Please don't go for tikona.. From the time of installation am facing network issues and they are giving temporary solutions.

And from two days ni internet connection here.

Please help to resolve my issue as on as possible

    When I took the connection, attached offer was provided but now your customer care team is saying that it is not updated in system.

    Thus I am not able to use the connection and suffering as work from home is going on

        I am having a Broad Band connection of Tikona Digital Network, I was getting very poor speed and problem not solved despite my repeated complaint as well as i call every tikona service number but not solve issue and not give any help, last 16 days I continue raise complain through mail, phone calls and tikona app, Finally i decided stop tikona connection but tikona customer service not take any action on this, They are not making disconnection despite my repeated request by email/customer care, acknowledgement number of some are last 16 days, In violation of norms prescribed by TRAI, they are not disconnecting my connection and charging bill without proper services. I could also not take connection of any other service provider due to the same and forced to use very poor services of Tikona. You are requested to make justice with a poor consumer and take stern action against Tikona for not making disconnection. User ID [protected]

          I have sent permanent disconnection request on 2nd Oct 2021. Also I have received email that my billing is stopped. But they are not sending person to collect router and cable. Also they are keep sending me bills.

              I have disconnected my WiFi before my plan date 2020 and also handover the all the things, as of now they asking pay the payment and also some calling agency called and giving disturbed.

                I have disconnected 2020 and also I paid all bill now some body is calling give mental touching, searching so many people having this what he'll going tikona, please note down the my quarry appropriate action here don't disturb like this any customer I have study what's wrong with here please my kind also amicable request take appropriate action.

                Note: I have disconnected my WiFi 2020 and also I handover the All the things also I will confirmed my disconnected.

                Note: this quary I need to those all problem my self and also including everyone.

                  Respected sir/madam,
                  I Aniket Gawande took Tikona broadband connection in 2020. Due to personal reasons, i informed for disconnection of services via calls and mails to Tikona in May 2021. I settled all bills till that date and took confirmation of pending amount from Tikona executive as well. Firstly they didn't take my disconnection request and after so many harassment from Tikona they discontinue my account after 2 months. I informed them to discontinue services and collect roof top device many times. They mailed me to pay amount of 559 Rs which they didn't mentioned for what they are overcharging me. They harassed me too much. I have all proofs of bill payment for which i used then why should i pay overcharged amount. Tikona is not receiving my calls none they are replying me on mails even after so many mails from my side. In the disconnection mail i informed them to collect roof top device but none of there executive came to collect it. Now i am receiving threatening calls from tikona to pay illegitimate amount of 2000 Rs. Their recovering team is threatening me and using really bad language on calls. I such case of illegitimate amount why should i pay? I have all proofs with me. Really hoping positive response from your side to resolve my issue.

                    2 times registered complaint but no action were taken
                    Speed showing 3-4 Mbps with plan of 40 Mbps, why?
                    Need speed as per plan.
                    Also before 7 am and after 7 pm connection not found

                      Facing frequent disconnection issue for the internate in last 10 days...internate issue from last 3 days even after registering complaint to customer care twice in a week. Very unprofessional and horrible service, they assign engineer but he doesn't show up internate work for few minutes they close the complaint and again same issue after few minutes. Wonder how they are doing business

                        Frequent Disconnection Since last 17 days even after so many follow ups they haven't solved the problem yet registered the complaint through the app and even from customer care they just say we will assign you an engineer he will visit and solve the problem but everytime they assign the same engineer who just calls and says we will check from backend he just doesn't show up when we call him he doesn't answer how many times should we complain everyday the same thing today 29th Oct 2021 internet is down since yesterday 7pm pathetic service by Tikona highly unprofessional!

                          I have renewed the Tikona Broadband Plan - 40 MBPS in 23rd Aug'21 by paying RS 3300 for 6 month. I observing frequent disconnection of internet when it connecting to Wifi Router from last 10 days after Tikona Replaced their Switch. I logged so many complaint but no permanent Solution. They are telling that connection is good from their end, it is my router issue . I connected my Router in nearby Tikona BB Connection and it working fine . I shared the screenshot to Tikona Customer Care and told to resolve the issue but it in vein now i need refund of my money as they are not willing to resolve my issue., now they are not refunding my amount and also not providing any technical solution even after multiple followup on customer care number and email id. Please help me to get the Refund .

