I am having a Broad Band connection of Tikona Digital Network, I was getting very poor speed and problem not solved despite my repeated complaint as well as i call every tikona service number but not solve issue and not give any help, last 16 days I continue raise complain through mail, phone calls and tikona app, Finally i decided stop tikona connection but tikona customer service not take any action on this, They are not making disconnection despite my repeated request by email/customer care, acknowledgement number of some are last 16 days, In violation of norms prescribed by TRAI, they are not disconnecting my connection and charging bill without proper services. I could also not take connection of any other service provider due to the same and forced to use very poor services of Tikona. You are requested to make justice with a poor consumer and take stern action against Tikona for not making disconnection. User ID [protected]
