pay the bill, i told them please close my account but didn't close the account still and harassing me.
                                Unfortunately i felt in it, i suggest you do not buy tikona broadband service anyway.

                                  My customer id is [protected]. I have requested for account closure by july 2015. I have explained the customer care about the account closure a lot of times. The last time they asked me to pay bill by aug 16 and they also said that there will not be any bill produced after payment. Now am getting bill with the penalty charges and also call from their layer stating it is a civil complaint. I getting so much mental stress because of this. It is a fraud from the service provider that they have not closed it on time. Why should the customer penalized for the same.

                                    I am kamalnath (customer id: [protected]) residing at chennai. i informed tikona to terminate my connection since jan 2016 because signal strength was poor and it was not even recommended by their engineers to continue my connection. tikona failed to take my connection off, as well as they started charging every month even without using. so i remained not paying them as well as informed the same to tikona customer care again. on june 16, 2016- i got a demand notice from tikona to pay my outstanding balance 1852 rs.in spite of that, i paid 1452.29 on june 25th 2016 after getting some waiver. finally tikona terminated my connection on july 5th as well as collected devices back. still i received bill from tikona for the month of july and august even after termination.
                                    But today (26th october), i got a call from [protected] stating that they are lawyers and would issue a summon regarding my bill payments and threaten me to pay 800 rs to solve this or appear to court in person. i am really not sure why should i pay this even after i paid outstanding amount.
                                    I request tikona to look in to this issue and close this case immediately.
                                    Also i need noc from you telling that my connection was terminated already, outstanding was paid full and no connection between me & tikona since july 5th 2016.