                            I already disconnected my tikona account a few months back and all the amount was paid but now a person named Priya agarwal called and said she was an advocate and tikona has submitted my case to her that I have not paid the amount even though I already paid fully.
                            So in order to get rid of their calls I paid the amount and thought it will be good now but a message from tikona says that the account service has been activated.
                            Now what the hell is this...such a cheap cheap behavior from tikona which is totally unacceptable and now those advocates are not picking up the calls.
                            Never fall for those advocate calls I repeat never

                              Hi,

                              For several months Tikona is harassing me by sending SMS and no-reply mails asking me to pay up an amount of 1686 despite me not renewing their connection. I used their services till the month of April 2021 and did not renew thereafter. They require advance payment and since I did not renew, I haven't paid the random bills they keep on sending. After writing an email to their customer care to terminate my internet connection on 17th May 2021 they start charging late fees and arbitrary amounts above 1000 which keeps changing with almost every email/SMS. All this despite me not renewing their connection and making it official by sending emails to their customer care. On 4th October they sent me notices from their advocates through email and today I received a letter by post.

                              On contrary to what is written in the letter sent by their advocates, I haven't received calls from Tikona representatives regarding payment o[censored]npaid bills. The charges only come in the form of SMS and no-reply emails. No Tikona employee came to my premises to collect modem/router and instead they are accusing me of adopting evasive attitude.

                              I request you to kindly look into issue and let me know on what basis can they charge me random amounts and late fees for a connection that I did not renew.

                              If this harassment further continues I will follow up with RTI and I am already considering the option of making a formal police complaint.

                                I bought 15mbps plan from tikona but since date of purchase it doesn't give me 10mbps atleast and when i registered complaint, their engineer come and says it will be working normally soon and mark as a solved but didnt help at all. And they didnt respond to call now.

                                  I had taken tikona internet service on 21-Oct-2021 and they done installation on 23-Oct-2021 and from first day only service is not working.
                                  Contact person is not responding.
                                  I want to cancel the subscription, due to this issue my office work is affected.

                                    I had taken tikona connection. From the day starting there is problem coming of frequently disconnection in wifi all the time I have to complain the customer care that my net is not working but they not listening. The Engineer come for repair just start the net and when he gone from my home. Net is been closed. I am giving my user id :- [protected]

                                      My prepaid plan in Bangalore was ended in Jun’21, From Jul’21 onwards I stopped using connection due to connectivity issue in my area (frequent disconnection – logged so many complaints in Tikona App) however I have received Rs. 1349.92/- which I am not liable to pay the reason is not at all used the connection. Now received call from legal/lawyer stating you have to pay. Instead of mental torture of these people I have cleared the balance amount Rs. 1349.92/-. And received message stating that your connection is active. Request to pls disconnect my connection with immediate effect and I am not liable to pay any further amount in the future as I have cleared everything.
                                      Completely cheating the customer and not responding to email query!!!

                                        Even after multiple reminders Tikona not sending the Confirmation Email that they have Closed the Connection from their side???
                                        Then every now and then they email about plan change etc.
                                        Tikona does not talk when I call on their customer contact phone number and their voice message says that email for any concerns but when I email them they don't reply.
                                        How many times they need the reminders to close the connection??
                                        I sent around 10 reminder and I have not received any response from their side.
                                        I sent an email to close the connection on 25th May 2021 but Tikona didn't send me any response and later on asked for more money for full and final settlement.
                                        I paid full and final settlement amount and emailed them to close the connection but even after that they are not closing the connection.
                                        Now I am getting to know that they are playing the tricks and not sending any response to customers regarding closing the connection and later on asking for more money for full and final settlement.
                                        I sent them 3 reminders and in that from your side request number was 1- [protected] and for this earlier request number they didn't send any response to me and now when I sent new reminder then they provide a new request number each time.
                                        But they don't let me know what response they have for earlier request number 1- [protected]???
                                        Why they didn't provide any response for earlier request and now provided a new request number???
                                        I am getting mentally harassed by all the tricks of Tikona of not responding and changing the request numbers and all the tricks which Tikona is playing.
                                        Even after multiple reminders Tikona not sending the Confirmation Email that they have Closed the Connection from their side???
