Illegitimate amount charging event after discontinuing account

Respected sir/madam,
I Aniket Gawande took Tikona broadband connection in 2020. Due to personal reasons, i informed for disconnection of services via calls and mails to Tikona in May 2021. I settled all bills till that date and took confirmation of pending amount from Tikona executive as well. Firstly they didn't take my disconnection request and after so many harassment from Tikona they discontinue my account after 2 months. I informed...

Low speed and frequently disconnected

Address:Rajyog heights, dattangan society, near bhintale nagar, ambegaon pathar, 411046

2 times registered complaint but no action were taken
Speed showing 3-4 Mbps with plan of 40 Mbps, why?
Need speed as per plan.
Also before 7 am and after 7 pm connection not found

Frequent disconnection issue

Facing frequent disconnection issue for the internate in last 10 days...internate issue from last 3 days even after registering complaint to customer care twice in a week. Very unprofessional and horrible service, they assign engineer but he doesn't show up internate work for few minutes they close the complaint and again same issue after few minutes. Wonder how they are doing business...

Frequent Disconnection Since last 17 days even after so many follow ups they haven't solved the problem yet registered the complaint through the app and even from customer care they just say we will assign you an engineer he will visit and solve the problem but everytime they assign the same engineer who just calls and says we will check from backend he just doesn't show up when we call him he doesn't answer how many times should we complain...

Tikona BroadBand not working on Wifi Router

I have renewed the Tikona Broadband Plan - 40 MBPS in 23rd Aug'21 by paying RS 3300 for 6 month. I observing frequent disconnection of internet when it connecting to Wifi Router from last 10 days after Tikona Replaced their Switch. I logged so many complaint but no permanent Solution. They are telling that connection is good from their end, it is my router issue . I connected my Router in nearby Tikona BB Connection and it working fine ....

Harassment

I already disconnected my tikona account a few months back and all the amount was paid but now a person named Priya agarwal called and said she was an advocate and tikona has submitted my case to her that I have not paid the amount even though I already paid fully.
So in order to get rid of their calls I paid the amount and thought it will be good now but a message from tikona says that the account service has been activated.

Tikona legal threats - Letter and email from advocates

Hi,

For several months Tikona is harassing me by sending SMS and no-reply mails asking me to pay up an amount of 1686 despite me not renewing their connection. I used their services till the month of April 2021 and did not renew thereafter. They require advance payment and since I did not renew, I haven't paid the random bills they keep on sending. After writing an email to their customer care to terminate my internet connection...

Scammed for internet speed

I bought 15mbps plan from tikona but since date of purchase it doesn't give me 10mbps atleast and when i registered complaint, their engineer come and says it will be working normally soon and mark as a solved but didnt help at all. And they didnt respond to call now....

From Day one service not working

I had taken tikona internet service on 21-Oct-2021 and they done installation on 23-Oct-2021 and from first day only service is not working.
Contact person is not responding.
I want to cancel the subscription, due to this issue my office work is affected.

No connection

I had taken tikona connection. From the day starting there is problem coming of frequently disconnection in wifi all the time I have to complain the customer care that my net is not working but they not listening. Tikona - Non Usage Charges and Harassment

Hi,
My prepaid plan in Bangalore was ended in Jun’21, From Jul’21 onwards I stopped using connection due to connectivity issue in my area (frequent disconnection – logged so many complaints in Tikona App) however I have received Rs. 1349.92/- which I am not liable to pay the reason is not at all used the connection. Now received call from legal/lawyer stating you have to pay. Instead of mental torture of these people I have...

Even after multiple reminders Tikona not sending the Confirmation Email that they have Closed the Connection from their side

Tikona does not talk when I call on their customer contact phone number and their voice message says that email for any concerns but when I email them they don't reply.
How many times they need the reminders to close the connection??br...

Tikona connection disconnected one year back and informed various times. But tikona asking for payment now.

Hi,

I disconnected my Tikona broadband connection one year back on Nov'2020, as i shifted my house from bangalore.

I properly informed to tikona by call and by e-mail also.
(I am attaching the email proof and payment details here. )

Tikona person also confirmed that closing connection mail got on 27 nov 2020. But Tikona didnt able to close the connection.

Now after one year...

Charging for non usage

Address:Bangalore

From 20th May 2021 to October'2021 customer was not in bangalore, Due to covid-19 moved to Tamil Nadu. Still Tikona charged as service utilized.
Email sent to customer care on clarification, no reply received as of yet.
Share me the utilized bill for the above mentioned dates. Sorry, would like to disconnect the connection as soon as possible.

Completely cheating the customer and not responding to email query!!!br...

Termination of Tikona Service

I have already asked Tikona to terminate the service. I have even responded to their calls regarding termination of service. Still I am getting bills from Tikona to pay instead.
I want the service to be terminated as early as possible. I already paid 1500 for the last connection and asked for termination. They said they will terminate but instead I got another bill for 700 rs. Please terminate the Tikona service I am not using it....

I have terminated Tikona Services few months back and informed them about it. This was done since I switched to a better service provider. I started receiving numerous calls from them which were answered. They also kept sending me SMS regarding payment. Since I was not using their services and informed them about I did not pay. Stop Sending Such Threats Emails

I Have Closed Tikona Internet since 3-4 Years back, Now am getting Mail that i need pay a amount of Rs 586.54. I still remember when last i was using there internet services, The internet was completely not working from 3 months, I have complained on every alternate days, Then I Asked them disconnect there connection, Still I paid some amount to them as they said, I dont Remember the amount.

I was coerced to take 15mpbs plan unlimited by your sales man on 08/10/2021 and details had been mailed to you. My Internet speed is slow within 2 days of Installation.I want you to increase my speed from 15 mbps plan unlimited to 30 mpbs for half yearly .And I had already paid you more than the 30 mpbs plan check in your system.
